    I use these for my Interpet filter.

    Really good product, they make the water crystal clear with it’s five stage filtering system, one thing I will say is they should really be changed every three weeks not monthly like they say unless you do regular tank maintenance like cleaning of the glass and scooping of the waste then maybe four weeks can be stretched out of them. But having said that, I order these all the time and am pleased with the cost, £10 every three months isn’t a bad thing at all for an aquarium I know people who spend fortunes on cheaper less effective filters. Interpet is a good brand, I will continue to buy more as needed not had a problem yet. They are easy to use just slot them in and away you go. Thanks

    Works well – but make sure you buy the right size

    Interpet produce various filters, so make sure you are buying the right replacement pack. Being branded, you know that they will fit the filter and choosing Amazon’s subscribe and save option means a new set can arrive every 3 months – so no more emergency ordering or trying to find a pet shop that has the correct pack in stock.

    I think it would have been better to leave the first original filter in for the …

    If you are starting a new tank and you are about to change the first months filter…make sure you have a water test kit at hand. Also ammonia remover…because if you change the filter at this stage and you have fish in your tank..the ammonia and nitrite will increase very quickly. I think it would have been better to leave the first original filter in for the first 2 months. Even if you have to replace the white wool cartridge that contains the charcoal leave the green pad in. Also it is a good idea to do regular 2 weekly 25% water changes…not once a month as this is not enough. If you have a ammonia and nitrite spike you will need to do weekly 25% water changes until the levels go back to normal. Also adding something like filter start is a good idea too.

    Used as advised for several years.

    Does a good job, when used as directed. Corydoras have been healthy for several years and lay eggs frequently so, together with the feeding regime, regular water changes and simple pump cleaning, the filter pads are making a good contribution.

    Looks good but not easy to install and use

    The goods arrived on time and appeared very good quality. I bought 2. It was a struggle to hang the baskets onto the backing as the hooks are very small. One has stayed up and looks good but the other failed to stick to the tiled wall despite me ensuring that the wall was clean a and dry. The caddies are heavy and I ended up with a badly bruised leg when the whole thing fell off the wall and hit my shin. These looked such good quality but I was disappointed.

    Bought these from Amazon as I was unable to source my usual filters from my usual supplier and these fit the filter I have. The only difference I can see is the branding on the packaging. Excellent. Price point is about similar to what I normally use but wouldn’t hesitate to buy again
