Price decreased 50 quids after 2 wks of purchase. lol
The battery can last for like 10 hrs under normal use. 1080p looks a bit doggy on 14 inch. Also writing on the second screen is very hard and give me a horrible experience. Price is all right but I can’t see why it immediately gives discount after my purchase. Overall, it is a cool laptop.

Heavy but boy the power!
Yes it’s a heavy laptop by todays standards but it is incredibly capable. Touchscreen and pen work great had no problem getting used to the keyboard at the bottom. Yes you sacrifice a dedicated number pad but I tend to use it with a mouse so switch the touchpad over to numberpad mode which suffices for my purposes. Love the dual screen. Even the bottom one is about the same resolution as my 43” ultra wide desktop monitor so lovely and sharp. The only thing I’d say is I wish the top main screen had the same Matt anti reflective coating as the bottom one.

overpriced
My first impression was good, but you can buy better for this money. Might be this is a windows fault, but sometimes the laptop going to black screen, only hard reset helps. The second screen sometimes freezing and then going back to normal, lost the connection continuously with my bluetooth mouse. Return in progress 🙁

Amazing laptop
Seen once, loved it , bought it. Stylish ,small, well built and fast for what i use it. Battery performance depends on how you use it, from 6 hours and more… Bad part is the annoying Window 11, hopefully that one will be improved by the Microsoft in the future.. i would recommend it if you don’t want a gaming laptop

It’s an addictive combination.
It’s brilliant, read the reviews watch the videos for both work and play.Quality materials, for case and engineering including the stick on angle devise, although thinking this is so useful it should be built in.Standard set up of connections, chip, ram, SSD creates a stable fast environment suitable for almost any task. HDMI has been a real bonus, even in this world of multiple adaptors.Working it is an instant multi tasking tool, literally I have upped my work rate, ongoing main tasks while secondary screen for support, ie email, project management, messages, calendar etc.Playing, main screen films, games etc and secondary is music, messaging, emails, whatever you are into.Or combine working on one, music and messaging on the other, the choice and work rate is yours. The above does count specialist applications where ASUS combines its own digital control interfaces and the work space for specific specialist software ie photoshop etc. The only problem for me, which needs to be addressed, is although it uses a usbC charger connection, it does not except charging from a power bank. Battery life is good if you let it charge efficiently (check the options in set up) but as a travel laptop its missing that component.Caveat to above, I had to watch a number of ASUS and 3rd party videos to learn how to use the features, and there’s still more to learn. For me the work and the pleasure to use, read ‘means’, has justified the cost.

Good laptop but need powersouce
Great product, the screenpad is fantastic and responsive. Windows 11 fully functional. Got some great Asus deals on the side including light room etc. But battery life is terrible probably 3 hours when you are intensively using. Longer pro 5 hours if you do light work and no updates running in the background. So far as you will use it as you home laptop and not substantially during commutes this is really fantastic. I should have waited till black Friday as I would have got an extra 200 pounds off…

Not worth the money!
First, the good! The main display is beautiful. Fantastic colours, 120Hz and deep blacks. It’s also touchscreen of course if that’s your thing. The audio is also much better than what you find on most laptops. It’s never going to replace a good headset or pair of speakers, but they get the job done and get plenty loud enough for casual use. What kills this laptop, and the main reason I’ll be returning it and purchasing something else, is that the battery is appalling. If you use it, you’re really going to be better off turning off the second display, which is a massive part of why anyone would buy this laptop. The second display also isn’t an OLED like the main display and isn’t even Full HD in resolution. It’s not bad, but it looks rather poor in comparison to the main one. There are some other things to nit-pick about but ultimately it’s the battery that really lets this machine down. Not a problem if you plan to have it plugged in a lot obviously. But I just can’t justify paying £1300 for this machine just because it has a nice main display and looks pretty.

The Most Expensive Item I Brought On Amazon
I would buy it again if needed, I’m using it now and it’s so niche and perfect to use, I can multitask use up to 5 different tasks in one go, screen+ is amazing the battery woow in balance mode gives me 6-9 hours I mean what else do you want right?. Very fast I had 13 programs open still was running smoothly, honestly buy it Amazon gives you 2 years warranty, manufacture gives you 1 year, you can buy on site support cover that covers everything that has to be purchased within 180 days of purchased invoice, a product I am very impressed with, thank you ASUS for making such an amazing product, Thank you for reading everyone tc,

Battery life is a lie and very poor
This thing eats it’s battery inside 2 hours, even if you do very little on it. The second screen needs to be off, the brightness at the lowest level on the primary screen and don’t use it…it might achieve the claimed battery life.I’m quite disappointed (regret my purchase) with this laptop because of the shocking battery life. The upside is the colours on the primary screen are great, black is black too (second screen is a normal screen).Quite a weighty laptop but feels solid and sturdy (including the popup screen arrangement). Keyboard is comfortable, and the trackpad works well, and finally back where they should be (on the right and not weirdly offset from centre like they have been for years….and painful to use).Windows 11 comes with laptóp…well that’s windows and with each version gets worse and more bloated … You loose a lot of disk space with windows these days. Not too much junk software preinstalled, so not a HP where you spend the first day trying to remove hundreds of unwanted software packages.Overall a good laptop that should have been a desktop, let down by terrible battery consumption.

Ahh, a Zen life
I’ve had Asus laptops for as long as they’ve been making them and this is the first I’ve had below 15″. It’s a great size for traveling and the battery life is reported as up to 10 hours, which I think is a little hopeful but I usually get between 6-7 hours with a mixture of surfing, working and watching films. My only criticism is I hadn’t thought about the mouse pads position being so critical, having it on the right of the keyboard is a little restricted, I should have realised, but I’ll live with it.The twin screens are something different and I’m yet to benefit from the 2nd screen but again it’s something to try! The resolutions of the screens are excellent as is the onboard sound. All in all I’d say “well done Asus”, another 9/10.

I use this as my work laptop and it is great to have the second screen to check notes during meetings, view call participants and many other applications. I have outlook on the main display and Teams on the secondary display so I’m not shifting or alt-tabbing my mind away.

Fragile touchscreen and tricky keyboard
I love having the ScreenPlus dual-screen aspect of the laptop. It is so useful. However, this come with the price of the keyboard being a bit smaller / squashed with very little area around it and I find this very difficult and frustrating to use and means a lot more typos and corrections having to be made. Could easily be solved by just a cm or two on the left side or, more crucially, at the bottom. The sound isn’t that great but then, to be fair to it, my previous laptop had Dolby Atmos, which this doesn’t and I didn’t realise I would miss that. However, the screen is very fragile. Within a few weeks of owning this the touchscreen cracked whilst I was on a journey. No idea how. It was in a heavily padded bag designed for laptops and was with me the whole time. Very disappointed. I have owned numerous laptops over the years with touchscreens and have never had this problem before. I had to turn-off the touchscreen function so the laptop was useable and it will have to go off for a repair. Not something I expected to have to do quite so quickly and makes me hesitant to give it a higher rating or recommend it.

this is a great laptop…BUT the only issue I have is it doesn’t work well with KVMsI have 2 kvms, tried both and while video switches fine, it doesn’t reinitiate the Keyboard and mouse, as a result you have to unplug the USB link, and plug it in.excessive wear on the port….as I switch 4-5 times a day.

Super fast and meets my needs
The dual screens take a while to get used to – but once mastered it’s a game changer ! Doing an engineering course allows me to have multiple windows open and available simultaneously. No more flipping between them. It has an i5 chip which I find fast enough for my needs. Videos and streaming are flawless, vibrant and crystal clear.

Looks amazing, improves productivity enormously!
I love this laptop. By far the best I have had. i am a Law student and am often working from several documents at once in class, and the second screen makes swapping between screens a thing of the past. I have Word on the main screen, and usually a statute or judgment in the left of the bottom screen, and instructions at the bottom right. Has speeded things up enormously and allowed me to actually concentrate more in class and not frantically switch between screens etc.I have four hours continual lessons where I am on it almost constantly. The battery is usually around 40-50% at the end from fully charged, depending on how heavily I am using it. That is more than good enough for my needs. The screen resolution is amazing on both, and both are touch screens. Makes me wonder how I ever coped with a normal laptop! A great buy. Expensive, yes, but you do get what you pay for, and this is paying for itself in terms of productivity.

Did not work out of the box
Booted this up for the first time. Entered the magic wifi password, then watched the wheel of death. After a time it told me it had dropped the wifi. It was sitting next to the modem at 130mps. Tried several times, could not get past the start up screen. Gave up and asked to return the item. UPS came, did not ring the really loud doorbell with repeaters all around the house and fled leaving a label. We had waited in all day, the label was delivered very late. Amazon said there would be three pick up attempts. UPS said only one. We did not get an estimated TOA from UPS or any text or emails, and we are not clairvoyant. Made a phone call to customer services who said it would be picked the next day, Friday. It was not. After a further (48minute) phone call with customer services discovered that UPS were operating on a 1 pick up basis not three as AMZN said. So communication really poor, non existant from UPS and a crap laptop to boot. From the length of time the it tried to download I suspect it was trying to download the OS, and the bloatware! Anyway ASSUS is now of my christmas card list. Next time I want a new laptop I will wait until I am out of my wheelchair, and go to Currys

Cool
I have to say this is a really nice laptop.I don’t do much apart from office and PDF work so this is fast. Responsive. Decent battery (although I try not to max out brightness etc). Some people complained about keys and keypad. I don’t mind them. I actually like the feeling of the keyboard. As touch screen I don’t use the touch pad but when I do not major issue. Overall good.No complaints.Too early to give proper review.

Expensive and just not that great unfortunately
edit: — DO NOT BUY — the reason for this is stated at the bottom of my review. It’s alright, everything feels very OK. For me the touch screen was a little too sensitive and you can’t switch it off really, which means when angling the screen up and down I end up closing a tab or a window by accident. For a while when writing or doing general tasks on the computer a black bar would randomly flicker into view, sometimes the entire screen would blink black.I like the mousepad being on the right, it’s surprisingly intuitive, it might get on your nerves if you’re left handed though. It comes with a pen, which is a heavy metal stylus, it doesn’t really do much for me personally. It would be cool if I could use it for drawing, but that’s not what the screen is designed for so no luck there. The screen is a matt touchscreen, it’s very very good, it knows where you’re clicking and is rarely problematic, the only issue is not being able to turn it off in an accessible way like I mentioned. But yes, very satisfying to use it, much prefer it to shiny touchscreens which leave a finger trail behind no matter what and allow you to stare back at your reflection all day.My main gripe with this computer is the screen is very fragile. Initially when I bought it, it arrived with this tiny chip off in the bottom right corner, which was vaguely annoying but didn’t seem to affect the computer and I had to leave for another country and work from my laptop so I couldn’t do anything about it.I couldn’t even see it really because the second screen lifts over it. Then I saw a line around the chip, that worried me but I couldn’t do anything about it, then the plastic around it lifted up, then most recently a line appeared in the actual main screen and caused the touch screen to malfunction so that I had to disable it in order to be able to move my cursor. The thing is Asus have a thing called Asus Premium Care, which covers accidental, which no matter what I say it would have to fall under, but in the UK they don’t cover accidental, so I’m going to have to pay for a new screen and I have no idea how expensive that will be given the odd type of thin matt touchscreen it is.All in all I kind of like the laptop (we’ll see how much love is left after I get the bill for the screen replacement), the keyboard is nice, the mousepad on the right is nice, touchscreen feels really nice. Basically everything I like about it is a little bit superficial but if that’s what you’re looking for this is a good laptop.—- Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star upon finding out that replacing the screen costs nearly £600 so I can’t afford that. Yes, this is a laptop for rich people, I still think that’s actually outrageous.Break or chip your screen, it will get worse simply through normal usage on an office desk, and that’s £600 to fix.

A absolute bargain
After retuning a iMac 27 to amazon because it was too big i began shopping for something a little smaller and as a avid apple fanboy (i know sorry about that ) was looking at MacBook air but this came along in the listings on offer Aswell so did bit homework reviews YouTube etc chose this and let me tell you wow wow wow it’s not perfect but its near on keyboard travel feels perfect, weight a little heavy but remember what it has 2 SCREENS !!!! it’s cool looking well-built comes with case pen (take the battery cover out to activate the pen ) windows 11 has come a long way since i last used (did i mention i was apple fanboy lol ) well i am truly converted to the point i would buy a higher spec one in future . Now onto the slightly negative do not buy if you’re a professional get a better spec one up the asus duo line , battery life not the best about 6 hrs screen resolution needs to be a little better, its perfect if you’re doing bit emailing web surfing, not had the time to do anything great with the second screen but am gonna . this is a great product that will only get better if asus keep it up buy this one if you’re the average joe buy up the asus duo line if you need it every day all day one very happy consumer and that takes a lot for me to say i promise you .

Does not feel finished.
First few days with the base model duo with the I5. Sadly I am pretty disappointed, the screens are not what I expected for the price. They are very low quality LCD with little to no contrast or definition. The refresh rate seems way lower than 60hz and it feels like I am doing school work on a monitor i found on the street. It is a fairly fast machine, to be expected with an I5, however the screens are the main reason to buy this product and they are a big let down. (At least on the base model, OLED screen might just be better) On top of the low quality displays the “ScreenXpert” software provided by ASUS for managing apps in between the screens is under developed and is way too glitchy for it to be considered a marketing point and feature. It hardly ever does what you tell it, if it even starts and runs in the first place. On a $1000 laptop, I should not have to be trouble shooting native software right after opening the box and turning it on . Again, feels like an unfinished product. It’s a shame, an amazing idea, and I can imagine the other models with OLED may be better however, $1000 is enough for a premium laptop that at least has working software and 120hz monitors. Big let down. Will be returning.

Was unsure at first..
Last few laptops of the well known D brand had blown out through heat and just cooked themselves. So I was keen to find one that was powerful, reasonably priced and could stay cool and run photoshop for me.So far so good, the extra screen lifts and there are feet to raise the whole thing up again, so airflow is superior and never seems to get cook an egg hot like the others. The keyboard takes a bit of getting used to , but I’m getting there’s and the little screen has not really had its time to shine yet as I haven’t had time to diss out what to best do with it, but I am optimistic I will .Do only longevity will determine whether it was a better choice. Fingers crossed, but early indications are good.

Yes. It takes a bit of getting used to…
…But, by golly it is fast! The only thing I have to recommend is to buy a (As if you don’t have one already. Lol) Mouse. As the smaller than usual Mouse pad on the right hand side will get on your nerves after a while. And eventually hurt your fingers and thumb, and probably give you repetitive strain injury. Lol. Still. a fantastic Lappy.. As said. It is fast. I mean, lightning fast. Oh, and wait till you see the exquisite box it comes in. Will blow your socks off. Just screams quality at you! With some freebies inside too! Glad I bought it. I love ASUS, gear. I also have one of their Chromebooks. Nearly 3 years and no issues whatsoever. Sorry for the short review, but. I don’t really think I need to say anymore. Except treat yourself. I can recommend this Lappy. Easy and quick to set up. You know the drill…Enjoy. 😁

Superbly built and highly functional – a real head turner
I have been looking to move away from the different cheapy laptops I have been using for a while, and I decided to get something a little bit different. The 14″ ZenBook Duo is a little bit science fiction – you can’t believe it has so much technology in a 14″ chassis! The top half is a normal laptop, with a high resolution screen, thin bezels and a webcam (that supports Windows Hello). The bottom is the clever bit – the keyboard has been shrunk and compressed a bit, with a touchpad on the side, so that the top half of the deck can support a second fullwidth high resolution touchscreen, tilted towards you. Windows treats this like a second monitor, and Asus has also included some smart software that allows you to reorganise and swap windows, use it as a quick launcher for apps and commands, or use it as a big touchpad. This makes it a multi-tasking powerhouse – as I type this review on the main screen, I have my email and messages on the second screen. I have also been using it for copy editing – with a main Word document on the big screen and a second reference document on the smaller one, copying and pasting between them.Everything else is also bang on – loads of ports, strong battery life and a nice clicky action to the keyboard. It is powerful too – everything feels quite zippy with the quad-core 11th Gen i5 processor.I am really pleased with it – and for only £900 I think it is tremendous value. Asus don’t skimp either – it comes with a leather carry case and a stylus pen for the screens, extras that other manufacturers make you pay more for.Highly recommended.

still feel like im using somebody else’s laptop
have had ultra books for agesgone through all the brands right back to Panasonic Toughbookcant wait till i change out of this clunky nonsense. Extra keyboard screen a waste of time. mousepad to the right an absolute pain to use. Placement of the cursor jumps right round the screen so you have to be really accurate or you place text in wrong slot etc. anyway – stay well clear of this turkey.

Really impressed
Love the layout of the screens and keyboard and track pad. Not for everyone, I’m sure but I am (was) a right handed mouse user and adapted to this almost instantly. Two screens on a laptop is fantastic. I can keep a couple of reference bits and a music player on the smaller while working on the larger without having to cycle through screens all the time. It all works seamlessly.I came to this after 35 years of mac use and although it already does all that I need it to do, I’m intrigued to find out what else it can do.I’m no gamer so can’t really comment on it’s ability to do this but for everyday computing needs it’s great.

As much as I liked the Zenbook for office work, with the uniqueness of dual screens, for me the screen resolution wasn’t enough. The top screen being full hd is a pleasant enough screen, it’s the secondary screen being half full hd is the issue, small text is very pixelated and you find yourself squinting at text. It looks like a budget phone screen and not premium. Also found the processor a little weak on apps. I returned the laptop and paid a little extra for the oled pro version so far it’s been brilliant. Asus did make sacrifices to keep the cost down on this model, the stylus is not rechargable and an older style, the kick stand and how the secondary screen tilts is different, the io ports are in a better position. CPU is a massive cut back.Pay for what you get.

I am impressed!
My venerable Huawei laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 based) quietly handed its cap in after 6+ years of faithful service – and the cost of repair was unrealistic. So, I wanted a more powerful replacement device – but at a reasonable price. This laptop appeared to fit the bill – especially at a discounted price of £699 (and the Amazon offer of 12 interest free monthly payments) – EXCELLENT!Despite the reasonable price, with 16GB of memory, an Intel i7 processor and a 1TB SSD, this laptop is no slouch. OK, everything is not quite state of the Art. The processor is an 11th generation device (the latest ones from Intel are gen 13), the SSD is PCIe generation 3 rather than the newer gen 4 and, as per the listing, this model has Intel Iris Xe graphics rather than a dedicated GPU.That said, the laptop doesn’t hang about. It converts video files about 10x quicker than my old PC. Also, with WiFi-6, file transfers to our NAS are much quicker too – I am happy with that! The PC arrived well packaged complete with a leatherette sleeve and stylus. Build quality is excellent and there is thankfully little bloatware. I just had to remove the abominably expensive Office 365 (I prefer MS Office 2021 Professional) and the godawful MacAfee paraphernalia.I reluctantly use Norton Security as it’s free with our BT Broadband and, if managed, isn’t too intrusive. I use Paragon Hard Drive Manager 17 Advanced – which is excellent for backups, creating recovery media and for disk cloning etc. I also use a few different media editors to manage the family Plex server I run on our TerraMaster NAS.I didn’t buy the laptop for its second screen but I find it surprisingly useful for cross referencing purposes etc. It took me a while to get used to the keyboard (with no wrist support) but it works fine. The touch pad is squeezed in to the right of the keyboard which some may find a tad odd. It doesn’t bother me as I use a Bluetooth mouse and the touch screen. The stylus is easy to use and the AAAA batteries it requires are readily available on Amazon. The included foldable laptop stand works a treat and is unobtrusive when folded away. The 1TB SSD is an SK Hynix device and I downloaded their SSD Manager App to keep an eye on things. It showed the SSD as being brand new with zero errors. CrystalBenchMark showed the device to perform as advertised – see attached screenshot (includes both displays). This is an SSD known to be frugal as regards its power requirements, give good performance for its price and, to run relatively cool. It can be upgraded by the user. There are a number of YouTube videos on the subject. The 16GB of main memory should be more than adequate for most users. However, note that this RAM is soldered in – so cannot be user upgraded.I ran NovaBench (see 2nd screenshot) and the results were good. As anticipated, with no GPU, the weaker aspect is the Intel Iris Xe graphics capability. However, as I am not an avid gamer, that is not an issue. Both displays are clear and precise, more than adequately meeting my requirements. I believe the BIOS settings can be used to allocate more of main memory to the display if required. There are 2x Thunderbolt-4 and a USB-A 3.2 port so there’s plenty of connectivity. I already have a PD power pass-through docking station which gives all the other connections I need including an RJ45 LAN port.My only minor gripe concerns the twin cooling fans being surprisingly noisy when they kick in. That said, I quickly got used to them and they normally drop out after a few seconds. There is an option in MyAsus to reduce fan noise by lowering their spin speed. Anyway, checking on the temperatures, neither the CPU nor the SSD get unreasonably hot.I did see that the MyAsus App shows the laptop as having its 12 month warranty starting last May (I bought it in December) and ending in May 2024. However, I am not particularly concerned as, when I queried it, Amazon confirmed that the laptop is covered by their own 2 year warranty from date of purchase. So, I presume Amazon bought a ‘job lot’ of these laptops from ASUS earlier in the year at a bulk discount – and hence their reasonable price now.In summary, I am rather chuffed with my purchase. It’s an excellent laptop that meets my needs at a very reasonable price. The more I use it, the more I appreciate it 😊 😃

A superb Laptop with great features and two displays.
I had been intrigued by the ZenBook Duo for a while, but looked at it as a bit of gimmick. When a needed a new Laptop, principally to use in meetings, I realised that the dual screen was ideal as it allowed me to follow the agenda or presentation and make in-meeting notes all at the same time without having to decipher my hand made notes afterwards. When I received the new Laptop, it more than lived-up to it’s expectations. Not only did I get a fast laptop with a bright, high resolution touch screen display – but I got a Laptop with two of them! The ZenBook Duo is a dream to use, and although you get a very nice stylus as well, I find that the screens are so responsive, I hardly need to use it. I had worried that I might not be able to read the 14″ screen easily, let alone the second screen, but because of the combination of high resolution, high background illumination and good contrast there has never been a problem, even in brightly lit environments.I have had this Laptop for about five weeks now, and it still blows my socks off! From its sleek lines, its tilted second screen and its gently illuminated keyboard – it just ticks all the boxes.I would thoroughly recommend this Laptop. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner!

Simply awesome laptop. Now on my 2nd generation
For me, this design is absolutely perfect. I love to use multiple screens, which is not easy when you travel. The second screen of this device is perfect for my needs. I tend to have apps I regularly access – like Teams, Zoom, Messenger or Skype – running below, so I can be communicating with people, and still access documents, email etc above.I bought my first Zenbook Duo – a 15.6″ version – in 2020. It has been brilliant, although quite heavy and battery life is a joke. Now I have bought the latest 14″ version, and it is even better. I love the way the second screen how tilts. This aids vision, and should help cool the device. I am happy with the keyboard, and always use a mouse, so the odd trackpad location doesn’t bother me. I also don’t understand the complaints about battery life. I am getting three hours from this new device, and it is a top end model with i7 and separate graphics. If you want a superbly built device that will offer the versatility of a second screen, this laptop will be perfect for you. I have no doubt that this latest 13th gen version will not be my last. It has made me a firm advocate of Asus.

very pleased with it
I wanted a fast laptop I could take traveling. This is perfect. The extra screen is excellent for background programs such as WhatsApp or the number pad. The pen could do with a holder. It sticks to the keyboard but then I can’t type. On the cover, it comes loose too often. But the computer, I’m really pleased with it

Brilliant Price beats the competition by a mile.
Really love this laptop, it’s unique having two screens and works well. Some people have said the keyboard is small but it’s not that small. And the track pad is off center to the right. The only time this would or could be a problem is if you’re left handed (I’m not) and not a problem in fact it’s better to the right. The i7 chip is fast enough for most people and the 1tb SSD drive is fast. Topped off with 16 gb RAM and a sharp screen what’s not to like. Very well built as well.

A-Z Guarantee form where are you?
Received this product on 16th December 2023; well pleased with the quality, speed etc. On 2nd February the laptop wasnt charging, upon subsequent investigation (using relative’s charger for same model) showed it was the actual charger that was defective. Contacted the seller thinking that with it being a brand new charger they would simply process a replacement. They didn’t want to know! and referred me to the manufacturer! So I tried the Amazon A-Z Guarantee but it seems only to apply to non delivery issues etc when I press ‘report a problem with the seller’ you then begin a never ending loop firstly taking you back to a list of your orders, finding said order; try various combinations of sub- menus only to eventually arrive back with a list of your orders!!I can say with certainly that I fulfil the requisite options in th A-Z but can never find the mythical A-Z form to complete!! I suspect that since I am outside the 30 day warranty I am exclude from what should be a simple process. But 30 days is rediculous!! Isn’t there a statutory 12 month warranty for new products?? Amazon how can you allow sellers to get away with this?Update, I have just tried to navigate the Asus website, based in Taiwan, and have emailed them requesting a charger replacement but I feel that the seller should have been more supportive.

Brilliant labtop
Stunning item, bought a few months back and it’s doing really well. It was alot of money though but it was worth it!Pros- two screens, great for homework, studies and for being on Facebook while watching Netflix. Easy to start up and programme. Lots of storage space. No fingerprint marks on the screens. It did come with a pen that I don’t really use but still lovely. Also came with a carry case. Starts up really fast, nice battery power, charges fast.Cons- does make a clicking noise when you open it which is the bottom screen being pushed up. And I don’t recommend this for anyone who uses there labtop sat on there knee. There is a bar at the bottom and it kills you’re knees, I always have to put a cushion ontop of it.All in all, it is value for money for someone like me.

Brill but no stylus included
Very quick and efficient and like the added screen and mousepad on the right.Mine didn’t come with a stylus, it’s not the end of the world but when I contacted customer support they said I can only return for a refund rather than just shipping out the stylus

Dual screen delight.
Having used dual screen desktop computers before retiring I always found my own laptop very awkward, now I have dual displays again, so much easier for photo and video editing. Took a while to get used to the trackpad being on the far right and the keyboard being right on the bottom edge but not a problem when you get used to it. Very good stylish machine.
