picky cat eats it
My cat is pretty picky (she won’t even eat certain types of fish and is the first cat I’ve ever met who doesn’t jump at canned food) but she likes this dry food so that’s what we give her! It doesn’t smell bad and she seems content with it. The pellets are also very small which I think might be better than larger pieces of kibble for her.

Horrible delivery
This product was left in the middle of my driveway in the downpour of rain we received on Sunday. My covered front porch was a mere fifteen feet away. Im happy with the product, but the delivery got a fat F. Very unhappy with the delivery

My dog loves this food. She eats this food without any human food mixed with it. She wouldn’t eat her other food without human food mixed with it. I am so pleased I hope she continues to love it. I know Rachel Ray loves her puppies so I’m sure this passes down into her dog food.

I am Surprised
I have very finicky dogs. I have a little multi-poo that sticks her nose up at everything I put in her bowl.We also have a shelter dog we adopted while living in New York.She was roaming the streets of Syracuse and it gets pretty cold and the snow gets deep.We found her in a vets kennel. She was so skinny, but our little dog liked her and my husband liked her. I was out voted.We had gotten a crate for her because we didn’t want the carpet ruined. She broke out of the crate and came to my husband’s side of the bed; and they have been in our room since.Well, Tater, the pit bull, would eat just about anything. But if she thought something better was around she wouldn’t eat the food in her dish.I have been looking into the ingredients of the popular dog food and so many have chicken and hide it in small print.We started noticing that the girls were scratching and biting. They had a stinky issue besides. They were not in the family room very long and we had to get the spray out.The story is; either you pay an extraordinary price for the food without any chicken, or you keep hoping that there’s not enough chicken to cause problems.I had enough; I thought of looking on Amazon for a good dog food without chicken. I could be in the comfort of my home and look until I came up with the exact food that I could give the girls.I spent some money but for the ingredients; they were not thrilled.Then I came across the line of dog food that Rachel Ray puts out.I thought I would look at the ingredients.NO CHICKEN!! I am so glad I decided to make the change.My girls absolutely love the taste and they are happy and so are we.Thanks Amazon and Rachel!

My dogs like it
I have two Rat Terriers. I had been feeding them a different brand (more expensive) but then the price went up and the size went down, and to be honest they were never that enthused about eating. I decided to look for something more economical. I saw this, read the reviews, saw the reasonable price and decided to try it. I am always worried that changing food will mess with their digestion (poop), but so far so good. I haven’t noticed a real difference in their stool. I do notice that they seem to like it though and are finishing their bowls. So I will stick with this for now and see how it goes.

London LIKED IT!
This isn’t London’s, my dog, normal food, so I was a bit worried he wouldn’t want to eat it and that it may make his tummy weird. I had a mishap with my scheduled food for him, so I got something or nothing. I put it in his bowl with a little of his normal food to mix with (the last of it) and he didn’t seem to mind at all! The next day, he ate just as usual! Whew!

Only 3 stars because…
my cat is extremely picky and seems to be eating this food out of the need to eat. She’ll only willingly eat chicken flavor cat and only dry cat food. She’s wasn’t a fan of the other indoor cat food from Nutrish I tried her on either(she indoors about 95% percent of the time). This is the first bag of this chicken & brown rice, and I do hope she will develop a liking for it, as the food my Mom used to buy for her doesn’t have very good quality ingredients. So, the 3 stars is the most neutral choice based on my cats’ reaction to the flavor, maybe a love/hate reaction. Smelled fresh as far as cat foods go, as you can see from the pics, I got to smell it before the cat did when I opened the box. Bag appeared to have been poorly sealed, only saw one spot of whatever glue the factory uses to seal the bags. Didn’t bother with calling anyone to complain as I’m sure the end result would be a game phone tag & finger pointing from the various complaint departments.

Our cat is super picky with his food. We were so happy to find one that he likes that doesn’t totally break the bank. It’s also so nice to have the convenience of ordering it on Amazon especially when many times our grocery store is out of it.

This cat food is OK
None of my cats were enthusiastic about this food. Most of them ate it, at least the feral and stray ones, but my 2 indoor cats refused it or nibbled on it sparingly. It’s a matter of taste, so every cat is different.

Product is great shipping package is terrible
my pet food is coming damaged, sometimes all over the packing box, other times there were holes in the bags and on one occasion the pet food and bag were all wet. I have cut back on my pet food order to just one bag this month to see if things will change after my calling in a complaint. That bag arrived with a hole in the back of it.I am on the fence now not sure I will be ordering pet food going forward 🙁 Ordering from Amazon has been convenient but not over the past few months. my deliveries used to be well packaged sometimes they were all in one box making it very heavy but I would rather deal with weight over damaged products that are unusable. It is hard to put half of the pet food back in the bags when it is a mix of various dog and cat food that are all over the shipping container.Again this is a great product and my pets (dogs and cat) love the flavors but the shipping process needs to be modified to ensure the customer receives usable product.

Very nutritious dog food.
This how I know Rachael Ray Nutrish is really good. My dog is a rescue dog from the local animal shelter, near the end of the pandemic. At that time he was about 13 mths. old, and now he is about 22 mths. old. He weighs 28#, is a mix-lab, Datsun, & chihuahua. From day 1 I have fed him Rachael Ray dog food-(2 1/2-3) cups a day depending on how much exercise he gets. I started training him to walk/run with my electric scooter, which can do up to 12 mph. From the beginning I started slow (2-3) miles a day. Weather permitting (fast forward 9 mths.) we now average (8-10) miles a day. He loves it! You would not think a little 28# dog could do this-but on level ground without using the throttle he can pull me and my scooter-a total of about 270#, at an approximate speed of 14-16 mph (he does this for over a mile). From time to time he gets a few (very few) table scraps, and a prebiotic + fiber dog biscuit. That’s it on nutrition. When I take him to my vet, he always weighs in at 28# +/- 1/2 #. My vet always comments how my dog is in such good condition. This dog food is a high quality product-buy it.

Great bargain.
I know this food has some fillers and isnt the greatest but it was still a good deal if you are ever in a penny pinching mood. Got 40 pounds of dog food for a little over 50 bucks. Definitely cheaper than Walmart that will charge almost double for the same size.

Changed the health of 3 of our 2 year old cats
We have been feeding our cat Meow mix for their life time. Three of our cats started loosing hair on their back and hind legs. Decided time to change their food. Switched to the chicken and rice, its been two months, now their fur is growing back and all of our cats have much softer fur and no more throwing up of the previous food we were given them. Customers for life now.

My only complaint is the bag wasn’t sealed when it arrived. The top was folded down and none of it had spilled into box, but I was a little skeptical to feed. I did go ahead and didn’t have any problems. Machine that was suppose to glue the top was probably out of glue or just skipped that bag 🤷♀️

One of my cat’s favorite but some bags not sealed properly
My cats have two dry foods readily available but seem to prefer this one as it seams to disappear faster. I received a bag that was not completely sealed and it was ineligible to return so I was sent a replacement which was also not completely sealed. I was provided a refund but was afraid to get another replacement from Amazon due to safety concerns. I cancelled my auto delivery because of the sealing issues, but intend to keep purchasing elsewhere.

My 4 year old lab and my 4 year old terrier both love this dog food
I have 3 dogs: A golden lab, a terrier, and a pit bull.My lab and terrier love this dog food.I feed my pit bull another brand because she has an allergy problem with some dog foods.I have tested her by feeding her a little of this food and found she has no negative reaction. Will be starting her on this brand after I ease her into the change of food.

Good value. Terrible packaging.
The price was great for the product but was sent to me “floating” in a huge box with a 10 lb. Container of cat litter and 2 glass glade candles. The food bag was somehow open and spilled in the box and I can’t tell you how much I lost from it falling out of the cracks of the box. Not to mention because it was packaged with strongly scented candles my cats food has an overwhelming smell of vanilla & caramel.
