Het is een super product, zeer goede kwaliteit!De blender heeft heel veel kracht en ijsblenden gaat perfect.Het enige minpuntje was dat bij de levering de verpakking heel beschadigd was.Maar de inhoud was nog in perfecte staat!

Excellent Blender!
Have been using this for about a year now and loving it. It’s pretty powerful so I don’t find problems using frozen fruit to make smoothies. I have some tips that I noticed as I was using it:1) If you’re making a single drink/smoothie or blending a small amount, I suggest using the cup instead of the blender to blend. That way stuff has a better chance to mix (smaller area to move around) and it’s easier to clean.2) If you’re using a lot of frozen fruit/veggies, start with the ice breaking setting. I found that starting on the smoothie setting right away can get the fruit stuck (since they’re ice cold and thick). What I do is I put the liquid, then fruit, close it, shake it if I’m using the cup, insert it, use the ice breaking setting for half a minute or until things break apart, THEN blend. I always get a great result that way.3) Don’t put the blades in the dishwasher as they can get dull, immediately after blending I just use a brush with a little soap to clean the blades, everything else I put in the dishwasher4) Favorite smoothie recipe: orange juice 100ml, milk 100ml, 50g mandarijn, 50g bananen, 25g spinazie 25g Boerenkool, and a tiny amount of gember. Super healthy and delicious

Top, heel goed voor ijscrunchen.
Veel power, hoogste snelheid meestal niet nodig en omdat traploos geluid ook makkelijk binnen de perken te houden.IJscrunch stand ook handig voor andere gerechten de kleverig zijn.

Dit is echt een aanrader, nadeel is dat de kan in glas is waardoor vrij zwaar maar voor de rest is dit een heel goed product

The product does not contain a design for an everyday use
I am very disappointed with the product because it does not contain essential features in its design to be used without any concern. When I tried to unplug the glass jar (blenderbeker) from the base, the “kraag” was unplugged from the glass jar causing a great mess. The liquid spilled on the base, on my bench… luck me I did not try to unplug the glass jar quickly otherwise I would have all the content spread throughout my kitchen. Moreover, cleaning all the mess, I just realized that it is not possible to remove all residues from the product because it contains small spaces in its base where the liquid and its residuals entered and it is impossible to remove them. It is very annoying and disappointing. It seems that the product was not developed for those who actually use it.

suddenly stopped working
I bought it last year in May and used it few times during summer. It was working quite well and I was very happy with the product. I use it again this week after a while and made a kind of thick smoothie, after seeing some smoke I turned it off and that was it. It did not turned on again!Do not recommend it!

Nice in the beginning, disaster after some time
In the beginning I really liked the product. However, after a few months of use, I had a incident: while removing the blender, the ‘cover’ got stuck in the machine and thus releasing all the liquid in the blender. As you can see in the reviews, this happened to a lot of people. It was a complete mess to clean. After cleaning, I tried to turn it on but it does not work anymore. So basically it broke after 8 months of usage with no way of returning it. Safe your money and go to a better company.
