water saving

water tank

Water-Saving & Easy to Use

This dishwasher only uses 5 L gallons of water in each wash cycle, approximately 80% less water than washing by hand. It also only consumes 0.015-0.498 kWh of electricity, making it an energy-efficient product, all while saving space.

Thanks to its built-in water tank, this portable dishwasher allows for easy, convenient use without permanent water connection required. A great advantage to this is that it does not occupy your faucet while delivering deep cleaning, convenient for use in small houses, apartments, RVs, etc. A water inlet hose is also included for direct water supply from a kitchen faucet when you need it.

washing

Deep Cleaning Effect

This countertop dishwasher supports 5 washing modes and a Dry mode, which can easily be programmed and monitored via the LED control panel.

When washing dishes, this deep-clean dishwasher performs 3-4 cycles of alternating hot and cold-water washing. The whole process avoids using dishwashing tools such as cloths, bowl brushes, etc., which may cause secondary pollution. A water temperature of up to 167 °F can provide a thorough cleaning. The cleanliness of hand dishwashing is only 60% that of automatic dishwashing, as your hands and washing cloth are often dirty due to remaining makeup, dirt, grime, and more. Plus, even if a large amount of detergent is spent to achieve the same cleaning effect when you wash dishes by hand, much more water will be consumed to rinse the detergent residue.

dry mode

Dry Mode for Storage

After washing mode, the Dry/Storage mode provides an extra 60 minutes of hot air drying for the dishes, allowing them to be completely dried while providing ventilated storage for the next 3 days (The LED screen will display a “b” to indicate that the machine is currently in ventilated storage). The Dry mode can be used with any washing mode other than Fruit mode, and can also be turned on separately.

NOTE:

Please vent the dishwasher interior before first use or re-use. After initial filling of the water tank, shake the machine 5-6 times to exhaust all trapped air. This will ensure a smooth water flow. It is recommended that you read the product manual in detail to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product operation.

    Amazing!!!

I’m a mom to a toddler and I’m also pregnant so I’m very busy! I’ve never liked doing dishes and my husband was always upset when we had dirty dishes in the sink. He did not want to spend the $ to purchase a dishwasher so I waited almost a year till I bought this for myself on my birthday. I’m glad I waited and found this one specifically. Our cabinets are 2 inches too long to fit even the smallest of these underneath! And all the other countertop dishwashers I viewed previously had to be connected to a water source. When I began searching again and found this one that doesn’t need to be connected and can just be filled up I purchased it immediately! I did read reviews about issues some people had so all I have to say is GET THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. I had to get a creative when figuring out where this would go. To fit this I bought a huge very heavy and strong wooden cutting board from Walmart and put it over the smaller area of our kitchen sink (it’s split into 2 sections). The dishwasher went on top of this and the water drain tube went behind the machine and cutting board directly into the sink. My husband was really irritated that I went and spent money on this but it was a bday gift to myself! No regrets! Anyway, when setting it up I decided I was gona really pack this thing and see how well it actually does. Wow!!! You can fit so much more than I expected and everything gets clean! After a few days of this my husband finally got around to trying it and he absolutely changed his mind. We have almost no dishes sitting in the sink anymore! It cleared up a ton of clutter as well because you do not need to use a drying rack anymore. I get very creative when putting the dishes in, it’s like a puzzle to fit as many things as possible. Oh, side note, since I pack it so much I only use the heavy duty cycle because it uses the same amount of water as the normal cycle anyway and it’s only 20 minutes longer. After the first few days I noticed that there was some debris left behind in the machine so I ran a cycle with a bit of distilled white vinegar and it cleaned it right up! The detergent tablet leaves residue on the dishes so I started using about 1/2 a cup of the white vinegar with every load and the dishes are completely spotless and squeaky clean! I do not go easy on this machine, the only thing I do is remove any small chunks of food on the dishes. Other than that I put them in fully dirty; some with dried on sauces, some very oily, some with cake batter, etc. I want to make sure this machine can clean fully! And it does! (I’m sure the vinegar helps alot TBH). Another side note, The silverware container takes up too much space. So I removed it and we place the utensils inside the slots of the shelf that the mugs are supposed to sit on top of in the photos. You can still fit mugs and short cups underneath the shelf. We also place any tops/covers, cooking tools, or miscellaneous items on the shelf with the utensils, sometimes stacking them. FYI, they all get clean.3 things I don’t like:1) I cannot fit my pots and pans in here because of the length of the handles but we can just wash those separately so whatever.2) There is no option to turn on the light at any time to check on the dishes. I thought there was based on some of the photos and videos but nope. The light only turns on when you open and close it. I’ve tried using my phone flashlight to look in but because of the water splashing and that it gets foggy I can’t see anything. It is important to see inside because the water will sometimes push the items out of place and there has been a couple times when something slipped down and the bottom spinning water dispenser gets caught and can’t move! Same with the top one, sometimes you don’t realize how high the dishes are and it can stop the propeller from spinning.3) The beeping sound that lets you know when the water is filled to the max is really quiet! The sound of the water coming from the faucet while filling it up is louder than the beeping. I have to stand with my ear to the machine to hear it.This machine has stopped alot of arguments with my husband and people are amazed when they come over and see it. Friends have already asked where they can purchase it. 100% recommend, we love this thing. Oh and always GET THE WARRANTY!

    Small but mighty!

We love this cute little dishwasher! Our kitchen is very small and although we expect to get a full size dishwasher some day, we needed a more cost effective option for the time being. One of my favorite features is having the option to fill the unit by hand before each cycle OR attaching to the faucet. I prefer to have the faucet freed up so I don’t mind filling it by hand. We opted to set up a 5 gallon bucket for draining – easy peasy. Though I would love to have a dishwasher large enough for some of my larger items, this is certainly a fair enough compromise. The amount of water and heating oil we figured out that we are saving compared to hand washing makes it all worth it! Plus it has a pretty blue light when you open it lol!

    I LOVE this little dishwasher!

I’ve now had it almost a year, and I always use it in the short, water and energy saving 30 minute mode, and it always washes everything thoroughly. I fill the tank with the pitcher so I don’t have to connect a hose. I wish I’d gotten one years ago. All those dishes I washed by hand! Also, yes, it makes noise. What dishwasher doesn’t? I even have tinnitus and sensitive ears, and it doesn’t bother me. In fact, the sound relaxes me.

    Would purchase again!!

We use this daily in the RV we live in, and it has held up great. Was easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance (about once a month I run an empty load with hot water and vinegar, and regularly wipe the door seal with hot to remove the build up of soap). Dishes come out squeaky clean, and keeps up with my twice a day cooking. And it’s quiet! It sits about 4 feet from our TV and the sound never bothers us.

    A reasonable purchase

We got this to clean baby bottles and related parts without having to run the main dishwasher. It’s a solid investment that paid itself off within two weeks. Some things to keep in mind: 1) sometimes the upper sprayer sticks and needs to be wiggled to get it spinning again. 2) use HOT water or you’ll get a lot of water spotting. 3) the dryer mode doesn’t completely dry dishes, have a drying towel on hand for the last little bits. Despite that, it’s still a solid little machine and I’d buy it again if needed in the future.

    Love, love, love this!

This is absolutely the best purchase I have made in a long time. We live in a barndominium that is 480 square feet. While that is a mansion compared to the 150 square feet motorhome we were living in, taking up cabinet space in the kitchen for a dishwasher just wasn’t something I wanted to do. Yes, it takes up counter space, but no more than a microwave. It does a great job on the dishes and saves water and energy. Plus, I don’t have to wash every cup, spoon, plate, etc. as I use them. I can actually put them in the dishwasher and run it when it is full. I am so glad I made the decision to buy this.

    Great little dishwasher

This is the second of these I have purchased – the first lasted just under 3 years with daily usage – some days a couple of times a day. Stuff isn’t built to last 20 years these days; I just accept that. This thing cleans and dries wine glasses beautifully – recommend using the Costco UltraShine pods.

    Works great

Bought 11/21 still working 1/24. I’m a full-time Rv’r who hates washing dishes so this gets used a lot. I use cascade complete pods and everything comes out clean. I do suggest cleaning the screen and if you are in an area with hard water run some white vinegar through it every six mths to remove the scale buildup.

    Must buy

We have an apartment and a baby. He goes through baby bottles like crazy. We initially got it just specifically for baby bottles but it works so well that we use it to clean everything and anything that will fit into it. No issues. We use it daily and at least twice a day. My fiancé was upset that I spent so much money on it but he quickly became thankful once he saw how great it works. It’s one of my favorite Amazon purchases.

Smaller than hoped – but works great

Bought for use in an RV. Works great and gets dishes REALLY clean. Unfortunately for a family of 3, I would have to run this 3x a day at least because it does not hold that many dishes. So I still wash dishes after I have prepared a large breakfast or dinner – but I love this for holding the odd plates, cups and cutlery that gathers during the day. I am very happy with this. purchase. By the way, a full dishwasher pod was more than was needed, so I bought powder tabs and cut them in half for each load and works great – I might try using 1/3 of a tab next time. Recommended – very quiet too!

This thing is small but mighty!! I use it every day and all I have to hand wash is my pots and pans!! Perfect for me because I have very limited cabinets and space and I definitely don’t have room for a standard dishwasher. Totally worth the money

    GAME. CHANGER.

The media could not be loaded.

As someone who lives in a small apartment with no dishwasher, washing dishes has always been the bane of my existence. Tack on chronic depression and anxiety and there have been times when I’ve been unable to do my dishes for…well, you get the picture.I stumbled upon this dishwasher entirely on accident especially considering that while I had thought about purchasing a tabletop dishwasher, they were all either too large and/or needed to be hooked up to the faucet (which isn’t feasible given the layout of my kitchen). I had no idea they made tabletop dishwashers that you can fill up the reservoir and then use a stock pot (or similar drainage container) to dispose of the water afterwards. When I say this dishwasher is a game changer, I’m not exaggerating. I spend maybe 10 minutes or so rinsing my dishes of any larger/stuck food particles, load, set to the “eco” function (I put “eco” in quotes namely because it just lessens the normal cycle by 10 minutes. Not a huge difference IMO) and voila! I set it and forget it.Pros:-Gets my dishes clean each time. I do rinse pretty thoroughly or soak my dishes, but I’ve run a few pieces that were more dirty and they’ve come out clean.-Compact. While it’s not the smallest device on the market, you do get a lot of bang for your buck.-The light. It’s just cool, not gonna lie.-Layout. I mostly use a lot of bowls which take up a lot of dishwasher space given their shape, but I have no issue loading several bowls, silverware, larger cutlery, and several cups in at the same time.-User Friendly. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to assemble and use this dishwasher. Assembly if you’re using the filler option (versus the faucet option) is minimal. The buttons light up in the event you uh, wash your dishes in the dark? (I don’t know your life, I’m not here to judge) so they’re easy to see. The beeping noise to alert you that the fill tank is full is a neat feature as well. And the hose is considerably long with a fastener attachment to assume your kitchen does not become the set of Titanic.Cons–Drying function. The drying function is great EXCEPT for cups/mugs. Even if you run the dry function for the full hour, there will always be a little pool of water on top of the bottom of your cup. What I normally do is either air dry my dishes (because air is free) or pause the device, tip over the pooled water before the dry function begins, and then run it.-Noise. While it’s not the loudest, it’s also not the quietest. I have a studio and can definitely hear the device on the other side of my apartment. With that being said, it literally just sounds like water being agitated and is not an unpleasant noise. Bonus for you ASMR fans.-The suction cup attachment. At the end of the hose is a suction cup that allows you to secure the hose into your sink/draining pot during use and to secure the hose to the dishwasher after use. Even if you wet the suction cup a bit before securing, chances are good that it will still come undone. If you can, it may be a good idea to place a towel or something over the hose in the event it comes loose and makes it want to rain, ya know? All in all this device is *chef kiss* and very helpful for everyday use, but does have some functions that are important to be mindful of. However, none of the cons are egregious enough to make me stop using this dishwasher. I haven’t had it long, so I will try to update my review if/when anything changes. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

    Game changer

I live in a small apt with no dishwasher. This is brilliant. Does all of the small petty stuff that builds up like silverware and glassware. But also handles our large plates, bowls, and pots. I use speed mode so I do 30 min runs and everything comes out clean. So, for a complete dinner, I run 3, 30 min loads. Perfect. And it dries. Beyond that, I used to not have things that are hard to clean by hand like a juicer or egg slicer and now I can. Bonus: I’m able to put stuff in it like stove racks and knobs that I used to just scrub at and never get clean. Now they are. So happy with this, highly recommend (even if my friends think I’m crazy).

    Excellent!

We live in a small apartment, a 3 flat building privately owned, without a dishwasher. I bought this little gem after reading a lot of reviews and I have to say that we love it. We quickly discovered that our everyday plates don’t quite fit in it, however, so you might want to keep in mind that larger plates can be a problem. We do have other plates and have been using those instead. For just two people in a home this will serve a purpose while reducing the number of dishes done by hand at the least. It’s not loud and the only other thing to be aware of is that you will need 18.5 inches of space under your cabinets if planning to use on the counter. I had to buy a rolling cart and that’s not ideal. Always something!

    Does an amazing job.

I got this a couple of months ago. It thoroughly cleans dishes. Even dishes that have dried food on them. I love it! I even wash the drip pan and other things used in the air fryer oven without soaking them. They come clean every time. I just put it on the heavy/baby care cycle.

A dream for living in an RV or any other small space.

Starting with the cliche line of “I never leave reviews” because it is true. I do however go through them all when I make purchases so hopefully this helps someone else in making their decisions. The bottom line, we love this thing. It’s been in our home (at 37ft 5th wheel trailer) for exactly a week and has been run at least once a day, if not more. Our floor plan has the kitchen in the middle of the rig with an L shaped island and overhead cabinets. Counter space is a premium in RVs so dedicating something to take up that much space was a commitment. This unit fits the exact space that we had our dishrack anyway. It’s much taller obviously but it was often piled high with dishes anyway. We like to cook at home and go through a lot of dishes which means a lot of time handwashing. Even with its compact size, we have been able to stay ahead of the dishes with so much more ease and efficiency. Normal setting handled all types of dishes, including greasy ones. We do rinse well and are happy overall with the results. We are currently using Better Life Dishwasher Gel.Ours is set up 3 feet from our television and we are able to run it with no problem while watching tv. It is not loud or make any kind of racket. There are also no vibrations when running this machine. If you live in an RV, you know what I am talking about. We did not plumb this directly to the faucet because of the type of faucet we use. The onboard tank works very well and is great for when you are running on limited water. It uses a fraction of what normal handwashing does. If you dry camp, this is a plus! This also lets us maintain the use of the sink so we can continue to do things in the kitchen such as washing the larger items. This machine is one of the best items we have ever bought in our 8 years of living full-time in an RV. Neck and neck with the Instant Pot. Again, if you full time, you know.If anything changes over time and continued use, we will update this review.

    What a blessing!!

This little dynamo does an amazing job!! I have two kitchens in my house and the level I live in, the dishwasher died during the pandemic and not a danged person would work on it, and I wasn’t able to drag the dirty ones downstairs. Finally gave up and bought this. It’s doing a better job than my $1000.00 dishwasher downstairs. Quiet and less water than my hand washing. This is a keeper for as long as possible.Changed my stars to 3 stars because less than six months a year the holder of the filter had a plastic piece came off. Doesn’t look broken but there is absolutely no way of finding out how to put it back on. It came out while I was wiping down the filter holder area. What sucks is now the spray arms don’t work. I might need to get another one so I can fix the problem myself. ☹️Edit. Going back to 5. Stars. Works great again. Kid next door is a mechanic so he said he wanted to see if and maybe he could fix that problem. Five minutes later I hear *click*. Showed me what to do if it happened again with the same problem.

    Life Changer!

So glad I got this! I’m a pretty busy person, so I wanted something that would save me time. This is just what I needed. I live alone in my studio, but my boyfriend is always around; making this just the right size. I wish it was bigger, so I could load it more. Ha. But, since I’m very limited with counter space. I had to get one with a water tank. I have used it for almost 2 months and have had no issue. If I had a complaint, it would be that it doesn’t dry the dishes too well (I already knew that from the reviews). That doesn’t bother me. I leave the door open, and leave it drying while I run errands. My boyfriend and I got creative, since I didn’t have the space to put it near the sink. We just got a container and drilled a hole for the water. Works out! Just need to get a bigger one.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase! I would totally recommend it for 1-2 people. I haven’t had issues with it not washing anything properly. Just that it won’t dry 100%. It isn’t too noisy either. It would be great it they made one with double the water capacity! But, it gets the job done :)LATEST UPDATE:So I wanted to give an update after 6 month. I bumped it from 5 stars to 4. It works fine, but.. thus started to happen a week ago or 2 ago. The screen is lifting. Ugh.. it was a small lift, so I pressed it down. Now it’s more noticable! I haven’t used it since I noticed that. Upsetting because it wasn’t cheap. If I press it down the buttons still seem to work well. What a bummer, though…I ended up gluing it a few weeks ago and it’s fine! Like nothing ever happened.

Best addition to my new apartment

The media could not be loaded.

Me and my boyfriend struggle with doing the dishes. We started using it within 30 minutes of its arrival. The load in the video is the 3rd load in one day! The Fast Wash is honestly very effective and can be used as the main/normal wash. It does the job in 29 minutes. The dishes are spotless and streak free. 10/10 i recommend this a lot.

    Great unit!!

I love this unit, has worked great for over a year. My only issue would be jets could be a little stronger on top jets. But even melted cheese comes off dishes etc. Close to a full size unit that I’ve ever own.

This dishwasher is my new boyfriend

When I tell you that this silly little dishwasher instantly and completely upgraded my quality of life, I’m not in the least bit exaggerating. I live in a prewar NYC apartment and haven’t had a dishwasher for over a decade. During the pandemic I left cooking in restaurants to cook independently, which has been awesome – except for all the dishes. After two years of thinking about it and browsing, I finally bit the bullet and got this machine. Partially because it had the smallest footprint I could find, and partially because of the glass front and little blue light so I can see my dishes washing, haha.It doesn’t hold a massive amount of dishes, but probably all of the glasses, plates, utensils, and cooking tools we generate in normal day. It doesn’t really do large bowls, and definitely not half sheet trays or pans, but those I’m happy to wash quickly by hand. On heavy cooking days I’ll just keep refilling it and let it clean while I cook.Since my counter-space is extremely limited and my cabinets don’t have enough clearance for the dishwasher anyway, I put it on a small rolling cart beside the oven. I’ve got a plastic tub that it drains into below, and I fill it with the included water pitcher. It takes about a tablespoon of dishwasher detergent, and does it’s thing! After the dry cycle is complete, I dump the water in the drain tub and crack the door open to let the dishes finish drying. It definitely cuts way down on how much water I use to wash dishes, which is an added perk.I’ve noticed that with super greasy tools (like covered in buttercream from baking) it’s best to give everything a rinse before putting in the washer to avoid a residue on things. It also took me a few tries to figure out how much detergent to use so my glasses wouldn’t have spots, but it’s easy to balance. The machine plugs into a normal outlet (the same one as my oven) and doesn’t overpower the circuit. It makes cute bell noises when you turn it on and start it. Listening to it wash is the most relaxing sound in the apartment by far, haha. And I’m honestly so happy to have it. I fill it up and move on with my life, and it’s honestly already given me hours, if not days back to my life in the short time I’ve had it!

Not durable at all – EDIT, but there is support!

Worked fine for maybe 20 “loads” and now it just sits there counting down with no pump or water flow. Water comes in, sits for a long time, pumps out, etc.Unit makes no noise or movement while water sits in the basin.EDIT: It no longer pumps the water out. I have to dump it manually. Gives error E7. No response from support.EDIT #2: Revised to 4 stars. Novete support actually responded and gave troubleshooting steps. It took several days, but they diagnosed the main pump and sent me a new one from China free of charge. The install was pretty straightforward and only took about 20 minutes. It’s back to working well again.Lost a star due to the hassle.

    It F-ing works

I call it Edgar, and he is definitely an extra pair of hands. We live in a tiny trailer in the woods and we no longer have a hot water heater. So mostly we heat water in the tea kettle. So being able to fill this up with water and then having it heat the water is amazing. I got my dishwasher soap from the health food store, it’s a liquid. With just a regular load of dishes I feel the dispenser level. Lately there have been a bunch of greasy dishes and reluctantly I loaded them up in the dishwasher this morning. Unsure if they would get clean. I filled up the soap and then just made a little circle of soap next to the dispenser and started it. And I am just amazed at how clean everything is. For once in a long time I wasn’t mad at some thing I had purchased. So much stuff is crap. Well, I am giving this five stars and a great review. This is a good thing. It’s not perfect, last week I put in some really dry stuff and when I took it out there was one little speck I had to scrape off with my finger. But that’s only one time and I use it once or twice a day. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks. So yeah Edgar is not perfect. But he makes a decent boyfriend who does dishes, unlike my husband. Marriage has been saved. And whenever you open the door there’s cool blue light comes on. It is a great feature. Edgar beckons me to fill him up with filthy dishes. That is the way.

    Great dishwasher for single person.

I decided to purchase this machine when I finally got fed up with my dishes situation. I moved to an older 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. The sink is not very deep, nor is it split. The faucet is short and I would always bump it with my hands when I was working. Basically, making doing dishes well by hand a huge hassle.I started looking into portable/ countertop dishwashers and this is the product I settled on. I like the clear glass front and the tank that allows you to fill it with a pitcher. However, what really sold me, was this was the perfect size for the small space of counter to the left of my skink.I am writing this review about 3 months into owning this product. So far- it is super great. I only use the normal wash, speed wash, and drying function of this machine. As a single person, this usually holds all my dishes. So 3 meals of dishes, plus cups and silverware. I only run it more than twice a day if I have people over. More space would have been nice, but then, I don’t have room in my apartment for anything bigger than this. However, I would note this size would probably be too small for a couple if you eat 3 meals at home a day.I have had 0 issues with this product so far. It’s easy to fill the tank with water, and it runs like a charm. It takes 69 mins wash on normal, and 29 mins on speed wash. I just tell it to wash just before I go to bed, and when I wake up my dishes are clean and dry. Some things to note- this machine does not have a detergent dispenser. There is a small indent in the door where you can put a washer pod. But other than that- it just starts washing right away. Meaning… there is no ‘real’ prewash cycle. This isn’t a huge deal for me. My dishes are never gross because I do them every day. I also always rinse them right after I eat, so any food falls off. However, if you are a person like my old roommate… who keeps dishes in their room for a week and lets food get crusty and moldy on them, then- this dishwasher probably will not be powerful enough for you. I’d recommend using pods with this machine just because they dissolve a little slower so you can get a bit of a mini- fake prewash however. I’m using the cascade ones, and they work perfect. The fan also has a higher pitched sound than I thought. This bothered me at first, so I put a fan in my room to drown out the dishwasher fan. (Note my apartment is really small. In a bigger place you could probably not hear the fan.) But, now I am used to it and it does not bother me.But other than those few things, this machine is great. I am glad I gave it the counter space. It makes my life easier and my glasses and forks are finally crystal clear and sparkling. I would recommend this product greatly.

    In LOVE With This

I rarely write product reviews because I order too many things and don’t have the time, but I feel like this product deserves all the love. I was skeptical of it when I ordered because not all reviews were favorable and it’s expensive for your average person, but I’m glad I went with my gut. I’ve had it for about a month now and used it probably 30 times at this point. And I have yet to be disappointed. It’s compact enough to sit on my counter without taking up too much space (although I may end up getting a rolling cart for it because it’s still kind of big), is super easy to use, and has really helped me to not feel as anxious about dishes. I don’t have a faucet that can hook up to this (I think that was intentional by the landlord since he pays for hot water) so the built in tank is ideal. It has multiple cycles, can fit a fair amount of dishes (I can usually run 4-5 plates, 3-4 glasses or mugs, a bowl or two, and plenty of silverware at once), gets everything clean without any issues, and even notifies me when water is needed in the tank or I’ve reached the capacity so I don’t overfill it.The only things that I have an issue with are that the dishwasher pods don’t fit in the spot they are supposed to, but it’s not a big deal because you can just toss it in the bottom of the dishwasher and it’ll do what you need it to do, and that my larger plates don’t fit and need to be angled (with only a couple at a time). These are such minor issues, though, that I don’t care.Great product overall and I’ve already been recommending it to several friends who also have landlords too cheap to provide a dishwasher. I’ll update this review if anything changes.06/11/22 Update: Still working great and I’ve used it about 70 times since I got it. So happy I made the decision to buy this.09/06/23 Update: Still cranking out those clean dishes. I’ve used it well over 500 times since I got it and have had zero issues. It’s well worth the money.

Update: I love this appliance/// very cool high quality appliance

Update 12/28/2023 I really like this appliance. It works beautifully. Very quiet, reliable. //very cool high quality appliance, lots of options for different wash programs. I use the 30 minute wash cycle, 1 teaspoon of liquid automatic detergent. Fixed the exit hose with a sip tie to a heavy can of beans in a bucket so that it doesn’t flop out when draining. I wait for the 30 minute cycle to finish, open the door, move the objects to a drying rack. Objects are hot enough that they dry by themselves in 10 minutes without having to use a dish towel. I leave the appliance door open and the appliance dries very quickly inside. Holds plenty for two people household to do daily dishes. I don’t do pots and pans. The glass rack is too small to hold glasses. But it will hold larger knives or serving spoons. The silverware container has a pop off lid. I removed the lid and it is much easier to sort silverware in to and out of it. I am really enjoying this appliance.

    Prefect for Small Kitchen

Fits perfectly on my countertop next to my sink. Easy set up and easy to use. I rinse my dishes first then use the speed wash setting on the dishwasher. The dishes come out clean even if I overloaded the dishwasher a little. I like the sensor light and the drying function. Usually, the only thing I have to wash by hand is the pots and pans (it’s just me and my partner in the household). The main thing I dislike is if I use my faucet sprayer to fill the dishwasher tank, I don’t hear the beeping sound that lets you know when it’s full, so I use the pitcher provided instead. The other thing I dislike is when the dishwasher isn’t running, the power button keeps blinking, so I unplug the dishwasher after a cycle is done. Something that doesn’t bother me, but might bother others is the little cup rack doesn’t work for a regular size mug. Perhaps it’s meant for small tea cups. I just put other items on it like my knives or hamster bowls.Overall, the things I dislike are minor and I am happy with how it cleans the dishes and makes my life easier.

    Great product; great price

I love how well the dishwasher cleans. I also love that I can fill the tank, as I have a Brita water filter on my kitchen sink and can’t hook up the dishwasher there. I really have only one small issue with this dishwasher, and that is I sometimes get a bit of residue on the inner corner (see picture). It comes from washing extra greasy dishes. I wipe out as much residue as I can with a paper towel and use 1/4 cup of white vinegar in a shallow dish or dumped directly into the machine before I shut the door. Also, I don’t recommend using dishwasher pods, as they are sized for full-size dishwashers and will clog up the spinning wands, causing them to stop in mid wash. If you have no other choice but the pods, put 1/4 – 1/2 cup white vinegar in with the load of dishes and it will cut down the suds. I normally just use the gel liquid, as it’s far more economical. Do not use bleach in the dishwasher, as it can corrode or stain the metal grate at the bottom. Overall, this dishwasher was one of the best investments I made for my small apartment kitchen.

    Absolutely awesome!

There is so much to say about this product… I absolutely love it! It is small, quiet, and does a fantastic job of washing my dishes… Which is something I do not enjoy doing by hand, and I don’t have the room or the money for a full-size washer… I give this product the highest recommendation, as I have been using it for years with no problems. I’m a little behind on my product reviews 🙂

    SO FAR … impressed

UPDATE 2023 11 30 — WOW A WEEK INTO IT. I HAD TO ADD THIS. Remember seeing the youtube video or “a” video where they put in HARD, DRIED UP FOOD ON THE PLATE …. well I DID THAT this morning from yesterdays dishes. IT CAME OUT CLEAN AS A WHIP!!! My plate had smears of mashed potatoes, some “grim” from meat loaf, and a side dish with “residue” …. ALL DRIED ON OVERNIGHT! The only thing I changed was the dish soap I used. I bought powder for it; been using that. THEN because I couldn’t see any suds going on to make me think there was any “cleaning” happening … I bought a small pack of 6 pods (powder & liquid) … too fat to fit in the soap well; so I CUT ONE IN HALF & oozed half in the little well for soap. OMG!!!! SUDS a plenty … AND all rinsed out by the end of rinse cycle. I may buy me a bottle of liquid dishwasher soap to “share” with my powder. MAYBE that’s my WIN WIN. ANYWAY, I’m a very happy camper and smile the whole time my “hired hand” is doing my dishes!!! THANKS TO NOVETTE for a great little MUST HAVE kitchen helper. If my apartment thinks I’m going to pay extra for it … I’ll let them know how much water I’m saving them; then it’s “part of my THERAPY” … right!2023 11 23 I just got it a few days ago. I’ve used it each night to keep my kitchen sinks clear and clean. I ran dishes the last two nights in a row. I washed some grapes this morning. I don’t have a lot to deal with as far as dishes go, so it’s my blender, a couple pieces of silverware, a coffee cup & maybe a plate & small bowl … BUT OH, HOW I’M LOVING THIS!! It probably takes me as long to fill the water tank as it would to do the stupid dishes … BUT THAT’S NOT THE POINT!!! I AM LOVING THIS so far. After a leather beating as a child from NOT doing dishes, I have STRUGGLED all my life having to do them. I HATE DOING DISHES. NOW, this new toy is changing my life & mindset (LONG OVERDUE) & I am enjoying being in the kitchen a little more each day I have this. Should have gotten it YEARS ago. BUT, my senior years are finally making me strong enough to DO WHATEVER I HAVE TO for survival. The reviews helped me chose this particular dishwasher over others, and I didn’t care what the price tag was … I just wanted it to WORK! AND, so far, it has exceeded my expectations. It’s a tad smaller than I thought it would be, so that saves me “real estate” & with the minimal amount of dishes I own & use, it isn’t a problem. It is quiet enough when running to NOT wake the dead or outdo the riff-raff here and is super easy to use. No regrets here! LOVE IT! It feels like a positive overhaul is underway when thinking of doing dishes.

Made my life so much better!

I bought this in 2021 and want to write a review because I am so grateful at how well this has worked out for me. It’s a fantastic little workhorse. My kitchen is just too small to install a dishwasher, but this countertop version does a great job. I was worried the hose would be in the way and the water filling would be an issue — but neither turned out to be an issue. It’s easy, out of the way, and our dishes are easily cleaned! I had one small problem shortly after getting it, but it turns out I accidentally got some paint through the intake. The company customer service was amazing and fast, even though they did nothing wrong. Many thanks to you, Novete, for making my life so much easier.

I love this thing still after a year

Pros: it cleans very well. If any utensils don’t come out perfectly sparkling it is my own fault for over stuffing the utensil holder thing. It gets daily use. We are a family of four in a small NYC apartment, so this was our best option. I bought this hoping it would be durable and reliable. So far it is. We throw everything in here that can fit in the hold. Pretty much everything except cutting boards and baking sheets. It cleans and sterilizes everything. We are among the worst abusers of leaving stuff to harden to concrete in our dishes before washing them. We discover ancient utensils in bizarre places in our autistic sons room. One pass through this dishwasher and everything sparkles. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with this thing so far, and it’s lasted now over a year of heavy daily use.I clean it regularly. It still looks like new. I added googly eyes 👀 and named it Ralph.Con: Just one con. We have it totally standalone. So we add water in the top and it drains out to a bucket that we dump out each time into the sink. The hole in the top where you add water is the issue. I have to pour carefully otherwise the structure in there splashes the water everywhere. My wife is too short to see the top so it can make a mess. I cannot think of any purpose for this mesh structure other than to make sure you splash everywhere. So add water carefully and you’ll be fine.

    Amazing

This dishwasher works very well and has been a game changer in our tiny apartment (600sqft). The dishwasher holds all of our forks/spoons/knives, several plates, about 3-4 coffee mugs or you can swap a coffee mug or 2 for a bowl. This thing has been life changing. We just use the tank and take the sprayer from the sink to fill it directly which is easier than filling the pitcher 2.5 times. We did have to get creative to keep the drain tube from moving out of the sink so I took a hair tie and tied it to the base of the faucet to keep it down.We had one issue where we had left a dirty plate over the drain tube after the dishwasher had run and the dishes had a terrible odor which we realized was because of the dirty plate so just make sure that the drain tube is not covered and all is well. The only other issue is with the dry cycle:First it makes a very high pitched annoying noise but that’s not a huge deal.Second, after a few months we have noticed that the dry cycle will sometimes come on automatically when the dishwasher has not even been running so we have made a habit to leave the dishwasher cracked open at all times so it doesn’t come on when we aren’t home.Regardless this is a fantastic buy and I definitely recommend this for anyone who has a small space!

Love not having the dishes piled up in my sink and overall It works shockingly well after 3 months but I havea few gripes.1. Doesn’t Dry Well unless you continue another dry cycle.2. Real pain to fill with water. If just fits under my cabinets so I have to pull it out to fill it. The tank fills from the top of the washer.3. It has a funny odor now that it’s been used for awhile.

    Absolutely worth it

This over the counter dishwasher has saved me hours of washing my dishes and frustration. I cook 2-3 times a day and completely hate washing the dishes and not having enough time for other things I really enjoy. Now I do. It’s the perfect size for the counter. I was expecting it bigger, but it’s not. It has enough space for up to three people’s dishes. I use power dishwasher detergent and it works very well. Dishes and utensils are sparkling and the drying feature makes it so much easier to empty the machine. Having also a tube to flush the water to the sink and not having to attach anything to the sink makes it so perfect and much easier to use. I am so happy and wishes I bought it a long time ago.

    Great dishwasher

I love this dishwasher! Would I prefer a larger one, yes, but my kitchen is very small and this allows me to not have to do the dishes by hand. It works so well as long as you use a good dish detergent. I started with an eco friendly one and simply didn’t work. Switched to Cascade pods and it’s been amazing! I once accidentally put a dirty load through a dry cycle while still dirty, dried on food…. When I realized my mistake I started a normal cycle and everything came out spotless! I’ve had it for about 2 years now and just the other day it gave a E3 error code and you could not do anything. After some research I found that this code normally means the water is not getting hot enough, meaning the heat sensor or the heater it’s self is not working. I turned it off, poured hot water into it, turned it back on….the code went away however after a short time the error would come back; but if I was quick enough I could change the mode before the code came back and it would act fine. Sadly though when I tried to run a load the error would come back. After a meltdown at the thought of loosing this machine and a quiet prayer, I reset it with the hot water so the error was gone and went to bed. The next day I tried to run a cycle and it has worked ever since!! I hope that possibly helps anyone else who gets the E3 error code! I couldn’t live without this! It was a life saver before but as a new mother I have found even more appreciation for it with the baby care mode. Also a benefit to the glass door, if something pops off the rack and blocks the spinning arm from spinning, you can see it and correct it before the load is over and only half the dishes are washed.

It has been a glorified dish drying rack for the past five months.

Pros:• It was nice having while it lastedCons:• I stopped using the “dry” function very early on because it sounded like a high-pitched ringing.• the heating element stopped working a little after a year in• then this was followed a month or so later with an “E4” error (dishwasher was purchased in July 2021, then the E4 error began sometime in September 2022).• I emailed “lifetime support” on October 1, 2022, they wrote back to me November 9, 2022, asked me to send a video of the issue (E4). However, at this point SOMETIMES the dishwasher would not give the error. (So, I would get ready to record… and boom… the dishwasher would work… so I ended up never getting back to them.)• and today, we tried getting it to work and it will not drain, despite not having used it for over month (or BECAUSE we haven’t attempted to use it in over a month? Hmmm…)Anyway, I gave three stars because I wondered and suspected the issues stemmed from hard water (because running diluted CLR through it in the end seemed to help); I had watched videos on the internet and implemented every suggestion (e.g. turning it on its side to drain)And, for a machine that costs ~$300, it seems a bit silly to pay an appliance tech ~$150 to diagnose it.It has been a glorified dish drying rack for the past five months.I do miss it, from the time it worked.I attached a picture from March 13, 2023, so folks can see it on a counter.Update: this has been moved to the garage until I figure out what to do with it/if there is a way to refurbish it. I have since purchased a competitor’s countertop dishwasher but made sure to purchase the warranty available through Amazon.

    Just Buy it!

First let me start with if your debating about buying one just do it! We have been using this on a daily basis. Many factors went into choosing this model for me personally. Living outside the 50 states, not many models were available to ship directly to the US Virgin Islands. After reading other reviews on a few other models this one was the winner. I love the fact that it has a water tank built in, many times that was an after thought was how often we lose water for random reasons. That is a HUGE plus that I am happy for that option. I do like the fact that you can see through the front although that wasn’t a major requirement. 4 months later and still have no issues at all. This dish washer is on the smaller side, but we make it work. For 2 adults that do a lot of meal prepping extra containers and such we need to run it twice a day for the days worth of dishes to be done. That is not an issue for me at all! Yeah I wish it could be one load but I am completely fine with the two a day. The unit is very quiet and you can hardly tell it is on.The one and only complaint I have is I wish the silverware slits were evenly split in the center. The basket has two sides and the holes over top do not match up with the little part in the middle. Overall though that is a MINOR detail that would never stop me from purchasing the unit in the first place.Shipping was very fast and the unit was clean and looked to be unused. The manual did state there would be left over water from testing but not a huge amount inside.5 outta 5 stars 4 months in.

I am obsessed with this little dishwasher.

This thing is outstanding!Pros:- I’m floored at how well it cleans my dishes. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but it does as good of a job as any full-sized dishwasher I’ve had in the past.- The built in water tank is an awesome feature. Love that I don’t have to tamper with my kitchen sink to connect a supply hose if I don’t want to (although a supply line is also included). Plus by filling the water tank, I can still use my sink if needed while the dishwasher is running.- It uses so little water. Of course the benefit of not having to hand wash all my dishes is huge, but I also anticipate a big change for my water, sewer, and natural gas bills because of this thing over all the hot water I’d waste washing by hand.- It feels solid and well made. Many components are plastic, but it has a feeling of quality regardless.Things to note:- Check the unit’s dimensions. It doesn’t fit on my counter below my upper cabinets, but I have it on a small rolling kitchen cart.- Capacity. They say it can fit 4 placesettings… I’m not exactly convinced of that. I live alone, and it’s size is perfect for my needs. If you’re a household of two or more, you might wish for greater capacity.- Secure the drain hose! It’s fairly rigid out of the box, and the attached suction cup to hold it in place in the sink didn’t hold securely. During one of my first uses, the hose popped itself free from my sink, and drained one of the cycles onto the floor. Oops! I’ve got it rigged up now so that it will stay put in the sink.Only thing it’s missing:- With the window in the door, I wish there was a button to turn on the light during the wash cycle, so you can see what’s going on inside!I’m so happy I bought this dishwasher. If you’re on the fence and unsure whether you should pull the trigger or not, do it. As long as you can make it fit in your space, and can work with the confines of the small capacity, you won’t be disappointed!

    Works well for me

*Update*I’ve changed my detergent and no longer see any residue after washing. I am loving this thing. It was a great purchase. I still stand by everything in my review as far as the capacity for regular dishes and regular use, but if you have a very little amount of dishes and keep up with it, you’ll love the convenience. Also, if you’re into canning, it fits an impressive amount of jars.*Original*I’m not entirely sure this purchase was necessary, but I’m enjoying my new toy. I live by myself and work about 13-15 hrs per day 6 days a week so, I’m not home much to create too many dishes. But, the few dishes I do dirty up tend to sit (rinsed) in the sink for a few days before I get the time or energy to wash them. So far, it’s been really nice to just rinse and shove in the dishwasher until there’s enough to run it. I also really love that I don’t have to install it with a water line. It takes a very small amount of water ( I think under a gallon and a half) so it’s definitely less than I would use hand washing. I have a very small kitchen, and I like that the footprint is reasonably small. I love that it heats the water internally and has a top and bottom sprayer, as well as a dry program. I had one in my cart that was only $50 cheaper and didn’t have a top sprayer, heater, or dry function. I’m really glad I searched around a bit, because I think that $50 extra was well spent. I have noticed that my dishes tend to come out with a bit of a film that I have to polish off, which is why I’m not sure it’s quite the time saver I was hoping it would be. Maybe I should just switch my detergent. I’ve seen reviews where they pile WAY more inside than I do and rave about the cleanliness of the dishes when they come out, so I’m a little confused at that. From my experience, you need to be very careful to position your dishes so the water can actually hit them.Be aware, it’s still just a small dishwasher. It’s not a magic portal that zaps food particles into the ether. You will still need to rinse your dishes after using them. I work in a professional kitchen and even our commercial dishwasher isn’t that magical. I think this product is for a niche market and will work well for some, but may not suit the average household. Overall, I’m happy. It works very well for my living situation.

    City Girls Dream Machine!

The media could not be loaded.

This is the Novete countertop dishwasher. What a wonderful little machine. It’s quiet, efficient, and not unsightly on my counter. The dishes come out clean and sanitized. I’ve been using it almost daily for a few weeks now and so far, no troubles or concerns. It’s such a great addition to my older City apartment that lacks a few modern conveniences. I only wish I’d have bought it sooner. I love it.

    Very pleased with product

I love this product. It is very easy to use and completes cycle in as little as 29 mins. Plastic stuff will melt in this dishwasher. And you can use powder, pods or liquid detergent in this dishwasher. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review and after 8 months I am satisfied. We set it up as seen in the photo to allow the water to flow into the container below because our kitchen cabinets sit too low to allow for the dishwasher to fit on the counter. I’d recommend washing one dish before multiple of you are uncertain if it’ll melt or deform. I had bought cups that were from Walmart and they deformed but these other plastic bowls and plate are just fine in there. I’ve also used for washing fruit and veggies but honestly would rather run under water in the sink. Very nice product and would recommend using it to anyone with small kitchen.

    The most wonderful helper

I live in Alaska in what we call a “dry cabin” which means every drop of water that comes into my cabin I haul in, and every drop of water that is “grey water” or dirty water, I haul out. By hand, in jugs, in and out. Also, I have an outhouse for a bathroom and a tub that I heat up water to use and haul out the used water (via the tub) when I am done bathing. It is a lot of work, yet many people here in Alaska choose this lifestyle, and I am one of them. I am fairly new to dry cabin living, and I loved it except for the part when I had to wash dishes. Washing dishes involved heating up water to wash, then staging the dishes until I heated up more water to rinse, and so on. The whole thing was a two hour adventure, each and every day, which became tedious. Now, with my Novette dishwasher, I enjoy the process of washing dishes as it only takes about 10 minutes of work on my end and a lot of work on the dishwashers end. I simply scrub any crusty parts off my plates, cups and silverware in my sink (little bit of pre-loading scrub time) and then I load the dishwasher and put in a wee bit of bio kleen dishwasher soap. I then pour three pitchers of water in the top (the dishwasher INCLUDES the pitcher) and then I close the door and press play. And wha la! Dishes are done in about an hour. Sparkling clean, wonderfully sanitized, this thing is a dream. The dishwasher comes with a drainage hose that I put into a five gallon jug, and every four days or so I take the jug outside and dump the water out on my land. This little dishwasher is easy to use, and once a week or so I lovingly check the filter part, which is SUPER easy to access and clean. It usually doesn’t need any cleaning, but I check it anyways to be thorough and mindful. Yes, this thing is a powerhouse, I have been using it twice a day almost since I got it, and it also cleans fruit! It also dries the dishes, which is helpful as well. I have been super surprised at how stuffed I can get this thing and also the little rack can be adjusted to two heights, which is very helpful and the silverware thing can move in different positions to accomodate larger items. Now I just have to wash my huge huge huge pans by hand, which is not that big of a deal. I recommend this machine to about everyone I meet!Update :. After over a year of use, this thing still works like it was new! I do keep the filter cleaned and clean the inside out every so often. I do almost daily loads in this for a year and still going strong.

    So far, so good!

I was hesitant to find the right dishwasher that could fit in my small kitchen and would throughly wash my dishes. I have been washing dishes by hand for more than 4 years now. I got so sick of trying to keep up with hand washing dishes and if I didn’t wash them in time the sink would start to stink and it just was not a fun time. After finding this dishwasher my life has changed! I can throw a decent amount of dishes in and use either the speed cycle or normal cycle and will have clean dishes in a half an hour or little more. It does all of the work and drains into my sink perfectly. I fill the top up all of the way and it beeps when it is full. I can also put in dishwashing tabs in the convenient slot on the inside of the door and works just great! It comes with 2 hoses, one to drain, one to hook up to the sink (if preferred) and a pitcher if you want to use the top water tank. It also comes with a fruit basket to wash fruit!! Great investment! I highly recommend this product if you’re struggling with hand washing dishes as I was!

    The easy button!!!!!!

Ok, let me preface with I almost NEVER EVER take the time to make a review. I think about the comedian Sebastian Maniscalco (if you haven’t heard about him check him out too!) who says “what is with these people who write reviews? Who has the time for this? My wife and I say to each other the Salmon sucked, lets get the heck outta here!! So funny so yeah, I can’t be bothered with that but for THIS I will take the time to. This product was purchased by me for ME for Christmas so it is already been used for 6 months and I wish I ordered it 2 years ago REALLY I DO!! As a matter of fact I bought this for a rental that I am in due to Covid in Mexico. Water is a HUGE issue in Mexico and we often run out. This allows me to do dishes with out a faucet connection which is essential for hand washing (when we do have water) lol and to prep and use your sink. The internal water reserve means you use a WAY smaller amount of water consumption than you would if you had a dishwasher that ran off your supply line!!! My dishes come out clean and sparkling and I jam the H E double hockey sticks out of it and it HOLDS TONS of stuff if you can get creative!!! I URGE everyone who is on the fence about this to rush to order it. I will order a second one for our RV we just purchased and will look forward to it too. My only complaint? Wish it came in colours and especially stainless but I would rather have a bit of a space age white square on my counter top than to hand was dishes. Oh it has a fruit rinse cycle too which is also very cool living in Mexico as we use an agent to purify the veggies and fruits and it has been SUPER. Couple other things. I Always unplug after each use and I keep the door ajar when the unit still has water in it to insure it is completely dry before I shut it so it doesn’t fog or get some of the other things people complain of. Also I shake it from side to side every couple weeks as some others have recommended but I forget why!!! Go for it you’ll be super stoked you did!!

    Good Little Machine

It’s a nice, small size dishwasher, fits cups, plates, bowls, containers, silverware, etc., not larger items necessarily. The drain hose-suction cup comes unstuck from the stainless steel sink, I need to try to remember to prop something on it to hold it down in the sink, so that it doesn’t slide onto the floor and spill water everywhere. It’s great for a small kitchen, I’ve used the top loading function for water since I have an odd size sink spigot that seemingly fits no average size dishwasher attachment. It gets the dishes clean on eco mode, the drying mode works great but it also air dries well if hot enough water is added at the beginning. I still have to do the pots and pans by hand, but this little machine is a big help.

This is exactly what I’ve wanted and I love it

This little machine is amazing. It’s not perfect, but it is a huge upgrade to my life.I hate doing the dishes. Absolutely hate it. I’ve wanted a dishwasher for a long time, but I rent my place and the landlord wasn’t about to install one for me. And I wasn’t about to pay to redo the kitchen in a house I don’t own. So it looked like I was stuck with a countertop or portable unit. There my options were really limited as well, since the sink in the kitchen has a faucet with no threads and I couldn’t run another water line without drilling holes in the tile. I could have replaced the faucet, but there were more issues with that, too.I thought I was stuck. Stuck doing my least-favorite chore by hand for all eternity. Then I found this thing. And I nearly wept with joy.You plug it in. You toss the drain hose is the sink. You use a pitcher to fill the water reservoir. Then you have a functioning dishwasher. No mess. No permanent alterations to fight with the landlord over. Just a functioning dishwasher without much setup. It’s not perfect. The top water jet doesn’t spin right all the time. It gets grime buildup after a while. It’s not as powerful as a normal, built-in dishwasher. It’s kind of small… like and inch to shallow for my bigger frying pan. But it fit perfectly on my counter, has a pretty solid set of features, is quiet (for a dishwasher), and is pretty efficient. You should rinse your dishes first because I imagine getting chunks of food our of this thing could be kind of rough if they get jammed in the holes at the bottom, but overall this thing is solid. And I was skeptical about the longevity of this thing, which is why I waited about five months (and hundred of wash cycles) to write this review. After all that time and use, it’s absolutely five-stars in my book.I can’t comment on the plumbing of this unit, as I’ve only ever used it with with the internal water tank. The only real negative note I have is that it is really hard to clean out the bottom of this thing, especially if you have hard water. But even then, I would not hesitate to buy this dishwasher again.

    Great counter top dishwasher

I love this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job. I would recommend this for a single person because it doesn’t have a ton of room.
