Box contained wrong power cable
Received the item in good condition but had the wrong power cable sent with it. The box contained a kettle power cable, when the monitor requires a dc power cable.Have emailed koorui asking for the missing part. It’s now been a month and no response from Koorui for the missing part. However I managed to get it working by using a power cable from an old koorui monitor and a dc cable socket adapter.

Great price, not so great quality
This is a perfect monitor for office work or studying, but it lacks a lot when playing video games. Even with VSync and all the appropriate settings, there is a noticeable ghosting effect that really dulls down the experience of gaming for me. However, it’s affordable, and despite this one issue, I think everything else about the monitor is idealfor someone who doesn’t want to spend several hundred on a high end monitor

Upgrading to a 144hz 1080p and Not fussed about 2K or 4K? Then this is a great buy.
My old monitor had a lot of dead pixels so I needed an upgrade, I decided to just get another 1080p one except get a 144hz version instead of my old 60hz one.At first, I wasn’t sure if I should go with this monitor as I hadn’t heard of the brand. However, I took the chance on it and it arrived in perfect condition with no issues on arrival. The monitor is really easy to assemble no screws or tools are needed and feels really well-built. The packing was some of the best I’ve seen as well When I saw how well it was sent knew I’d made a good choice before even opening the box to find it really easy to set up (The stand etc.) and the overall performance of the monitor was a game changer from 60hz.A display port was included which is great. The menu is a bit boring but does the job but you aren’t gonna be using it every time so it’s not that big of a deal. I do like the bottom on the back for navigating the whole of the menu tho pretty nice. Conclusion: If you are just looking to upgrade to 144hz 1080p then this is a great buy with the only major downside being not able to adjust the monitor position (Other than tilt), buying and attaching it to a monitor arm will fix that as the price of the monitor and an arm for it (should you choose to get one) would bring the price up to what the other brands want for just the monitor so easy choice.Price when buying: £100Overall great buy definitely recommend it. 5/5 stars.

This is not a true gaming Monitor !!
Really surprised that this is classed as a gaming monitor, It really is a good monitor if you are using it for anything else except gaming, the colours are good and vibrant, and quality of build very good, but that’s it vertical scrolling on some websites leaves you fatigued after a very short time as the blurring and sometimes white text on dark backgrounds blur and jump the boxes making it tiresome, horizontal scrolling emits ghosting and blurriness, but in game modes especially in 1st person shooters the movement blur is so bad you cannot really play the game for long as you get completely disorientated and eyes start to feel confused to what is going on, I have tried this on all refresh settings from 60 to 165Hz, Its a shame really as other static application seem to go without any real issues, its a good monitor for reproduction of colours but the HDR doesn’t really wow you like a dell of Samsung G6 or G7 but it would look like its the same panel as the G5 that suffers from almost the same fate.Buy for watching films or content on YouTube and for general desktop office work but that’s it really.Lack of speakers and poor stability in gaming modes mars this product and that’s a shame.Have returned the unit back to Amazon and hope that Koorui take on board the issues and addresses them.

Super monitor.
At my age you could not accuse me of being tech savvy. So, the size is just right for my desk, the screen is beautiful and it hasn’t failed me once. The only thing I found difficult, was understanding and using the hidden menu buttons at the back.Maybe I should have asked my grandson.

Initial Thoughts Are “Its Okey!”
Koorui Monitor is on the right!AOC Monitor is on the left!Let me just say that for £125 its an okey 1080p 144+Hz monitor, However in my honest opinion (IMHO) there is pros and cons to this monitor and from a laid back general viewing perspective it doesn’t preform all that great, However it does preform very well for gaming which is what its intended purpose is for.The Good:- Colour contrast is arguably really good.- Overdrive @ medium does a really good job at providing good clarity no matter if you achieve 165/144 or 60fps etc- Brightness can get really bright. (ONLY on active white windows etc)- 165Hz refresh rate.- Crosshair options if you’re into that sort of thingThe Bad:- Ambient Backlight isn’t great- Viewing angle could be better for an IPS. most likely suffers from the backlight stated above- from my understanding there is either none or a very low dynamic contrast ratio meaning shadows in situations are not replicated very wellAnd with that concluded, All that remains is the material used for the monitor which is a durable solid reinforced plastic, However there is no reinforcement to the monitors attachment point to the stand meaning any sort of desk hit or nudge it will cause it to wobble immensely. The way you turn on the monitor is at the back right of the monitor with an analogy stick, You push in to power on/off, Push up to access the monitors menu, And press down to enable crosshairThe freesync feature and the issues that come along with it are annoying in day to day general usage, in that flickering and random periods of the monitor cutting out and having a black screen for sub 1 second or 1-2 seconds. As well as a slight audio trip which can be quite infuriating. Only disabling freesync premium will this resolve the issue. For a gaming purpose monitor, it will do just fine! But in regards to movies and tvshows or any sort of dark space experience the monitor wont preform that great compared to other competitors, Granted other competitors dont have this low of a price for a monitor as you would be looking to spend an additional £30-50 to get better quality.:UPDATE:Previously the first monitor had a stuck green sub-pixel shown in the pictures provided, Which no matter how much i tried to fix with online resources for correcting and testing sub-pixels and dead pixels, it just wouldn’t turn off. So under a week later and one monitor replaced. it has no stuck pixel. the back analog button is far more better to use compared to previous model. maybe this is a new revision monitor as there is not so much wiggle room and flat audible clicks anymore like what i had with the previous monitor.Overall 4/5

Had a issue but solved excellently
I ordered this monitor and had some issues with a dead pixel and some white glows so I decided to contact customer support and their service was amazing they looked at the proof and instantly decided to send a new monitor. The monitor is excellent even with the issues so I can’t wait to use it without the problems

Cheap and Practical!
After my old monitor died I was on the quick search for a new one!I had never heard of the brand so naturally was quite sceptical buying the monitor especially with such a high refresh rate for such a low price. however, I am blown away at the quality! The 165hz works flawlessly, after intending to have this as a “standby” monitor until I could afford something “better” I am so glad I chose it and it now runs as my main screen.Pros:💰PRICE! -You wont get much better than this in terms of quality to price ratio🔨Quality – The monitor feels very sturdy and I have no worries about any knocks or bumps.✅Easy to set up – had this thing plugged and ready in no time!Cons:🎨Colour – Screen colour feels deep / not bright after first plugin, but after going to NVidia control panel and doing slight tweaks easily rectified!🏃♀️Angles – The stand does not come with the ability to angle the monitor up or down, slightly a problem as I am quite tall so the monitor feels lower down than it should be, however easily rectified by some books under the stand!

Great display!
A few things to note:1. The 165Hz is only reserved for the display port if you’re using an HDMI cable then you’ll be stuck with 120Hz2. The light cannot be turned off and will start pulsing when the display is not connected. Might be annoying if you’re going to sleep as it is quite bright. You can turn off the display at which point it will turn off.3. Turning off the display is not as responsive as it should be. Usually requires me to push the bottom twice.4. Wake up time not as fast takes like three seconds. This is when using HDMI, can’t comment on the display port.Overall it’s a great display for the price point and will be used for years to come. Finally I’d recommend getting a VESA mount for it.

Far better monitors available. Avoid if possible
Screen is cheap. Yes I understand price wise it is ‘cheap’, but build wise it is certainly cheap. Plastic is pretty much the only material used. The screen smells of a hot burning scent when powered on through the top vents. Beware that the resolution and features depicted in the description, only apply to a specific mode when being used with a DP cable.Native resolution for a docking station to a laptop for example gives out a standard 1080p, which for me I have had 10 year old monitors give out a better image. It blows text up and distorts colours.Unless you are essentially happy to ‘max’ out the listed specs for gaming, general daily use for this monitor is going to be poor. Overall a really bad experience, I was extremely underwhelmed when first turning it on. I thought maybe it was just out the box settings holding it back, but no this is really the best images that it can provide. Returned for a refund almost immediately

The performance is amazing
I bought this monitor with really high expections. And I have to say that it was amazing, mostly for the price, I love it, just one thing to say against it.The only thing that bother me it is the graphic, it was not that great, but for the this price in my opinion is outstanding, I returned because I prefer something more graphically better, however I strongly recommend if you have a low budget this monitor maybe to have in your room, because it is amazing.

Not too bad for the price
Primarily used for video streaming and occasional light gaming, this monitor has proven itself to be versatile and reliable. While I can’t provide extensive insights into high-level gaming quality, for everyday use, it stands out as an excellent choice.Upon inspection, the monitor exhibited no dead or bright pixels, showcasing clear response times and minimal colour banding.Easy to set up and seems very light for the size. The colour contrast is very good, and the text seems crisp to me.If you’re into photo editing, I would look at a higher spec model, the colours while very good, will be obvious to those who pixel peep!

Prtetty sure it doesn’t have 1-2m/s response time (6?) but I’m not a boom headshot gamer so not an issue. HUGE improvement in the desktop – and no problems now being cabled into the 4k TV – and nice to be able to stream stuff in 4k. I should have got one ages ago

Decent monitor. Uses DC power adapter.
So far this monitor is pretty decent and does the job it was meant for. No issues with the monitor itself and it fits to the wall mount we got for it just fine. The only issue we had was We bought it for our sound booth. since it was for the sound booth the PC it was being connected to was in a different room to avoid noise pollution. and so we bought a rather long kettle plug to run power to it. I was shocked when I found the monitor doesn’t use a kettle plug but uses a DC power adapter. So if you need to run power to this over a long distance you will need a DC power extension.

24in does not have audio jack and only has one hdmi
monitor itself is fine, about what you’d expect for the price but as the description states “two HDMI 1.4 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 port, and a headphone output, the computer monitor offers versatile connectivity options. The 3.5mm mini jack also allows for audio input” there is actually only one HDMI and no audio jack on the 24in version.

Amazing product
I love the monitor but there are a few things about it, it doesn’t support vesa 100×100 but it does come with standoffs so you can mount it if you have one. The other problem is when you are playing games the screen tends to flash but overall its a really good experience.

Plug is French.
Although I ordered from Amazon UK, the plug was not a UK plug, but a two-prong one of the type used in France. Fortunately I had a spare adapter so no immediate problem. I have now added a pack of France-to-UK plug adapters to my basket in case this happens again.Display seems fine.

READ ME – KOORUI 27 Inch Monitor, 4K UHD 3840 x 2160
Be very careful if you are looking at buying this monitor. It is very easy to be taken in by the wonderful sales pitch here, everything looks super great… but you might not be getting what you think you are, I fell into this trap!I was looking for a 4K UHD colour monitor and spent days researching before finally settling on this one, it arrived in a couple of days and I setup and turned on. It looked great I loved the style but noticed that the text and graphics looked slightly blurred, I went to the computer settings and found the problem, the resolution was set to 2560 x 1440, not a problem I’ll just reset to 3840 x 2160, but it wasn’t available, I tried to update the video driver but windows said I already have the latest and best driver. I contacted Amazon for advice on how to fix it but they only offered to refund or exchange. After further research the penny dropped, although the monitor has 3840 x 2160 pixels it cannot receive a signal higher than 2560 x 1440 and if the monitor is only receiving a lower resolution it converts that up to fill the UHD screen giving a blurry image, it is called 4K Ready, commonly used for televisions years ago. I wasn’t expecting this and I couldn’t find any information in the sales pitch that gave a clue that this was the case – scandalous! I have sent it back. If you want a true 4K UHD monitor look elsewhere, but be careful especially if you are looking at cheaper monitors, Phillips do one but if you closely look at the sales pitch it does give clues that it is UHD through interpolation. I hope this will help you decide if you need a high res monitor.

High Quality & Great to use
I mostly use this monitor for videos, coding or low profile gaming so I can’t comment on major gaming quality (Although in the little gaming I’ve done with it I’ve noticed no issues), but for general use it is absolutely perfect. The height of the included stand is not adjustable but it has a good range of tilt and a reasonable height which is not an issue. The stand itself is sturdy and easy to install with plenty of instructions included in the box.The image is clear and the colours appear quite true for regular use. It is bright and has a thin bezel making it a nice piece on a desk even when off. The monitor will not automatically run at 75Hz in Windows and does need to be updated within the settings but it’s a 10 second solution. The monitor itself came with no dead or bright pixels, with very clear response times and little colour banding.Overall I would recommend this monitor and would consider purchasing a second in the future.

Simple, easy 27″ monitor (but no speakers)
As a basic 27″ monitor, works perfectly. Productivity apps and web work well with clear text. Games scroll without any obvious smearing, reasonable contract and colours look pleasing. Good refresh rate and works perfectly either as a screen for a set top box or for Mac (and PC). Only slight negative is that I needed to add a separate computer speaker as screen only has audio out jack. Overall, pleased with purchase, especially given the price.

A risk that did not pay off
I had never heard of this brand before but it was too good of a deal to pass. It offered 170hz HDR 1440p at a steal of a price. I was excited to receive this order (putting Amazon’s failure to deliver it on time asside). However, upond setting up and plugging in I was utterly disappointed. Not only was it not 170hz or the more common 165hz I could have forgiven it for being despite it’s description and images (it was 144hz at all resolutions), it would not even receive an audio signal through HDMI meaning I would have to plug a headpjone jack to my PC and then to the monitor.Furthermore, the screen would consistently go black and then come back on every few seconds (I tried reinstalling GPU drivers, different HDMI cables and slots etc). Even when the screen wasn’t black, it’s colours were drab and the image lacked vibrancy which I’ve found to be common in HDR10 (if that is even the standard it actually uses as it lied about it’s refresh rate so I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t actually HDR) displays as opposed to say Dolby Vision.Another strange artifact I found was that it was fine with accepting a 4K signal and it’s OSD would report displaying 3840 x 2160 so I wouldn’t even be surprised if it was not it’s advertised resolution and it’s OSD has been programmed to report false resolution information.I have started the return process so my advice would be to avoid this one and go for a more trusted brand.

Decent picture in motion but awful backlight bleed on 27″ UHD
This is a review of the 27 inch UHD (i.e. 4K model).I originally ordered the 27″ QHD/144 model which unfortunately arrived with a big scratch across the bezel and a nick in the screen (obviously open box sold as new stock). So on returning that I decided to upgrade to the 27″ 4K model to take advantage of the Black Friday prices.I actually purchased this to use in my back room as a screen for my PS5. It had to fit inside a cabinet hence going for a smaller sized screen.First impressions were very good. I fired up Horizon Forbidden West and it looked amazing; the colours were vivid and the blacks were deep – excellent. Then I exited to the home screen and this is where I saw the issue – some of the worst backlight bleed I have ever seen. Basically – any dark scene or solid colour image will show these glowing regions.I’m used to cheap monitors – and my gaming TV for a couple of years was a spare one that had dodgy backlight diffusers (leading to brighter patches in the middle of the screen!). Point being I can normally ignore this type of thing – but with this monitor it was just too ‘in your face’.I wasn’t expecting high-end levels of picture but this was very disappointing. I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt with the 3-star review – it may have just been the one I received and as I say – in motion with a dense scene it looked pretty decent. As a side note – using the monitor as I did from 6ft away – you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between 1440p and 4K on a 27″./Andy

A great budget buy!
For the average gamer, myself included, this monitor I think provides good value. I also do quite a bit of Photoshop work for my artist wife, and find the colours pretty close to what you get onscreen. One thing I did change was the bulky stand. I now use a desk monitor stand which enables me to position the monitor exactly how I need it, much closer for a start as I use reading glasses. One issue that took me a while to figure out is I kept getting a red box with white lettering top left of the screen saying shutdown would occur after so many seconds. At first I thought this was a Windows 10 power setting issue however, pressing the menu button on the monitor for the first time led me to seeing it was actually a monitor power setting, which was easy to turn off. So I recommend you check the menu when you first set up the monitor. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase.

Perfect budget monitor
Great budget monitor. The monitor looks really nice and as someone who’s not really into gaming it’s a perfect choice. Theres only a slight difference from my expensive gaming monitor hooked to my pc.Only downside is sometimes a few pixels will go green but it’s an easy fix i just have to re-adjust the hdmi or simply turn it on and off but i think this may be because the way i’ve wrapped the cables or to do with my PS5Overall i definitely recommend as a secondary or budget monitor

22 inch screen monitor
I have only taken this out of the box so far but this is a 22 inch screen (just over 21 inch) and NOT a 24 inch screen as described. It is even labelled as a 24 inch screen on the box!!!

Often unresponsive
Everything is good once working however the screen will not show the image from starting up. I just get the odd flash of an image. If I take the connection lead out and replace it may show the image but it’s very much a hit and miss affair. Eventually it works and when it does it’s great. I bought a new lead and it made no difference. Once the image is stabilised and on everything it fine.I persevered rather than return within the time period – big mistake I wish I had. I would not buy again because of this fault

Decent monitor
They sent me the wrong stand and instead of it being 24 inches, its around 21.5 so be aware of that. Other than those two things everything else is good

Exceeded my expectations
Great piece of kit for the price which easily exceeded my expectations. My only issue was in finding the power/settings button on the rear of the monitor. Image quality and resolution are awesome.

4k for xbox series x
Screen seems good quality sadly doesn’t register as a 4k panel on xbox series x hdmi, UPDATED (TO GET 4K 60HZ ON XBOX SERIES X YOU WILL ALSO NEED HDMI TO DISPLAY PORT BI-DIRECTIONAL POWERED CABLE), it does however show as a 4k panel on pc, on xbox series x it only registers at 1400p, beware if your looking for a cheaper 4k screen for the xbox series x…
