TROUBLESHOOT

The washer doesn’t drain properly.

1. Check for kinks in the drain hose. We recommend a drain height of no more than 45 inches.

2. Check that the machine can drain by gravity:

– Unplug the machine, put down the whole drain hose and put the end into a washbasin.

– Add half of the water to the spin dryer.

– If no water comes out, the machine’s drainage system may be clogged.

– Please use Amazon messages, we will provide further assistance.

    This washer is noisy

I like that it cleans clothes well, and that it is portable. However I use it in a bath tub and it is noisy. I live on the 3rd floor and cannot do laundry when the lower floors are occupied because the washing is so noisy.

    Not one size fits all

Not one size fits allLet me start off by saying I live in a poorly laid out 650 sqft apartment with no washer/dryer hookups. (My bathroom door doesn’t open all the way) I also live on the second floor of my apartment building.I purchased this washer because on top of having to go up and down a narrow staircase, we only have one washer and dryer per building. That’s about 20-30 people per washer/dryer. Not to mention a single wash costs $7 and a single dry costs $3!I did the math and buying this washer is way cheaper than using the one in my building by a long shot. It also helps that I don’t have to pay for water and the power this thing draws seems to be very minimal. So here is what I’ve noticed since using it.Cons:- Short power cord (Can be fixed with an extension cord)- Short water inlet hose/drain hose.- Instructions are unclear. (I think they update the units and then just keep recycling old instructions)- Awkwardly shaped. ( Very difficult taking it in and out of doorways )- Odd smell. ( Kind of a rubber smell but hasn’t affected my clothes)- It is a bit noisy. (Going to buy a rubber mat and foam pads to put underneath the unit to try to not make my downstairs neighbors hate me.)- Ships through FedEx. ( I absolutely loathe FedEx and probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had known it was going to be through them)- Does not get pet hair off of clothing. (You need a dryer or lint roller for that)Pros:- Fits in my bathtub.- Easy to lift. ( When empty )- Fits a lot of clothes which surprised me! I was able to fit my queen bed sheets- Takes about the regular amount of time to wash a full load of laundry. ( Don’t get me wrong you do have to supervise but to me it’s worth it )- Only needs a little bit of detergent. ( approximately a teaspoon )- Clothes come out very clean!- Can rinse and spin clothes at the same time.- Almost 100% spin dries very small articles of clothing. (Socks and underwear)- Small enough to store in a closet.- My apartment smells like clean laundry after using it.Overall I am happy I purchased this. I would recommend getting a portable dryer for things that the machine is unable to spin dry like bedding and blankets.I will still probably be using my apartment’s laundry room once a month to wash my duvet insert or pillows but that beats having to wash and dry everything there.

    Amazing!!

We were skeptics at first but with having a house full of teenagers we thought we would try one in the bathroom to see if it made laundry easier and faster as our main washer is always backed up from the amount of clothes we are asked to wash daily. Every kid did their entire basket of laundry and had fun doing it. We will be using it from here on out and sending one with each kiddos when they move out!

    Works great. Large capacity

Very easy to use. I can wash a single heavy queen size blanket though it needs hung to dry. Otherwise the spinner does a great job drying, a few hours air dry and most things are wearable by next day. Would buy again.

I’m so happy I made this purchase

The washing ability was amazing. My clothes came out very clean. I also liked that it washes a good amount of clothes per cycle. The only complaint I had was that the hose given to fill the washer wasn’t very good as far as quality goes. It actually broke on the 3rd wash (the rubber is very thin) it tore a hole in it from the water pressure of my faucet. Now I have to fill it using a bucket until I can find a hose that fits both my sink and the washer. I would also like to mention that the spin portion of the washer is amazing. I was very pleased and surprised at the fact that they came out only slighty damp. I would definitely recommend.

    So useful

This washing machine is easy to use and is suitable for small families or one or two people. The drying function is very good, but you need to be careful not to put too many clothes in the dryer at one time, and follow the weight recommended in the manual.

    Definitely worth buying!

I was very surprised how easy and functional this compact washing machine is. Fill it with water straight from the tap, add soap, turn it on (about 15 min). Flip it to drain mode. Everything gets pumped out through the drainage tube that conveniently cups over your sink basin. Drains it all (about 2 min), The spin feature (about 2 min) is supersonic speed & will get every droplet of water out of your clothing. I’ve been recommending this thing to everybody! It was quick & easy to use! Very minimal assembly. No tools required!

Do laundry in your own home

The media could not be loaded.

I live in an apartment right now. I am about to move into a small camper. So I cannot utilize a full size washer or dryer. This is the second portable washer I have purchased from Amazon. The first one was a little bit smaller than this, and felt even cheaper. This machine is made mostly from plastic. I included lots of pics to try and demonstrate the unit. You can see in one of the pictures because of the poor way they have set it up to hold the water inlet hose onto your faucet, I had to rig a system with zip ties. And this one was better than the last one lol. The last one was literally just a plastic cone that was supposed to somehow magically fit and stay on everyone’s faucet? LOL these look more like toys for children than actual machines for grown ups. But it’s better than hand washing for sure! Some of them come with lint catchers, like this one. But as you can see in the picture of those black socks, it does almost nothing. So I have implemented a fabric and installed it in the lint catcher, and it actually catches some lint now. But be warned, if you’re going to be draining this into your home plumbing, you will want to keep an eye on the land. You don’t want your drains filling up with that mess and getting clogged! The union is fairly easy to maneuver by itself. It doesn’t weigh that much. I have it sitting on top of my cooler to make it easier to access. What I find I have to do is wash the clothes once and detergent, then rinse them three or four times to keep getting them clean. I just go by how the water looks. About four washes and they are good for me. Then you put some of them in the little spinner, turn it to 5 minutes and let her bump. The clothes come out almost dry, just a little damp. Hang them up and a few hours later they’re good to go. As you can see from one of the pictures, the entire thing is wrapped in a clear vinyl. I really really wish the manufacturers would not have done it that way. They wrapped it and then finished assembling the outside pieces, so you would literally have to disassemble this thing to get all the plastic wrap off. That’s just poor design and execution only manufacturer’s part. Also, you can look at all the ones on Amazon like I have, and see that most of them are going to be extraordinarily lacking in the area of attaching the water inlet hose to your faucet. But at least this one has a lint catcher, that I can get to work okay for my situation. another reason I bought this one is because it’s the biggest one I could find. I’m a single middle-aged male, and I dress very simply. I wear the same clothes every week for work. They do not get that dirty. So for me this gets them clean as I need and I don’t have to go and spend all that extra money like I was doing at the laundromat. So it still takes some time and elbow grease utilizing this machine, but at least I’m able to do it in the comfort of my home. Oh yeah another thing, the small round plastic piece that is intended to go on top of the clothes while they are in the spinner is essentially useless I have found. It’s not like the clothes are flying out the top, especially since there is a cover on top of it. At least this one fits inside the spinner though lol. The first one I bought that little plastic piece would not even fit inside there to go on top of the clothes so it was 100% worthless. Either way, I do not use this on top of the clothes and the spinner and have no issues. When you use this for the first time and drain it you will think it’s done because no water will come out for a good 15 to 20 seconds, but just wait there’s more. It’ll give one last hoorah and a lot more will drain out. When you are done with it and if you have to move it to storage, pay attention because there will be some water left in the drain hose I assure you of that. What I do when I’m done is pick the unit up and set it on the sink, so that it will drain out. Now some of them do not have a drain engine, so they will be 100% gravity fed. This one is like a full size unit though. You turn the knob to drain and a motor engages and pushes the water out. That is a big selling point for me. Otherwise draining it would be even more tedious as you would have to have this units up and then have the drain hose in a lower position for gravity to remove the water. As you can see on that one picture, I have the drain hose put through the top of a bottle that is full of water so that it holds it in the sink. Anyway I know this is a long review, I just want people to know the details. Amazon is amazing for offering us many many products, but as we all know, many of the products are not worth a crap. This one is okay. I will recommend it, hope this review helps.

    Works as it should

I don’t bother with the hoses that came with it since I would need to buy other parts to make it work with my sink. I fill it up with water via a bucket and it works just fine. I fill it up to wash with the detergent, then once that is done, I drain the dirty water and refill it with clean water to do a rinse cycle. Afterwards, I drain the clothes again before moving them to the spinner to dry a bit. It’s a good machine for the cost and can hold a sizable amount of clothes in the washing portion. The drying part does a good job to get most water out of the clothes, though it is not as big as the washing portion so you will need to dry in small sections and make sure you’re not over packing it. You’ll have to either hang dry the clothes or have a dryer on hand to actually dry them fully. I would recommend wringing out the clothes from the wash before putting them in the dryer/spin portion of this machine or an actual dryer, as the washing portion does not spin the clothes once you go to drain the water like an actual washing machine would. You’ll need to have the machine near a drain hole to let the water out, or a toilet or a tub. Any of them works! It does make noise, but it is not overbearing. I think it’s great for apartments or homes that need a little extra help.

Awesome!! Love the capacity and drain pump

Awesome little (big) washer!! (40 lbs! 24 wash and 16 spin) It’s about time they came up with a big version of the twin tub washer. I have used a 17 lb (10 wash 7 spin) capacity for the last 2-1/2 years with great successs. I love doing laundry in it, but it finally wore out. ( I have washed for a large family with it, it runs for 3-4 hours a week nonstop and washes 12-15 loads a week minimum). It was a workhorse washing very dirty men’s jeans and light blankets. This is a major improvement. Where the smaller washer could only fit 1pair men’s pants and 1-2 shirts to get good and clean this one I can fit 3 men’s jeans and 3 shirts and they get just as clean!!I wash 6 regular bath towels at once, ( not jumbo). So impressed!! Best part is it has a pump to pump the water out!!!! So I put it where a washer goes and it pumps into the drain!! The only possible negative would be if you have to move it around a lot it is a bit awkward but not heavy. Love the capacity and drain pump!! Definitely recommend to anyone doing much laundry!!

gets clothes clean, save bucks and avoid the laundromat

it does get clothes surprisingly clean. my only issue is that i have a husky dog that sheds a lot of hair that gets all over bedding, socks and everywhere. the filter in this machine doesn’t catch enough to remove it. i did try as one video i saw here, add some cloth inside the filter box which does help to catch lint better. so i still need the laundromat for certain things like sheets and socks that attract the dog hair, for their industrial strength dryer that sucks the dog hair off. however, for underwear, tshirts and summer/yoga clothes this will do well. so as an apartment dweller, i don’t have to take as much to the laundromat, but it’s not a total replacement.

    I LOVE THIS THING 28lb

Omg where do I start!!! I was kinda hesitant to get this machine due to all the bad reviews ive seen on here but honestly I made the best decision everrrr by getting it. I’ve had this machine for about a month now and I was waiting to write a review lol. I’ll say I’ve used it over 15 times since. I’ve washed mine and my sons clothes, shower rugs, curtains(shower/window), bed sheets, pretty much everything in my apartment except bed covers of course because it doesn’t fit in the spinner. If it did best believe I would of washed them in this machine as well lol!! If you do decide to get this keep in mind that the holes for the water is kind of short and breaks easily if managed incorrectly. I broke mine by mistake but I was able to glue it back together and it works perfectly fine. I saw a lot of reviews on how the washer or spinner stops working and for me honestly you just have to help it a little it’s not a automatic machine. Yes you have to pretty much do everything manually but it does work. The problem might be the water. If the machine doesn’t drained properly it will not start. For instance my drain holes is positioned up I don’t have it laying flat so sometimes its hard for the machine to push the water upwards. So I do sometimes grab a bucket and let the water finish draining that way. Another thing if the machine is over worked, like if you add too many clothes at once IT WILL STOP WOKRING!! so try to wash smaller loads. The washer washes the clothes amazingly they come out sooo clean and the spinner side does a great job too. the clothes literally come out 80% dry. Over all I freaking love this machine forreal!!!

Works well, but smaller that expected.

I ordered this machine to replace a Della 9.2 kg capacity machine, which finally gave up the ghost after quite a few years. I shopped carefully and compared capacities. This machine was rated at 18 lbs, close to the 20.24 lb Della. I was a little surprised to see that by volume, the new machine is about 2/3 the capacity. I could do my fleece sheets together in the Della, I’ll have to do them separately in the Auertech. Other than that, the machine seems to work well. I really like the drain pump which is at least twice as fast as on any other machine I’ve owned.

So disappointed **** UPDATE*** I’m happy now!

I was so excited when I finally ordered this portable washer it took me 2 months of researching which portable washer to purchase. I decided on this one.I had the machine for about 2.5 weeks now. Washed about 8 loads of clothes. It worked really well. But now it wont drain my clothes. The water just sits in the tub. Really angry because now I have to return it and it’s an inconvenience to carry this machine down 2 flights of stairs and load into my car. I should have purchase the one from comfee. ******UPDATE******The company reached out to me and walked me through the process of clearing the drain hose. I am happy they took the time to reach out and sent instructions on how to detach the back of the machine and help fix the issue although I only had the machine about 2 weeks before the issue. I’m disappointed because now my lint trap is broken trying to take it off and see if there was lint trapped although it was not. Maybe the will send me a replacement lint trap? Oh well! But I do love this machine. The company is great and their customer service support is amazing.

    Impressive!!

I bought this as compared to the fancier portable washer because I read that it left clothes cleaner. It has a powerful wash cycle and can fit a ton of clothes in there. Maybe about 10 shirts plus socks/underwear. Tried to push the limit with men’s jeans and found that 4 were a bit much. The machine sounded like it was working extra hard so now I know to do separate loads. The wash cycle is about 15 minutes and to rinse again another 15 and the SPIN CYCLE IS SO POWERFUL!!! Only need to spin a couple minutes and leaves clothes close to dry. So happy I bought this.

    Works well

I had lived in an apartment and used a smaller version. I got a new apartment and this works better than the smaller unit. I wish and rinse, then spin dry my clothes. Then I hang on drying rack. I only use my apartments facilities to fluff dry all my clothes after I air dry them. I enjoy using it and washes my clothes really well. I can use my apartment facilities but it’s $1.75 for the washer and washing clothes where other people do is kinda not my thing. Highly recommend

    How well this product works!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this product. Washing was so easy. The spinner got All of the water out! Of course I had 2 sets of my scrubs, and couple sets of undergarments in there. I took them out. I really love my machine! It comes up to my hips. I’m 5 ft 6 in. All you need to do is pour water in and use liquid detergent. Be super careful with concentrate. I used a bit too much.

the best $200 i’ve ever spent!

i’m so happy i decided to give it a try! we were spending so much money doing laundry at our complex, and our laundry would pile up so much because it’s always just a dreadful, time consuming experience using shared washers and dryers but this makes my life so much easier!! my ONLY suggestion is to also invest in a separate portable dryer if you prefer to dry your clothes on high heat. but i have no complaints i’ve suggested this to all of my friends!

    So far…

I love it! You have seen the dirty water it pulls out in other videos. I run mine through again to rinse in clean water. So quick amd easy. The first thing I washed were my dog’s Kong plush animals. She sucks on them when sleepy. They got much cleaner than my $$$$ washer ever did before it went down. I’m so pleased!

    It is simply awesome

To begin with l normally don’t do reviews.I am a full time RVer , l did let laundry pile up for as much as a month at a time then had to take a whole day of my weekend to do laundry, after reading many reviews and a lot of research l chose this washer .1) I put a mat in my shower to set the washer on, so l don’t cause holes in the shower base.2) l remove my shower hose from the spigot and put the fill hose on it, just don’t over tighten the clamp overly tight so you don’t damage the threads.3) when l spin clothes l put the fill hose on the spin side and run water till l don’t see soap suds come out then turn the water off to continue spinning.4) l then fill washer side again and add fabric softener and repeat process and line dry clothes outside.(going to purchase portable dryer next)5)let me also say that l am a retired RV Tech, and for the price compared to $2000.00 for RV washer and dryer you just can’t beat this washer , the only issue with it is on you, and that’s where you put when not in use.Buy it and you won’t regret it, l don’t.

this washing machines holds a lot, and cleans very well as well as a large washing machine also this is perfect for small spaces. I love it, and am glad I purchased it. I live in an upstairs apt. and I am 71, so you can imagine what a nightmare for me to go up and down stairs on laundry day.

    Best purchase ever! Extremely satisfied

I’m a single mom of 2 kids and one of them is special needs. I live in an apartment and can’t go out to do laundry as often as we need it because of the kids. This machine has changed my life, I was crying while washing clothes today because for the first time I was at home, taking care of the kids, without carrying lots of bags, plus grabbing the kids… It was peaceful and this machine worked better than expected. The clothes came out almost dry. It dried better than a full size washing machine. Thanks and blessings to whoever invented it.

    Small

I got this because I have an apartment with no washer/dryer. It’s small so I have to do multiple loads to get through a whole hamper, but it definitely beats going to the laundromat. However, the draining tube is not very long, so I just drain it into a bucket and dump the bucket every time it’s filled.

This washer and dryer is amazing!

I live at a apartment. It is so quiet. My clothes come out so much cleaner and so fresh. Now I don’t use the broken down washer and dryers at the apartment no more. Nor do I have to worry about their smelly clothes. Another thing I am not wasting my money. Just very little electric. And no more waiting in line for tenants to get their laundry done. Very happy with this washer and dryer. I would buy it again.

Strong agitator but needs improvement. (Rubber instead of plastic). Good response from seller.

This was initially a lot of work to set up since I had to buy an extension hose. The hose included is woefully short and has sprung leaks in multiple areas of the hose. I was lucky to spot the leak when I did, since I easily could have compromised the apartment below me. It is too bad that the hose is not made of rubber, since a rubber hose would have been durable and likely would not leak. Everything else is as advertised. I used a bucket to fill the drum for wash and rinse rather than attempt to manage multiple hoses. I recommend setting it up in the bathroom.Update: Seller is offering a full refund for letting the public know that they are doing so. I find this to be an acceptable solution. Please at least purchase an extension kit with this unit and handle the tubing very carefully. Confirmed refund. I am satisfied with the resolution. Four stars were earned due to good customer service and resolution.

    Awesome buy for apartment.

Was skeptical at first but I have not had the need to go to a washateria and I’ve done about 20 loads. Spend the money it’s worth it. Only downside is the spin side has to be equal weight all around or it knocks. Love it.

    Great product.

This machine is light weight, it washes very well, easy to use and handle, the spin dry dries well and depends on material spin dry twice and it’s 80%-90% dry, does not take up space just right doesn’t take a long time to do loads. Great machine ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 .

This washing machine is a game changer!

The media could not be loaded.

I live in an RV with my 2 children in spouse including one baby in cloth diapers! This washing machine is amazing! I was our clothes, towels, and diapers in this machine! It does an excellent job, is exactly as described, and makes my life so much easier than going to the laundry mat! and more affordable considering how much washing costs at the laundry room! If you do not have the ability to have a standard residential wash machine I highly recommend this one! You don’t need anything different than your standard sink to make this happen in your living space! Happy I went with the biggest option because I fit more clothes at once but it still fits nicely in my small space! Highly recommend. Happy Washing!

Convenient, clean, and gets the job done!

I live in an apartment with an abysmal laundry room with machines that don’t work so this was a lifesaver for me. It’s an arduous process but it’s worth it. Your clothes come out so clean! It’s satisfying seeing how dirty the water gets haha. It’s compact, but fits in quite a lot. I was able to do a small load of laundry in about 40 minutes to an hour. The “dryer” is great too and it has your clothes about 65% dry. Tip- wring clothes out before putting it in there. You will have to hang dry it afterwards though.I would’ve given it 5 stars but I have a few issues:1. I saw some reviews saying it’s light, personally I disagree. If you’re moving it around, you may struggle a little. I struggled a lot because I’m not that strong.2. The pipes are not great quality. I resorted to using a bucket to fill it up.3. The cord is very short and I had to buy an extension cord.4. Gravity is your friend to drain the water out. It’s a good idea to put it in the tub/shower and let the water drain, but back to my first point, it’s heavy so moving it around is a little hard.5. As other reviews have mentioned, there is a weird smell while you use it. Make sure you have good ventilation. Nothing to be too concerned about though.6. The water doesn’t fully drain out. Tip- after you’re done using it, make sure to use a dry towel to wipe it down and leave it open because you don’t want moisture in there. If you’re on a budget or you just want a smaller washing machine, I would definitely recommend this one. I’ll update this review if I have anything more to add.

    100% recommend

What a great product for our apartment. Though the Lbs was going to be small but it’s a great size. I am happy with this product and will recommend to anyone looking. Works great and pretty fast. The spin/dry is amazing and definitely works better then a real dryer other reviews on here were not lying it works great. Not to loud for washer and dryer either but definitely make sure it is on a flat surface.

    Outstanding, really.

I tried not to rush to write this review, as I’ve only had it less than a week, but I have set it up and used it 3 times right out the box. I am really happy with this purchase. It is compact, but it is durable. No leaks anywhere, the hose and connector they’ve sent will do for now. What I like most is that the agitator sits on the floor of the drum, and its wide, it does a great job of moving the load and getting the dirt out I was really surprised at the amount of dirt it got out of my clothing. The reviews are absolutely correct on that.I am shocked by the spinner as well. At first glance it appears small. But once you put the clothes in and press down, you’ll see it can get a lot in there but I still split my load up in 2 for the spin. Overall, for the price, and the quality of the machine, It is a great product I am glad I purchased it- It makes life a lot easier for me and I was starting to get grossed out by the fact that I’m sharing the same washing machines w so many ppl at my apt complex. Just think about it. *Yuck.Oh. The spinner, the reviews are correct in that it does spin so amazingly well, you’ll cut your dry time down in absolute half bc they come out just barely damp. This is a game changer for me I love it. You can affix the hose to the either side, and rinse during your spin cycle, and you control how long you want the wash cycle to last. BYE BYE LAUNDROMAT. I’ll update this review if I have any issues. 5/5 stars.

    Great Customer Service

I had some issues with my washer but the customer service was there to help. They were very helpful and trying to find solutions that would work for me. The unit is very useful especially if you live an apartment and need to wash your clothes. It definitely washes the clothes and the clothes are fairly dry.

    Great washer

Works great, spins clothes almost dry. I would recommend doing two wash cycles (30mins total) and a wash/rinse cycle (meaning, “wash” with no detergent, just water) on really soiled clothes; my gym clothes were not washed properly the first time so I did as I described and it worked great. Only cons are that 1) it’s not very quiet as advertised and 2) it’s a lot more hands-on than I would’ve liked, but that’s just more my personal preference. One last recommendation, place the washer higher than where it’s supposed to drain to; first washes I found some water left on the hose that the pump couldn’t drain. This is how I washed my clothes ==========First few times, as I was moving the clothes from the wash tub to the spin dry tub, I was quickly rinsing each item (drain the hose connected to the wash tub and connect it to the spin dry tub). This works ok on small items like baby clothes, intimates/undergarments…not so much for a lot or big items. Also, it was time-consuming with bigger items. What I started doing, was I did “3 cycles”. So my routine was:(1) Wash – full tub; 15-30 min wash. Drain when finished.- – – Spin dry to get all the dirty water out. – – -(2) Rinse – half tub; 5-10 mins “wash”. I sometimes added a laundry sanitizer here to eliminate odors from gym/work clothes, but this is optional. Drain the tub when done.- – – Spin dry – – -(3) Final rinse – full tub; 15 mins. I added fabric softener at this step.- – – Spin dry – – -You don’t have to do this every single time you wash, it really depends on how dirty/soiled your clothes are. The above steps are what gave me the best wash for really dirty clothes (gym, gardening, car maint.)

    Awesome little washer

Completely blown away by this washer.I got it because my big washer died and I had clothes I needed clean asap for work and I wasn’t going tosit in a laundry mat. This thing cleans clother better than the fullsize ever did.The spin dry is absolutely crazy ,it gets the clothes way drier than my full size ever did so my clothes hang dry way faster. It would be great for small places for sure.It washes the clothes quickly you can see the grime coming out .Just be mindful when you put it on drain that waters coming out reeeal fast lol.Its very simple to use as well.Fill washer from sink by filler hose ,put liquid soapin while filling.Put clothes in turn knob to the setting you want and let er go .Take clothes out put them in the spinner, push down put plastic keeper on top and pic your spin and your done .Its extremely quiet as well for you guys with complainy neighbors

    PERFECT for apartment dwellers!

I have trialed and errored this thing for 9 months so you wont have to! If you are on the fence about getting one of these washers I suggest you look them up on tiktok – you will find alot of brands and reviews. I ultimately chose this one because of its larger size AND because it has a drain pump to help push the water out (some of them only drain by gravity)First I’ll start with the tricks I’ve learned that make this thing much easier to useSHOWER HEAD – the little hose it comes with is okay, but it takes around 10 minutes to fill up that way and getting it to stay on the sink without falling off or leaking is a pain. Getting a deatchable shower heard cut fill time to about 4 minutes.DRAIN HOSE – FIRST – its probably better to drain it in the toilet due to the amount of lint that drains out with the dirty water. If not, make sure you have a hair catcher or something over your drain so you can stop the excess lint going down the tub drain. I clogged my drain a couple times before I learned this less. i ALSO didnt realize until about a month ago that you can turn the washer over and move the drain hose from the right to the left side depending on where you want to drain it. So for a while I was moving it back and forth to fill it and drain it, but now I’ve got that figured out.EXTENSION CORD – the cord on this is pretty short so an extension cord will probably be neccesary.SHOWER ROD and BOX FAX – get a second shower rod and hang your clothes there, set up a box fan to speed up drying. If you get a drying rack, use it for small things or you will run out of room fast. Now the actual review – I freaking love this little washer. You do have to kind of “babysit” it – meaning you have to manually fit it up, run it for 15 minutes, drain it, manually fill it up and run it again to rinse the clothes, drain it, then manually spin it. But it beats always going to the laundry mat. The larger size is ideal for me because I can do about a half of a full basket of laundry at the time – i just cant spin it all at once so I usually spin half (1 to 3 times depending how much water the items are holding on it) then while im spinning the second half of the load I start refilling it with water to start the next load. You dont need to use very much laundry soap at all! I am guilty of using too much in normal machines but you need very little for this washer. Same with softener (add that to the rinse cycle). Its a little heavy because of its bigger size so its kind of a pain to move it back into the closet when im done, but if you have a larger bathroom you might not even need to move it.ADHDers beware – dont walk away from this thing while youre filling it up UNLESS you have the drain hose set up where it will drain to already. I overfilled this twice and slightly flooded my bathroom because I walked away from it without setting a timer. The good news is that when it overflows its draining from the hose, so if you set up the hose where its in the tub or toilet already, it wont overflow onto the floor. When im done with it, I hoist it up on the side of the bathtub so that the drain hose is completely below it and drain the last bit of water into the bathtub. The pump is strong but theres always a little water left at the bottom so this step is neccesary to make sure theres no water in the bottom when you put it away.I generally dont wash blankets or bedding in it (aside from pillow cases) mostly because I dont have the space to hang them to dry really. But I have seen reviews on tiktok of people who do so it might be possible! it also just depends on if the blanket would fit into the spin side when its fully wet.Ill end my review by saying this – while the washer is AMAZING – sometimes it will be easier to still go to the laundry mat if you have alot of laundry to do. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for me to do a load (with distractions and multitasking of course) so if I have a weeks worth of clothes for two people to wash, it may be an all day activity to get it done in the little washer. But I will still be using this thing the majority of the time.

    Day 1

Today is day 1 and I couldn’t be more impressed, I see some people say it had failed after X amount of time so I did purchase a warranty to be safe but with that being said I really do LOVE it.1. People who say it’s time consuming must not rely on laundromats because this is FAR less time consuming.2.the fill hose is hella flimsy so I doubt it’ll last long but I can always use a bucket if I want so it’s no a big deal but it could for sure be better.3. The spinner is life changing, certain material comes out 100% dry and others will dry overnight which is perfect.4. It’s portable, I have a bad back and I’m still able to take it from room to room.5. It doesn’t rely on gravity to empty which is honestly my favorite part and I specifically made sure I bought one with a pump to empty to make life easier.6. Waiting for it to fill from my sink is something else so I just set a 6 minute timer and that worked out perfect.7. The rinsing oh my well I did find that if you turn the water on while it’s spinning for 1 round then spin again for a full round without water you can avoid refilling the entire wash side again and it DID get all the soap out and saved me a good bit of time.8. To avoid mold be sure to take a bowl and empty the hose into it from the floor as some will sit in the hose because let’s face it a pump can only do so much, also leave the lids open and have a hand towel dedicated to wiping it out at the end of your use, also peel off the plastic, water will get in between the plastic and the unit and cause mold so don’t think you’re saving by leaving it on.9. 1 full load is 2 spin loads so if you have one item that’s a full load you won’t be able to spin it and it will be SOAKING wet so for the love of all things holy if it’s a huge item borrow a friends washer because you’ll hate your life if you wash it because the washer doesn’t spin water out at all so it’s impossible to not use the spinner.10. Once more buy the warranty, it’s $11 a year for the 3 year which is a STEAL because let’s face it things just aren’t made the way they used to be so you can do everything right and still have it fail so don’t throw $200 at something but be too cheap to spend that extra $33 on a guarantee it’ll last you at the very least 3 years.11. Buy a 3 pronged extension cord because the cord on this is pathetic and I mean so so short so buy it to come the same day if you want to use it,I got lucky but not by much.12. Buy the 28 for the spin size alone, I couldn’t imagine having a smaller spinner and still getting the same results.Lastly my kids LOVES it and helps me do it sooo that’s a win.

    1 Month Review, It’s Great!

It’s been 1 Month…………..It’s great!Powerful swirling washer does the job, even heavy loads!Light weight! Notice I drain it to the toilet, then put it bake in my closet….takes 1 Minute…I’ve noticed it more efficient wash than huge outdated clunker washers, especiallly the spin dry concentrates and spins almost 80 percent dry! It’s not too loud………can take a nap with it running. No cons about it, glad to use it.

    A life changer.

So I have waited about 4 months or so after purchasing this machine so I can write an honest review. I am a single mother of a 10 year old boy. We live in the tiniest apartment ever and money is EXTREMELY tight. I used to have to lug 15 or so garbage bags full of laundry to the laundromat in town. I could only afford to do this about once or twice a month. I was so excited when I was accepted to be able to purchase this with a payment plan. I did a lot of research on which portable washing machine to buy. I finally settled on this one. It’s small enough to fit in my little hallway in my apartment and it surprisingly washes a lot more clothes in one load than I thought. It took me a little bit to figure out the input water hose and drain hose and rigging it up to reach my sink and shower but that was the only negative thing. Once I got it figured out and figured out how to spin rinse and then spin dry, I was crying literal happy tears. I never thought I would ever be able to do my laundry in the privacy of my own home. I’m sure to some people that sounds silly but I’m still so happy with this washer 4 months later. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. The spin dryer literally spins out almost all of the water so my clothes take barely any time to dry when hung up. I’m in love. It may take me a while to pay this off, but it has made mine and my kids life so much easier and I’m so grateful. If you’re shopping around for a portable washing machine. This is the one. I promise.

    Great product

The machine works great. It washes better than expected and the spin dryer gets clothes 90% dry. When I tried it for first time it leaked. It had a pinhole in the hose from the drain valve to the pump (cheap hose). I did not want trouble to send it back and wait for new one so I just put some glue over hole and it worked. If it leaks again I will just install a better hose.

I have a washer again! Woohoo

Ok, I just received my washer today. It was basically plug and play and a very easy to read manual. I am 65 and I could move it around empty. I have to do laundry in bathroom right now so set it up easily but needed an extension cord. I have it draining into my tub and am filling by hand. It is work not as easy to use as a big washer but my goodness it cleans so much better than my front loader that is kaput. I am working on my 3 rd load. It’s true the spinner gets lots of water out of the clothes. Since I don’t have a dryer getting most of the water out of clothes is fantastic!!! I give 4 stars because it is new and lots of work but so far I am so grateful. I will update in the near future. Also the machine stinks it doesn’t impart onto the clothes though but the plastic does stink. Hope it airs out eventually.Update have been using for about a week, finally did my sheets which were stained (thanks to dogs and some sweaty summer days) that even bleach in my old washer would not get out. I used a tablespoon of detergent, cold water and set the timer for a 15 minute wash. Spun then rinsed in warm water. I am amazed that my sheets came really clean no more stains. My front loader could not get the stain out no matter how many times I washed in hot water. Even my towels come out cleaner than before using only a tablespoon of soap. Hopefully I will be seeing a lower water and electric bill too since I am not rinsing several times like my front loader. This thing holds quite a lot. Unfortunately I will need to bring my blankets and comforters to the laudromat but all my other clothes and such I can wash at home so I can’t complain too much!

    Love it

My washing machine broke a few weeks before Christmas so a new washer was simply not in the budget. Trips to the laundry were costing me 30-40 dollars at a time. We decided to get this little machine to tide us over until we could save up. It does a decent small load and the stuff comes out of the spin dryer a little more than damp. I throw it in the dryer and by the time I’m done with the next load it’s totally dry and ready to be put away. I can not say enough good things about this little machine.

I hate it at first now I love it

I’m not going to lie when I first got it I used it like two times and then it stopped working I was very upset and frustrated but I reached out to the seller we did have a lot of communications back and forth but at the end we came to an amicable conclusion and now I have a machine that works and I love it I wouldn’t recommend putting big quilts in it I don’t think you’re going to get a good outcome with putting a quilt but I’ve washed sweaters sweatpants t-shirts jeans and it’s done a great job the rinse section rinses very well the clothes really comes out just barely damp. My advice to you if you get a machine and you dissatisfied with it contact the seller it can be a little frustrating at first because they do ask a lot of questions but ultimately they do help out. And also you have to remember this is a portable washing machine it’s not a full-blown washing machine so it works a little different but I live in an apartment and it does what it needs to and I’m satisfied with it

    Amazing!!

This little guy is awesome!!🤩My apartment does not have washer & dryer hook ups, tired of the laundromat! I have a bad left hand and it’s pretty lightweight. I am going to get a cart to set it on so I can roll it from my bathroom to a closet. The agitator is amazing, it doesn’t take much liquid soap, maybe a 1/2 teaspoon. The spinner is a little small, narrow tube like, but you can put a lot of light weight stuff in there or put a pair of jeans in there, heavy ones I put one and I fold them and lay them in there and put them on for five minutes to spin and they are almost dry people!! I was hesitant like most of us to buy it but a friend of mine said that they have it for their camper and they absolutely love it!! so I went ahead and I bought it and I have not been disappointed! It was here in 2 or 3 days! If you’re hesitant like I was about hitting that buy button, go ahead and do it!! I’m telling you you’ll love it!!The downside to this is that the hose for the water is small. However, I use my shower hose to fill it and I’ll put a funnel in the other side for the spinner, I set the timer ⏲️ for a minute to help rinse items, then spin it for the remaining time. 🤩

Spinner lid arrived cracked but customer service was very good and sent replacement!

I left a very poor rating because the spinner lid arrived cracked and completely broken. The machine itself is big and it looks like it can hold a lot, which is good. I’m just sad that my product arrived damaged and the return shipping fees will probably not be worth the cost.EDIT: The customer service was very helpful and they offered to either send me a new product, or send me a replacement lid. Since the washer still worked fine, I opted for the replacement lid. I recommend this product a lot.

I always try to clean it and rinse it with clean water at the end of the cycle and so far it works excellent. Buy it and you won’t regret it.
