Love this hand cream!
I have been struggling to find a really good hand cream as my hands are always dry and look quite wrinkled. After trying various products, I researched online to find out which products are highly recommended, and this L’Occitane was one of the top hand creams so I ordered it. It has a wonderful lavender scent and is very hydrating. I am really happy with it as my hands already look and feel so much better!! I would highly recommend it even though it is fairly expensive. I feel its worth paying the extra for a product that really works.

Love This Lotion!
I have very dry skin, especially in winter, and there are two products that have helped more than any other. The first is
California Baby Calendula Cream, 2 oz
; the second is L’Occitane Lavender.But if I had to choose, just for me, I’d go with this product (even though I love the CB line of products for my kids). The lotion is so incredibly light and it absorbs instantly. The scent is very light, but isn’t 100% true lavender, to me. It has an almost citrusy (lemon/lime maybe?) tone to it as well, which isn’t unpleasant, but if you’re wanting a true lavender essential oil scent, this will be slightly different than what you’re expecting.My hands get so dry my fingertips crack open, even. Very painful. This hand cream works so fast, and so well, that it is worth every penny.The only complaint I have is the tube it comes in is difficult to use at the end, and difficult to clean out for recycling. I wish they’d make it available in a tub form.

This is absolutely the best hand cream for me, I can’t say that enough! It smells amazing, I always wash my hands really well before I use it so the ONLY smell will be the lotion! Best Hand Cream EVER!
I have been using this hand cream for a good 15 or so years. It’s not cheap but a little goes a long way, it has a light and fresh scent and is not greasy at all it absorbs very easily into your skin. I have very sensitive skin and when my skin gets too dry I always use this one because unlike other hand creams this one doesn’t sting. This is literally the best hand cream ever.

I have been used this brand’s hand cream for years and it is the first time I purchased this via Amazon. No doubt, the product is *absolutely amazing* and I love the scent OwO !!! It leaves a smooth touch after you apply it on your hands. However, my package came with a half-opened, and folded paper container, but it did not affect the quality of product. T . Dries quickly, not too strong a scent when on the skin!
My wife and I use a lot of L’Occitane products, we are very pleased with the quality and benefits of using these products. My wife has very dry skin, so she uses anything that helps keep her skin moisturized. My skin is normal, but my hands tend to get very dry at times. This cream dries quickly, leaves no sticky feeling, and I can put it on my hands and elbows and get into bed without staining the sheets. Love the stuff!

My go to cream was the larger tube with a lot of shea butter.This was my go_to cream 15 years ago. This new cream has much less,shea butter and is more fluid and easier to apply. It has a bright white color. This is a small tube so won’t last long for the price . Even eases my finger neuropathy..

I have purchaded this lotion many times and am happy with the product. However. The tube of lotion I recieved this time looks like it has been used by someone. The tube was definitely squeezed and put back in the product package. The package was not damaged. I am very disappointed in this puchase and there is no way to contact t bgg e seller for a refund or replacement. From now on, if I but this product I will go direct to the manufacturer.

Strong lavender scent
I really enjoy this hand cream. I keep it on my bedside table b/c I find the lavender scent relaxing as I’m falling asleep. The lavender L’Occitane is not as thick & creamy as the original hand cream though. It’s much lighter and thinner. The scent is very strong & distinct though. I recommend it, but if you’re looking for the dense cream in the original or don’t like a strong scent I’m not sure you’ll be as happy with this one.

I’ve been buying this hand cream for years. I have pretty severe eczema and it helps my hands stay soft and keeps them from having a flare up during the winter. I’d put it on my whole body if that wouldn’t be so expensive, but as a hand cream it’s well worth the price.

I recently did a little comparison test to see if this really was the best hand cream I’ve ever used. I compared it to several other top of the line products and L’Occitane Lavender Hand Cream was in fact the BEST product! My hands are horrible! I have a horse and I’m out in all kinds of extreme weather so I really needed help. I apply the hand cream before I go to bed every night and my hands are soft and smooth in the morning. And the scent is so soothing! None of the other creams worked this well. The only ” con ” is there isn’t a larger size!

Best hand cream for dry hands
I love the silky feel of this hand cream. I have been using it for years but sometime in the past few years, the scent has been slightly changed. If the next batch I buy has the same scent, I will have to drop the scented products and go with the plain Shea Butter. The scent being different is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

A little goes a long way and not greasy or gross. This is my favorite lotion ever.Cons- hmmmm maybe price? I don’t know. Its such high quality that I feel ok with the price. What a comforting smell
This lotion has such a refreshing and soothing smell that melts stress away. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I find that sometimes it doesn’t feel like my hands are completely moisturized. It has a very silky finish which I love, but with the harsh winters that have been happening this year I find that my hands are extremely dry. I have 2 tubes of this lotion.. one of which I keep in my purse to relax me when things are getting really stressful and another by my bedside. This lotion also works really well with pet anxiety. I rub some on my dogs ears and cheeks whenever he starts to get anxious. It’s definitely a must have in my house.

Scent changes over time
Being a long-time fan of L’Occitane, I wanted to love this. I have trouble sleeping, so I surround myself with lavender at bedtime. This smells great going on, and the quality of the cream is up to L’Occitane’s usual, but after a while, the scent fades into something else, sort of old smelling. Too bad. I’ll keep looking for a replacement for my all-time favorite, Mt. Sapola.

Quality of lotion is good but NOT excellent
Scent is okay but a little too floral for me . With all of the hype about this brand I expected really GREAT QUALITY hand lotion but there are actually lotions that you can buy in the grocery store which exceed this company’s hand lotion.I bought two, making an assumption about the quality and now regret it .Amazon used to sell another lavender hand lotion by another reputable company (which has been around for much longer) and L’Occitane does not even compare to the quality of the aforementioned company’s lotionLet’s see if this gets posted

Fun, one time purchase
This was a fun purchase for me to try, but I wouldn’t buy it again. 5 stars for the scent as it’s truly lovely. 4 stars for the thickness as it’s slightly on the thinner side for hand cream. 3 stars for the price, because it’s difficult to justify paying that much for hand cream. 2 stars for the packaging because foil bottles are a pain and the cap is obnoxiously small and particular and I have to fumble with it at least once before I manage the correct angle for it to screw back on.
