They’re leaves
They do what they are supposed to do and look nice. As some others have mentioned; however, upon first opening them they have a horrific smell. I had to leave them outside for a few days until it faded away. Other than that no complaints or concerns

Get them while it’s at this price cuz once the price goes up it goes up and it’s stuck (sorry it’s been a day😭). anyways… please let the leaves air out💀. Ivy for the win
This was a great buy for my daughter’s room. I will say that the ivy had a weird smell to it when it came out of the package but it didn’t stick around when put up on the wall.

Worth the money in the end
Yes, like everybody has said they smell really bad at first. I wouldn’t fully recommend doing this as some of the color seemed to come off but I washed them with lavender soap and water and they ended up smelling a lot better. I put them on top of my canopy and it looked really good so I would say that they’re worth the money.

PACKAGING: There are a lot of similar products on Amazon, but after reading some reviews, I decided to go with this one and I am perfectly happy! They came on time and were packaged well, but I ended up detangling them for a while anyway because the vines themselves just stick to each other very easily. I did this carefully because the leaves fall off if you try to pull them apart quickly.SMELL: Like some other people mentioned, they do have a chemical smell, but I only aired them out spread out by an open window for about an hour before hanging them up around my classroom and my room didn’t smell at all.QUALITY: When you look at the vines one by one, they don’t look particularly real/natural, but when you overlap them when you hang them up, they look really great. One of my students was flabbergasted when he finally looked at them up close and realized they weren’t real (lol). But that being said, if you ever look at real vine, real vine looks plastic too.APPLICATION: Super easy! I didn’t even need to use tape or command strips to hang them up around my whiteboard because they stick together easily without having to intertwine them much. I just perched them along the edge of my whiteboard and let them hang.

Look great
They are bright green, I haven’t unravel them because I’m not sure how to feel about vines anymore, but they look like I won’t have difficulty installing the vines wherever. They seem to be great quality. My puppy has been messing with it so some leaves have been pulled off. Otherwise, these are great.

Beautiful
They were a little tricky to get apart because they were hooking on each other but I only lost 2 leaves during the whole process. I love how they look! I didn’t use the lights that came with them because it’s only a straight string & they’re battery powered ONLY. Instead I used 195 LED Curtain Tapestry Backdrop String Lights that I had already from Christmas that hang down in the same way these do & can be plugged in so I can leave them on all the time without burning through batteries. In my opinion the only thing that would make these better is if they came with the lights I used instead of the ones they came with.

a little bit weak but it works! Kinda smelly
it’s very good wrapped! When i took it out it didn’t smell like anything but after a few seconds it smelt a bit like. dry dead fish and burnt wood but it wasn’t strong I washed it a. little bit and it’s gone! Drys Super quick very long and cute! The leaves started to fall off like 3. But it works!!! 🙂 it stained my door a little but it’s fine for me!

Nice fake ivy, but it stinks!
We used this to decorate my wife’s classroom. The ivy leaves are smaller than real English ivy leaves. It’s pretty, but it surely did stink initially. If you let it air out for a while, the smell dissipates, but for the first couple of days, her classroom smelled like warm PowerBait.

Revitalized old fake plants
I had a few old fake ficus and other plants that had lost alot of the plastic leaves over the years. I bought this and wrapped it around the branches and its a LOT cheaper than buying whole new plants. The fake house plants in pots have gotten super expensive. This was a nice alturnative.

Super fun but smells
Listen, everyone writing reviews that this stinks, is right! I recommend opening them and letting them sit out before using. I’ve used these for SO much. I worked in a library and we used them to create a spring escape room. I have them hanging in my room now! Super cute! The vine center is only plastic, so they are not difficult to rip apart. I used this to create various lengths and whatnot. Perfect for crafts, decor, and much more.

I was not dissapointed. As almost all reviews mentioned, the vines did have a chemical, fishy stink to them upon opening – however, the reviews I had read made me believe that the stink would be unbearably strong. In my experience, the scent was rather faint and did not fill up the room. Nevertheless, it is noticeable, and as one that is not entirely fond of chemical, fishy scents, I would recommend that before using these, one shall soak them in Febreeze spray or some anti-odor formulation, and let them sit somewhere for a couple of days. As of quality – the leaves are not the biggest leaves, more of a medium to small size. However, this fit well in my chambers. Who needs huge leaves anyway? For decorative purposes, these definitely suit just fine.

Yes the smell at first but…
They smell like fish mixed with plastic. Other reviews say the same thing so I was prepared to put them on a hanger and air them out for a few hours. Then they were fine. Good quality and I’m happy with them, especially with fairy lights. Pictured is using two full packs.

these are really cute and long and u can cut if need be but when i opened it i smelt a sort of fish smell.so i sprayed sum cleaner and let it air outside.it smells perfectly fine now but it does shed small grass like green particles.

Theyre good for the price
For what it cost, these are pretty decent. I like them. The only real issue was the smell. I expect plastic things to have a slight scent when theyre new but these smelled a lot like smoked salmon to me. I drenched them in fabric freshener and let them air out for a few days which seemed enough to reduce the odor to a tolerable level. They are for an outdoor wedding anyway, so it wont be a huge problem.

I ordered this product a with the hopes of getting maybe ten feet of vines but I got around 30! Super pleased just be ABSOLUTELY SURE TO EITHER LET IT AIR OUT OR SPRAY IT WITH FABRIC FRESHENER. Smells like bacon bits and funeral homes at first, I wish I was joking. Other then that they look great and fit my rooms aesthetic really well :]

I needed ivy like this for decorating a bedroom wall. Read MANY reviews. All mentioned the smell. But I needed it and figured it could be aired out.Arrived quickly. It was vacuum sealed and wound in round shape. I opened it and yes-it smelled. But I opened in garage and unwound it. Left it to lay for a day. Then sprayed fabreeze over it and left it for a day. Then it was fine. I mean-it’s hanging on a wall, not something that anyone is sticking their nose up to.Some reviewers said it was used in a bedroom or small room and gave them headaches days, weeks, months later. I have had this up in a bedroom for months and no problems.The leaves were small but as pictured. They were attached well. I mean a few fell off when I was unwinding it. Just be gentle.

Super Cute!
It was really easy to hang them and they stayed in position so far. They’re a dorm room decoration for me, and the smell isn’t noticeable after 30 mins to an hour. Very worth the price, I decorated a good section of my wall, and I still have lots of vines left. I’d definitely purchase this again.

I Almost Threw Up
I opened that little air-tight bag, and WHOOSH a horrid aroma filled my bedroom for the next day; it was seriously migraine-inducing. I’m not that sensitive to smells, but my word, this was awful! Thankfully, the smell eventually dissipated, but where was my warning?! After I could finally stomach the smell, I proceeded to spend the next half hour untangling them.With that out of the way, I’m now going to talk about the (arguably) most important part: how they look. Admittedly, despite my qualms, they definitely added a (pardon my French) je ne sais quoi that I needed for my new room. I thought they might be overly tacky, but they’re not. I think it’s most important to ask yourself how you’re going to use them. Otherwise, they WILL be tacky, but it won’t be the manufacturer’s fault!Pros:+ their possibilities of use are nearly endless.+ they make my bedroom feel complete.+ they don’t have that plastic shine that a lot of faux flora has.+ they’re relatively affordable…if you decide to need another pack it’s not going to break the bank.Cons (remember, these are all MINOR inconveniences when you think about how good they look):- they arrived in a tangled mess.- I lost a few leaves in the detangling process…thankfully, it’s not noticeable.- they smelled HORRIBLE when I opened them.- I’ve had to wrestle with them for the past week to get them to stay up on the wall. I’ve figured out that a heavy-handed application of scotch tape keeps them secure.

Good product
– When you open the package, it might smell kinda bad (at least mine did), kinda like fish.- It also might leave behind little tiny “flecks” of green (nothing that stains, just little tiny flecks of green almost grass) but easily cleaned up.- To get rid of the smell, I rinsed the vines with water in my shower for a minute until the water ran clear (the water first had a green tinge to it. Doing this won’t effect the overall color of the product*)- After that small set back, I hung it up and it looked great!- 4/5 stars because of the starting smell(LIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED. I BOUGHT THEM SEPARATELY)

Vines look exactly as pictured BUT (a very big one) the have the foulest stench ever!! My daughter requested these for her room & once opened the had her entire room smelling like raw fish that had been sitting out in the sun!!
