Disapointed – very slow to load with clunky input
Eh I expected better for the price. Everything works, but its extremely slow and clunky and just annoying to use as result.My internet speed is fine beacuse my desktop computer and mobile phone work fine. But this tablet is just infuriatingly slow and clunky when typing or loading pages. So much so that I regret buying it and feel frustrated at the idea of just picking it up to use it. I would not recomend if you value your sanity or want to do things in a timely manner. Should be a lot cheaper for the quaility ….

A bit slow..
The tablet is perfect for browsing but when playing games etc it seems to be very slow. Speaker quality not fantastic, very quiet so not something I would take on the move on public transport. Otherwise, definite great value for money for watching netflix, youtube in bed. Headphones required for noisy areas!

Not too fond of the bezel size on the tablet BUT other than that good size, VERY responsive (compared to the piece of Lenovo rubbish I got a year ago its a Godsend), good display picture. Sound typically tinny BUT ok, on headphones or a soundbar obviously would be a lot better. But for £50 (on offer now for Black Friday) an absolute steal for a product of this quality. I’ve know tablets 3x this price that do the same thing….save your money go for this instead.

8/23/2023 UPDATE:After a Sun Joe rep offered to refund my purchase (as product is not available and they would not offer a different mower in its place) they now say they will instead give me a Sun Joe in-store credit. Their online store does not have the product(s) I’m looking for. The products they do have would require that I pay 50% more than I paid before for another mower. My frustration with trying to resolve this purchase is not something I would wish on anyone.Another UPDATE:The seller contacted me regarding the problem I was having with getting my tablet to turn on. The seller was very prompt and offered to replace the defective tablet. The tablet arrived yesterday and is working great. THANK YOU BYYBUO!UPDATED: I’ve upped the star level to two. I did get the tablet to turn on again by using a paperclip and using the reset hole. Unfortunatley I’ve had to do this a few more times. Sometimes the on/off switch works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m using it daily again but am always uncertain if I can count on it turning on.______________________________________________________________________________________________I loved this tablet when it arrived (for the price I gave ti 5 stars). It came on quickly and served it’s purpose as a screen for t.v. and Netflix. However all of those feelings changed today when it failed to turn on. It was fine yesterday. It doesn’t even chime now when you plug in the charger (it usually chimes when you plug or unplug the charger).I’m right at the 6 month date. I will seek a replacement.

This item is ok. The battery doesn’t last very long and its pretty slow in regards to touch response. Its quite laggy. But i guess thats what u get for paying £50 for a tablet

This was a gift for a fourteen year old girl in Germany and she is very pleased with it as it enables her to keep in touch with her friends whilst she is on holiday in France. She was wanting an iPad but that was too expensive and with this tablet she is able complete her schoolwork and leisure activities.

Low battery
The battery on this tablet doesn’t seem right last long, even when tablet is on standby the battery goes down. Have checked for things running in background and anything that would cause this to happen. Otherwise a good tablet as long as your happy to keep charging it.

You have to use the charger provided my wife has a Samsung S22 that uses a USB-C this did not work on the tablet, It is good value for money cheaper than a Pizza I paid £23.69 which is a throw away price so I take iit on the underground to work, the speed is a bit slow, it is a bit dull and faded compared to my daughters ipad but still viewable, the touchscreen is very responsive, it has 32GB of which 8.11GB are taken by the operating system, I purchased in November 2023 and it still worksYeah it is worth the price

I ordered this tablet for my daughter, she loved it, and it was working fine. Now apparently the tablet is glitching not connecting to any wifi and constantly reboots. I need a fund refund for this product it hasn’t even been a year since we purchased this tablet and it has so many issues. WASTE OF MONEY.

Esperienza deludente: tablet non conforme, politica di garanzia inaccettabile e incompatibilità con servizi di streamingHo recentemente acquistato questo tablet osceno, e ho riscontrato una serie di problemi che hanno minato la mia fiducia nei loro prodotti e servizi.Innanzitutto, il venditore ha pubblicizzato i loro tablet come dispositivi moderni, ma ciò che ho ricevuto è stato tutto fuorché moderno. Il processore utilizzato è il vecchissimo ARM Cortex-A53, uscito addirittura nel lontano 2012. Questa pubblicità fuorviante mi ha portato a credere di acquistare un tablet all’avanguardia, ma in realtà si trattava di un dispositivo obsoleto. Inoltre, ho scoperto che il marchio di produzione riportato sul tablet era fasullo. I tablet erano in realtà prodotti dalla Athos e il venditore li stava spacciando come prodotti di propria produzione.Oltre a queste problematiche, il tablet presenta un’ulteriore limitazione che rende la sua utilità praticamente inutile. Non è compatibile con i servizi di streaming come Disney+, Netflix, Paramount+ e altri. Il dispositivo non dispone della protezione di livello L1, ma solo di una protezione di tipo L3. Di conseguenza, i contenuti si vedono a bassissima risoluzione, rendendo praticamente impossibile la visione di film, serie TV e altri contenuti in streaming. Questa incompatibilità rappresenta un grave difetto del tablet e costituisce una mancanza di informazioni chiare fornite dal venditore riguardo a questa limitazione.Inoltre, la politica di garanzia del venditore è altrettanto deludente. Nonostante il prezzo di acquisto del tablet sia di soli 60 euro, mi è stato richiesto di spedire il prodotto in Germania per usufruire della garanzia. Questo avrebbe comportato un costo di spedizione esattamente uguale al prezzo del tablet stesso. È evidente che questa politica è stata pensata per scoraggiare i clienti dal fare valere i propri diritti di garanzia e rappresenta un atteggiamento disonesto nei confronti dei consumatori.Sono profondamente insoddisfatto di queste pratiche commerciali ingannevoli e della mancanza di trasparenza da parte del venditore. Stay away from this Tablet!
It’s large, feels nice to hold even if it is on the Heavier side. I don’t think it was too much to ask for for this Tablet to actually be able to download apps and use them without lagging but it certainly doesn’t work well. It’s not my WiFi either, my phone works fine. Battery Drains really fast on this tablet. I’d say it’s not even worth it even if it was around £30 when I got it. Save for a Amazon Fire Tablet.

Won’t charge or turn in
My daughter got this for Xmas. However I thought since it says it’s kid friendly that it would be even slightly durable. She only had it for 2 weeks when It slipped out her hands..she’s 7 so not even that far of a drop. Plus it fell onto a carpeted flooring & the screen smashed…Still kinda usable usable even with the smash so I wasn’t too worried. Accidents happen & screens are easily replaced but the thing won’t even turn on & the screen replacement costs more than the whole tablet cost originally. TBH I’d probably have just bought a whole new one instead of fixing the screen but seeing as the whole thing broke I’d rather spend more elsewhere for something that won’t fall apart at the slightest tap

Nothing good to say
I only purchased this because I was sucked in by the heavily discounted price. I know you pay for what you get and this was most certainly true in this case. The tablet itself is tiny, jagged and cold that doesn’t function to any degree. It was incapable of running YouTube, Netflix, tiktok and others. Needless to say i didn’t keep it and sent it back from where it came.
