Not for cracked hands
It’s probably good for a baby’s behind but it didn’t work on my cracked fingertips. I read the reviews and people said it did and mine are pretty severe the cracks. so maybe that’s it.need something stronger

It worked really well but I stopped using it on baby because I saw talc listed in the ingredients.

Good for sensitive skin
I’m a first time mom and my little one (6 months old) has a sensitive backside. She started to get diaper rash pretty bad. We stopped using fragranced diapers, applied a thin layer of this stuff every other diaper, and within a few days, her little booty is so much better! We also gave her some diaper-free time on some towels without cream to really air out the area. The combination of everything worked like a charm within 2-3 days!

The BEST for diaper rash
I have used this product on all three of my children. I don’t think there is a diaper rash cream that works as good as this one. Highly recommend if you are struggling with a baby with diaper rash. I always have this product in my diaper bag.

The only thing that helped
My baby had an awful chemical reaction to some diapers and it’s been difficult to get rid of. I had the least expectation from Desitin. But it was the only one that delivered any longer lasting results and actually would clear up the rash if it stayed on the skin constantly.So after emptying this container I bought the 1 pound jar.Yes, it’s messy. Honestly, if you’re concerned about getting this on your hands parenthood isn’t something you are cut out for. Getting messy diaper cream on your hands is the least of your worries. But it brings relief to baby and that’s all I care about.In fact, I think it’s healed the eczema I have on my finger. I just realized that as I am writing this review. Bonus! Thanks, Desitin!!

Best diaper cream
I’ve used a few other brands and this is by far my favorite. Our pediatrician recommended it to us and since using it, I’ve not looked back. It’s smooth and very easy to spread (does NOT clump up like some other brands) and is scent free. It provides a great protection for the bums against wetness and is not irritating to the baby’s sensitive skin. I use it every night on my babies. It does leave a white residue on the baby’s skin, but that’s easily wiped off with a wet wipe or cloth.

Nothing compares
Clears up diaper rash like no other. I’ve used A&D, butt paste, and honest diaper rash cream, and nothing compares to Desitin results. I now only use this for diaper rash, don’t waste your time or money with anything else. Also my husband used this for when his balls chafe, and it works for that too.

My favorite zinc diaper rash cream!
I bought this for my baby, who has super sensitive skin and got a diaper rash with any new wipe/diaper that we used. Early on, I used this A LOT and bought several other brands as well to see what worked. This was by far my favorite zinc containing cream. There is a slight smell that I can’t describe but it’s barely noticeable and I actually kind of like it (the Boudreaux butt paste scent was so unbearable, I couldn’t even be bothered to use it so this scent is great in comparison). It’s thick and white, goes on easy, and helps gradually. Now I use Aquaphor with every diaper change and haven’t had to use this stuff in a long time but it’s still my go to for a rash. I would recommend it!

Truly a great product
We’ve used desitin since our baby was born, since all of our family members recommended it. As a first time parent you’ll notice a smell to any butt paste used but you get used to it; i know we have. It takes just a little to cover the area. I noticed our baby had a bad diaper rash and we consistently used desitin with each diaper chance until healed and it healed within a day or two. I highly recommend this product to all parents. It is a perfect traveling size to throw in the diaper bag and be on the go with.

Although newer popular products exists, I stand by this staple that my mom used with me in the early 80s. Wildly effective and I always have in diaper bag and at home just in case. Tip: apply proactively when going on road trips to avoid diaper rash from time in car seat.

The best diaper cream available!
The product works great. We’ve used this on both of our kids for the last few years. We love this one the best. The cream has a great consistency….it doesn’t run. The only thing is because it sticks so well, you’ll need to wipe your hand off with a baby wipe when you’re done changing the diaper. But it’s well worth the money!

Don’t buy for adults
My Dr recommended this for a pressure ulcer . It might be ok for babies , maybe I didn’t give it the chance it deserved . I Hated the fact was too hard to get off my hands .

Love this Diaper Rash Cream
I have been using this cream on my kids for past 7 years and I love it. I helps in healing diaper rash over night. Cream is thick and easy to apply but will take little effort to wipe if off completely. I have used creams from different brands before and this is by far the best one.
