Vale la pena la calidad que ofrece. Como se enchufan todos los altavoces a la red siempre se quedan con el piloto rojo. Cuando enciendes la barra es cierto que se conectan solos por bluetooth y cambian a azul. Volumen sobrado, para mí a la mitad también (12 m2) esto libera mucho del engorro de los cables.Solo le pongo un par de pegas:*Por ese precio 900€~ se podía incluir un pequeño soporte para colgar los altavoces traseros en la pared (trae unos ángulos para colgar la barra, si tienes la tele en la pared) ahora tendré que poner unas pequeñas baldas.*No me gusta nada la pantallita de información de la barra. A penas 2 cm x uno y detrás de una malla perforada. Si el mueble es bajo, casi no se ven las letras y para leer toda la frase, el texto de desplaza hacia un lado.Por lo demás lo recomiendo.

Sound bar has been great so far.
I have used this sound bar for a week now and it seems like a winner to me. I ordered it used/renewed/refurbished (Which, I don’t remember) and it looks great out of the box. No issues setting up all important stuff was included as far as I’m aware.I have had issues out of the app but its not too important to me at this point. I dont have a samsung TV so I cant try out Q-Symphony or what ever its called. I really dislike proprietary things because of things like this. But what ever, atmos still works. Only issue with that is I have not found much streaming content out there except for Netflix that puts the bar into Atmos mode. There is allot of content on Netflix that says Atmos but not allot that I want to watch at this point. So ill have to get back to you when I get a good amount of that content watched.I subtracted 1 star from sound quality because I watch allot of music video content on youtube and my old 2.1 channel bose system was a little better for this. I could put the sound bar into standard mode but then it sounds a bit lifeless even with EQ. So that is my only minor issue with the sound so far.I do wish the LCD screen was a little bigger. Its hard to read as only 3 characters fit on the screen at a time and the text scrolls slow so you have to store the characters in memory and wait for the next 3 to show up and append it then put them together in your head to figure out what it says. So things are abbreviated and confusing to remember. The app is a better choice if it works as mentioned above.Over all Im happy with my purchase especially at nearly half the price of a new unit!

Great product ruined by non-existent after-sales support
Just bought a Samsung 930C Soundbar set up via Amazon Germany for roughly E720. The unit arrived promptly and was fairly easy to link to my brand new Sony BluRay and two year old Sony Bravia TV.Sadly, the speakers simply refused to work.The same sad state of affairs applied at Samsung’s laughably named 1808 717 100 “Customer Service Hotline” when I tried to ask them for their assistance.During the day I spent fruitlessly trying to get the soundbar and speakers functioning, I must have called that hotline number at least 10 times. Despite having jumped obediently through the various menu option hoops, the only response I ever got was a few seconds of the engaged tone followed by silence.While I hate using webchat support, I had little option than to try Samsung’sonline facility. While the lady who answered my call did her best to help, her instructionswere confusing in the extreme. Worse still, despite my texting back to say it might take me a couple of minutes to carry out her recommendations, she was constantly texting to say the chat would be curtailed because I seemed to have stopped responding at my end.Unable to guarantee that Samsung Tech Support would call to help a “valued customer” like myself the next day, the best piece of advice the chat lady could offer me was to call Sony.Despite it being only an hour before close of business when I called, Sony’s Tech Support picked up my call almost immediately. They then spent the next 45 minutes helping me resolve a problem Samsung should and could have sorted some seven hours earlier.Next time I buy a piece of high-end electronics, I know which company I will be using and itwon’t be Samsung.

The sound bar is amazing with superb sound quality at any volume.It did not connect via HDMI but with optical cable the conection is amazing.My TV is a Blaupunkt and so not compatible.But still it works as a charm.I would definitely buybit again.

Works great. Has some audio cutting/delay issues.
Love the sound of this device. My only complaints are that when I connect it via bluetooth to my pc, there’s a very frequent audio cut that happens so I used hdmi instead. When I connect it to my tv, there’s a tiny delay with audio. It’s somewhat noticeable but you get used to it. Hdmi should work better. Note : the pc and tv are VERY close to the soundbar so it’s not a range issue.Great product overall.

Crisp dialogue and brilliant bass and best surround for a single soundbar
I upgraded from Q800B to this model and one thing i’ve noticed is the dialogue and bass has improved. As well as the rear speaker effect feels more natural in this one. Sound bar worth the price getting the subwoofer along with it.

Easy to set up and configure
Works really well, main issue i wanted to resolve was poor sound mixing which meant I’d constantly have to watch tv with the remote in hand for super loud action sequences followed by whisper quiet conversations. This sorted that out and the audio quality is fantastic.4 stars as I can’t save my configuration as a preset.

Go for it!
I got a new Samsung HW-Q800C soundbar for my living room, and it made a big difference. The music sounds amazing, especially the orchestra part, starting gently and then becoming powerful. It feels like it’s touching my heart. When you listen in the living room, you can really feel the strong and weak parts of the sound, and it creates a sense of space that pulls you in. People usually focus on getting bigger and better TVs, but to really improve the overall experience, you also need good sound. This soundbar does the job well, making you feel like you’re right there in the action. The Chromecast features work smoothly, connecting easily with apps like Spotify and Tidal. I have it connected to my Sony Bravia TV, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Excellent. the only annoyance is that every time I open my laptop it auto connects and disconnects the TV if it’s ON. So I have to disable the Bluetooth on my laptop to avoid this. But happens only with the laptop.The iPhone does not auto connect.

Amazing sound, very simple to setup
I didn’t even fully understand what 5.1.2ch meant before buying this product. Since I already had Samsung TV with HDMI eARC port, I thought buying a Samsung soundbar would be great, as it would mean more compatibility and also the ease of using just one remote control to control both TV and soundbar.Subwoofer connected with the soundbar automatically. All I had to do was plugin the HDMI 2.1 Cable at the eARC port of TV and the soundbar. I purchased a separate HDMI 2.1 cable of UGreen brand as I was not sure if HDMI cable was supplied with the soundbar and if it was supplied, if it would support eARC. The reason I am stressing the HDMI cable part is that if you want to use HDMI eARC (enhanced auto return channel) that would send amazing sound from TV (eg when using Netflix) to soundbar, you need to make sure the HDMI cable supports eARC. HDMI 2.1 cable apparently does. I found that there is in fact a nice looking HDMI cable supplied with the soundbar (and it probably does support eARC). I used that cable for connecting my another device to TV.Happy with this soundbar choice. Feels like you are in a club when you play music from Spotify.

Excellent party speaker
Great sound and bass. Wish it went just a little bit louder but I could just add another speaker if I wanted to. Tested with some really bass heavy songs and it played with zero distortion. Also played a few movies and sounded great with Lord of the Rings and Top Gun Maverick. My only wish is that there was an LCD screen or something showing which settings you are using for sound mode and DJ effect. I accidentally hit the DJ effect that added white noise and when I played my first song it was full of static and sounded horrible. I was literally ready to box it up and send it back when I decided to try cycling through the sound modes and figured out what I did. Although the speaker lights up when you change modes there’s still no way of knowing which mode you chose until you cycle back to the original settings… this is a huge fail. Gonna try the app tomorrow but I’ve already heard it is a crappy app and it has very low ratings on Google Play Store. Anyway, after listening to asome music, we tried to karaoke, and it worked really well. Impressive sound for music, movies, and karaoke. Nice that karaoke has settings for mic volume and echo. Altogether a terrific speaker, happy with my purchase, other than the lack of a LCD screen for mode info.Edit: there is ONE way to find out which mode you’ve enabled for DJ effect and equalizer, and that is to install the Sound Tower app. It’s a really terrible app, looks like it was built 20 years ago (Samsung: DO BETTER!!!). But at least it’s a way to figure out which settings are enabled.

Samsung fait preuve de professionnalisme dans les finitions de cette barre de son. La qualité de fabrication est au rendez-vous. Pour le son c’est une dinguerie ! Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable à ce niveau. Et si vous avez la chance d’avoir une TV Samsung de la série Q vous aurez un ensemble parfaitement de concert. L’installation et la mise en route sont enfantins. Attention ce système sans fil nécessite quand même que toutes les enceintes soient reliées au secteur.

Shoutout to Top Choice Electronics, the vendor, legit!I’m coming from a 2.1 Samsung bar with woofer that I thought sounded ok – miles ahead of TV speakers. And I had no idea I could get this kind of sound out of a soundbar setup…. it’s theater qualityTo get the full experience, you do need to make sure everything is connected properly. My TV doesn’t have eARC for example, so I can’t connect to the TV if I want Atmos. I have a PC connected with a RTX3060. HDMI from GPU to the bar, then bar to the HDMI ARC port (though at this point I don’t think that bit matters). Downloaded the Dolby app for Windows, it detected my setup. Ran a few tests from the app and it’s working as it should out of the box. The speakers all auto connected, so I didn’t have to fiddle around with that which was nice. Downloaded Samsung SmartThings app and everything was controlled from my phone virtually instantly.I’ve played some 7.1 Atmos files and it’s working incredibly well. Netflix and Amazon Prime app are working in surround sound off the PC. So do other apps. YouTube and Spotify however are not, though YouTube should (?)… Still working on that one. But overall a huge win for Samsung!Last note and I knew this coming into it, my ceiling is vaulted and sloped, so I’m not getting the best Atmos experience at this time. But still worth every penny! A flat ceiling is recommended for the Atmos firing speakers to bounce the sound off the ceiling and in your direction.People saying the bass isn’t thumpy enough, I’m honestly not sure what they’re trying to get out of a movie. The overall crispness of the sound is complemented perfectly by the bass in my opinion.At 30% volume, it’s loud! I turned it up to 80% and I was yelling at someone 4ft away from me – and the sound at 80% was just as crisp as 10%.

I bought this to pair with my Samsung TV for the Q Symphony technology. This thing is heavy. It feels like a solid piece of equipment. My TV speakers were great, I didn’t need this but I said what the heck, why not. Glad I did. There is something about bass that is just a game changer. It works great with my PS5 and Xbox. Putting this together is simple. You literally plug it all in and the second I turned on my tv, I didn’t even have touch a thing it just all connected and started pumping out the sound. Very happy with the purchase

Super ensemble home cinema.Son spatial / 3D au top (DTS, Dolby Atmos etc…), fin, riche et puissant à la fois.Basse monstrueuse, aigüe et médium aux top, très précises.Pas de décalage de son que ce soit en mode wifi ou en mode bluetooth, ni déconnexions/sauts.Branchement sans fil (juste alimentations) et installation simplissime, tous les éléments se connectent tout seul, et l’ensemble se connecte à la TV Samsung en 2 clics.Idem pour la connexion au smartphone (Samsung aussi).Fonction “Tap & touch” très pratique.Que du bonheur pour 500 euros.Je n’avais pas les “moyens” de mettre plus (et déjà prix élevé juste pour du son dans l’absolu) et les promos d’Amazon + celle de Samsung m’ont permi de sauter le pas.Merci à eux.Pour mon premier ensemble complet, je suis aux anges :love:

We bought this system for a second home and paired it with a very large Samsung TV. The integration between the two was easy and excellent. The built-in Samsung “smart tv” software is fine, but not great. The sound for theatre usage is excellent: loud and clear, with the sub-woofer doing its thing as expected. It’s really for theatre usage. It works great with Spotify and other audio sources, but it’s NOT audiophile gear. For music, it’s overly bright and the soundbar drivers don’t really offer much airiness on vocals, acoustic strings and the like. That being said, it’s a great theatre system, easily installed and an excellent value.

Esta barra de sonido tiene una gran calidad de audio y es muy fácil de manejar. Además, si también tienes una TV Samsung, puedes usar el Q-Symphony para usar tanto la propia barra como los altavoces de la TV a la vez y manejar el audio y encenderla y apagarla con el propio mando de la TV.El gran pero que he encontrado es que parece que no se puede sacar el sonido DTS HD o DTS X con el mismo cable HDMI con el que la conectas a la TV (o por lo menos yo todavía no lo he conseguido), necesitas conectarla a la entrada HDMI no eARC de la propia barra con otro cable y creo que esto no pasa con otras marcas. Supongo que al tener la barra los dos HDMI 2.0 no es posible reproducir contenido en 4K HDR y además sonido sin compresión.

Keeping all the settings at default is still very impressive. Adjusting them to your liking is simple (especially if you have a Samsung phone), and is very intuitive. I have a Samsung TV, and the “Q-Symphony” setting DOES make a difference, but don’t spend close to $700 just because of this feature. You’ll be disappointed. I don’t have the additional back surround speakers, but just with the soundbar and sub, it’s very, very nice. At close to $700 I can assure you the audio quality is exactly what you’re paying for, and if this price point suits your budget, you won’t be disappointed. As stated, the dialogue is the most impressive for me. You won’t miss any conversation in your TV shows or movies. The sound in general is loud, clear, deep, authentic, and crisp. Not to mention the 9in sub hits hard and deep. I dare to say it is close to my 10in Polk Audio sub I have for my basement “true surround sound”. If you are part of the Samsung family, (phone, headphones, tv’s, etc.) definitely consider buying this. Truly, it’s a fantastic soundbar, that I don’t plan on replacing it for a very long time.
