Great for the price
This mascara is awesome for the price. It’s not clumpy and I love how it lengthens and adds volume. I feel like it also lasts a decent amount of time. I’ve purchased some very expensive mascaras in the past that don’t last as long as this one. I maybe go through one per month using it almost every day.

OK For The Price
Mascara is pretty much the only makeup I wear and I even stopped using that when I started having to use medicated eye drops twice a day. Then I just decided one day I wanted to try mascara again so was looking for something very budget-friendly and non-waterproof that would be easy to wash off and not irritate my eyes. This seemed like a good bid so I ordered the green label “false lash effect” tube. I’ve been using it about a month now and don’t have any strong feelings for or against it, it’s just kind of an “ok, it will do” situation because the price was right.Does it make my lashes more prominent in just one coat? Yes. But it seems kind of dry and doesn’t glide on as I’d expect. It’s not as easy as just wiping the wand across the lashes and getting coverage, I have to keep brushing here and there with the wand at different angles to get all the lashes. But I’m not a make-up maven so maybe this is how it is with all mascaras.As for washing it off, it takes more effort than I’d like as it needs more than just water to remove. Water alone just leads to raccoon eyes so I’ve taken to applying a tiny bit of moisturizing body lotion (I learned from experience a while back that oil takes off mascara) to a cotton ball and gently wiping my eyes with that after I’ve washed with just water.Overall, I don’t have any particularly strong love it / hate it feelings for this product so am giving it 4 stars because it’s an OK product for those who don’t want to spend a fortune on makeup.

Wow wow lashes
I’m a beauty snob on a budget. I’ve previously been using Gucci’s mascara but times are hard. This stuff is great! I find I have to not blink for a good while or put on my concealer afterwards as it’s all juicy and smudges more easily. But hey, for a $5 investment I am really pleased!

Saw the hype, believed the hype, agree with the hype. This is a really good mascara at a great value. It’s not as plumping as my usual Maybelline stuff, but after a few swipes, it gets you pretty close. For the price, highly recommend!!

Works really well for the price!
I have been seeing this recommended everywhere so I decided to try it..and I like it! It doesn’t clump (someone suggested warming it up before you use it, and that makes a ton of difference). It makes my skimpy lashes look good! I’ll be repurchasing this and not going back to high end mascaras-the only benefit with the more expensive ones that I notice is that they are a bit easier to remove, but this is absolutely worth the money!

Love it but…
I love this mascara. It makes my eyes pop like no other. BUT if you are one of those people that cannot figure out how to de-clump. Do not do it. It’s very messy/goopy. I like to use an eyelash wand/brush after each use to straighten them out again

Update on review;I am noticing that the mascara makes the eyelashes look longer now that I have used it more. And it only seems to irritate my eyes if I don’t take it off before bedtime. So I’m changing from three star to four-star.Putting on the mascara was easy enough. It did seem to flake a bit, but did not smudge that I noticed.However, both times I’ve used it so far, my eyes itch before the day is over. I don’t have that problem with regular Maybelline.I do like that it comes off with water, therefore not gummy in eyelashes.I’m giving it a 3 star because of eye irritation. It may not do that with some.I did not notice that it made lashes any longer than other brand I use. But perhaps it did.

It flakes
This specific bottle is my go to compared to the purple. I like the brush on this one better. The results are amazing with the right prep. You have to wipe the brush off and use a setting spray or it absolutely flakes off. The other day I didn’t use enough setting spray and had to keep wiping under my eyes. I won’t be repurchasing, will need to go back to my old falsies bottle or fine something new

Great, for the price!
I’m using this a low cost alternative to Clinique mascara, which is my absolute favorite and I’ve used for years, but is 4-5 times as expensive as this. This darkens my lashes nicely. It’s a bit dry, so I don’t know how long it will last. And it leaves little glops on the tips of my lashes that I have to remove. Other than that, I’m happy with it and will buy it again.

Great results, but flakes a lot
I love how this mascara makes my eyelashes look and it’s lightweight, so I don’t feel like my eyelashes have that stiff feeling when I wear it. However, I noticed after I started using it that I felt like I kept getting stuff in my eyes. I realized the mascara flaked a lot and would get into my eyes and I would have a lot of flakes on my cheeks after a couple hours of wear.

Nice product, but starts clumping quickly
I like this mascara quite a bit, especially at this price. Only issue is that it seems to dry out and start clumping after about a month. Most higher end products tend to last longer. So do I purchase this once a month or month in a half with the cost adding up, or spend a similar amount in three to four months for a higher end product I only have to purchase once. Hmmm …

Quality mascara at a good price
I typically use It Cosmetics mascara and love it but was looking for something of comparable quality at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised – this one stays put and is very kind to my eyes. It lengthens and thickens almost as well as my IT cosmetics one. Have tried other drugstore brands and they’ve irritated my eyes. Super happy with this find.

New holy grail mascara! Doesn’t smudge at all
I am so happy I found this product! My entire life I’ve had issues of my mascara, leaving smudge marks within 10 minutes of wearing it. Didn’t matter if it was waterproof, and extremely expensive brand or “smudge proof”. This is the only mascara that has never once smudged with my eye type. I no longer have black rings under my eyes from wearing mascara which is mind blowing! The hundreds of thousands of five star reviews are correct. You can’t get better than a three dollar mascara that won’t smudge, budge, clump, or flake!! The only downside is that it’s not waterproof and if you have allergies, cry, sweat, get stuck in the rain, high humidity or just take hot yoga, it will leave massive black streaks and trails down your face. I’m sure they have a waterproof version but haven’t tried it. For me this mascara is that good that is worth the risk of a good ugly cry!

Pretty Good Mascara for the price, easy to remove, lot of product on wand-Good Color
I’ve only used it for a few days but it doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin so far and doesn’t bleed/run down into my eyes. It will come mostly off with water so it is Not waterproof. I have not been using mascara for about 2 years due to dry eye and how most flake/run off etc.TIP:: This does have a LOT of mascara on the wand so I found that if I use a napkin and rub off some of it before I apply it that is clumps less or leaves less of those bigger round gobs at the tip of some eyelashes. I also curl my lashes before I put it on and still have to use toothpick a little to space out some lashes.I did wear it overnight twice to test it and it did not smear all over and didn’t flake into my eyes, but I mostly am a back sleeper.

Great Mascara!!
Okay, so never leave reviews as I should. So here we go! I do have naturally long lashes, yes. I normally use the L’Oréal pink bottle mascara and have to apply a million coats while having to separate my lashes. I came across this mascara the other day and I had to try it..I just got it in the mail last night.. HOLY SMOKES. I didn’t have to separate my lashes for once!! I really like it, maybe even love it. I haven’t worn it all day yet bc it’s still morning here. two coats later and this is my result. Way cheaper than what I normally get and overall better in my opinion! I will be buying more because I am hooked.

Ladies, this is a Mascara that does give the look of a false lash effect // May now GO TO…
It gets frustrating when you see all the different advertisements for a beauty product that claims it does this or that and then you purchase to try it, and disappointment falls over you. You also feel like a fool for believing yet another product advertisement. I am on a mission to test and bust or pump the product as if it touts! Well, this is a product I am pumping up! I can state 99.96% of when you apply this mascara appropriately (which is carefully and slowly separating your eyelashes) it does look as if you have applied “moderate” (not bat wing-looking) false lashes! Honestly, it is so good that it has me wanting to get contacts so can I show off my eyelashes (wearing glasses hard to show)! The downfall, but I can live with it – it is not smudge-proof! So, if you sweat, yes, your eyes will look smudged! I have learned not to use it on my lower eyelashes but to wear waterproof mascara. It is removed easily with a make-up remover or face wash. It does not clump; it is easy to separate your lashes when applying and you only need to apply one coat does not cake it on! I am 63 years old and have tried a lot of beauty products! I will be purchasing again!

Is this even real?
Lash Princess False Lash Effect mascara – it’s one of the best mascaras I have ever used. I have used drugstore mascara, expensive mascara, every type of brush. I have thin, short, light colored lashes so in the 20+ years I’ve been wearing mascara I have tried everything! This mascara is easily top 3 for coverage, lengthening, and separation (and it wears all day), but when you factor in the PRICE of $5 it’s #1 without a doubt! I don’t know how anyone can give it a bad rating. The “bang for your buck” factor alone is through the roof. And they haven’t raised prices, which I was afraid of, even though it has sold like crazy. Case in point: I’m currently using a name brand mascara from my Ipsy bag because I ran out of Lash Princess, and I cannot wait for this to come in so I can go back to it!

Unbeatable for the price
The performance of this mascara is insane for the price. You get long lashes that look like falsies, and the brush is great for detail work on the inner / outer corners of yout lashes.That said, a lot of the more expensive brands include conditioning agents for your lashes – I’m not sure how healthy this stuff is long-term. My lashes have seen a bit of damage since using this mascara, but I’m using an oil now to help with that (and my lashes are getting longer again).

Not bad for the price and actually better than more expensive name brands.It does not wear off each time I blink, It fairs pretty well in a very hot tanning bed/capsule and makes it appear my lashes are full.(refuse to do those fake eyelash extensions because ladies no matter your age and length they look fake and the longer/ thicker they are make you appear clownish (to be nice)The only thing it does not last long and is gooped on the wand near the end where you have to clean the wand before every use and it the time time to reorder

I just received this product today and I thought I’ll just go ahead and try it out, I was shocked at how good the product was and I didn’t pay that much for it! My lashes are very light and they’re hard to see. I have bought a lot of mascara that claimed it would make your lashes look longer And paid more than what I did for this product, I thought I would just try it out and see if that was another tall tale, I was shocked at how well, and how long it made my lashes you could really see the difference using this. I hope That it last longer than it looks because the brush does look a little dry. But if it does, I will gladly buy this again.

Major raccoon eyes
I decided to try this (I’ve been using a tried and true mascara for years) because it had such great reviews. The eyelashes look as good as my normal mascara, but I started having major raccoon eyes every morning even with thoroughly washing and using micellar water.It’s good as long as you don’t mind waking up looking like a raccoon (or maybe you have a really good way to remove your mascara, lol).Personally, I’m going to stop using it because I really hate turning to my partner in the morning looking so ridiculous lol.

This is good mascara!
This mascara is incredibly well priced and works almost better than any mascara I have ever used! It washes off, super easy, does not run, stays on, is rich and plumps, and lengthen your eyelashes very well! And each tube lasts so long. Probably the best mascara I ever ever used for the price. Highly recommend!

Awesome mascara
I’m 65 and have thinning eyelashes. I’ve had a problem finding a mascara that would make my lashes look thicker again without being clumpy. Essence False Lash Effect has solved that problem. I can now confidently leave my house knowing that my lashes are visible and pretty and look natural. I will be buying this mascara for as long as they make it.

Good
Had to jump on the wagon and try this mascara. The brush is a smaller finer brush ( I prefer the fatter ones) BUT I will say, it didn’t smudge when applying and it was easy to remove. It didn’t clump when applying and overall I think it’s a good mascara and ya can’t beat the price!!

Fuller lashes
I’m 59yrs old so my lashes are thin and also very light because I’m blonde and fair skinned. I’ve tried lash extensions. However, the upkeep is not realistic. I also purchased what is supposed to be a phenomenal mascara from Younique but I wasn’t impressed at all. I’m shocked at the results I got from this product. In my opinion, it does not look like I’m wearing false eyelashes however, it definitely looks like I have lashes. And especially for the price, this product is well worth it. Do not spend your money on expensive brands anymore, just buy Essence Lash Princess

Wand is longer than I’m use to. Goes on without clumping. With one application I have lashes that you can see. When applied on bottom my lashes looked great. But, it’s not smudgeproof. If they made it waterproof and smudgeproof I’d give it a 5 star rating.

Completely worth it
I am someone who is rocking stubby, clear lashes. Just like my hair, they don’t respond much in the way of curling them unless I am wearing mascara already and I know that’s a big no-no. This stuff is cheap, has obvious tons of positive reviews and works just like it’s supposed to. I haven’t done anything to my lashes here but apply mascara, I can’t imagine what they would look like if curled! I also feel like it wears well like a waterproof formula would. Let this mascara become a part of your world, you deserve to look pretty without a huge pricetag. Don’t think, just buy!!

Really like this mascara and the price is great!
So far so good with this super affordable mascara! I was hesitant at first, I have other mascaras that I use, but the reviews were honest and good so I figured I’d give it a try. It’s excellent! No clumping, and I’m able to layer it on if I want a more dramatic effect. I have very fair light eye lashes and this highlights each lash, with a lot of length, too. A nice touch is the handle has a pretty raised silicone design on it, which not only looks cool but it makes for an easy grip on the handle when applying.Arrived very well sealed in shrink wrap that matches the product, so I felt safe using it – good quality and nothing mysterious about its source.These are so nice that I got some for stocking stuffers, makes a nice Easter basket addition for an older teen, too. I plan to order more for myself as well.

Will NEVER go back!
I’ve been using this consistently for the past year and saw the new benefit mascara all of Tik tok. Decided I had to use it and was so disappointed! Went back to the Essence Lash Princess mascara and I’m a lifer now! dramatic, dark and lifted eyelashes for $5?! Can’t beat that – pair it with a lash primer and your life will be changed!

Great Mascara
I was pleasantly surprised. I was in a deep wormhole on amazon looking through best sellers in multiple categories, and I was running out of my pink Maybelline and rainbow tarte mascaras. The reviews were great so I took the leap.I have to say, the coverage is great, could do just one swipe. The wand grabbed all my lashes, defining them, and honestly did add a little length for a fan effect.It also didn’t flake off on my cheeks throughout the day which has been an issue with other mascaras in the past.And another positive, it came off with ease using just a baby wipe.No complaints. Honestly I even like the bottle design and how the wand actually felt in my hand while applying.

Time saving! The fastest mascara on the planet!
I move that through life. I’m busy &I have a lot to do…. But I’m taking a moment to review this mascara because it helps speed up my life!It goes on thick & fast. One coat looks like 2-3 from other brands… SAVE TIME!It cleans up fast. Is you get a smudge or spot from fast application, it works away fast with a little moisture. SAVE TIME!Washes off completely with regular soap in seconds. No need to use special makeup cleaners or sponges…. Just wash your face in the shower like normal and SAVE TIME!!!DRAWBACKS: it will only last about 16-18 hours before flaking off….. Not a problem for me though except for when it bothers my contacts.

LOVE this with one problem!
Let me say, I love this mascara. It does amazing things for your lashes – extending, curling, etc. It is THE BEST mascara I have used. It just has one flaw….when you try and remove it – regardless of the type of remover (wipes, gels, etc) it sticks beneath my eyes. I end up having to use a qtip with makeup remover on it to remove from beneath my eyes! That truly is the only flaw.. It has never caused a reaction in my sensative eyes either! I have bought this mascara at least 4x!

Best bang for your buck
I’ve used a lot of mascaras in my 40 years and for the price this can’t be beat. I consistently keep coming back to this one. The formula is not too wet and the wand is tapered so it’s easy to get into corners. I haven’t had an issue with it flaking on me. It’s buildable which is perfect for me because I love a thick lash. If you haven’t tried it you should give it a try, for the price you won’t be sorry.

Great!
This masacra was great first thing out of the tube! The brush is amazing! and my eyes popped with just one application. Today is the first day I am wearing so I cannot comment on ease of removal; but will let you know if it’s a problem. I tried to buy this last week but when I went to check out it showed a $55 shipping charge! so I figured it was a system glitch; I was able to order the next day with my prime free shipping.

Stop spending 30+ $ on mascara
I have tried so many name brand mascaras Too faced, rare beauty, Fenty, Marc Jacob’s, spending 30+ a month on these not only do these name brands dry out quickly but they are seriously over priced the lash princess has become a life saver I get the same if not better look for less than a quarter of the price I have used the same one for 2 months and still have product!! I can never get my lashes to curl even while using a curler you do not even need a eyelash curler with this mascara

Can Appreciate It
Heard about this affordable mascara on tik tok. Not a big make up wearer but learning make up tricks here and there. This mascara does the trick. Makes your lashes look fuller and brightens the eyes naturally. I usually have to blot the mascara brush several times as this mascara is heavy and clings a lot to the brush. Other than that glad to have this product in my makeup arsenal.

Love this one
I love this mascara! I have used a few other brands in btwn this one and I HATE the others ones. Ones I used to buy all the time and now I can’t stand the way the brushes don’t work or the formulas clump on my lashes. But this one is PERFECT. Nothing but good things to say about this mascara. My lashes look long and full.

My fave mascara
Signed up for a subscription as sometimes the Ulta in our town holds onto product too long. So far the Amazon ones have been fresh. Especially for the price you cant beat it. I like to replace it every 3 weeks but even if you use more expensive MAC, etc you have to switch those out every 4 weeks so this is a great deal. You have to take a little time to layer it but it makes pretty clean lashes

For the price, it’s great!
I got the smudge proof version of this mascara, and it will still smudge at times. It’s not the least bit moisture proof. It takes a few minutes to dry on your eyelashes also, it can smudge for a little while after you first put it on. Overall it looks great, as long as you have a continual look out for random smudges, haha.
