Won’t know if it helps till 3-6 mths, so will have to post then
These are filled capsules, so not an easy swallow. And you take 4 with a meal per day, so plan to gulp down 4 of these in a sitting. I am not a pill taker, so not very convenient for me to take 4 a day. No flavor, since it is a capsule. Value for the money, depends on if it has a positive effect on hair growth, so I can’t comment n that for 3-6 mths.

New growth
I bought this because I am at an age where I worry my hair might get thin. I figured nip it in the bud before it starts. I started using it at least 3 months ago. I don’t see a difference EXCEPT my hair is growing in dark again in certain spots like around my hairline. Yay. It does this for me!!

Worth it
It is pricey, but worth it. You don’t see results until the second month, but it definitely works. I have been using it for over a year and will continue to. My hair is significantly thicker and doesn’t fall out nearly as much. People comment on the difference almost daily!

Even my boyfriend noticed
After starting to use the product for 2 weeks, I could tell that my hair felt thicker. I haven’t seen new growth yet but there was definitely a change in my hair texture that is worth continuing to give this a try. As someone with thin hair and who is in menopause, it’s the only thing that has worked. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s too soon to tell the true benefits after such a short time.

Really works!
I’m 53 and had issues with my hair breaking off and resending hairline. After 4 weeks, I have noticed baby hair growing at my hair line and my hair is breaking less. I take at lunch with a full meal and have never felt nauseous. I have a sensitive stomach as was concerned with this side effect. Product definitely works. This stuff works
Hate to say it, but it works. Expensive as heck, but it works. As long as you use it of course. I could see my hair getting ticker and most of all the shedding was minimal. Had some issues in my life and stopped taking the pills. A month later, the amount of hair that I started loosing was scary. So now I am back on it, no matter how expensive it is. BTW, once you are happy with how your hair looks, you can maintain it with just 2 pills a day, I rarely took the 4 pills as recommended.

Amazing Product!
I’ve been taking these pills for about 5 months now. My hair is growing!!! It is also coming in thicker. The main thing is, BE PATIENT! If you’re looking for results overnight, that’s not going to happen. The pills are a little difficult to swallow, but doable, they have no taste. The pills are Expensive, IMO. I tried to subscribe to save money, but delivery only comes certain days a week so I just order them when I need them and receive them directly from Amazon within a couple of hours. If you’re thinking about trying them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

My hair quit shedding immediately
I’m only about a month into taking the supplements and I notice a difference alreadyI’m 60 years old and I could see my hair thinning everyday.. I would pull the stray hairs off of my clothes, and a lost hair in the shower…The recommended dose is 4 capsules a day.. I take 2 to 3 daily and I can honestly see the difference

Great, and works
This product came on time, originally I got this vitamins from a surgeons office to try, and even by taking half of the recommended dosage i saw it’s stopping my hair from falling out, and I could see a little hair coming back, so I ordered second one from here, and I am happy with it. My hair is not falling out at all, and I do see new growth, however some area of my head which i lost the hair long time ago there is no added hair growing to it, just the one that i recently lost, and yet still I’m happy just not having my hair falling out.

Almost 12 months Update #3
I have not noticed anything different thus far other than my scalp and hair is oily. I still have lots of hair falling out, if not more. I will continue to try for another 2 months before I can make my final decision on this expensive product. I hate the large four a day pills and I’m hoping I’m not wasting my time and money.Update 1: I subscribed for automatic delivery and I have yet to receive my month 4 and it’s been 3 weeks since I have not used it. I won’t receive my refill until the first week of July! I feel like 4 months was a waste of my time and money. I did see a small amount of baby hairs maybe it’s because it’s natural growth but I’m not WOWed with this product. My hair doesn’t feel thicker just oily. I may just quit this product if they can’t send this to me in a timely manner. I was going to give it a six month try but im starting to feel as if this is an overpriced product with small to no results. maybe I should start looking into something else.Update 2: I was considering to cancel my subscription but I toughed it out and now I’m 6 months in. I’ve noticed lots of baby hairs on my temple area. I will continue as I’m afraid I will lose my baby hairs!!! I hate the fact that I have to take this forever!Just wanted to share an update!! Hair growth around temple area is back! Also, in addition to my four daily horse pills I wear a nightly silk cap when I sleep. Not sure if it helps but every little bit helps me. Disappointed.
I was excited to try Nutrafol after seeing the commercials. Unfortunately, as soon as I started taking them I got excruciating migraines that wouldn’t stop. I tried stopping for a few days and trying just one pill but same thing happened. I’m not sure which ingredient causes the headaches. They do warn that some people get headaches so they aren’t hiding the issue.

Easy to swallow
These capsules are easy to swallow. They don’t get stuck on my tongue like some do. They do have an unpleasant taste, but it doesn’t linger. It is too soon to know how well they work but it should be easy to keep taking them.

I have to give credit where it’s due. I’ve been taking this for 6 months. I wanted to see if the results were real and long- term before writing a review.1. After only a couple of weeks, I noticed a dramatic reduction in the amount of hair I was losing every day. I could run my fingers through my hair without finding a bunch of it left in my hand.2. The photos I included show 6 months of growth all over my head. It’s coming in much thicker and I don’t have the thin areas around my temples and forehead anymore.FYI: the pills don’t know the difference between your head and body hair. You’ll get more hair all over. I’ll take shaving more often over thinning hair on my head any day.For the down sides: This is an expensive supplement. $80 per month is a lot. It’s totally worth it to have my self confidence, but I am disappointed in the fact that every bottle so far has been short at least one tablet. Over time, that is too much money lost. I expect a brand that charges so much to be careful about quality control.

Read if on HRT of any kind!
I have only had this supplement for less than a week, the 45 and older version. I would caution those over 45 who are on any type of hormone replacement. Per my experience I have learned about Maca, that is in this version but not the 45 and younger. My hormone Dr recommended this as a good hair growth supplement, not realizing there was this version. I started having warm flushes, super oily skin, and anxiety/jittery feel on day 2, of a starting out, reduced dose. Started researching the ingredients and mace seems to be the issue. I called my Dr, and indeed, stop taking dt the maca. I have ordered the 45 and younger version, since this is supposed to be an effective supplement, hopefully it will be. But I thought to review for many of us over 45 on some form of hrt, who this may not be a good option for. I would have appreciated a warning about this on the label, would have saved me some unpleasant symptoms and extra money. But, I’m not knocking it over all, giving the younger version a try when my new order comes in. Good luck ladies!

I’ve used many different products and some work a little but this really works. I’m 51 and hair loss has been a battle the last 2 years. Great product- does wonders for your hair
I was very impressed with this product.Prior to buying it, my hair was thinning, graying, and taking a long time to grow.I noticed in the first month, my hair dramatically improved. My hair was growing in thicker. The thinning was lessening. New hair growing in wasn’t gray.My hairdresser was very impressed with my hair and commented on the difference. Short One Pill
I’ve only been using this product for one month so I can’t review if it works. I came here to say that I was shorted one pill, which may not seem to be a big deal but when you’re paying $88 a month it is a big deal. I already had to use one from the next month’s bottle. Hopefully it was a fluke.

Be patient and consistent
I suffered extreme hair loss at the end of 2022. After studying a lot of products I settled on Nutrafol. I have taken it since January 2023- and rarely have missed a day. I am older and that May be why i did not see much growth until about 9 months of taking it. I am very happy with my new hairs along the forehead and I will continue to purchase these ( although they are very expensive). I feel,they are a well balanced multi vitamin with the hair growth supplements, too. I also have purchased the collagen powder and use it in my coffee. It is great and has no taste .

Overall improved health
I used this product to improve gait growth and texture. Friends have had great results so I wanted to try it for myself. So far I see a difference in fullness of my hair. I’ve only taken for two months so far so area of thinning I’m still hopeful for but may take longer to year results in that one area. I will post again in a month or two . Ultimately I’m going to give the recommendation of 6 months a try to be fair. I must say that overall if I have to take pills these have been most helpful in energy levels and regularly regularity. So it has other benefits as well. What I don’t like is having to take 4 pills. At this price point the recommended dosage should be contained in one pill!

Follow the nutritional guidance and change up in your nutrients.
When taking nutrients for a deficientt, you may experience hair loss but good news it can grow back with this product and adding red light therapy as well as folllowimg the nutritional guidance of your Doctor. You have to make adjustments as your body heals itself. Give this a try first! It also has some great vitamin c in it. Thanks nutrasol. After having recovered from a toxicity issue I used this and my hair is very full and thick again like it’s always been.

Genuinely pleased!
Three months after the death of my sister in 2021, my hair started to fall out. It got to the point where every time I washed my hair, I would lose quite a large clump. I know that it’s normal to lose up to 100 strands a day, but I was losing over 300! (Yes! I actually counted the hairs in my brush!) The hair loss was so significant, that my scalp was visible through my thinning hair! After seeing my dermatologist, and doing some tests, he determined it was a lack of estrogen, (I was 60 at the time), as well as the trauma from losing my only sister. He suggested that I take Nutrafol. It did take about 6 months before I saw a real change, but I did start to see my hair coming back! Short stubbies at first, but after 9 months of use, my hair has stopped falling out, and the regrowth is substantial! I have cut my dosage in half now while maintaining the same results. I just wish I had taken before and after photos!

My hair was falling out due to many health issues and medication. I read about Nutrifol so despite the cost, I ordered it. I could see new growth in about three weeks! My hair had been mostly gray for several years but new growth is coming in a dark brunette which was my natural color before turning gray. My hair stylist cannot believe the difference in both volume and color. She recommends it to her clients that are losing their hair. Of course the comment is the price is too high but she reminds them that the results are worth it. I have even persuaded my husband to use the product for men with the same results ❣️. Life changing (for my hair)
I have had fine hair my entire life. It breaks at the ends and just looks fuzzy. I was never able to wear my hair down or long. I have been taking Nutrafol for about 6 months. When I went to get my hair done about three months after taking Nutrafol my hair gal asked what I had done to my hair. She was amazed. My hair has been thicker. The quality of each strand has also changed so that I don’t get the breakage and thinning at the ends. I can wear my hair down now. People have been asking me where I get my hair done (as if that would have solved my hair problems). Well, all I can say is that this supplement changed everything for my hair. I can’t recommend it enough.

Pretty Impressive
I have baby thin long hair (mid back) and was beginning to show signs of thinning, a lot of shedding and you could actually see my scalp top front of my head and in a early bolding pattern. I bought this product 18 November 2023, today is 3 January 2024 so after two months use taking the daily supplements and using the shampoo + conditioner. All the products are expensive but I made a minimum of a 3 months commitment. So far the pills have not been a problem to swallow, and the shampoo and conditioner are luxurious so you really don’t need that much and I don’t even feel the need to wash it as frequently.I know new growth won’t begin to show for another few months but for now I can honestly say I am not shedding the hand full of hair, my hair feels and looks fuller as family members have complimented me on and my crown thinning front area is not noticeable. I must say I am taking + using all of this in conjunction with some medication (pills) my dermatologist prescribed. I was hesitant to spend the money but I can honestly say I am very satisfied.About the individual products:PILLS: You must take 4 per day. I would bypass buying the bottle and go for the bag because it will be less expensive.SHAMPOO: Super luxurious and you only need about a quarter size on your hand. I have long hair.CONDITIONER: I use about the same amount as the shampoo but note this will NOT detangle your hair. I use a different spray mist to detangle after I get out of the shower.SERUM; I love this stuff. I use a fine comb to part my hair in lines as I put the serum and massage it into my scalp. I do the entire top and front of my head a few times a week. The good thing about this serum is that it does not leave your hair gross, you can style it and it won’t look greasy. ONE THING OF CAUTION This product comes with a very fine glass applicator so you must be careful not to bank it or drop it or it will break and there are no replacement droppers.All in all I am very happy with the results this far and look forward to seeing much improvement over the next 6 months.

Amazed that it works!
I have been using this for about 5 months now. In perimenopause, I discovered that the daily hair loss I’ve experienced since I was in my teens finally caught up to me and my hair was not replenishing the lost hair as it previously had. My previously thick hair was starting to thin out. After taking this for 5 months, I see a noticeable improvement – most remarkably in the significant reduction in daily hair loss. My hair is definitely still not as thick as it was before, but I’m hoping that with continued use and continued reduced hair loss, it’ll keep building up again.

Check for drug interactions
I am 51 and my hair thinning and loss has gotten progressively worse in the last few months due to stress and weight loss. I’ve started putting Nioxin and rosemary oil in my hair, tried Olaplex, take biotin daily…as you can see, I’ve become desperate for a solution. After reading another review of the Maca root ingredient and how it affects HRT (which I am not on) I approached this Balance formula for my age group with caution… just not enough caution.I knew that certain minerals/ supplements are a no no for people on beta blockers and blood thinners ( which are contributing to hair loss) but didn’t think I would feel any effects or notice a difference. Wrong. I was so desperate that I ignored the ingredients and after only taking four capsules, unfortunately cannot continue to take this product. Check the ingredients, review with your doctor.

I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I told my husband that if I didnt get this hair issue reversed, my two Harleys were going up for sale, because I wasnt going to be a bald biker chic. He is the one who told me about this product. After two weeks of using this, I am seeing new growth all over my head. I am also using rosemary oil daily and use a scalp massager daily. Along with these, I take collagen peptides. So, I can’t say for sure what is working – it could be a combination of everything. But this product has to be playing a role in this without a doubt. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. Im doing everything I can short of seeking professional help and spending thousands of $$$ on PRP or transplants. Fingers crossed!*Update* Am thru my first bottle and just ordered my second. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth. I continue to use rosemary oil at night, massage my scalp, take protein supplements and collagen peptides, and fish oil. I am using a shampoo with rosemary oil. I’m not relying on one product for success. I think it’s been a team effort from several products. Whatever I am doing, it’s working!!!Update with pictures. I am thru my first 4 months of using this and my 5th bottle is on the way. I am no longer keeping my hair pulled back. My almost bald spot at the back of my head is gone. Any light areas you see are grays because I am 2 weeks out from my last color job, and it grows super fast. I am beyond happy with the results I have gotten from using this. My issue is hormones, and this product appears to block the hormone that chokes off the blood supply to the follicle. Happy, happy 64 year old!!

New Hair Growth!
I started losing my hair due to going into menopause. It was AWFUL! I have always had really thick hair, and now it has gotten so thin that it makes me cry. The Nutrafol vitamins were recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say I am really pleased with what I see. I am slowly getting new growth in my temple areas which is very encouraging. The only downfall is the price. At $88 dollars a month, I don’t know if it’s possible to keep using them.

These Supplements Seem To Be Working
I have just finished my first bottle and I can say I am already seeing way less hair falling out when I shower or even just comb it. I have been trying to find something that works for literally years now and these seem to actually be working. I’ve tried lots of other vitamins/supplements, topical treatments and shampoos and nothing made any difference. I went through menopause at 40, I’m now 66 and my hair has been falling out for 20+ years now to where I have very little hair left. I’m hopeful that in time I will begin to see new growth to go along with the way less shedding.

Works
I suffer from hair loss, thinning hair. I been taking this for 3 months I see less hair falling but you probably need more to it.
