Eye shadow
I really wanted to like this, as colour is actually quite nice. Unfortunately the eyeshadow is really hard, seems like it’s dried out ( I think that’s how it’s supposed to be). It’s very difficult to apply. Stays on Ok I guess, although did crease a bit. I wouldn’t buy again

Difficult Disappointing Product
I don’t know how people are using this stuff! I bought Canyon and the color is a pretty orange/pink, looked good and smoothed out nicely when I tried it on my hand. But it’s difficult to blend on they eye, sets almost immediately. If you are over 40 it will accentuate any crepe/lines on your lid and look dry as a desert. When they say no budge, they mean it. It’s going nowhere within 3 seconds. This means it’s not bendable and can look patchy. Get a little bit anywhere you didn’t mean to, you’ll have to use a remover to get it off. I tried applying with my finger as well as a brush…the brush became coated in it and I had to clean it. Difficult to remove once it’s on you. I had the best luck with micellar water. E.L.F. products are usually fair products at a fair price. I’m sticking with Bobbi Brown for cream shadow.

Sand Dune has shimmer in it
I don’t know if this is clear to everyone else and I just can’t see, but this is not a matte formula. It has tons of tiny shimmery bits, and gets very shiny after blending. It is really pretty, and I’ll still use it, but that was unexpected! The staying power is very good, work quickly to blend before it sets. I will keep searching for the perfect drugstore soft brown matte cream shadow.

Finally!
I have very oily eyelids and I have tried many eyeshadows trying to find something that would stay in place. I tried Lorac, Natasha Denona, Kaja and many others. And they all would creese like crazy. But this little magic stays in place all day long!

Very pigmented
Its creamy and pigmented-a but difficult to blend-but I don’t mind.The color isn’t my favorite-too ‘orange’-just not not for me on my Olive tone…but I gave it to a friend who has a fair complexion and it works great for her 🙂

this doesn’t move
Elf makes a lot of great products. I’m using this as a gel liner because no one seems to be making the gel liner in a pot that you apply with a brush anymore. A teeny tiny amount goes a very long way and while it is very wet, and needs a few seconds to dry, once it is dry it isn’t going anywhere. I offload some of the product onto the back of my hand before I use it on my eyes. I live where it is humid and I appreciate something that does not transfer.

Stay put Allll day
I kid you not this ish does not move the whole day, even though I purchased this as a base for eyeshadow bc it was listed as such when i queried eyeshadow primer and eyeshadow base. It does work well with all my bright eyeshadows and it took me a while to realize it was actual white eyeshadow. I did wear it once alone by itself as eyeliner and it stayed on through 8 hrs of sweaty work and was was hard to remove had to use my bioderma to remove it completely. I would definitely recommend and maybe purchase different shades in the future

Absolutely no. budge.
Really strong pink/peach colour, tacky consistency that dries fast. Amazing coverage, you need a TINY bit. A little hard to work with, but definitely highly pigmented and Matt staying power. Does crease after long wear.

Great color…but
This is just the color I was looking for but i accidentally got some under my eye and could not get it off! i tried everything but didn’t want to pull too hard on that thin under eye skin. The good news is it stays put! The bad news is it is ridiculously difficult to remove!!! i might only wear this if i was going to a party or concert…certainly not for everyday wear!

I thought this elf 3 in 1 eye shadow was just okay. It was hard to blend and the color is much lighter than it appears. It feels slightly sticky.

Useful product
On my deep set eyes I found the product did budge. However I saw a great tip in one of the reviews was to first apply a bit of makeup primer – which solves the problemAlso great to use on brows with a thin flat brush

I wanted to like it more than I did
This product was recommended in a makeup tutorial. I found it to be a bit too thick and not that easy to apply. I wanted to like it, but it didn’t work for me.

I love the color and the fact that it does not move once it’s set. It is also not blendable so note that. I have used it as an eyeliner and it’s great.

You really need to dig into the post to get a decent application. Even then it’s hard to blend this eyeshadow. I’ve found the best way is with your finger. The color payoff isn’t great

Thinner then I expected
This is thinner than the similar product from another budget brand, and I don’t think lasts as long. I’m using it ocassionally but probably wouldn’t buy it again

I use this as the base for winged liner
I can’t speak for how this would work as an eyeshadow but it’s so creamy that its super easy to line the out part of your eye and smudge it upand out to create a wing. This is the only way I’ve ever been able to wing out my liner and I’ve tried everything. I don’t know how it sets on it’s own, I follow it up with dark shadow to set it. Overall, I’d say, give it a try, you can’t beat the price. I want to try the lighter color as a shadow.

Truly budge proof!
This elf no budge cream eyeshadow in the shade wispy white is legit! It’s buildable and comfortable to wear. Had to use micellar water to remove as it was really on there! Once again 5 stars!⭐️

It’s quite a bright orange if you layer the product which looks good but was hoping for a more brown/ beige nude- I will keep searching but it’s a good product I will keep wearing it this summer.

You Can’t Find This at Walmart!
I am a huge fan of e.l.f. makeup and absolutely love this eye shadow. Unlike powdered eye shadow, this lasts all day! This is the second time I am buying this product because I love it so much. A little goes a long way too. The texture of this eye shadow is sort of like clown makeup, but not as greasy. It goes on smooth and lasts all day!

Nice color, just as shown but it’s difficult to blend without it looking like a kid applied it. I topped it with a bit of shimmer and that helped the overall appearance. It did last all day, didn’t Crack or anything and does not smear throughout the day either.

… it’s called “No Budge” for a reason
I almost didn’t buy this because of the overall Star Rating, but after I read soooo many negative reviews about how the “NO BUDGE” cream eyeshadow wasn’t coming off, my mind was blown. What else does no budge mean?!?Honestly, as long as you start out by barely dipping a fluffy brush into the pot, and spreading the color around from most pigmented, to wear you want to blend out, you won’t have any issues. Just remember, less is more. This product will last you a long time, stays super vibrant and pigmented, and truly, will not budge once it has dried. If you do make a mistake, fix it quickly with a Q-Tip and you will be fine!

Using this as a base coat
I ordered the white shadow. There is absolutely no shimmer to it and it goes on pretty thick. I use it only as a base coat and a tiny dab of it will do. It’s easy to make a mess of your eyelid by applying too much.

Meh.
I recently tried this cream eyeshadow, and I have to say, I’m a bit underwhelmed. The color payoff was quite disappointing, as I had to apply multiple layers to achieve the desired shade, which felt a bit heavy on my eyelids. The texture was creamy, but it tended to crease after a few hours, even with a primer. While the packaging was attractive, the product itself didn’t live up to my expectations. I’ll be exploring other options for eyeshadows with better color payoff in the future.

Easy to blend
I love cream eyeshadows and was very excited about this product. It is easy to apply with a finger and blend to look natural, and it stays all day as long as I set it with a bit of powder. The formula is thick enough that my oily skin doesn’t make it crease throughout the day. I wish there was a larger shade range, because most of the colors are a bit light on my medium skin tone.

This product is very sheer yet has staying power. I use it on my cheeks,,eye lids and even over chapstick for just a hint of color. I’m 62 and I’m leaning more toward creamy products for the moisture factor. This product doesn’t feel or look crazy shiny or like you have an oil slick on your face,,,it just stays on and looks nice,,for a reasonable price

Nice formula
I purchased the shade canyon, it’s more orange than expected but still a pretty colour, just be aware that the colour shown is a little misleading, especially on paler skin. It dries very quickly but once on does not move. I would buy this again, just in a different colour. Overall it’s very good for the price and would recommend

This is better blended by finger. I tried a brush on the first go & it did not go on right. It was patchy. But using my finger it blended really well. It does stay on well.

Very dry sticky formula dries down very fast so ya have to work quick but no matter what brush I use or eye primer it still cracks and separates meaning not a smooth application I think be ok for young people but not for anyone with any lines or wrinkles or hooded eyes

Update: So after about 3 hours it started gathering and clumping. If you looked closely, it looked like I had psoriasis on my eyelids. (Included an after photo) Changed my review to 1 star. I guess you get what you pay for.Ok. If you want your shadow to stay put for days at a time, this’ll do the trick. So long as you don’t accidentally put it somewhere you don’t want it, like I did. Anywhere you touch, there it stays.I was able to salvage it with a highlighter (the cream itself is very matte) and blend the edges. Otherwise I literally would have looked like I dabbed paint on my eyelids. So it’ll just take a little practice.Also, I tried washing it off my fingers… even with soap and water you have to scrub and scrub.So 4 stars because it works really well. But it also works a little too well. Lol.

Stiff texture to achieve a deep, dark color.
When it comes to cream eyeshadow I personally prefer a creamy textured shadow that can be smoothed over my lid to soften and lighten the color. Not so with this product. The texture I found to be much stiffer and a dryer consistency than other cream shadows I have used. It remains a very dark brown, true to the color shown. Once applied the shadow did stick well. If you like an eyeshadow that holds a deep color and sticks well this could be your ideal product, but if you prefer a smoother,creamier application that can be blended out this is probably not what your looking for.
