Hoping for a good result
I received a fridge that doesn’t get cold. Unfortunately I was in the midst of a kitchen remodel, and it was more important to me to have the item on hand to get it’s exact dimensions than to verify that it functioned. Plugging it in two months later, it didn’t work. Customer support has been good, and hopefully it will all work out ok. Will update.

Best little half-fridge I’ve ever owned. Wish I had one of these years ago.
This unit kicks a**! Plenty of space, awesome control of temperature, and I love that it comes wrapped in a protective film. I just left it on there and it keeps it protected and fingerprint/smudge free. For the $$$ this thing rocks. When I’m leaving the house, I just unplug the unit altogether. I’m going to get another one for my home office too. Anything smaller than this is just a beer cooler. This thing is great for what I use it for. Thanks guys!

For the price it is well worth buying.
Unpacking the refrigerator I noticed that the top left corner was damaged from shipment but we needed the replacement refrigerator too badly to have it returned and replaced, we are quite happy with the refrigerator though it is shorter in height than the average refrigerator and narrower as well, in any case, both me and my wife are very pleased and my stepson when he came over after looking at it was totally shocked at how little that we had to pay for it and was considering purchasing a similar if not the same refrigerator himself from Amazon

Perfect for the garage

Faulty product and no support claim service
Not often do I write any sort of review. But in this case, there are too many issues to ignore and not say something.Within one month of receiving the item, it stopped working. It was reported to Amazon, who then deferred to manufacturer.After over 2 months of trying to get this remediated, its still has not been resolved in the slightest. They claim department keeps asking for pictures of the item, to which I have responded in kind. Multilpe requests for the same POV have been made and provided. Yet, no instructions for remediation of repair or even a full replacement.I am still at a loss as to why so many requests for pictures for a mechanical issue. They just want pictures of the item instead of sending a repair ticket or RMA and replacement.

It is perfect except the door is dented in 3 places.
I live in a very nice Assisted Living building. My apartment is vey adequate but I had a small refrigerator that sat on the floor, it was hard to get into. This refrigerator is perfect except for the dents. Is there anyway you can pop them out?

Good small garage size fridge.
I am 5’10” and fridge comes up to my chest. Larger then mini fridge smaller then full size fridge. Freezer keeps stuff frozen enough room for a 30count box of corndogs and some 4 small pizzas. Fridge could be a bit colder but still does a good job and plenty of room for a few cases of your beverage of choice.

Scratch and dent product
So… I received my fridge and examined the box, which was in great shape except one little corner was damaged on the outside box, but not the inside box. Since I wasn’t installing it for a while I left it, thinking it was well protected in it’s box, instead of disrobing it. When I was ready to install in my toy hauler, it was past the point of return. Much to my dismay it was quite damaged at the back two top corners and slight damage to the front door. I believe it was damaged, before transport, because with the amount of damage the box should have reflected that. Learned my lesson on this one, so thought I would warn others. Otherwise I believe it is a decent little refrigerator. Wish it wasn’t a scratch and dent item for what you pay for them!

Dented and Wobbly
Bottom of back side was dented making the fridge wobbly. We put cardboard under. Did want to knock the dent out as it may effect the wiring that makes the fridge run. If the manufacturer see this what do you do when shipment has been damaged? That is too much work to box it back up and return it.

Cute fridge
It’s a cute fridge, freezes well and keeps food cold. The back section of the fridge does tend to freeze food a little so that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. There was a small ding on the back which doesn’t bother me.

Bought for daycare food
It’s a great sized fridge for my daycare. It holds everything I need with room to spare!The only thing I wish I could change is the door shelves. I wish I could adjust them and that they were all long.The freezer was a bit smaller then I thought it would be but I got a few freezer bins and with a little organization everything fits perfect.Perfect for my daycare food!

Temperature Control Is Extremely Poor
Refrigerator works etc. but the temperature control sucks. Put it on level 3 and things are not quite cold enough and move it up a notch to 4 and things freeze. Price was ok at the time but it has nearly doubled since. Otherwise it functions fine.

I gently hammered the freezer door mounting bracket area
Unlike many other reviewers of this product, my RCA RFR725 2 Door arrived assembled, without dents, and seemed in good order. I followed the installation instructions and began to use it for overflow in our mother-in-law’s suite. At the time, I didn’t use the freezer, so I didn’t notice any problems for a few weeks. Then I opened the freezer and found it to be full of ice. Initially, I thought I must have set it too low, so I unplugged it for defrosting. After the ice melted, I dried the freezer and returned it to operation. Unfortunately, the frost returned, and I had to take a hard look at the entire refrigerator. My first thought was that it was a gasket problem, but after taking it off, I realized it was fine. What I did notice was that the entire freezer door was not making proper contact with the unit’s body. So I removed the door and discovered that the door mount had pulled away from the body about a 1/8″. To fix this, I gently hammered the mounting area back flush with the rest of the body. When I was putting it back together, I noticed that the door mount seemed to lay more flush with the body if I turned it over, so I bolted it up that way. When I finished, the freezer door was flush, and it was sealed correctly. Now, after 24 hours of being plugged in, it is still frost-free. Finally, I have a refrigerator/freezer that I can use! From the pics I’ve included, you can see the rust spot where the bracket area pulled away from the body (and the evidence of “gentle” hammering. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any before pics, but just understand that the gasket was not flush with the body. Now it is! I hope my review helps someone else solve their problem with this assembly issue.

Expect some denting to the unit, just the nature of delivery.
This refrigerator was delivered with damage to the exterior box, and dents to the freezer door. Delivery of the box was left on the porch, if the door bell was rung, it was not heard. This is a decent size for a single person. Easy to unpack and plug in.

Perfect for a limited space scenario
I love everything about the fridge except for the shelving setup. I wish there was more mobility for the shelving as I currently had to remove 1 shelf to make taller items fit. Will follow up later as we just received it today. As for the shipping, it was shipped via Amazon and the Driver was awesome and there was no damage to the package or the fridge 😊

Good product for the money
This is a good unit for a small two bedroom apartment. The freezer has good storage space and makes ice fast and there’s plenty of room inside of the refrigerator to hold most foods and keeps them from spoiling. Overall good purchase.

Great buy, but not great delivery
Great buy, energy efficient. The only issue was delivery. The left rear corner was smashed upon delivery. Delivery driver did not bring it to my door. Chose not to fight for a replacement due to moving constraints. Overall the refrigerator works very well even with the smashed rear corner.

Good product – Amazon is a DISASTER – Buy this somewhere else!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
The package arrived in great condition. The box was in great condition, but there is a 7 inch round and inch deep dent in the product. It had to come that way from the manufacturer. The box was fine. The delivery people were friendly and handled the item with care. Amazon support said I needed to return it, because they couldn’t guarantee the functionality with the dent. BUT, it took me talking to 17 people at Amazon to organize a return. Then, once the return was organized, the pickup company came over 24 hours early. As I sit here, I got a text for the pickup tomorrow. Amazon support who coordinated this said that I would have my refund immediately. Guess what? I do NOT. They haven’t even recorded the item as a received return. I HAD TO CALL AMAZON TO TELL THEM it was picked up. I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. The shipping company that picked it up didn’t have paperwork for me AT ALL, so I had to take a picture of their form they had me sign. Amazon refuses to recognize this as a returned item at this point. I am now on hold with the TWENTY FIRST HUMAN BEING who is actually quite kind, but doesn’t have authority to help me. She’s doing her best. I’ve lost track of how many phone calls it’s been. For the refund, and how many hours I’ve had to work to get my refund, I think I’m making about FIVE US DOLLARS an hour on getting my money back. I am totally at a loss, and was last told I will get my money back in THIRTY DAYS. Not the “Immediately” I was told when I started this process. THIRTY DAYS. Buyer beware. Don’t buy BULK ITEMS FROM AMAZON.The refrigerator cools well, but doesn’t have separate freezer control. My product sweat on the back wall, which the manual says is a door seal problem. Considering the damage is right near the door seal and the door frame was bent, I guess that is probably the issue. I’m disappointed I had to send it back. I really liked it. I will buy it somewhere else….. in THIRTY DAYS I guess.

The company who sells and distributes these are irresponsible and non responsive
I ordered the first one from this company, had the team ready to install and upon opening the box, we discovered it was damaged so severely we were unable to even install it or get it to work. Amazon refunded us 100%, I had to pay my installers to go away.Ordered another new refridgerator from the same company. Called back the installers and opened the box to find that this one had minor damage on the outside, worked – but all of the internal glass shelves were smashed. Before we installed or before I returned this again, Amazon and I got on the phone with the manufacture and customer service, and had them assure us that they would send us the replacement shelves immediately, that they had created a case file and would be in touch, to go ahead and install the fridge and the shelves would be on their way.So we installed the damaged fridge – it works but is just a cavernous space. We built the wall unit back around the fridge. and waited. and waited, and waited. I called to find out no case file had been made. So we made one again. I waited and waited. I have now exchanged about 20 emails with the company who wish me to pull out the fridge so I can read a specific serial number off the top back of the fridge – i have provided them with every identifying mark and accessible serial number, barcode, tank identification – but none of those will do. They will not send me anything, nor will they acknowledge their terrible customer service.I will never buy this product again, nor would I recommend anyone else buying it. It seems that every product in the container had been dropped or smashed, every fridge was damaged and the company is doing nothing about repairing or fixing the situation for their clients. Amazon should stop distributing this, and having to return payments to clients and fill the world up with smashed fridges. Poorly made, cheap casing terrible packaging, terrible customer service, terrible product replacement.

Wishing I’d have read the reviews prior to ordering this fridge.
1st off, I had it plugged in over 7 hours before the compressor finally shut off. I have the temp set on 3.5.(NOTE) While typing this and taking 2 extra photos, the compressor already came back on and it’s quite cool in my home. Not a good sign and it isn’t super quiet either. The 8-10 year old 3.2 cu. ft. one I have is quieter. Sounds like there are critters inside running around.The top has a double dent, while not a huge issue because it’s on the top and I’ll have something up there, when I pay $400 for something, I really don’t want it to come with dents. There is also one on the back a little bigger, but again, on back so I don’t care.They have it protected with a cling film that took me nearly an hour to get it all off. While happy it’s protected, does it really have to be that hard to get off? I’d have left it on the sides and top, but it was already torn on one side and looked bad.Within 1 hour the back wall had frosted (in the refrigerator, not the freezer) so that tells me there isn’t much insulation in this unit. The freezer actually seems to be doing quite well.I bought this for my home office as I’ve been using a 3.2 cu.ft. for probably 8-10 years and it did just fine (still does) but I wanted more space. This fridge isn’t as deep on the shelves as my 3.2 is, but there is lots of room on the doors. But to be totally honest, the layout of the fridge isn’t quite what I thought. I won’t use the crisper for anything other than some soft drinks.It (the new one) is wider left to right but again as I can keep 6 water bottles abreast and 4 deep (5th one overhangs).The freezer is small and it is what I wanted and expected on that note. I took a photo with a water bottle sitting inside for scale. 16.9oz size.I’m hoping my drinks are much colder by tomorrow though. My small one has the freezer section inside, so my drinks stayed extra cold, but it was a PITA to clean the slab of ice once it froze over. So, I’m going to give this a week or two before I decide to keep it or send it back. Time will tell.The jury is still out but the verdict isn’t looking too favorable at this time.

Awesome “Little” fridge!
Long story short our fridge failed us in our Rv. The one we wanted to replace it with is on back order so we needed something quick and ordered it through Amazon.Super fast delivery. The fridge is actually bigger than we thought so it’s working out well. Keeps all our food cold and fresh and even has a crisper drawer.For the money it’s a home run for sure. Absolutely would recommend not only for an RV but an apartment or dorm room.Definitely recommend 100%

Packaging and shipping need to be better
The fridge works great the only reason I gave it a 3 star is due to the handling of the item while shipping and the fact that it was left laying down outside… This fridge is light weight me being a 5’2 female was able to lift it and put it in the carport so with that being said it’s not something these guys would have had trouble with… After opening the box which was damaged I did notice some dents due to the handling and packaging of the item….. the fridge is about 5 ft high and is perfect for my office since it’s not a display piece in my house the dents don’t bother me to much since it still works and it is just a secondary fridge for drinks

Dent/smudge on brand new fridge

The delivery driver was very helpful, but upon inspection I did notice a dent on the top of the fridge and a smudge that would not come off ,purchasing this new there should not be any issues with the product especially coming right out the box, it appears there are others that have had similar issues, wish I would have read the review prior to purchasing.

This fridge was attractively priced for the size capacity. I was looking for one with a dedicated freezer as well. This fridge checked all the boxes I had for an office fridge, and it did not disappoint when I received it. It was been running rock solid since I purchased it, and I would purchase it again.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a fridge of this size with a dedicated freezer.

Great little fridge
Bought this to replace my dead Atwood fridge in my camper. This one was only about 1/2” narrower on each side and about 3” taller. Removed the Rv fridge, trimmed the cutout and popped this one in. Cools far faster than the Atwood did. Having no need for a tri fuel refrigerator, this one for the bill, looks great, works great, for a fraction of the cost!

Adequate
This refrigerator is adequate but the door trays are limited, as you can not rearrange them and except for the bottom one, they are all very narrow. The freezer doesn’t have any door trays but the inside is a nice size. The inside shelves are oddly spaced and limit arrangement. They can not be arranged to hold a 2 later bottle or bottle of wine upright. The door holds one but the tray is so shallow that it falls out when you open the door, which is true of all the door trays. Would not buy again.

Bottom corner dented so it wouldn’t level for the floor.
The product itself is perfect size for our weekend cabin. The only thing is that the back bottom corner of the fridge was dented and I had to shim with a piece of scrap wood trim to level it. I can’t blame manufacturer for that.
