SUCKS DO NOT BUY! STOPPED WORKING MULTIPLE TIMES!
I bought this laptop 3 months ago, and when it came, the time it took to turn on was for ever! Then 3 hours later it stoped working. I plugged it in and it still did not turn on. The 3 hours later it just randomly turned on again. Plus the computing time took FORVER! 3 minutes just to load YouTube. Then a couple days ago, after plugging into the tv, it just crashed and never worked again. DON’T BUY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Excellent bargain Laptop.
Purchased for a family member who is midly hadicapped. The clear bright screen is very nice, seems like a decent to good quality computer at a great price. Windows 11 is a bit tough for someone used to Windows 10, however it’s not a deal-breaker, simply a steep learning curve.

Perfect Laptop for a Business Professional
This computer has great screen quality, can be used as an ideapad (ipad), is fast, and the touch screen option is great. I bought it over a year ago and wanted to wait to see how it worked through updates and time. It is a gem of a find and I would purchase it again!

Tried to keep it simple
I got this laptop to be able to use on the go for college. I needed something super simple that I could just get on a web browser and use Word for writing essays. In my mind, for those simple tasks, I figured 4 gigs of RAM would be fine. However, this thing is slow. Seems like everytime I try to turn it on it gets stuck in the loading process or just has a blank screen for the longest time. I even removed a bunch of the unnecessary junk apps hoping it would help but it unfortunately didn’t. Maybe it’ll get better as I use it, I don’t know. But so far, the last 24 hours with it has been very frustrating.

Nice, reliable laptop
Got this for my son to keep up with all of his son’s racing data. He’s been pleased with it and I love watching them, heads together, watching race film, and analyzing all the micron data!

If you don’t need your computer for big projects this is perfect, good enough for simple tasks, or projects which don’t require a lot of space in memory, I definitely recommend it

I bought two for my two kids. One of them is very laggy when it starts up. It should not be the speed of a brand new computer.

I think I got a refurbished instead of a new one
I thought I was getting a new laptop but I think I was sent a refurnished one. It tells me the warranty has expired. Also I am having some other issues with it. Very disappointed

Got this for my daughter who’s starting 3rd grade this year. I give this a 5 because for the price I knew the amount of RAM I’d be getting. Surprisingly, though, the computer moves relatively fast for 4 gigs of RAM. I don’t plan to download anything into it so it’s perfect for light duty tasks.

I just do not like the layout at all of this computer, I do not find it user-friendly. I actually ordered it in July, but didn’t get it out until November due to circumstances in my life. Anyways when I opened it up and looked in the files, there were files that were in this computer that did not belong to me. It just gave me a really bad feeling.

The media could not be loaded.
I thought I was getting a new laptop, but I think I got a refurbished one. At first it took a while for it start up, then it was slow. I was setting it up and then it turned off and now won’t turn back on. If I can give this a negative -50 I would. This sucks. Learn how to give people newer laptops.

You get what you pay for
Although this product was priced low the usb port began giving errors. I began to troubleshoot which was unsuccessful and the laptop began to overheat because of the problem.
