Great camera but with issues.
The Google Pixel 6 Pro is a large phone. Battery life, speakers, display, and performance are similar to most flagship smartphones in it’s class. The curved screen makes installing a screen protector more difficult than others. I purchased this model based upon the camera performance so my review will focus on the camera and image quality. While it can take very good photos, it can be inconsistent with how the computational photography software is applied to your photos. There is easily noticeable overprocessing of the images in many of the shots especially when 2x and 4x are used. Additionally, the phone is inconsistent in when it decides to switch from digital zoom to the optical telephoto lens. The camera is capable of taking great shots especially in night mode and normal 1x mode. The optical telephoto lens can produce surprisingly good shots under the right circumstances. The photo quality from this camera can be very good but don’t expect DSLR or mirrorless camera quality from this or any other smartphone including Samsung and Apple. If you want photos that look great on a 5-6″ display without zooming in most flagship smartphones can achieve this. Computational photography is the future and I hope future software updates will fine-tune the processing for all smartphone (I have the latest Google Camera software installed). I would recommend the Google Pixel 6 Pro for very good photos in most situations just be sure to get to know the camera “quirks” before taking photos.Update 7/2/23: Photo quality in the 2x setting was overprocessed due to camera being in 4:3 mode. I switched to 16:9 crop mode and the over-processing was only slightly visible which was a noticeable improvement. In the 16:9 crop mode all photos seems very slightly softer probably due to less processing. In 16:9 crop mode, the 2x and 4x settings is now useable. 4:3 mode had been selected for photo sizes and 16:9 is used more commonly used for video viewing.

Pretty good phone except for…..
This product (Google Pixel 6 Pro) came in early without issues and was well packaged with bubble wrap. The phone came in with it’s original box and a non original charging cable and charging box. Definitely a plus since now a day most flagships don’t have them.The phone in it of itself came in great condition with a few minor imperfections. The top left, bottom left, and bottom right corners came in slightly dinged (maybe from a drop?) There is a small 2mm long scratch in the top right side of the screen which doesn’t interfere with anything or the day to day experience.Now the phone… Is it good? Yeah but the battery life could’ve been better. As it is pixels don’t really have a great track record with battery life but this phone (Google Pixel 6 pro) came to me with Android 13. This version of Android seems to be the reason my phone is experiencing battery drain issues and I wish the vendor would’ve left it at Android 12 because I cannot downgrade to get back my battery life. There’s also an issue when typing where it won’t input the letter I’m pressing while sometimes doing the opposite and inputting the wrong letter, I don’t know if this is because of a glitch or maybe the screen was replaced however it’s not a major inconvenience just annoying occasionally.Overall the seller was quick to ship, pack and deliver on the listing

Big, fast, bright and pure Android.
Let me preface that I’ve owned several Google phones prior. From Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 6p, Google Pixel 1, Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 4a/5g. This Google Pixel 6 Pro is by far the best of the bunch. Pure Android means you get updates before any other phones do. Flexibility, customization capabilities, there’s so much more freedom than the iPhones have. And I’ve hady share, from the iPhone 6s, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone XR and now the iPhone 13. This Pixel 6 Pro defeats them all. The Magic Eraser feature alone is worth having, note that you have to update your Google Photos app in the Play Store, to be able to use it. I was scratching my head at first, where is it? Then I read a forum saying you have to update it, to allow the feature. The phone even cleans up your older pictures taken prior. It’s fluid and fast. Each edge has a curve to it giving the effect of an oled screen. Some like it, some don’t. I mostly like it, but a small frustrater is when you’re flipping/scrolling sideways you sometimes lose your motion in the direction you’re flipping/scrolling towards those edges. A coworker got a new Samsung Galaxy S22 and if not for it’s vertical cameras vs this Pixel 6 Pro’s horizontal cameras, one could not tell a difference. Though his had a stylus (why…it’s a waste in my opinion), it’s not needed. Pixel 6 Pro even mostly outperforms the Galaxy S22 and costs hundreds less. I’ve purchased refurbished phones before with long lasting success. The 7 just came out, I got this refurb 6 Pro under $400. I refuse to spend more than $500 on a new phone, who cares if it’s bleeding edge tech, not worth paying over $1,000. My only squabble is the battery life, I wish it were a bit longer lasting. I can get 2 days use out of it, if I’m somewhat mindful of my streaming and usage, alot of YouTube, sports reruns and music @ work, I’m not a gamer so I can’t comment there. But people I’ve shown pictures and videos to, really like the big, bright, detailed screen. Pixel > Samsung straight up and refurbished is 1/3rd the cost of Apple. Save yourself some $ and buy smarter.

Great phone arrived in excellent, used condition.
This phone runs great. No slow downs or hiccups like my old phone. It arrived in great condition and even had a screen protector already installed. Flagship phones are far too expensive for me to justify the cost of a new one. However, these used options on amazon are fantastic. I don’t mind paying for these used phones as long as their condition is reasonable. So far, my experience has been good.

Great replacement at a value price!
My wife needed a new phone as her S9 Galaxy was just not keeping up any more. She wanted one like mine, A Google Pixel 6 Pro, but you can’t find them at the service provider anymore. I found this one, renewed, on Amazon and decided to take a chance. Well, it works perfectly so far, and any problems she found with it was due to her trying to use it like her old S9 Galaxy. Very happy with the phone, and so is my wife!

Battery life’s not as good as I thought
I really like it, has a nice big screen which I really like, the camera is next level and the quality is very good, the fingerprint works very good even with a screen protector, the search engine is very fast, and the actual phone is very lightweight compared to another phone I had and the whole Google software is very user friendly, the only thing is that I don’t like about it is the battery Life is not as good as I thought it gets used up pretty fast I use my phone for long periods at a time and it gets used up pretty fast

Phone was super, didn’t connect to network
The phone was in excellent condition, and the camera oh my god it’s amazing. I was reallyyyyyyyyy happy with the phone until I put my sim in and it didn’t work. Tried 2 other sim from the family didn’t work either. I read online google pixel 6pro has that issue with some carriers.I really wanted it to work, it’s a great phone for the price so I would order it and if it the network is fine then keep it!!

Nice Phone
Bought phone in the “Excellent Condition” category is was but it did have a very minor and I mean very minor little scratch on the screen you really had to look for it at the right angle. Could have sent it back like I have done in the past with other phones I have bought (not with this seller) and ended up getting one that is even worse lol! Great phone glad I switched back to a Google phone have had a couple Galaxy S9+’s over the past couple of years (X GF liked them) really didn’t like them, done with her and them lol! Just love how the phone operates/navigates better. Love the bigger screen and the display is beautiful. Even though when I bought this phone I wasn’t supposed to get it for almost 2 weeks it did come a couple of days early though. Only thing i would recommend to the seller is that they could deliver the phones quicker. Would give 4 1/2 stars if that was an option.
