Very nice
I really love my new HP computer. I like the 2 usbs, long lasting battery, camera, number key pad and speed. The only thing I would change on it is the keys. Either make the letters darker or back-light them. In some lighting it is almost impossible to see the keys.

Item goes not work
When I ordered this I had high hopes however this is a piece of garbage. It works OK for the first couple of days orthen kept turning off. This turned into a brick on Christmas day does not work won’t even turn on. Very disappointed

Overall Good Chromebook
I received this chromebook yesterday, especially for my upcoming travelling needs. So far looks good. It comes with one SD card but there is no place in this chromebook to insert that SD card. So there is an issue with what is mentioned in the description and the actual product which they shipped. May be they have two very similar products but one is without SD card. One more thing to mention, keyboard visibility will be bad in low light.

amazon charged me a 87.50 dollear restocking fee on a 200.00 dollar defective chrookbook.
amazon is a rip they charged me a restocking fee on a defective chroombook. That implies they are going to sell it again. I find no way to contact them about this.

Misleading Description
They claim in the description that it has 128 GB memory they list it as 64 GB eMMc + 64 GB MSD. The issue is this Chromebook doesn’t have a MSD or SD slot. They just throw in a 64 GB MSD card that doesn’t even work with the laptop to claim it has 128 GB storage in the description.
