Will purchase again & again & again!
Wow! I don’t review products often, but oh boy. Within just a couple uses, my teeth are noticeably whiter and gosh they just feel so clean! Can’t get over that clean feeling. I try to use this every night, swishing for 10 minutes before brushing my teeth and my teeth are increasingly getting whiter and whiter! I’ve only been using this for maybe 2 weeks, I recommend this 100000%!!!

Pretty Good.
I had seen a lot of videos with it so I thought I’d try it. Came quickly. Slight mint flavor but not overpowering. After having my daughter my gums and teeth have become more sensitive. After using this one time I felt a noticably cleaner feeling. My gums didn’t bleed as much as usual once I brushed them. I tend to keep trying everyday

Great product
I’ve been using this product for a few months now and I feel like I have better gum health. I tried coconut oil pulling and hated the consistency and taste but this product makes it SO much easier to swish around. It is recommended to start with 2 minutes and work your way up, but it is so easy with this product to do it much longer right away! I will continue to use!

Great product
So far I really like this product. I have not been to the dentist since using it so I cannot speak on whether or not any of mom dental health conditions are better worse or the same however, my mouth always feels so much cleaner after using it. My only regret is not getting the one with the teeth whitening agent, but I will be ordering that one next Tom and would recommend this one to anyone wanting to feel better about their dental hygiene.

It works! It really works
My husband and I have been using this product for 2 months now and let me tell you, it works. It takes time, but it really works. I swish from anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 in the shower each morning while I wash and such. Word of caution it is really oily so when you spit, spit it close to your drain or you will be slipping and sliding all over your tub! The flavor is strong minty and sometimes the texture makes me gag if it gets too close to the base of my throat, but I try to keep it at the front of my mouth. I had a plaque build up in between my bottom teeth and a month in it came off in a big sliver. My husband has experienced the same thing on his teeth. If you struggle with weak enamel and plaque build up give it a try what do have to loose, other than plaque build up!

First time user.
I received it as described. The bottle is not as big as i thought but i can always order more. So far, after using it once per day for about 15 mins for 4 days, it has helped morning breath, and over length of fresh breath. At one point, I used to have not as fresh breath throughout the day due to eating and drinking but this has extend the time. Will keep using until it’s done and update review.

Hmmm…
I don’t like the taste. It’s not bad actually, but I gag. It definitely makes teeth feel clean. My whole mouth felt clean. Oddly though, the next day, it feels dirtier than it’s ever been even after I brush.I loooooved the tongue scrapper. Get one of those for sure. And yes, try the oil too. It’s good. But I don’t enthusiastically recommend it.

Fast working!
After second day I noticed a big difference. I have a partial denture and after the second use I noticed that the discomfort I had been having was gone and I could bite down as hard as I wanted without pain. After the 4th day I could see an improvement in color. I highly recommend!!

It really works
I bought it because every one was saying how great it is…. And I am getting older and hate going to the dentist. So I tried it and it works great. At first the coconut oil made me a little uncomfortable cuz I put to much on my mouth but after I learn how to use wow teeth are wither. And gums look health….. I will continue to buy this product.

Worth the Hype
There is a lot of stuff on the internet floating around, claiming to be the #1 way to whiten teeth. Honestly I was pretty skeptical about the stuff when I bought it, but it’s become my FAVORITE part of my daily teeth care routine. The oil is very thick but I don’t mind it, your saliva will thin it out a bit. To use it, you pour some into your mouth and swish it around in there for a minimum of 2 minutes… but I use it for about 10.MAKE SURE YOU SHAKE THIS BEFORE YOU USE IT! All the good stuff settles at the bottom of the bottle.Idk if you’re paying attention but dentists and dental hygiene have been posting about how this stuff isn’t worth the hype and that you should go to the dentist instead for real results… it’s obvious to me that they’re trying to go on a smear campaign because this stuff really is THAT good. Do yourself a favor, strengthen your enamel & let your teeth shine!

Amazing Customer Service
I’m giving this 5 stars just on the customer service alone as I have not yet been able to try the product. When I received it, the package and the insides were covered in the product because the bottle had leaked. With this obviously showing signs that it might not have been sealed properly, I had refrained from trying it out.I reached out to the manufacturer of the product to get support and after a few email exchanges and sending them pictures, they are sending me a replacement. They worked pretty quickly. So once I receive the replacement product and can use it, I will come back and submit my review of the product, but so far the support from them has been extremely positive.

Noticing improvements already!
I’ve been using this for a couple of months and so far I really like it. I’ve been mainly wanting to improve my gum health and literally anything that I can improve oral hygiene wise. My teeth and mouth feel so much cleaner after using it. I love that it comes with a toothbrush and tongue scraper. Don’t forget to tongue scrape! I’ve noticed that in a lot of other reviews, people have stated that this makes them gag and they have a hard time swishing for more than a few minutes and that it’s really thick. I personally find this easier to swish than regular mouth wash and it doesn’t make me want to gag at all. It has that fresh feel to it while swishing without being too strong. It’s not “spicy” or intense like regular mouthwash can be and it’s not thick at all in my opinion. Overall I enjoy using this as part of my oral routine. Just make sure not to spit it out in the sink as it can clog up the drain. I spit either in the trash or a paper cup that will be thrown out. I’ve heard some people say you “can” spit it in the sink but I don’t chance it just to be safe. I do wish that either the size could be bigger or that there’s more options of buying them in bulk because buying one bottle at a time can be challenging at times—especially with how popular it is now.

I’m big with detailed reviews!
So I started using this just about 4-5days (today 1/14) ago and I use it morning and night, only one night I skipped because I went to bed late and just didn’t feel like swishing for long cause I was tired.It is recommended u start out swishing for 3 mins and gradually increase to 10mins. I only use 10ml and I use my own tongue scraper brush and floss (it is nice they include those in the box but I am picky and like what I currently use)I started with 3 min (had my phone timing me while I was in the shower. Increased to 4 mins and then one day while shaving my legs had gotten to 6 mins. But I tend to be between 4-6 mins for the most part now. My jaw gets tired so 10 mins seems like forever unless ur preoccupied with something else.I have noticed so far my gums look nicer and my teeth sensitivity has greatly decreased so far.I use sensodyn tooth paste and have been for almost 10 years but this helps even more.I took pictures after each use just to see if they looked a little whiter (this was one of the main reason I wanted to try this) my dentist said because of my teeth sensitivity they didn’t advise me using a lot of the market teeth whiteners so I figured since this was natural why not. I have noticed a little something so far and hope by time I’m done with the bottle I will see more results.The photo showing “before and 9th use” u can see my gums look less inflamed and looks whiter.The flavor isn’t bad, has a mint taste and u can tell it has a coconut hint in there, it is thick so do NOT spit it in your drains because it will eventually cause clogs. I have a plastic cup I spit it into and dump it into another cup filled with paper towels in the trash to absorb.My teeth feel better and my gums seem happier so I have no cons to this so far! Once done with the bottle if I have anything new to add I will update my review! If I notice more whitening effects I’ll add a new photo!

Works nicely but packaging is wasteful
They need an option where they sell a refill of just the oil without the accessories. I have finished one bottle and would like to purchase more but I do not need the toothbrush and etc. Moving on…Yes! This has whitened my teeth. I do have sensitive teeth and gums so this product has made me more sensitive only in the teeth that have given me problems previously. I am assuming I have a cavity or two.The taste is not bad. I was worried it would be nasty, but it’s pretty tolerable. After swishing 15 ml around for a few minutes, disposing it in trash, I then floss, Listerine, and finish with brushing my teeth. I’ve been doing that every morning for two weeks and have seen results in the cleanliness of my teeth and my gums do not bleed anymore, which is great!I can’t confidently say that this product reverses cavities like everyone says it does. That might just be a marketing gimmick IDK. But I am excited to continue with this product. I just don’t want to have to keep re-ordering the same item with all the accessories.My overall rating is a 9/10!

Feel like I just had my teeth cleaned at the Dentist
Nice, palatable flavor. Swish around about 2 min or longer. I usually add a couple extra minutes, brush my teeth with the soft bristle toothbrush and my mouth and breath feel so clean, my teeth front and back feel smooth and clean, even those back hard to reach molars. I wouldn’t suggest accidentally swallowing any. I did by accident and def made me cough for a bit and drink water to wash it down. Not a big deal. Great product and will order again, just don’t keep it in your mouth and get distracted too long with your cell. Lol

Good
This was all over tiktok and Facebook so I had to give it a try. I’ve been using this for about a month now, once a day for 5-10 minutes before I brush my teeth. I know it said to use it for 15 minutes but it made my throat incredibly dry if I used it more than 10 minutes. I do have to say my gums feel much healthier, mouth feels very clean and my teeth are a bit whiter, however it definitely does not remove tartar (hardend plaque) like everyone was saying. The taste wasn’t as bad as I thought either it’s just a bit thick. Overall I would buy it again just because how clean and healthy it made my mouth feel.

Great product!
I thought I’d try oil pulling and started out using coconut oil and just couldn’t find it easy to do. This product is so much better and easier and much tastier to use. I’ve only been using a week and started out swishing for about 10 minutes and have worked up to 20 minutes. Mouth feels so clean and already notice them being a bit whiter. I recently had a dental appt. and asked about it and they weren’t against it and have actually noticed people’s teeth being better after using. Only time will tell when I go back for my 6 month check to see if it’s really helped my overall oral health. I’m a fan and LOVE the toothbrush that comes with this and ordered a couple extra ones. I will be ordering again:) Thank you!

Does the job but Terrible Taste
I used to get the GuruNanda Original – but since they seem to not be available anymore I tried this one. The taste is terrible… which is very unpleasant when oil pulling is the first thing you do in the morning. After spitting it out your mouth is left with a very unnatural taste. I think the end result is still good – and I’ll continue using it until the Original is available again, but it seems counter intuitive to do oil pulling with something that then leaves a gross taste in your mouth. My wife agreed….Also – please GuruNanda – please stop with all the free stuff you include in the box. I don’t need another 50 tongue scrapers. They are metal and last for ever. I also don’t need another 50 cheap toothbrushes or tooth pics. I also don’t need an overly fancy box. Take that cost and simply reduce the price of your product.

Try it!
I have seen so many things about oil pulling and I tried it years ago and could not stand it. So when I saw this product I decided to give it a try, and it is amazing! My teeth after the 2nd time using it felt amazing, the texture does not make you gag, the taste is nice. I will be getting it from now on, but let me tell you about that toothbrush. I am so picky about mine and I hate hard bristles I try to get the extra soft and it never is soft enough for me! When I tried this toothbrush it was like butter in my mouth, I will NEVER use another toothbrush again, I could brush me teeth for hours and be ok with it.

Not bad
Overall great for the price. I’m obsessed with the toothbrush it came with, I think it’s perfect. My routine is I’ll floss, then I’ll swish the oil in my mouth for a few minutes and then I’ll brush. The taste is absolutely horrific. The texture makes it even worse. It’s like swishing ectoplasm in your mouth. However, my teeth feel squeaky clean after and it makes my breath smell good, so, it’s worth the pain every now and then!

Wonderful
The taste and texture was something I had to get used to. There was a few times I gagged. I stayed using it. I found that it did start taking off the plaque (third bottle in) , a couple times in big pieces. I didn’t have any inflamed gums or bleeding so I dont know if it helps with that.My teeth are whiter. My routine is use pulling oil, sometimes I will floss first. 2. Brush teeth. 3. Floss. 4. Tounge scrapper. 5. Mouthwash.I love the toothbrush. I have gotten the tongue scapper and toothbrush with every bottle.It is a little messy no matter how I pour it.

The product came leaking
Even though it is a good product. When I received it, the bottle was leaking. I had to place it in a plastic bag. I didn’t want to transfer it to another container. I couldn’t notify the seller to let them know. They do ship it in a box however the product has a puncture hole. Most of my product is now in the plastic bag. But again the over all product works well. Hopefully they can figure a better way to protect the item when they pack it up to ship.

Gums and teeth improved
Teeth were whiter within a week of daily use (every morning). I use the oil in the AM and use the tongue scraper AM and PM. The toothbrush is incredibly soft, and still cleans your teeth. Use these along with a water flosser and your oral health will improve within days. Love it!

Pretty Good Product
I used to just scoop a spoonful of coconut oil, but decided to try something new here.I’m glad I did, because this proved to be a great decision. Loved how fresh and clean my mouth felt afterwards. My boyfriend who constantly vapes tried it and his bad breath went away. When he uses other methods to clean his mouth I can usually still smell the bad breath underneath the minty-ness. After just one use of Guru that lingering smell was gone. I’m a 45yo smoker who takes a lot of meds and not the best gum health. I saw a woman talk about the same issues I had. SoI purchased the coconut and mint flavor pack with toothbrush and tongue scraper. In just a couple of pullings I feel a difference in my gums. The taste was not overwhelming at all. It tell you you can start at 2min and work your way up. I pulled for a few 7min each while I did my hair. I can’t wait to go to the dentist for my next cleaning to see how much it has helped my gum health. The toothbrush was soft on my gums and the tongue scraper is of very high quality metal. I’ve only ever seen that quality in a dentist office.

First time user-AMAZING PRODUCT
I use the oil as soon as I get up. The taste or clean smell of the herbs did not bother me at all. I think this is amazing. Although I smoke, I did not have bad breath but if one did this would clear it up immediately. The pulling oil was suggested by a pharmacist. I would recommend this to everyone that cares about the cleanliness of their mouth. Great product. Just do not spit in the sink. I use a can with a lid on it. Not sure about the whitening yet. I have only been using for a week. My mouth feels soooooooooooooo fresh and clean after I use this. I will be a regular. Want to also thank the seller. This stuff is magical
I am a huge fan. Never have I ever loved a mouth/teeth product so much in my 48 years on this Earth! The taste is incredible. And my mouth is cleaner than ever! I plan on doing some transition pics to see the difference. Also, I will come back to this review when I go back to dentist in 5 months. I have pockets in my gums so I am hoping they improve. I’ll come back with an updated review then.

Better breath
It is very thick if you are not used to swishing or oil, use less than 10 first use and get used to it first then build up more. Not bad flavor.I actually love the tooth brush really soft so that’s a plus. Nice amount/ bottle size. Tongue scraping makes a difference. My breath doesn’t smell all day! Even after coffee no coffee breath. Teeth are whiter been using daily for week.

Like magic!
This stuff is like magic! I hate the dentist and get very anxious when I have to go. I had sore gums, and at my last appointment they said I needed a crown on a molar. I found this stuff and after 3 days, no sore gums. And after a week, I can floss around that molar and it doesn’t hurt at all. Get it! It’s totally worth it!

BIG RECOMMEND
I am a big fan of oral hygiene I care for my teeth so much. So this was a big game changer.I just got it in the mail with the tooth brush,tongue scraper and the oil. I just used it after eating and followed the instructions. I am not a fan of the taste but it whitened my teeth a little after the first use and the tooth brush was so soft on my teeth and made my teeth so smooth. And the tongue scraper made my tongue so clean. So it’s a big recommendation if u are thinking about buying it. But back to the taste, the taste was not what I was expecting it tasted like a weird coconut taste and a tiny bit of mint. But since it is an oral hygiene thing I could see why it is tasting like that. Other than that I will be using it way more

Tooth health
This product is amazing. I know this blew up on tiktok. I started using it before. It makes your teeth feel so clean and they look so white. And the way my teeth feel is unbelievable. I’ve had a cavity that I havnt got took care of yet, and since using this it’s gotten lighter and dosent hurt.The toothbrush that this one comes with is honestly the best toothbrush I’ve used. It’s very soft and it gets your whole tooth. I didn’t think I’d like the toothbrush because of how soft it was. And the first time I used it, it was weird. But I really like it. I say spend the money on it. It’s a great product!

Good stuff
I was introduced to this product by my cousin. She had nothing but good things to say about it. I normally use organic coconut oil for cleansing however this stuff is awesome! With the added oil benefits leaves a cool clean feeling. I didn’t need the extra items it came with because I take care of my teeth and brush my tongue 2 to 3 times daily after meals. I definitely would recommend this product. All natural is the best way to go in a world full of GMO products.

So much better than regular coconut oil
I tried oil pulling probably 8 years ago and was so disgusted with the taste and texture that I gave up. This was MUCH more pleasant, and even though it says to start at 2min I was able to easily tolerate 4min. Definitely helps to multitask so you don’t focus on the oil, but it was completely fine. Happy to have a new routine that’s easy to implement.

Definitely notice a change in my gum health
I’ve been using this for about two weeks now. I went to the dentist 7 months ago and was told I needed to spend $1500 for work on my bottom teeth where my gums are receding and grinding my teeth were making them weak. went back this week and he said keep doing what you’re doing. Nothing needed right now. As an added bonus, my teeth definitely look whiter! I’m sold on oil pulling now!

BEST PRODUCT EVER MADE
I have had years of coffee stains and discoloration in my teeth. Less than a WEEK of using this my teeth are back to white and zero stains or discoloration. Can’t wait to see how my teeth look in a couple months. For reference I use it morning and night for 5-10 mins, then brush my teeth and floss

Taste & Smells good
My husband purchased this product for him but was happy to try it myself. After reading what we needed to do we dove in and tried it. We started out with 10ml and swished for 4. We are working our way up to 10 min. We are currently at 6 min. It’s taste and smells minty. My husband is a periodontics patient so I will be curious if it has the benefits to help him.

Great for tooth health
I use this a few times a week before my regular routine for about 10 minutes, floss, mouthwash, brush teeth, then scrub tongue. The tooth brush may be a bit too soft to replace a regular toothbrush with and I prefer my tongue brush to the metal scraper that comes with this kit. Easier and better to swish than just plain coconut oil if trying to heal cavities.

Lives up to hype
Wasn’t sure if this was another hype product or genuinely worked. I’ve gotta say.. after using 4 days in a row I notice a significant difference in the way my teeth look and feel already. The toothbrush included is very soft and helps you get under the gum line. Easier to swish than plain coconut oil, leaves teeth feeling very clean and is even pulling up hardened plaque I can never get behind my permanent bottom retainer. I’m a big fan. Crazy I’m seeing a difference after just a few uses.

Absolutely amazing
The product is really good & does exactly as it’s advertised. I feel my teeth getting cleaned as I’m swishing & it have an amazing flavor. Very much worth the price & worth the experience. My only gripe is the amount that comes in each bottle.. I wish it came in a bigger (value size) bottle to last longer than 14-15 days. Also, if you could simply order the oil alone without the extra accessories.. besides those, definitely a 5 star product.

It’s too early to know….
I recently started oil pulling with basic coconut oil. I decided to try this because of the whitening claims. I have thin, sensitive teeth and don’t want to use traditional whitening options. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’ve not really noticed any difference. TBH, I prefer the taste and consistency of the basic coconut oil, I was using previously. I probably won’t buy this again. I know it has its fans—I’m not one of them. But I’m glad I tried it because now I know!

All the hype is true
I’ve been using this for about a month before I had my check up/cleaning at the dentist. I was getting my cleaning when I noticed the assistant kept pausing. She said “I’m sorry for stopping but your teeth are so clean and I’ve seen it all today. It’s refreshing to see this” 😳 I wasn’t expecting that especially since I did not “freshen up” before I went. No issues or problems. I’m an avid flosser every night. Pretty good appointment.
