Great little machine
I installed this machine not expecting much, but the install went well. For the price. This little machine is a powerhouse. Since it comes with Windows 11, that alone was worth the price of admission.Update:I just added a 1TB SSD. Piece of cake.Now I have 1.256 TB of space on a machine that measures 4 x 4 x 1.5.WOWUpdate: I had some problems with this machine. However, the sellers people were extremely diligent. They tried everything. I did eventually have to send the machine back. They sent me a new machine. I can only say “BRAVO”.

Fantastic computer
I’m very happy with this mini computer. I also purchased a nice 24 inch monitor w/sound to connect it to. I received both of them in a few days and got to work connecting right away. The computer booted up and I was able to get into my accounts without any problems. I have wired internet because I stream everything and wired is more reliable. The computer CPU is very fast and so is my internet. The computer takes up very little space. I was able to connect the keyboard and mouse without a hitch. Everything is running smoothly.

I work from home and use this in my home office. Works great. I also use it for my leisure, FB, browsing the internet, and some games. I was so pleased with it that my husband purchased one for his home computer.

Quit working after 10 months
Thought it was a great buy when I got it 10 mo ago and hooked it up. Video quality and speed of processing was great for standard office work and running a few apps., internet, etc. After or during a windows 11 update it would not open back up into a windows screen. It was stuck on the Beelink start up screen. I was able to reach the BIOS but couldn’t get any further. Tried a few things tech. support suggested by email but it didn’t work. Had to return it.

Cool little computer
I gave this to a friend for Christmas. We mounted it on the Vesa mounts on the back of her monitor. Everything works perfectly! This tiny computer could do the job of most desktops. It’s silent! It doesn’t take any space at all!

Overheating due to incorrectly applied thermal paste.
The media could not be loaded.
I gave this 5 stars after removing the heat sink and applying high performance thermal paste. The previous thermal paste was slapped on to thick and lead to high load temperatures. During CPU stress tests it hit 85c with throttling. With correctly applied thermal paste the temperatures at max load don’t hit above 70c. ( With an open enclosure )

Nice compact device, but I’m having lots of trouble with it
had this mini pc for less than 2 years and it is unlikely I will ever buy one again. Although it is a nice compact device, I am having lots of issues with it. Maybe I should say 1 issue over and over again: it just won’t start up properly!! Either gets stuck in the BIOS or on the Beelink startup screen. It has proven to be difficult (for me at least) to get it unstuck. Once unstuck it will run fine for a few weeks until it gets stuck again. If it wouldn;t have this 1 issue, definitely 5 stars but the frustration of frequently having to deal with getting it to work just kinda ruins it.Help from Beelink would be greatly appreciated…

One speaker does not work
I know I get what I paid, but still, it is flimsy. After two days of use, one of the speakers in the headphones does not work. My headphone speakers work well on both sides with the other devices. Any suggestion for returning or fixing the problem?

Early Positive Review
Very EARLY review. Only had for 1 day now. Bought for my who browses & YouTubes only. Vid quality is really good. Web speed is also good.Comes with W11. Set up was easy but annoying at times. (isn’t it always?) Only con is W11 has variations of a “Black Screen” problem which I experienced. It went away after kicking the video driver ( CTl+Shift+B ) & rebooted it. Been working just fine since then. It’s only been 2 days so can only recommend it with that in mind, We like it.

Very Poor Customer Support
I purchased this unit and it worked very well for a while. Out of the blue it would not completely power on. It would start to power up then shut off. I contacted customer support and they gave me some troubleshooting steps to follow. None of them worked. They asked me to send the unit back to them for a replacement, which I did. That was two weeks ago and they STILL have NOT shipped my replacement. Every time I reach out to them I get the run around about when my replacement will ship. I would avoid this company.

Small Footprint for a small performance
This was honestly more than I expected this computer to be capable of but it is able to handle most typical tasks required of a home computer. I haven’t tested it with games or anything CPU heavy as I just know it won’t be able to handle anything more than a 2D platform type of game….and maybe some older 3D games. But I have tried it as a streaming computer for my console and it struggles to handle high quality output so I had to adjust the settings to accommodate the gpu. But I will say that I got what I paid for. A moderately priced computer to do moderately simple tasks. Comes with Windows 11 installed and ready to go. Be sure to have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to free up you USB ports as you only have 4 available and they can get used up pretty fast.The power supply doesn’t support powering too many devices Via USB so be careful with using USB hubs to extend your inputs.If you want something no fuss and simple that you can move or take anywhere with no issue. Then this is you computer. If you need a powerful computer and your thinking of going the cheap route..dont. You can expand the RAM but that dassit. This is what it is out of the box. I’m a satisfied customer.

Great little desktop for the money!
Over the pas 6 months I have purchased two of these 256G mini-computers. BeeLink makes a great computer on a very small footprint. They are extremely fast and come preloaded with Windows 11- a great bargin!Of course they come with some additional junk software as all new computers but not nearly as much as the big box manufacturers. But these are easy to uninstall . Especially beware they come with TikTok pre-installed too.I have not needed to contact support hence the neutral 3 star rating.

I bought this for very specific uses: Office-type apps, internet / email, and watching videos. I don’t need a very powerful processor for these things, so this unit does the trick. It was very easy to set up, and has all the ports I need for peripherals. I had it up and running in under an hour.

So far a good experience
A replacement for an aging Mac. Decided to ditch Apple and run with Windows 11. Paired this small computer with a Sceptre 30 inch curved 2560×1080 monitor. A great environment for light photo editing, video watching, web surfing — nothing too demanding computationally. Was glad to be working with Windows 11 Pro. With a few software add-ins, it feels very mac-like. Hoping the hardware doesn’t take a dive… .

No power to function
The power supply is very weak. A PC can use over 500 watts. This have 58 watts, I think. It should overheat and burn itself out even with light use. I think the seller knows this, also. I returned mine unopened. Other reviewers can likely attest to this. It’s impossible for it to function with such little power. Someone tell me if I’m wrong.

Bought it about a year ago to serve PLEX. Worked fantastic as a television web browser PC and media host.However one day the PC wouldn’t boot beyond the BIOS. Emailed support and obtained recovery media. After replacing the SSD and RAM, system is up and running. Quick reply from support!PC is not a powerhouse by any means, but it can:-Browse web-Stream XBOX GamePass-Watch Movies-Host Plex-Remote in from TV/Tablet-Use Adobe software suite-Utilize Windows 10/11 very wellWorth the purchase for a minimal use PC.

Perfect Mini PC
I purchased this to replace a 4 year HP desktop PC that died. It had an I7 processor in it and I was concerned that this Mini PC might be too slow. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was unable to see any difference in speed. I moved the hard drive from my old PC to this one. I instructed the system to boot off the secondary drive and it booted up without a problem. Video is excellent too.

Wow. Pretty cool little deal. I needed a desk top device for light business use, so I took a gamble on this. Very glad I did, because all I needed was a monitor, I already had a wireless keyboard and mouse, and I’m up and cruising! It is perfect for what I need, and very cost effective. Stopped working after just a few uses. Had to return it at my expense
I purchased this four months ago. I booted it up maybe a dozen times and it worked well. Then it crashed. Beelink customer service told me to return it to them at my expense. Awaiting repair or replacement. I think that a shipping label should have been sent for a failure so early.

Great little box for the right purpose
I bought this little guy so I could move my home domain controller off an old Dell R710 running ESXi. After doing some research and discovering that VMware would probably not work without some messing around with drivers I decided to install ProxMox. It took no time at all to get this thing up and running, and I was really pleasantly surprised with performance.I would recommend this device for someone who wants to virtualize a windows DC, or maybe a few linux machines. It would also make a perfectly fine little workstation if you understood the limitations and didn’t try gaming.Amazing value in my eyes. Highly recommended!

IT’S A PIECE OF JUNK One Star is TOO High
The product worked fine for 6 months then it failed to boot. The manufacturer provided mediocre troubleshooting assistance via email. They then determined there was a bad component. They replaced the SDD card. The DVD Drive would not function. The new card also apparently failed as I could not enter the bios. When I followed support’s instruction the device failed to boot at all. Product support appears to be somewhat reliable if one does not mind waiting several days for a response, but the equipment is garbage. I would NEVER purchase another one nor would I recommend the purchase of the device. Totally unreliable in my opinion. Unless you have no desire to perform tasks on the computer and are enthralled when the computer malfunctions, then by all means waste your time with this one.

Good build quality, easy to upgrade memory and storage. I use it for business programs. The unit I got came with Windows 10. I have not needed to contact tech support, I plugged it in and got to work. It offered to upgrade to Windows 11, suggesting good specs.

Power supply dead
We have used this product very little since September (Bought it in May). Tried to turn it on and nothing. Mouse works but the computer is dead. Have been trying the manufacturer for 4 days now and no luck. I am an electrician so I did check the power supply which seems to be dead. Very disappointed and would really like some help.

Product defective, and support non-responsive
I bought this to use as a linux appliance. First order of business is to get connected to the network. WiFi works, but is slow compared to quite literally every one of my wifi devices. Fine, just need to get on internet, no big deal. After performing the full Windows 11 upgrades, and rebooting, I connected my ethernet cable (Cat 6) – – nothing. I turned off all features except TCP/IP v4 and v6, and still nothing. I replaced the cable, and swapped switch ports, but no good. I tried overriding the link speed, since auto-negotiate can sometimes cause problems, and still nothing. After exhausting all my tricks, I tried their support email, and forums, but no replies.I am going to attempt to exchange this device next.

Really nice mini pc
I don’t usually leave reviews. But felt compelled to for this mini pc. I paid 150 for this with very low expectations. Originally when 1st booting it up I was unimpressed. It took it a few hours to install all the updates. But once the updates were installed, wow it ran fast and I was impressed. I upgraded the ram to 16gb and installed a 512Gb ssd. I honestly didn’t notice a big difference in performance with 16gb vs 8gb as it is single slot not dual slot. All in all I paid $210 for mini pc and ram and ssd. I was able to stream 4k video in on YouTube at 60hz. The minis display resolution I was able to push to 120hz at 1080p. Xbox game pass online streamed fast and I didn’t notice any lag. It will struggle a little bit the more tasks your doing as this is a low end processor but I knew that when I purchased it. I needed a main computer for everyday use, streaming and cloud gaming and word and Excell. And it does all of that really well. Reading reviews I’ve seen some of these have died within months, I’m hoping to get a couple years, I’ll update my review if it dies quickly. Last remarks, a license of windows 11 cost almost as much as this PC, for the price and what you get it’s a great machine. Good job Beelink!Update: built in wifi stopped working and dropped down to 0.29 mbps rendering it unusable. via internet using wifi, ethernet port fixed this and I was getting 600 mbps hardwiring it using ethernet. I purchased a $10.00 external usb wifi adapter off Amazon to bypass the built in one and I’m getting 250 mbps. Beware the built in Intel wifi card is trash and stopped working after 1 day. Other than that the machine is working really will. And still worth it for the price.

Excellent Value and Performance
I was a bit skeptical about making this purchase since I’ve been working in IT for the last 18 years and I have always built and used my own rack-mounted machines. This has been a hassle since so much has changed with the components being harder to find and motherboards forcing you to install the newer operating systems. I’ve given in to finding an easier and simpler solution, and not only that, with this solution, it’s much smaller, and more convenient to say the least, and it uses the latest components e, g., SSD drive and DDR 4 memory. This brings me to this little gem and the ones like this that are being sold on Amazon. I can now buy a little monster like this that has an I7 processor, 8, 16, or 32GB of DDR, and a 200 or even 500GB SSD drive, for around 600 to 800 dollars, or maybe more. But before I do that I started with this one, a much cheaper new 11 Generation Intel N5095 Processor (up to 2.9GHZ), Beelink Mini PC with Windows 11 pro for around $200. No building on my part and its compact size make it so easy to install. Using my own screws, I’m using it for my home theater computer and have it screwed to the back of my system rack, out of sight, and conveniently located. I can’t say enough as to how much this has saved me time and money and so far, this has performed flawlessly for the last few days, so I’ll have to come back and update this review after a few months and let you know if it’s still working. It’s built like a tank and the OS install was very easy and only took a few minutes. I was up and running online and googling very quickly. At this point, I highly recommend this little gem and I intend on buying a few more like it, depending on how long it lasts and how well it performs. Out goes the rack-mounted computers and in with new small powerful computers.

Dead after 6 months
Bought to put at my friends house, sat with open air flow in a clean environment, never handled after installation until issues when it started shutting down on it’s own for about a week, then a few boots resulting in frozen bios screen with artifacts which should help assure folks we’re not talking about suspend or hibernation.. Now it just stays in an endless loop cycling it’s power, never brings up a power. I’ve Reset cmos, tried other power supplies. Perhaps if I disassemble it I’ll find the problem but I shouldn’t have to with a device this young. I’m a retired computing engineer, saying this to reinforce that this isn’t someone who can’t reset it. Disappointing.UPDATE: See the picture for the actual problem and fix. The rubber button cover used over the power switch was the culprit. Notice the right side has a flat edge that is supposed to hold in place but it that it has rotated slightly and was now sitting over the edge of it’s retainer (plastic tab on the case). This caused it to put pressure on the power switch, almost enough to push it, some vibration or a temperature change would cause it to push and reset to stick into a rebooting loop. Since I rotated it into the proper position a few days ago I have had no more problems. It was screwy from day one but seems find now.

Easy to Setup
I was going to setup Ubuntu Linux on it but for now I left the Windows 11 Pro 64Bit on it to see how my friend likes it as I really got him into Linux so he isn’t much a fan of Windows anymore which is understandable. Comes in a nice little box, extra bonus being all 4 USB ports are 3.0 instead of mixed with older 2.0 like a lot computers. After buying this for him I am curious about the minis for gaming though I am sketchy about cooling. Runs a little hot but not really surprised.

I’m getting frustrated
I’ve bought 3 of these so far. Great little PC for the cost.So why have I bought 3? Because the sound stops working. This is the third one. I bought it in Jan 23 because the previous other 2 had the sound go.Now this sound on this one has stopped working too. Less than 11 months of use.Other than the sound problem, these are excellent.I’m debating now if I’m going to buy # 4Edit: So, I bought another one. Win 11 Pro
Mine came through with Windows 11 pro, and I used it for the first time. Just a redesigned and polished-up look Win 10 to the user. To internet hackers, Win 11 represents new challenges. The device benchmarks just above the device it replaces, my Core2Quad Q9650. It’s a great little Mini PC with all the functions of my Core 2 and it’s safer than my Core 2 with Win 10 pro. The 5095 Celeron clocks a steady 2 GigaHertz, settings in the BIOS to increase performance are there, I have yet to Benchmark the 5095 overclocked. There is only ONE RAM bay. You may NOT Dual Channel. There is a 2.5″ bay for SATA drive…SSD or HDD. The expansion is for a second local disk, a place to store or archive data.

Came with Win 11 Pro installed. Booted up just fine. Runs my grandkids games OK. Have a desktop PC sitting next to it and it does everything just as well. Highly recommend.

Two failed out of the Box
I have been buying these Computers for several years and they have worked well But this month I have had two bad out of the Box Hoping its just a random bad batch. But I will not be buying these again in the near future I buy 20 to 30 of these a year But can’t take the chance on them again

Poor customer service and product quit working
It stopped working after 6 months. No help from their support team on a replacement. Make sure to go through Amazon and not the dead end they refer you to or just skip buying this altogether.

Heat sink fan died
Sat in an office for 4 months while configuring. When it finally came to installing it at a workstation the heat sink fan failed. All support expired. I own a $100 paperweight.
