AMAZING. MUST BUY.
These shoes are a DREAM. This is my first pair or expensive running shoes- I’ve always worn adidas, Nike, etc.- and I have began a running journey postpartum. Everything would hurt when I ran, but with these shoes, NOTHING hurts. My ankles are supported, i have more pep in my run, and i can run longer than I EVER have. Sooooo worth the money!

Gotta love Brooks !
If you buy the best brooks shoes for what you need, you will not be disappointed. These specific ones I use for work and I’m on my feet for 8 to 10 hours a day, and I do use them to work out in and they make a huge difference on my back, hips, feet and legs.

Comfortable and GREAT looking!
I first noticed these shoes on a friend, complimenting them immediately. When she told me the brand, I knew Brooks was recommended by my foot doctor years ago. It was a no-brainer to spend my holiday Amazon gift cards on these shoes. Wore them for the first time yesterday and was pleased. No more foot pain
These have made my foot pain nonexistent. I am normally a wide but the size I needed was out of stock so I went up a half size. These fit very well and are slightly wider than a regular width. The toe box is prefect. I will eventually try the wide to see which I prefer. I was amazed at what I thought was permanent foot pain, going away after wearing these to run errands for just a few days. Padded just right. Huge game changer. This bright pink color is very vibrant. Be aware, it does show the slightest mark. Easy to clean so far, I take the tiniest bit of Dawn dish soap, dab with a tiny amount of water, let it sit a little while, then gentle dab with water on a cloth to spot clean. Works well each time.

By far the best tennis shoe I’ve ever owned. I have never paid this much for a shoe but it is definitely worth it. I had knee replacement surgery and have a bad back. My husband and I walked 15 miles in 3 days in San Antonio and my knee and back barely bothered me. Comfortable, well made, and cushioned. LOVE my Ghosts!

I ordered a 6.5 extra wide. The wider toe-box accommodates my bunion. Very comfortable shoes for walking (have not tried running yet) and errands. I did add Dr. Scholl’s float-on-air insoles for a bit more cushion.

I love Brooks shoes. My orthopedic surgeon foot doctor says they are the best. THey are very comfortable and support my foot well. The only thing wrong with this pair was the color was described incorrectly. They are not black. They are grey.

Brooks Ghost 8 Wide
Hard to find BROOKS Ghost women’s shoes in 8 wide – so when I did find them, I bought them. Perfect fit, comfortable from the first step. Well made, long lasting. Exactly what I was looking for. Although I would have preferred a brighter color than black. They must not manufacture very many 8 wides in pretty colors.

Seems like they work great for some, others… not so much
I was excited to try these shoes out after hearing and reading rave reviews on them. I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare and was looking for a new pair of shoes. I ordered these and they were great the first couple of days. I know that being on your feet for 12 hours a day would cause anyone some degree of foot pain but these shoes amplified the pain I felt. I had a pair of Nikes before these and they never made my feet hurt like these. I’ve had these shoes about a month and a half now and it still hasn’t improved. I even went back to wearing my old pair of Nikes just to get a break from them. It is likely just me and my feet, because I know others who absolutely love these shoes.

Love these shoes!
This is my second pair of Brooks Ghost. I purchased my first pair to year ago and love them! I wear them every day for just about everything! I did a little research to find these shoes, because I was having issued with my toes hitting the end of my shoes. Turnes out I needed a larger toe box. Brooks Ghost came highly recommended! I can do five miles in these bad boys and my feet are not crying!

Pleasantly Surprised
For years I have been loyal to another brand of running shoes but these were on sale so I decided to give them a try. I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are. They don’t provide quite as much arch support as some others, but for the average person they are just fine. I wear them all day. I have a wide foot so ordered these in wide width and they are a perfect fit. I also like that they still have that nice look of a normal width shoe even though they are wide; some other brands have very round toes and don’t look good on. Style and comfort in these. Will definitely buy again.

Great for bunions!
These are my go to shoes for walking. I walk several miles every day. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I order the wide size because I have large bunions. The shoes put no pressure on them and they don’t get irritated by the shoe. I have had several pair and have never been disappointed!

Love
These shoes are wonderful for standing all day on concrete. I wish, I would’ve bought a half size smaller, because they rub a little. If you’re going to purchase these please try inside, so you make sure you won’t need a different size. They are expensive and you don’t want to be stuck like me with it rubbing.I think, they are very comfortable and well worth the money. Love the solid black, goes well with everything.

Great neutral shoe!
This is my first pair of Brooks but they won’t be my last because they are awesome. Not overly plush and they are truly neutral. I have tried a lot of other “neutral” shoes that are soft on the outside of the heels and have caused plantar fasciitis, but there are great and my foot lands how it is supposed to! The soles do seem to wear pretty quickly, but running shoes in general do. I will definitely get another pair after these!

Great for those on your feet all day.
I work at a place that is all cement floors and that can really wear your body down. It’s important to have supportive shoes. Yes, these are a little out of my price range, but I said to myself, “Self, what the heck! I only have one set of feet to carry me for the rest of my life! I need the best support I can give them!” So, I did the “try before you buy”…I was convinced! I bought them and have not regretted the purchase once. In fact, I am glad I did talk myself into it. I will continue to buy so long as they support my feet the way they do now.

Favorite sneakers ever
I’m on my fourth pair of Brooks and they are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve worn ever. I have tried many different brands and these sneakers simply are the best. True to size, and most importantly stand up to anything I do. I have arthritis throughout and that’s also one of the biggest reasons I love these.

The most versatile and amazing shoe (also so pretty)
These are the best running shoes ever. They have enough support for longer runs but great speed for workouts too. I run in my school’s indoor hallways for indoor track and with my old shoes I was slipping on every corner but these make turns effortless even on the most slippery surfaces. Also, my old shoes were worn out and provided no support so my knees starting hurting on every run. My knees don’t hurt anymore with these shoes. There are the best shoes for high schools who do speed work, long runs, strides, you name it and don’t want to buy multiple shoes. I researched a bunch of shoes and actually ended up returning one and buying this and it did not disappoint. If you’re undecided, get these!!!

I have a terrible time finding a wide, lace-up athletic shoe that is comfortable for walking because of my high instep and arthritis. These shoes were given the highest ratings, and I thought I’d give them a shot because I needed something sturdy and comfortable to wear on vacation, I’m pleased to say that they lived up to their ratings. They are wide enough, have great support, and have a padded tongue that is comfortable when the shoe is laced up. The toe box is just high enough and wide enough to be comfortable. Other shoes I’ve tried have looked big and clunky, but these are surprisingly attractive as well as comfortable. I wore them all day for several days in a row and had no issues at all. I rate these as one of my best buys!

Really comfortable
Recovering from resent bunion surgery and needed a good athletic shoe to wear at work after I got out of my orthopedic boot. I stand and walk for most of my day. This shoe was great! Super comfortable and my foot never really bothered me much. Definitely recommend. I wear a woman’s 11 but ordered an 11.5 to give my toes some room. Fits great!

Well worth the price
I purchased these to basically to see if they measure up to the hype😏 I must say they do. These are so comfortable and cute. The fist thing I noticed was the arch support was a lot better then the other brands I’ve worn(Nike and Sketchers) the shoes are also very lightweight. It honestly felt like I didn’t have shoes on after I walked around for an hour or so. No need to break these in, they are comfortable right out of the box.

The BEST
I am a Brooks shoes girl through and through. These did not disappoint. I daringly wore them first time out of the box to Busch Gardens, and walked all day in them. Everyone was complaining that their feet hurt. Not me! No leg fatigue. These are excellent shoes. I bought the coral and blue. Very bright and pretty colors. I have a wider foot, so I ordered a half size up. Which you should do anyways to accommodate for swelling if you’re going to be on your feet a lot. These shoes are extremely comfortable and shock absorbing. I have worn Brooks ghost shoes to run marathons, and felt great afterwards. Trust me, if you are looking for a stylish and comfortable shoe, look no further.

Not for me, really.
I think this shoe is so loved because there’s no a lot of structure to it. Or cushioning. Having worn Asics for 20+ years my view is skewed that way, of course. But Asics have much structure to their shoes. These I put on and… well, they could have been a cheap pair of shoes from the dollar store. If they carry shoes.Plus, the ‘cushioning’ is as good as my elderly Asics. No difference. Now, when I put on a new pair of Asics it feels like I’m walking on a cloud. So soft yet so much response.The good: Large toe box.Not returning them as they are fine for going to the grocery store.No, I don’t work for Asics.

Brooks Ghost 14 & Brooks Ghost 15
It was only a few years ago that I bought my first pair of Brooks, and they are my all time favorite shoes. They are great for aerobics, long walks, and virtually any activity where you are on your feet for lengthy periods of time. I have used them specifically not only for exercise but also in a healthcare setting where I was assisting patients throughout the day—I found them to be stabilizing as well as comfortable. They also come in different widths to tailor your foot type; I personally order the wide width and even after walking for miles these shoes do not hurt your feet. In addition, they are easy to clean if you want to keep your shoes as nice as possible. They can loose cushion over time (depending on how often they are worn) however an inexpensive orthotic can be used to help maintain arch support. They are also true to size and I do not need to size either up or down. When I initially purchased this brand, I tried on several different styles; the Brooks Ghost are for neutral pronation and I could tell immediately, the fit was as close to perfect as a shoe can get. If you have a different type of pronation, Brooks makes other styles of athletic shoes suited for your foot type so finding the right fit with this brand is a feature to optimize during your shopping research.

Excellent purchase and worth the investment.
These shoes are an investment in footwear and they fit perfectly. The back of the shoe cups my heel for extra support. There is plenty of softness for support, not rigid cushioning. The arch support is right against my arch and keeps my foot snuggly in place. The ball of the foot is a little bit wide, but perfect for wearing wool socks and summer anklets. The sole of the shoe provides traction for slippery surfaces, such as a wet sidewalk. Excellent purchase and I plan to order another pair.

A good replacement for ASICS
I’ve been in the market for a new shoe brand to switch over to from ASICS.TL;DR: We’ve been disappointed in the recent changes to their products, they felt very… cheap for the price.So after trying a few brands and getting burned on a few brands, I came across this and thought that the design looks very similar to the old ASICS, so why not? I love these shoes! I definitely recommend for those that used to wear the Gel Nimbus shoes and are not impressed with the newer models.
