Fit spilled in box
I noticed other consumers had problems with the bottles leaking onto other items in the shipment. Two of those items that I ordered were food products. Even though the bottle was in a plastic bag to protect it from leaking all over the shipping box, the bag wasn’t even sealed. There was no seal of any kind on the bottle, just the cap. It also smells funny. Is the oil in the product rancid? I don’t know whether to use it or not. I have bought this before and so I did not read the reviews. If I had, I would never have bought it again.

Not taking the time.😞
I wasn’t happy with the Fit I received . It had a funny smell then the ones I’ve purchased before and the color was different. I don’t know if it was old or if they’re making it differently. But wasn’t happy with it. Instead of taking the to returning it l keeped and now I’m mad at my for not taking the time.

Cleaner Produce
I have been a fan of Fit for years. The only reason I purchased it from Amazon is because I am unable to find it in the grocery stores anymore. I feel like this gets my produce cleaner than simply water alone, especially with apples because it gets rid of the waxy texture on the outside. It is a great big refill for my sprayer and it does not have any flavor. When I run out, I will definitely be purchasing again!

Good Product But Does not Transport Well – Received it leaking wet box
Just received this product today. Disappointed because the box it was delivered in was wet inside and out. A good 1/8th of this fruit and vegetable wash had leaked out of the bottle. Plus the bottle has a dent in the bottom. The product was enclosed in a plastic bag but I can only assume the bag broke. I hope this is safe to use as is.

I like this formula
I like the smell of this and love that I’m getting my produce clean, especially salad. I use along with my salad spinner to soak and wash and it works well.

Don’t use anything else
I have used nothing else for more than 12 years. It leaves my fruits and vegetables naturally clean. It will remove all wax, dirt, sand and pesticides. You can use it to wash greens, bok choy and artichokes. It does not leave a residue. FIT does not add or take away flavor from the food. A little goes a very long way. I do not use any other product.

Cuts through the wax.
I have tried other brands and this on results with squeaky clean produce. And the smell is not off putting like other brands. Before I used dish soap and sponge, and this one cuts thru the wax much better. Truly an apple passes the squeak test and no residual taste.

One of my favorite products ever
I have been using this for years to wash my fruit and vegetables. When I ran low and could no longer find it in stores I used a homemade version, but prefer this. It gets wax off of the fruits and safely washes my potatoes or leafy greens. I am never without my Fit Fruit and Veggie wash anytime of the year.

MY KITCHEN IS NEVER WITHOUT FIT
I love using Fit. I have a huge white bowl, which I use to drop fruits and veggies in….spray them down with Fit….wait a few minutes and rinse. You cannot believe the dirt that comes off (grapes are the worst)! I usually spray grapes a second time and then rinse, rinse, rinse! At least I feel I have done the best I can for my family in removing foreign dirt and pesticides. My kitchen is never without Fit!

Solution is YELLOW!!!
I wish I would have looked at the reviews on this page prior to buying it . I don’t know what is in this bottle but in all the times I have bought it from the grocery it’s been a clear solution! I also immediately noticed it did not have an easy pour spout to fill up the spray bottle. This is different from what I’ve gotten from the grocery store as well. I am not about to wash my produce with something that is not consistent to what I’ve bought a million times before ! Who knows what this is ???

Great Veggie/Fruit Cleaner!
We eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and it is getting IMPOSSIBLE to find this produce cleaner around here. I feel much better using something to clean them, and this bottle lasts a long time. We just pour it into a sprayer from the dollar store and label it. Wish they had packaged it a little better tho, because about 1 oz had leaked out… 🙁

Fit is my favorite
Repeat buyer here. I always soak my non organic fruits/veggies & I normally also soak my organics just in case. If I’m using a fruit/veggie from the DIRTY DOZEN list I’ll soak with baking soda water 1st for 5-15 min then Fit wash for 15 min. If I’m squeezed for time I’ll just wash my produce and rub the fit wash on the directly VS. soaking method.

Clean Fruit and Vegetables
If you want confidence in whether this product works, have no fear. The product has a clean and fresh scent that permeates your fruits and vegetables as they are being washed. I generally place items in a colander, spray liquid until wet, rinse cook and eat! There is no residue left so products taste fresh and remain crisp until cooked/eaten.

Items as Described
If you haven’t used an organic produce wash this would definitely be one I would recommend. Uncertain fruits and vegetables it can make them feel a little bit sticky after you’re done cleaning them off this will go away after they dry. It’s very easy to use however I do recommend getting a spray bottle to pour it into and using the spray bottle. Only suggestion would be to make sure you rinse off your fruit and vegetables well after you’re done washing them with this wash or you’ll have a little bit of its flavor which isn’t horrible but it takes away from the taste of anything else you’re eating.

ABSOLUTELY EFFECTIVE and WORTH IT!
I have been telling everyone I know that they should be using this stuff for years! Especially if they buy veggies/fruits in bulk, which is much cheaper than the “pre-washed” bags. MAGIC ON POTATOES and mushrooms! Also, removes all the wax and pesticide from APPLES! I soak all of my GREENS in a mix of FIT and water, before rinsing thoroughly and then drying (sometimes I throw them directly into a pan to steam/sauté, because the clean water from rinsing acts as just the right amount of liquid for steaming). We eat lots of greens, especially COLLARDS (actually more potent than KALE!), which I wilt/sauté with garlic, fresh ginger, chili flakes and a combo of olive and sesame oils, plus a light sprinkling of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt. DELICIOUS!A friend insists that it’s a “ripoff”, but he’s obviously never tried it and frankly he’s a conspiracy theorist lol.I have an extremely sensitive set of taste buds, so I can tell when the chemicals have been removed from my food. And THIS does that! This product is worth every penny and the time it takes to use! USE IT FOR EVERY PIECE OF PRODUCE YOU CONSUME!

I wouldn’t buy! YELLOW AND LEAKING! Listen to the reviews!
I wish I had read the reviews first! YELLOW AND LEAKING! Just like all the other reviews. The one I have from the store is not yellow and you can even see it’s not pictured that way, probably because it’s not supposed to be that way. I wouldn’t trust it. I obviously did and I returned it. I did an even exchange to see if it was just a fluke but nope got another bottle exactly the same YELLOW AND EVEN LEAKING AGAIN! I couldn’t believe it. The color wasn’t surprising but also leaking. To have any good reviews is surprising. I just flat out returned the second bottle. I’ll stick with just getting the regular stuff from the store the isnt a weird color or don’t smell and isn’t leaking.

It is really good to see how it cleans my veggie leaves. However, it will be better if they have sealed cap or sealed cover for a bottle mouth so that it won’t be spilled out a little when it was delivered.

Smells funny, yellow in color and no seal
What arrived does not look like what I usually get from the store. It was yellow and smelled like, well stale oil. I am thinking this was really really old. It also was not sealed on the inside. They attached this tape to the outside that says it helps it not leak but that was not the problem. I believe it is old and stale, will not be using it. And not going to go through the hassle to return it so they won’t sell it to someone else. The product itself is something I use a lot, and I like it but I just think is either the supplier or it is as I said really old.

Do not buy this product!!!
Just got these in the mail today and when I opened my package one of the bottles had leaked, immediately I noticed an odd smell. After taking all 3 bottles out I noticed the color of the liquid, which is like a yellow color which I thought was off. I compared it to a bottle I had in my cabinet from the grocery store and you can see the color difference in the picture (left is mine and right is what I got from Amazon). There is a major difference in the smell of the product too. I have already started my return for this product and do not recommend anyone else buy this as I have no idea why the bottles are yellow with a smell- it’s not the normal for this company!!!

It’s works

Worth every penny.
I love this stuff, it’s been around for ages. My grandmother used to buy this and it cleans everything off. Espeically the waxy veg that I use a lot in my water. Apples, cucumbers. Things with edible skin. You’ll see all of it at the bottom of your bowl. Worth buying in bulk to be honest. While Vinegar and water works, this removes more IMO.

I enjoy, very much
I enjoy, very much, FIT Soak Wash because I can SEE all of the dirt and grime that has come from dirty veggies (especially berries–blue, red, straw). My hubby and I use it for all fruits and veggies EXCEPT for fruits like bananas (Ha!). I encourage all friends and family to keep FIT wash handy to have healthy fruits and veggies for consumption!

Great bug spray too!
Had this for fruits, but there was an ant on the fruit and got sprayed. It killed the ant.Saw some more ants in the kitchen. Sprayed it on them, and bam! It killed them too!Being organic, I’d rather use this on bugs around the house than those heavy-duty chemicals.

Used to love this, but…
I should have listened to other reviewers. This is NOT the FIT Produce Wash I used to love. It’s got a yellowish color (used to be colorless). Whereas before it had very little scent, and what little scent existed was fresh & pleasant, now it’s got a strong, yucky chemical smell. It kicked off my asthma and I couldn’t stop coughing. Unlike a certain “rebellious” competitor (if you know what I mean), this one doesn’t leave a nasty taste (it’s only positive feature), but instead it has a lingering scent. And unless you wash your hands with soap afterward, your hands will have the same chemical smell. I poured this one down the drain and ordered a different product. Different brand arriving tomorrow…fingers crossed.

Keeping it clean!
We have been using Fit for about 15+ years. It is an excellent cleaner. It sprays on easily and doesn’t leave a residue. We use it for all our fruits and veggies and are very pleased with how well it works. We definitely recommend it and wouldn’t be without it. Good stuff!

This is not the normal product
First off, I usually love this product. When I received this bottle I thought maybe they just changed the formula. Nope this is awful. It smells like diluted dish detergent and the original almost smells like nothing. It’s also yellow where it should be clear. I wish I had sent it back but I ran out of time. From now on I’ll be getting this in my local grocery store so I’ll know it’s good. It’s concerning that I’m not the first to write this in a review and apparently Amazon and/or the manufacturer has done nothing.

Yellow liquid
When I got this bottle I noticed it was yellow, I thought when I’d pour it into the spray bottle it would maybe become a bit more clear. It was still yellow. I’m not sure if the liquid was expired even though the date was good but sent it back. I went to the grocery store and bought a bottle, it was clear and so were the little spray bottles.

Can’t see the difference
I really don’t see the difference… it’s like flavored water. It definitely does not remove wax from the fruit and that’s a disappointment consider how expensive it is…
