Delicious and worth the price

Not sure how to return these or get a refund
Unfortunately, these cashews had a very off flavor. They are inedible. My husband, toddler and I all tried one and had to spit them out. May just be the batch, but tasted like a mix of horse manure and chemicals. We would like a refund, please. I wasn’t able to go through the return/refund process as it says this product is not eligible for return. Hoping someone can help me here. Thank you!

I am writing this review just because I laughed at seeing the negative reviews about the cashews being “soft.” Cashews themselves are nuts, not fruit, and they do not “go bad” like an apple or banana does. They are soft because they are fresh – they are most likely steamed to remove any natural toxins. The kind of cashews you get from the store are typically baked, which makes them dry and hard.Cashews being soft is NOT an indicator that they are bad – it’s an indicator that they are fresh! I found these were absolutely delicious and surprisingly sweet; I’ve never had an unsalted cashew before so I was very pleased by the natural taste.I’d definitely recommend these. 🙂

Like othe Anthony’s products I’ve purchased, this one does not disappoint. So fresh, so tasty!! I love to eat them straight from the bag but I also use in recipes like cashew cream sauce and it is just delicious!! Great value!!

Fresh and delicious.
Anthony’s Cashews are fresh, plump, and very tasty. I even weighed them and emptied the entire bag into an airtight jar. Weight was accurate and cashews were good quality throughout. I am hiding mine so I have them for Korma recipe.

Excellent organic, unsalted, raw cashews
I’m finding it difficult to find organic nuts at my “normal” market (certainly Whole Foods has them), so, I decided to just by them online. These cashews meet all my requirements: organic, unsalted and raw…and, of course, they taste good. I definitely recommend Anthony’s organic whole raw unsalted cashews.

Great in Cashew cream
I have a weakness for macaroni and cheese. Since I am a woman of a certain age, I wanted a healthier option. Butternut squash, Cashew cream, and nutritional yeast makes a nice cheese sauce. It’s good that I was able to get raw Cashews at a good price.

Dense Huge Cashews delicious
These raw cashews are very large, dense, almost “meaty”, fresh, a little sweet (seems like high quality large cashews tend towards being slightly sweet) come well and sturdily packaged, and are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Inconsistent quality
This was my second purchase and the quality is definitely not as good as the first bag I bought. The first bag were the best tasting cashews I’ve ever had. These nuts were not as fresh and over all just did not taste as good. I will not be purchasing this product again because the quality is not consistent, for the price I expect consistency.

Is unsalted anything the answer?
Good cashews. Unsalted they leave me wanting just a teensy bit, so I mix them in with my lightly-salted mixed nuts and it balances out well, less salt on the mixed nuts and a little on the cashews.

Delicious
This was the first time to purchase Anthony’s brand. I will say that after receiving these, the quality of this brand had me sold. I now get my coffee, shredded coconut, and a host of other items from Anthony’s. I have yet to be disappointed. Some cashews are really bitter or have been processed even though it says raw. This is quality. The taste was exactly what you would expect. Happy shopping.

Rancid
How convenient that there are no returns on this! Beware.These cashews are either rancid or something else is wrong with them. There’s a very strong chemical taste that makes you feel like you’re eating something you shouldn’t be. Cashews have a decently long shelf life (minimum 6 months) so these have been sitting around for a while.I’m not one to complain often about purchases or leave negative reviews but these are inedible. Find another brand or get them at the grocery store instead. I should have read the most recent reviews that noted the same problem.

Cashews are the magic nut that make veganism possible, and these cashews are so good I tried to buy more today. Unfortunately (for today at least), they are temporarily unavailable. So if they are available to you now, you might want to snatch them up. We use cashews every day, and these are fresh, wholesome and mild. Five stars for an outstanding product.
