Can the refrigerator be placed outdoors?
The fridge is intended for indoor use. Please do not move the refrigerator outdoors or use it on bumpy vehicles. Additionally, leave a 5-inch clearance on the back and sides of the refrigerator to allow for proper ventilation and heat dissipation.
After receiving the product, how long should I wait before plugging in the refrigerator for use?
After receiving the product, please make sure to place the refrigerator upright for 6-12 hours before plugging it in for use.
Is it a manual defrosting refrigerator?
We provide a defrosting tool for customers, recommended every 3 months or when frost reaches 0.25 inches. Before defrosting, please remove items and turn temperature to 0. Please see page 6 of the manual for detail steps.

What a great extra Fridge for our home!
We have a large family, One large 30 Cu.Ft. Fridge and Two Large 30 Cu.Ft. Upright Freezers. With my wife and I and our three teenage boys, we purchase a lot of food! Our problem is with one fridge, well I buy more than I need sometimes. Where do we store it?I looked for a small refrigerator on Amazon and reviewed many but decided on this BANGSON 4.0 Cu.Ft. Model and I tell you we do not regret it. We placed it in our spare room, where the black color I ordered fits the décor perfectly.It was delivered in five days without damage (thank you, Amazon). The box was perfect and packaged very well. It is not very heavy, but I did have my fifteen-year-old help me unpack and move it into the Kitchen. As with all deliveries of Fridges/Freezers, you always unpack and let them sit for 24 hours before you plug them in to let them settle after moving to protect the appliance’s internal parts and to ensure that the fridge continues to work to maximum efficiency. When moving a refrigerator, the compressor oil can leak into the system, causing a blockage if the appliance is turned on too quickly.I was very impressed with the care of the packaging inside the fridge and freezer, with everything taped and all glass shelving having Styrofoam pieces. Nothing was broken. I also noticed four pieces I could not find in the manual (men do not read manuals), and for about two minutes, I needed help figuring out what they were meant to be connected to. I finally guessed that these were for the two ends of the glass drawers, one for the left and the other for the right. They clip onto the glass and are meant to lock the shelves in place from moving.I plugged it in the next day, and it was very quiet! It has plenty of room for the extras that I over-purchased. While not huge, it solved an issue for us and our home. So far, several days in, it is working beautifully and quietly!I highly recommend this fridge if you need that extra storage. It would also be ideal for a College/University student and a dorm. I could also see this for any Man Cave, RV Camping, or spare room in the home.WE LOVE IT!

Impressive Workshop Fridge – Quiet, Spacious, and Well-Built
I recently purchased this refrigerator for my (climate-controlled) workshop. My requirements were specific: a compact size to fit the limited space I have available, sufficient capacity to store about a week’s worth of food (or more), a budget-friendly price and not too loud.So far:Noise Level: To my surprise, the fridge is extremely quiet – to the point where I hardly notice it’s there.Temperature Control: I prefer my beverages very cold, just a bit above freezing, and this fridge (so far) has no problem maintaining a consistent 34.9°F, with room for adjustments. The freezer section also appears to be doing a good job at keeping everything frozen so no complaints there.Storage Space: It’s exactly what I was looking for and then some. It can easily hold well over a week’s worth of food for one person. The removable center tray also allows storage of larger items when needed (which is what I’m showing in one of the pictures).Build Quality: For this price, I half-expected it to be cheap-quality but it appears to be very well built with metal exterior, high quality plastics, quite motor (as I mentioned before) and real glass shelves that are easy to remove but secure in place well.Overall, this fridge is a perfect addition to my workshop. 5 stars all the way. I hope this review is helpful for anyone else out there looking for a compact, low-noise refrigerator or had any of the other requirements that I had.

Pretty, but Noisy
I wanted to love this mini-fridge. It is very attractive. It is like a miniature that would be perfect if you wanted to build a child a play kitchen.It is too loud to sleep near. I’ve had it two weeks and it is rarely silent. Quiet for a few minutes then your can hear the slight buzz of the motor start up. That could just be white noise, but there is also a sort of crackling noise that continues on even after the motor has stopped. I do not know how much power this constant struggle is drawing. It came with a minor dent that is barely visible.Both freezer and fridge are working fine. Might be okay in a garage or larger room where no one sleeps.UPDATE: it was set at 3. I adjusted it to a little below 2. it is much quieter and motor runs less often.UPDATE 2: The seller contacted me and offered a refund. This company knows how to do business and keep customers.

Impressive ‘frig!
What do you do when your ‘frig is always crowded and it’s a royal pain trying to find what you need? In our case, we have lots of beverages (milk, soda, juice, beer) and they seemed to always be in the way of finding actual food, so we opted for a small ‘frig for just the beverages.After researching what seemed to be nearly every small refrigerator on Amazon and elsewhere, comparing square footage, features, finishes, freezer styles, and prices, we chose this one.PRO:Nice size! It can easily hold all our beverages, making it easier to locate food in the main ‘frig. It can hold six cans in the door along with a couple of 2-liter bottles of soda, and the shelves are adjustable for those 16.9 ounces bottles of soda – the top shelf easily holds a dozen of them standing upright. Other shelves can be positioned to accommodate bottles laying down (fits six across easily), the third shelf houses two 12-packs of cans, and the little crisper drawer is great for odds and ends, like snacks.Looks nice in the den. Never thought I’d want a ‘frig in the den, but this one has a nice silver finish on the doors and a black, no-fingerprint surface on the sides. It doesn’t look out of place next to a bookshelf.Well made. It arrived in a sturdy box with lots of packaging and reinforcements to keep it from getting dented, but then again, it’s made of sturdy metal which wouldn’t have easily been damaged. Inside and out, it’s easy to see that some thought and ingenuity went into this ‘frig. We’ve owned those little cube-type ‘frigs, and this one is in a different league.Reasonable price. We managed to get it while it was on sale, so the price was within our budget. Now that we have used it for a couple of months, I can honestly say we got a really good deal. I don’t expect the savings to be eaten up by additional costs to the utility bill either. It seems to be a real energy-mizer.Cold! It took less than an hour to reach a very cold temp, and at level 2! It has kept everything in it exceptionally cold on a rather low setting.Ample freezer. We really didn’t want to get a freezer because most are tiny, have to been defrosted often, and are located in the same compartment as the ‘frig. This one is huge compared to what those little cube-types offer and after a couple of months, we’re not seeing a build-up of frost which we expected since we live in humid Florida. It holds a lot of food and keeps it solidly frozen.Con:I’m nit-picking here, because what in life is perfect? Nothing. But this little ‘frig comes mighty close! Like my regular-size ‘frig, I hear it come on and off and that’s no big deal. Everyone in a while I hear some slight vibration, but then again, we live in a house that was built in the 40s, so the floor isn’t level. You can shift it ever so slightly and the vibration goes away. A couple of small felt furniture pads might also do the trick (dang! I just gave myself another project!).This “small” frig has, without a doubt, been one of the best purchases we made in 2023.

This refrigerator with freezer has been noisy from the start but it at least worked. The refrigerator has died without warning, although the freezer works fine. It will cost as much to fix as to replace. I would not buy this again as it is a huge failure. You get what you pay for. JUNK !! I rated it a one because that is as low as the scale goes. BEWARECompany made this right. Very easy to deal with. I am impressed with their customer service. Thank you Bangson !

Great mini fridge
I read the reviews before purchasing, some negative reviews were from shipping damage.Mine came in perfect condition, I changed the door swing and let it sit over night before pluging it in.It works perfectly and is the perfect size for my needs.The best part was it was delivered a day early.I highly recommend this seller.

Look for damages before breaking down the box
Although the refrigerator was packaged very well, it had a medium size dent on the top door and a very large horizontal dent on the freezer door. I started the return process to exchange it for another one but the instructions were to package the item securely before taking it to a drop off location. Unfortunately I had already cut up the box it came in and it’s too much trouble for me to hunt down a large box and packing material. So now I have a nice refrigerator with dents. On a positive note, I like the size and the style of this refrigerator and it fits perfectly beside my coffee bar.

GREAT Bangson 4 cu ft REFRIG w/Freezer-on-Bottom
Wonderful, Responsive Seller. LOVE THIS CONFIGURATION! Recommend freezer on the bottom in part because it uses the cold most efficiently that way (cold air falls). But what’s fantastic is that it means there’s almost zero frost buildup! Some water droplets form inside the fridge itself, and they sometimes are frozen. But if you check while you’re using it, the drops will defrost and you can use a cloth or paper towel to easily dry them. No frost builds up! It’s amazing!I removed the name’s letter decals from the front, which is one of the best features this brand offers. The ability to remove printed letters in the dining area is fantastic! We know what a fridge is just by seeing it, right? So: Who wants script? If the name were inside the fridge, that would be better. Works extremely well & is QUIET! Seller was right on top of shipping and made certain that it arrived without any damage! When unpacking, please do INSPECT before scooting it around. At the bottom panel underneath, where the power cord is tightened in by sheet metal screws, they are so long that they will ruin any surface. I had to shorten the one at left a LOT, to keep it from scraping anything when moved. Also, the metal edges inside that compartment are razor sharp, so, please be very careful! The outer edges have been smoothed a bit. But you could receive a bad cut. TRY: I used a metal rasp to file down the screws, no problem. Outcome: If my experience is the norm, you’re 95% likely to LOVE and ENJOY your “stainless look” or other Bangson refrigerator. VERY happy customer! Thank you so much for sending it so quickly. LOVE IT! What an upgrade
It arrived great. I got it in the house all by myself on a dolly. The most challenging things are IF you want to change the door open direction = DONT = Its a big job. I just rearranged my room lol. The fridge is SO great! I can put 2 box cartons of milk on the bottom shelf and still have room for a bottle of wine. I use the coke can slots for mayo and rellish. I love the door shelves. Now you can NOT put this thing over 3 on the temp setting. I got ice on my fridge back wall and had to turn it down to 2.5. Its currently happy at about 2.75. I SUPER LOVE having a freezer with a separate door! That thing goes to ZERO no joke. I have temp thermometers in there. All ice cream stays nice and hard. Waffle boxes fit in both directions. Ive had a lb of meat, 2 boxes of waffles, cool whip, cookies on the door and a box of ice cream all in the freezer at once. I waited almost 2 weeks to write this to make sure its great and it is. More on the challenges… the plastic wrap that is on the actual body of the fridge, UGGGG, that is hard to pull off and a bit time consuming. Maybe 5 mins but it feels like it takes forever lol. I had 2 tiny dents in my unit in the back. No big deal. It was so perfect and the LIGHT inside the fridge = WHOO HOOO!

Outstanding Customer Service
January 2024.The freezer compartment in a small refrigerator is usually problematic. It either does not freeze properly or it causes freezing in adjacent areas. This little two door fridge, with its separate freezing compartment, solves this problem. The temperature control is such that it can be set to achieve freezing in the freezer compartment and a suitable level of cold in the main fridge compartment.The light in the main section is a nice feature, usually not found in such a small fridge.It hums audibly but not obtrusively.The best part was the outstanding customer service received from the seller. There was a problem at delivery and the seller went to great lengths, over and beyond what was expected, during the holiday period, to resolve the issue.

One very happy customer
I love this new refrigerator! I began searching Amazon for a fridge in the days leading up to Thanksgiving because the regular fridge in the kitchen was filling up with pre-Thanksgiving ingredients to make the meal. I read the reviews on the refrigerators I was considering, and I decided to go for this one. The one thing that I wished I had known before purchasing this one is that it ships with FEDEX. I usually avoid products shipped with them, but it ended up being okay this time. I was leery at first because there were water stains on the outside of the box when it arrived. It turned out to be no big deal. I did have the hardest time finding the power cord because it was stuffed into a small compartment for the mechanical workings of the fridge. I was worried about my dad accidentally tearing it up trying to find the power cord. But the good news is that everything works beautifully I LOVE the separate freezer that is larger than other small refrigerators that I have had in the past. It is nice to separate my food from some of the other foods in the kitchen fridge. I really like the separate compartments for drinks!I highly recommend this refrigerator!

I got this for my office and it is the perfect item. I like the larger freezer which is typically not the case in a small fridge It’s nice that it is at the bottom which makes the part that I use the most easily accessible. This is a 100% great product. And the company is very responsive if you have any questions. 100% recommend this.It hold a lot for me for and office fridge and has been may favorite that I have had for a mini fridge so far.

Update:The company has reached out to me and is trying to make it right. After adding my items, it does fit more than my previous refrigerator.~We were so excited for a new mini fridge. However, no ability to move the shelving is giving us serious buyers remorse. Bottles do not fit upright on the interior shelving. It’s also very loud.

Above and beyond with packaging.
I did not like that it was delayed and said that I changed the delivery. I did not. When it arrived, it was written on the box that the truck was full and it could not be shipped. It was through FedEx. I’m not a fan of their delivery. Other than that, the item is great. Easy to set up. Followed instructions and it was ready to go in a few hours. Looks just like a full size frig only mini. Am using it in the basement for drinks etc. Really like it except for the delivery thing. It is very quiet as I had read in the reviews before I ordered. I would purchase this again any time.

Work well!
Received the unit in perfect condition….no dents. I let it stand for 12 hrs before placing the temperature control on 3. In a couple of hours the refrigerator and freezer were at the appropriate temperatures! My mother has one room/studio style room and loves the combo fridge/freezer!

Excellent LARGE Fridge / Freezer
I am VERY happy with this mini-fridge and freezer! This is a LARGE “mini-fridge / freezer” and is great for my bedroom. It’s definitely great for a secondary fridge and freezer but I couldn’t see it being used as a primary fridge / freezer for home, because it’s not big enough to store a LOT of food. The front doors are beautiful “stainless looking” and the rest is gloss black and it looks outstanding! It came with a cute little ice tray which I really appreciate. The system gets really cold and isn’t noisy at all. This seller is VERY responsive as I had a concern with the carrier who delivered the product and the seller got back to me within an hour. All in all, very happy with my purchase!

Makes Weird Noises!
If your living space is a small studio like mine and you will be sleeping near the fridge, it makes very strange sounds! Otherwise it’s a great affordable small fridge. I am 5’7″ and constantly bending over and down also was annoying FYI. If you are tall and will not be putting the on a riser, be prepared to bend down to get things inside the fridge. No complaints otherwise, kept everything nice and cool. The freezer even comes with a cute, small ice stray.

Love the fridge but, it’s loud
The fridge is nice and it fits perfectly in my bedroom. Everything was fine until recently, the fridge started to make loud sounds. Also, the back of the fridge gets iced up, so you have to frequently scrape the ice off.

Great Frig!
This frig arrived in perfect condition, was incredibly well packaged and was delivered much earlier than expected. Despite trying to visualize the dimensions prior to ordering it, I was really surprised how spacious it was after I removed the packaging. It came out of the box perfectly leveled so no adjustment was needed. It cooled down very quickly. I initially set the temperature to a “4” but realized that “3” would be much better. I would highly recommend this frig.

Great product
Excellent product, was hesitant about ordering, but product came in perfect condition. I read the instructions about letting it sit for a while before plugging it in so I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in to be safe. Works excellent keeps things frozen solid. Once you run it on five for the recommended time three is all you need for the setting for things to be frozen solid and kept nice and Cold in the fridge. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t have asked for more. This is perfect for my situation in a shared home with people who don’t respect my things I have eliminated unnecessary stress. However don’t make no big meals trying to stuff them in there with all of your leftovers in the fridge. It’s still a mini fridge just bigger than most. I love the freezer space!

Perfect size refrigerator freezer, medium eggs fit in beverage holder, keep food you want coldest in the back, freezer will hold 3 stacked white plastic cube trays and food, whisper quiet, door shelf holds 1/2 gallon milk etc. very well packaged with no damage on shipping, wood protection in box. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great little Fridge
Fridge came with a few small dents but was given a $40 refund and decided to keep as dents don’t run the fridge. It runs great. The only complaint is how the ice builds up inside the back wall of fridge. I have to scrape often with the little scraper that came included when I purchased the fridge. Great customer service.

Damged upon arrival.
The item fit in the available space perfectly! But when unpacked, and it was secured in the packaging completely, a very distinct dent in the freezer door was visible. Sure it isn’t going to interfere with performance of product, just bummed because it almost had to have been packaged with it there. If it functions properly I’ll increase to 4☆ but the damage is a definite -1.Update: the seller has offered a full refund without needing to return the item and I get to keep it! Above and beyond what I was hoping for! Customer service is 10☆. The unit works exceptionally well so far. Only a few days in but it’s freezing ice and keeping drinks and good cold. Reason i added the 2☆. I would recommend this seller.

Works well. However arrived with a dent in front door. That was not unexpected as many other reviewers had the same issue. I decided to live with it. It serves the purpose for extra cold storage.

Great little refrigerator. May have some dents.
Packaging was great. Damage done in the factory with dents beforehand. It still works though. Very quiet and does the job. Grateful for the product but not the damage.
