    Gnome is smaller in real life then appears to be online

    I bought this as a gag gift for my bf and his new gardening hobby. He’s obsessed with the gnomes so I saw this and though it was just perfect and so funny. I may have made the mistake of reading the centimeters as inches instead so thought it would be a little bigger until a teeny tiny package arrived. My goof, but he still really loves it and we want to get more for the garden to hang with his gnomies, get it? Gnomies 🙂

    very small….

    Don’t let the photo fool you into thinking this is a full size “garden gnome”. It fits in the palm of your hand and is a very cute accessory for a bar top or keg tap. I wouldn’t put this on the garden path as someone might miss it and step on it, it’s that small.

    My fault

    I always read reviews and it’s my fault this time I didn’t. This thing is small! It’s still funny but I guess it doesn’t have the same impact being so tiny. The pictures are very , very misleading. The proportions are all wrong in the pictures that are shown. There is no way they used the same gnome in the photos. If size doesn’t matter, then this guy’s your man.

    So my fault for not paying closer attention to the dimensions which are clearly stated in product information…..however, no where does it mention the black stripes that are painted on the gnome. I would probably keep it but it arrived broken so will be returning.

    This drunk gnome is smaller than I thought it was going to be, I must have missed the dimensions somewhere. Otherwise, it’s a pretty cute garden ornament.

    Be sure to READ the description

    There are people complaining about the size of this item, which is admittedly small. It is 6″ long by about 4″ wide, which it clearly says several times in the description and pictures. Oh well. The education system has once again failed us. I like this item. It is a little costly for the money, but I I tend to use it for a Xmas decoration, so for me it’s worth it.

    Pictures are deceiving there’s no way the ones photographed are the size of the one you receive. It does state how small it is but if you just go but their photos you won’t be getting what you are expecting. It’s very cute. But the price should be half of what they are charging.

    Wish I had paid attention to the dimensions. Much smaller than I had imagined.

    I was expecting somethin much bigger based on the pictures in the ad. I guess they did include dimensions and I did not see it. I got caught up in his cuteness. Honestly not worth the price that I paid ($19) based on his actual size. Oh well he is cute so I guess he is a keeper. Probably would have only paid around $9-$10 if I had known the actual size.

    Cute but very small gnome for lawn display

    It was much smaller than I thought based on picture of him lying on the ground. However, it does state in add it is a little over 5”. My bad for not looking more closely at dimensions. I’m keeping anyway and already put out in yard since it’s a very detailed piece.

    Fairly deceiving…

    I also thought he would be bigger, but he’s a dwarf so I’m not complaining. He’s pretty sturdy. I wish his face looked like the original picture, he doesn’t look as dizzy/woozy as I was hoping for. He is definitely more of a knick knack than a garden sculpture.

    This Tiny Little Drunk won’t be noticed from a distance

    The figurine is well done and cute. It is not what I expected in size for a “Garden Gnome”. The size is more typical for what might be used as a shelf knick knack. It was purchased during Black Friday deals to be used as a gag Christmas gift so we won’t return it. I do not consider it worth the money though.

    As cute as this looked in the pictures, it sure is tiny! Read the dimensions carefully. As someone else posted, you’ll lose it if you put it on your lawn…it’s more a desk ornament.

    It was a lot smaller then I was expecting, the bottom is not painted and the paint must’ve been running down underneath during the drying phase so made it looks little cheap but gave it to my husband as a funny Father’s Day gift

    VERY Overpriced for the Size

    If you want the small size this is it, but it’s overpriced. The blue shirt was $18.89 Prime and the purple shirt was $16.89 Prime. I was unable to find any large ones in purple, but the color doesn’t make up for the size or pricing disparity IMO. They are pretty cute/funny and the smaller one does have nicer paint shading so two stars but still returning.

    I purchased this for my neighbor. We both enjoy drinking, I figured he would think a drunk lawn gnome hilarious. When it arrived, I was shocked by the gnomes diminutive stature (ironic, right?). BE WARE!!! This is an extremely small garden gnome. Please note the dimensions in the description. Did it achieve the objective? Yes, hilarity ensued; however, I thought it would be larger.

    I knew after reading the reviews that this was very small. It is very small but so cute. I have it on my bar cartand it is really fun. I do feel I paid way too much for this and wish they had a large one for the garden, I guess this time and took a chance. I did know what to expect so I still gave 4 stars

    Really cute!

    I have a few Naughty Gnomes and I really like this little guy. I read the reviews and knew the dimensions when I ordered him. That being said, I do think he’d make a better impact if he were a tad larger. Even knowing how small he was going to be, I was definitely like “oh yeah, he’s tiny”. But really cool nonetheless. Probably better for a large indoor plant, rather than a garden.
