Crack
Not sure how I came across this little treat, but I’m glad I did. Have two fur babies, but only one will partake. This is crack for Oreo. After I roll up the tube, he’s looking at me like I’ve just done a magic trick. I keep saying all gone, but he’s still trying to pat me down for more. Bunny on the other hand thinks this is beneath her and won’t come forth to try. One out of two ain’t bad.

My cats adore these!
It only took one day and they knew the sound of the lid being removed from the container these came in, and for my cats to come running from all corners of the house. Honestly it’s a little spooky. They just LOVE this stuff, and even my daughter’s incredibly shy black cat that I call “silhouette” because that’s all I ever see of her, has let me come close enough for her to lick at one of the tubes. And we’ve lived in the same house for over 3 years!

My two cats (ages 11 and 6) absolutely LOVE Churu tubes- to the point that they lose their minds when they see me get them out. The formulation doesn’t seem much different from standard soft cat food (except a thinner consistency), but my cats honestly like this brand better than others.There is a variety of flavor options, the tubes themselves are easy to open and control, and the cats gobble them down with great enthusiasm. The holiday packaging is actually ideal for gifting- it wraps well, and it fits an average sized stocking.

I have a little black kitten, she was wild born stray that we got just in time, and she’s about 12 weeks old now, and she LOVES these, every flavor! Sees me take them out of the cabinet and comes running. Easy to just clip the top and hold it for her whilst she eats it right out of the tube, every last drop. I think it’s a bonding thing to to have her eat it right from my hand. I’ve tried a few other brands but this is the one she really likes. For my older cats, I just squeeze some right into their food dish. A nice little treat once or twice a day, and it seems healthy enough. Going to get the big jar with assorted flavors next time, prices here on Amazon are the same as the grocery store.

Megacolon kitty
My Siamese kitty just a subtotal colectomy in which 95% of her colon was removed. After surgery she just would not eat anything!! I was scouring the net trying to find alternatives to help her eat!For the first time in 4 days, she finally downed two packets. The next day she ate 4 packets (2 for breakfast, 2 for dinner)Her appetite is slowly regaining. I even tried fancy feast today which I avoid due to not so healthy ingredients but she needs to eat. But she did like it and took a few bites.In sum, if your cat is not eating due to loss of appetite from surgery, I think this is a very good alternative even though it’s a treat. I’m grateful that I didn’t have to send her back to the hospital and get put on IV.My other two cats love it too.Thank you 🙏🏽

My cat loves this. I tried other brands and she liked this one the best. I recommend buying a small amount and noting which brand and flavor your cat likes. I’d start with a pack of 4 Churus in a flavor like tuna (or chicken if you notice that your cat generally favors chicken cat food) and seeing if your cat likes it.My cat and I have mastered the “No dishes needed / squeeze tube” eating method. If you want to try that method, I recommend you first squish the top of the squeeze tube a little to mix the ingredients before opening. If you don’t do that, you will squeeze out some liquidey fish oil which may run onto your fingers and give you fish scented fingers or drip onto clothing. Just gently mix it up in the package first and then open it and squeeze slowly to check out the consistency. I squeeze out a toothpaste amount and let it fall onto the flat part of the package so my cat licks the flat part of the package and not the sharp opening where I tore off the the top of the package.I feed in toothpaste size increments to give my cat a chance to lick and breathe before the next lick. My cat could lick a whole tube up in 5 seconds if I let her. I think letting her eat slower helps her feel that she has eaten something and lets her take her time and enjoy the flavor.My cat can eat 1, 2, or 2.5 tubes at one time. I let her tell me with her body language whether she wants more. Usually 1 tube or 2 tubes hit the sweet spot for her and she will walk away. These are treats that she gets in addition to her canned food and dry food.

Cats Go KWAZY for These!
My cats absolutely love these….I just say the word “TREAT” and they come running fast like locomotives! I have to spell out “T-R-E-A-T” when I am talking to someone about what I feed the cats. They must be tasty because my cats scratch on the cabinet daily to alert me to grab them a snack. They are easy to open and squirt out into a dish. I wish these were a bit more affordable though. It becomes quite costly, especially when one has multiple cats.

Cats Love This Cat Crack Fishy non-Cheez Whiz
Bought this on a lark because my three pumas are quite fussy as to treats and wanted to see if the “Churu” myth was valid with fussy cats. Well, they love it and go crazy when they hear me beginning to open the box/container. They surround me and start to meow and grab my hands and the tubes of fish-non-cheez whiz. It’s especially helpful for bonding and for motivating entry into the carrier for trips to the vet!! Best cat treats ever!! Mine are full on addicts now!!

Two Paws Up!
Young to old, my kitties love this across the board! Even the picky ones! Some of them have struggled to understand the mechanics of licking it out of the tube as I squeeze the treat up, so I’ve taken to emptying the packets onto a small dish instead. They lick the plate clean! Great as a sometimes treat or as supplemental calories for cats who need it. Yeah, the smell is a little pungent, but scent is important for cats when it comes to food, so I just suck it up for the ten seconds it takes for them to devour it. Me and my kitties highly recommend!

Brings out even the shyest of cats to come out
I purchased Inaba Churu a few years ago for a friend with a female cat who is very nervous and very shy around anyone except him. He said it was the best gift ever; the cat went crazy with dilated eyes in excitement and always meowing insanely when she knew she going to get an Inaba treat – I believe my friend has tried other brands but they don’t seem to elicit the same amount of sheer, insane joy, so every year my friend gets this as a Christmas gift for his kitty. I loved this year’s seasonal packaging, it was so festive and cute!My friend used to go away on trips and entrust me to the care of his cat, who would never come out from under the bed and always hide fearfully from me, this went on for years. One day I opened the Inaba Churu, the cat came out from under the bed, meowed at me, wrapped her body around my legs and purred nicely. I couldn’t believe it!! It was such a ground-breaking moment I had to take photos and videos to prove that the cat came out to let me pet her, because not even I could believe it! Ever since then, the cat would come out to greet me and pet her, but only if I had Inaba with me…smart cat!!

Good golly does my cat love these
I reserve these for bribes. Jackson Galaxy said find your cat’s go-to bribe, be it food or pets or whatever…and you save that one thing for when you need kitty cat to cooperate and go along with something that kitty doesn’t really feel enthused about. For us, it’s grooming. I started using these treats for food bribes to coax Fighty McBitester to let me trim his superfluff. By golly, he was so focused on the treats that it worked. Hey, take the blessings as they come. I can get even the most feisty of moods to turn around with these. Kitty will stop being fussy at the door or any number of things–in order to have one of these. I tend to use them as food bribes but on very rare occasions we use it like a reward for good behavior. Let me tell you, kitty remembers these instances and does behave in order to be in line for the next bribe. He purrs as soon as he sees the tubes. I could do with the treats being a little thicker so they don’t get all runny on my fingers while I hold the treat, esp when using the clippers with the other hand…but the flavor knocks his whiskers off. He would give it 10 stars if you asked him.

Magic in a tube!
Okay, so maybe not magic in a tube….but my kitten is addicted to those things and is quite adept at tricking people (his nana and pop pop/my parents) into giving him extra treats when they are babysitting him.They are always stocked at my house, we’ve bought all the varieties so the floofy churu addict gets to enjoy all the flavors….he doesn’t dislike any one of them and scarfs it down happily during movie times or cuddle times.

Stumbled on the Churro snacks and man, you should see how my felines push each other out of the way when I open a sleeve! It’s hilarious-I should do a video!😂. It’s so fun to watch them enjoy this with such enthusiasm! Great product!

Addicted

The cats wanted to give 500 stars
I’ve had to start storing these in the basement! Those 2 hooligans were opening the drawer I used to keep these treats in to get to them!! Now, I can’t even look at the stairs without expectant cheers and hopeful faces that they’ll be getting a taste of heaven upon my return. I especially love that there is ZERO chicken in them (sometimes the cats accidentally “share” with the dogs and one is allergic to chicken).

Love
My cat loves these and they are quick and easy . I just squeeze it in my cat’s bowl and she licks away . Also it’s perfect for if your cat is a stinker and doesn’t like pills I’ll hold the tube treat up and let her lick it with the pill on it and she doesn’t even notice .

My senior cat loved these!
My senior cat stopped eating due to an unknown illness and the Inabu Churu Cat Treats were recommended by a friend. I would spread them over his food and it seemed to help with his appetite. He loved all the flavors. In fact, these treats were about the only thing he liked during the last few months.

Great food topper or snack!
My cat is absolutely obsessed with these! I purchased them to use as a good topper to encourage him to eat his dinner. He’s very picky when it comes to food and we often have to switch it up every couples months or he just won’t eat. Unfortunately, he prefers to lick this treat off of his dinner instead of eating his actual dinner! It’s definitely a great snack alternative if your trying to get away from the kibble style snacks. We can’t keep enough of them in the house!

Kitty Crack!
Our two kittens love, love, love this stuff. One will cheerfully grasp our hands with her claws to get at it (We’re working on that.) To be fair, I’ve tried a couple of competing brands, and the response was the same. This is the kind my vet had in her office to offer while sticking needles into the kitties, who were perfectly content to ignore all that, just as long as this kept on coming. For opening the tubes, I usually have to use scissors, so do that before you pick up the kitty, because she may grab for it while you’re trying to cut. In one picture the second kitten climbed the back of the chair asking for his turn. We also have an adult cat, and she’s not impressed, but she prefers dry food. I didn’t do a star rating on portion size. I think it’s about right for once a day, but the kittens would probably eat five at a time if we let them, or maybe the whole jar. Hold on to your wallet!

She’s Mad For The Stuff
We used these excellent treats to teach our indoors-only cat to come to her name, so should there ever be an emergency where we’d need to grab her, put her in her carrier and evacuate, we’d be able to get hold of her easily. We live in Tornado Alley, but picture any reason: wildfires, tornados, floods, housefire, or just a repair man who needs to keep the front door open.Last winter, we couldn’t understand why this one room in our hundred- year-old house was freezing cold when the rest of the place was cozy and warm. Turned out the glass had fallen out of the upper half of one of our casement windows. And of course Cinder discovered it first and immediately took advantage, as you do, and went out for a walk! Luckily I had already taught her to come to her name. She came barreling around the corner, and bounding right up to us, she leaped right into my arms, looking for her Inaba Churu.We live in a neighborhood bristling with pit bulls, rotties and one terrifying cane corso who thinks God put cats on earth purely for his entertainment and snacking pleasure. Disaster averted! (Thanks, Inaba. Really wonderful, quality product.)

It’s A Hit
I have a senior cat (at least 14 years old, and she has started to become finicky about her food. She also underwent dental surgery about 5 months ago, losing 6 teeth. That’s when this treat was first introduced to her, and now she gets it every day. She never snubs it, and she likes all the flavors. She doesn’t always eat the whole tube, so I’ve reduced her portion size to just half the tube. Squeezed out onto a small plate, it’s about the size of a nickle or quarter. I also run it under warm water to make it warm before serving. She definitely looks forward to this treat every day.

Cats Go Crazy for this Stuff
In addition to dry food, my girls get to split one wet food per day. However, I find that they mostly lick the “gravy” or “sauce” off of the wet chunks of food. They make a mess with that so I searched for an alternative and found that Jackson Galaxy gave his blessing for these treats. I still give them wet food, but sub this in for that time and occasionally provide them as a treat to share. It was a bit of a learning curve for them to eat out of the tube, but it must be very delicious because they caught on quickly! Time for another order already. Note: it’s super stinky so be prepared to wash your hands very well after a feeding.

Cat Crack
I have two cats that never like the same things, until now. They both love this stuff. I split one tube between the two of them almost daily. I have also used it to win over an occasional stray. It smells awful to me, but they sure love it. I have suggested this to several friend’s for their cats and everyone one agrees, this stuff if a win for your feline friends.When ripping open I always seem to get a little on me or the counter. Did I mention the smell…. be careful when opening. Also squish it around a bit before opening, so that it is mixed well.5 STARS

Makes medication time a breeze
I have to give my cat an inhaler twice a day, which was a pain until I found these treats! He now seems to look forward to getting the treatments bc he gets these treats after. I’m pretty sure he loves these more than me, and I’m ok with that haha. Def reccomend, and like the ingredients in these as opposed to some other lickable treats!

Picky cats love this stuff!
I have two kittens that were feral when we captured them off the streets. Churu helped me (semi) tame them.First, I let them lick it off a small plate while I stood far away. Once I knew they loved the Churu, I let them come up to me in order to lick if off the end of the tube. Lastly, I put it in the palm of my hand, and let them lick it off. I’m now at the point that I can pet them as they lick it off my hand.

My Cat Always Wants More.
My cat always likes this treat. Trys some other ones but it’s not the same and sometimes my cat don’t like it. But this one we started one a day and right now we are about 4 a day we are lucky if it last one month it usually last about three weeks. I wish it came in a bottle ready to scoop it out with a spoon so I can give the cat the quantity that cat wants than the small tubes that has only a little in the that is my only complaint I have. But it’s is a very great 👍 Product.

My cat ABSOLUTELY loves churu! I like to use it as a training treat and when she’s extra good 🙂 Usually when I reach for the container in the cabinet, she automatically hears it and will come running for them! They’re highly addictive and she will always ask for more! One tube is a good serving size for a treat! I love that it comes in a variety pack too but she’s not picky so she will always love every flavor!
