Awesome phone, just a shame it costs soooo much
I bought the S24 Ultra on the day of release (or very close). I used to own a very good mid-range phone, so this is a big jump for me. I would class myself as a techie user, so not a gamer or average user.Firstly unlike others, I did get the upgrade to 512GB without issue. I also got the £100 off directly at purchase. I also got the free 1 year of Disney and I have confirmation that I will get the watch within 45 days. However, I had to do a fair bit of research to find out how to claim the Disney and Watch. That was hard going.The phone itself is well amazing. The processing power is just a massive jump from my Motorola G100. I sheer quantity of toys is mind-blowing.The basics:The phone call quality and reliability is great, both on Bluetooth in the car and on the phone itself. I use data for maps, radio etc. all the time and this works very well (not flawlessly though).There are some fantastic automated features and smart home connectivity which I have looked at and must try.Wifi is working very well and the full phone transfer from my old phone was reasonably easy but the passwords did not come across. I spent 2 days setting everything back up. I did not realise how much I had on my phone.I use dual sim for Work and Personal use. My only grip is that you cannot totally separate these from each other. So you have to be careful when making calls and texting. I am getting to grips with it though.There is so much functionality I could probably write a book and still not cover everything.I am now learning what you can do with the S Pen, which again seems to be lots. I do like being able to simply write a quick note when you need to without having to search for a paper and pen.Battery life is amazing. I find the phone can comfortably last 2 or more days, but I am not a gamer and I do not use my phone to watch movies, nor do I sit watching tictoc or youtube on my phone.I use my phone for smart home management, email, photography, listening to music (MP3’s and radio), navigation using google maps and Android Auto, etc.The bottom line is if you can afford this phone, then I think you would be hard-pushed to be disappointed.So would I recommend this phone, well simply yes. There are no issues for me other than the jumping through hoops to get the freebies, but that is not a reflection on the phone.Oh and I would recommend a case, just be careful of the Magsafe ones, I got one and it affected the S Pen functionality. I had to return it and get a non magsaf case.

I love the size and build quality.Display is amazing.Speakers are good.Decent stereo separation.WiFi signal is strong.Battery is very decent, I get over 6 hours SOT.Cameras are flagship grade.Easy to apply screen protectors.—Mobile signal could be stronger.Speakers could have more bass.Should be cheaper since it’s Exynos.For £899 plus a watch it’s a cracking deal.I am happy with my purchase.

Gorgeous fast phone
I ordered the S24+ 512GB/12GB and it flies. Lovely feel to the phone with excellent profile around the edges and where the screen meets the edges. The phone is very responsive and a perfect match with Android. The camera quality as well is excellent.As good set of features for this phone and Samsung have said it will get 7 years of security update support. I have the Amber Yellow but the yellow is very faint and better than I thought.Managed to get the double storage 256GB -> 512GB plus £100 voucher off for £899. Also successfully claimed Galaxy Watch 6 as a pre-order special which should arrive in the next month and free years subscription to Disney+ saving almost £100 for the year. The free screen protector and case wasn’t very clear on how to claim but realised what I needed to do and ordered it separately and Amazon gave me a credit to my account plus there was a voucher for money off so end up paying £6 in the end rather £20.All in compared to the full price and including Disney+ I have saved almost £600 :)i have seen some people complain about the pre-order offers but that’s because they needed to read the instructions on what to do!

I ordered the S24 before release date, so got a sort of early bird offer on the phone. However, this meant that I needed to purchase my phone and wait. The phone was delivered true to it’s word, well packaged with added security to ensure it was delivered to me.The S24 is significantly a smaller model to my previous Galaxy S10 lite phone which I had for years so it’s taking some getting used to in how it feels in my hand. Other than that it’s a pretty neat phone. If you’re an Android user this phone won’t take much selling because you’ll just love it, if you know, you know! If you’re not yet converted, here’s what you need to know, the phone feels slick in your hands, easy to use and navigate, photos and videos are more than on point for storing your precious memories and for capturing special or crazy moments, it’s a must have from me!

Great phone – Poor Amazon Service
Firstly Amazon did not honour its Web description, where it states it will double the data I. E. 1Tb for 512Gb and 512Gb for 256Gb. Raised with their CS, advised to contact Samsung, as it was a Samsung promotion. 🙄 So lost out on the pre order promotion offers that I would have gotten had I ordered from Samsung as opposed to Amazon. Right so parking that to one side. The phone itself is good. I went from a xiaomi 12T Pro to this. Prior to the 12T I had a Huawei P30 Pro. Whilst 12T was good in every department except cameras, when compared to tbe P30 Pro. So I wanted something that was similar to the Huawei, WITH Google Play. I have always found Samsung to be overpriced, but with the current pre order offers I decided to see what a few hundred pounds would get me. So in a nutshell, I would say only spend the extra if want quality cameras, otherwise you get cheaper phones that are just as good. The new AI features are OK, but nothing with the wow factor for me. Many of the AI features you could get from other apps. The speed etc you won’t really notice. Screen is better compared to the 12T, but TBH nothing special compared to Phones, and other phones with OLED. Gaming is fair, but no difference to the 12T or my friends oneplus, which has the same spec as the Samsung, however some £400 cheaper, (Cameras aren’t great on the Oneplus).Overall if you want a powerful phone with great cameras then this is the phone for you, if you just need a powerful phone for gaming etc, then same yourself a few hundred pounds and look elsewhere.

Decent phone, but disappointing overall
Decent phone with decent specs, however, it is way too overpriced.The One UI has several bugs, including laggy and frustrating app switching mechanism.Phone also heats up significantly when charging or gaming that you cannot use it without a protective case or getting worried about the battery exploding. Battery doesn’t last a full day with lite use despite the big capacity advertised.

The phone was boughtbduring the pre ordering time and should come with 2 yrs samsung care, osn subscription ,etc. but the only item that comes with it is the 45w charger. I am so disappointed but cannot return the phone as itbwas already opened.

Amazing phone
It’s with latest technology, AI is the future, if you ate a android user it’s a must have phone. Amazon delivery was quick ordered at 9pm and next day 8 am I had the phone. The phone was well packed and no damage. In all aspects the phone looks and feel awesome 👌, the features of AI are tremendous and helpful. The battery life,camera and screen clarity is also amazing. Totally satisfied, can’t ask anything else from Samsung.

I purchased this as a wee treat,to upgrade from my S21 Ultra, which is a few years old now.I have used Samsung phones for well over a decade and they are always loaded with the latest features.The S24 Ultra is no exception and is filled to the brim with next gen mobile features, primarily down to the newest inclusion, AI (although these are included on all S24 models).Probably the nicest addition for me, is that of an inbuilt S-Pen. Previously these had to be purchased separately and then a further case, that held the S-Pen was required. Now it conveniently slots into the base, much like the Note models.The cameras are top notch, with a 200x zoom on the ultra.It is noticeably heavier than it’s predecessors, but for me this is a good thing, making it feel sturdy and expensive (which it is!!)The screen is bright and works very well in sunlight, with minimal to no glare.So far I’ve had no issues. The entire contents of my S21 transferred over flawlessly in about 15 minutes using the wireless in built app. The S24 walks you through the process step by step making it a breeze. This allows you to pick up exactly where you left off with your old handset!I would highly recommend this product.

Great phone, promotion NOT
Amazon UK had a promotion for buyers ordering the phone before 25 January where you would get double the storage, free case, screen protector and you could claim a Samsung Galaxy watch 6 from Samsung UK. I have received the phone and I am very happy with this. I did not really needed a new phone but the offer seemed to good to miss. The phone arrived in good time but the case was not sent, I spend some time on the chat and I eventually got a refund for the case. Once I received the phone I used the link provided to claim the watch and got a reply from Samsung advising that the promotion did not qualify because the invoice was issued from Luxembourg and only phones ordered from UK qualified. Needless to say that the phone was ordered from Amazon UK. I have then spent about an hour taking to different people on the chat. The star rating is mostly for the marketing department and customer service which claim that they do not have access to the previous offer.The phone is great.

Okay so this is my 2nd time with the s24 ultra… the first one that I pre ordered from samsung had to be returned as the battery only lasted half a day (NO that’s not normal for the first few weeks) this must have been a battery fault. so i went to the phone shops to look at some phones (mainly the iphone 15 pro max) but i wanted something diffrent and couldnt justify paying the same price as the s24 ultra for an iphone that looks the same as my iphone 12 pro max and is older than the s24 ultra , so I thought I had to try this phone 1 more time, after all it’s such a beautiful looking phone and I couldn’t get it out of my mind , so when I saw they had a £100 off and free buds 2 pro as a promotion I jumped on it , and this time round I must say… I’m happy now. the battery is fine & the phone runs smoothly and it is fast and it’s just all round a beauty of a device!. So if your looking for a new phone and can’t be bothered with the boring look of an iPhone 15 or you just want a phone you can do so much more with customizable wise then I would 100% buy this phone , it’s not cheap but a phone is something you use every single day… just treat yourself lol !!!!

It’s a great phone but absolutely humongous and a pain to carry or use with one hand, and I have big hands. I am coming from an S10 which has served me incredibly well for the past 5 years but I wanted a bigger screen because my sight isn’t what it used to be. I was between the Ultra and the plus and decided to go with the ultra for the snapdragon and the anti glare display, but now I regret not going with the regular 24 and saving 20K in the process. The gain in screen size, even compared to the standard S10, isn’t that big of a deal and cannot justify the overall size and bulk. I also hate the fact that they changed the UI navigation gestures, the new gestures are hit and miss but that applies to all S24 models.It was a good bundle deal from amazon though who generously threw in the original silicone case besides the galaxy buds fe and the free 2 year screen insurance samsung egypt offers early buyers. The free screen insurance is a little tricky to activate though. You need to log into your samsung members app, discover, tap the benefits tab and select the screen insurance, then manually register for it. The item listed here is the phone ONLY, if you are trying to buy the BUNDLE like I did, it’s a different listing and will be clearly titled bundle. Phone and accessories were delivered together the same day. Delivery required a PIN as with all high value items. All items were sealed as expected from amazon, and the phone’s warranty card was wedged in the box as usual. This is only for your own assurance, since from experience, you don’t need the card for warranty claims as Samsung Egypt can look up the local warranty information if any with the phone’s serial number.If you know exactly what you are getting and have used a recent ultra or note phone, go right ahead, you will not be disappointed aside from the new navigation gestures if you use them instead of the buttons like me; but if you are on the fence and trying to decide which S24 model to buy, I suggest you see them in person first. I know I would choose differently if I did. The anti reflective screen glass on the ultra really works but it also diffuses the pixel light and makes the display look a little bit like an LCD backlit display not an OLED. I really recommend you check out the phone in person first before dropping 66K on it. I am not happy with my purchase.

Amazing phone, but false Amazon advertising
So like many others, I got scammed by Amazon’s pre-order advertising. They promised me that if I ordered the 512GB model, I’d get the 1TB version plus a free case and screen protector. I even asked them which case and protector to add to my cart, and they told me to just add the phone. But guess what? I only got the phone! When I contacted Amazon, they said I could return the order if I wasn’t happy. Well, of course I’m not happy, but now I’ve missed out on other pre-order deals that I can’t get anymore.But let’s talk about the phone itself. It’s amazing! I upgraded from a Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and this is a huge step up. The screen is incredible, the photos and zoom are fantastic, and it’s super fast. The AI is great and has a ton of smart features.If I could do it again, I’d definitely go for the 1TB model because videos take up a lot of space. They average about 1GB per minute! Photos range from 5MB to 17MB, depending on the megapixels used.The battery life is also impressive. I use two SIM cards, and I still have about 40% battery left at the end of the day.The S Pen has a lot of cool features that I’m still exploring.Overall, the phone is 5 stars, but Amazon gets 0 stars!!!
