Cant believe how well this stuff works.
I bought this formula, not expecting too much from it. My floors are original hardwood from a home built in 1997 so they have definitely seen better days. This floor cleaner not only restored a lot of the shine but they have never been so clean. I dont know why this soap cleaned them so much better than the original soap does but it absolutely did. I will definitely be buying thia product again!!

Perfect for All My Floors!
I use this for hardwood, tile, vinyl and short pips are rugs. Everything comes out clean and fresh smelling. I feel no residue on the ribs and see no cloudy film on the floors after they dry. I love the products!

Product missing the cap
The product works fine. This is the second time I have received with cap missing. The tamper seal is there holding the contents (until I open it). I already disposed of the empty container so I need to find a cap. I should return and replace it for quality control but the burden ends up on me. I will buy it locally next time.

I love bissell products
I have four dogs and my floors get pretty dirty. This does a great job of cleaning my hardwood floors but does not get them as shiny as other products I have used. I would recommend this to use with a Bissell crossover cleaner but I then use another coat of a product that shines my floors.

Smells pretty good, may leave streaks
I want to like this better than I actually do. It smells much better than the multi-purpose floor cleaner that came with my Crosswave–kind of lemony. But, I do seem to have some trouble with streaking, same as I did with the multi-floor cleaner, even after switching to the Crosswave Wood Floor Brush Roll too (also bought here at Amazon). If I keep the dilution of this wood floor specific cleaner fairly light, it’s sometimes OK. Mostly I find just using plain old water works best (at avoiding streaking). But, it doesn’t make the floor SMELL clean, lol! So I do use this, in small amounts, when I know I’ll have time to re-do sections if those ornery streaks crop up… *sigh* It may also be the wood floor I have, it is very smooth and shiny (some kind of engineered wood flooring, I think), and it’s possible it is simply prone to streaking more than other types of wood flooring does. So YMMV.

Works great on tough floor messes with the Crosswave
The media could not be loaded.
I’ve used this formula on a kitchen floor made of fake wood slats using a brand new Bissell Crosswave floor cleaning machine- which I love just as much as my Hoover Floormates. It did a great job of breaking through the literally crusted on stains on the floor in the area I let go so I could have it for a video review. I’ll include the video of the Crosswave, as I am using this cleaner which I purchased from Amazon in the review.

Sure do like the way it cleans up “puppy puddles!” Glad it does both dry floors and spot cleaning on rugs. Puppy can’t seem to get the hang of “going” outside or on the puppy pads. Instructions are clear except I didn’t see anything about how the machine makes a different sound when the cleaning solution is used up or the ‘dirty water’ receptacle is full. Quite easy to use and clean. I’m very happy with it!

Good formula, just overpriced
I’ve used other products in my Crosswave simply because this product costs way more than other multipurpose cleaners (Mr. Clean, Mrs. Meyer’s, Method). The price is a deterrent for me. With the other cleaners I’ve tried, the floors get clean, look nice, and there is no haze or streaking. The problem, to varying degrees per cleaner, is they bubble up. Mrs. Meyer’s was by far the worst, even when I just used a tiny bit. It stays in the machine, and I have to run a bottle of plain hot water to get all the suds gone.I bit the bullet and went back to purchasing this due to concerns I had about damaging my machine. This formula is less of a hassel to use as it never foams up, cleans well, and has a clean smell.I just wish it were more affordable. All of the floors in my 2 story home are luxury vinyl planks except for the main stairs, so I find myself using a lot of product simply due to the frequency and duration I have to clean them. I have children and cats as well.I love being able to just buy one concentrated, more affordable cleaner for most of my cleaning needs, so I will continue to look for one that works better in my machine. In the meantime, I am back to buying this, which is a great product, but priced higher than I appreciate. One of these bottles only lasts me maybe 2.5 weeks.

Recommend by Bissell
This is the recommended fluid for the Crosswave so I use it. It works well and I just love my Crosswave so I will continue to use the cleaning fluid but I have to wonder if Spic and Span would work just as well. Other than they want you to keep coming back to purchase their cleaner, is the recommendation really necessary as long as you are using fluid cleaner and not a powder mix that could clog. Hmmmm.

Wow! So fresh!
I wasn’t sure if this will clean well and I was totally wrong!! This liquid does the job and deeply cleans your floor!!! Love the scent! 🙂 not too strong. I clean once a month as I don’t want to ruin too much the wood floorings. The fact is you don’t need to clean too frequently. Otherwise the color gradually will fade. You can do twice per month. When my little toddlers grow up then once a month. LOL.

Clean your Bissell Thoroughly
I love my Bissell Crosswave! It works so well and gets the floor really clean. I found that cleaning the machine thoroughly after each use is imperative for best results. If you do not clean it well, dirty water will be kicked out amongst whatever else you have vacuumed. Clean the roller and replace with a dry one, rinse out the tank in front (clean the little filter on ntop as well) and make sure the plastic cover at the bottom has been wiped clean of hair and debris. I have never been happy with any other cleaning apparatus unitl the BISSELL CROSSWAVE!!!

Wonderful CLEANER

This is a good cleaner but I do not smell it, my sister smells it but I do not. It does the job but once I may have put too much in compared to water and some found the area slippery. I’ve cut back on the amount I use.

Scent is too strong for us
Bissel, I don’t know if you read these reviews, but if you do…. please make an unscented formula! We are a fragrance free family and this product is way too strong smelling. I use a quarter of the recommended amount of cleaning solution, and fill the rest of the way with water.Since bissel recommends only using their products for my cleaning machine, I have bought this. But if they don’t come up with an unscented formula, I will not buy again.
