This does wonders on facial scars! Had it for two weeks and already see fading!
So about a month ago I sort of got a small chemical burn/ hyperpigmentation mark on my face from a reaction to a soap I was using. I started looking at reviews on different products to clear it up and came up with the decision to use Bio Oil on the scar. I use it twice a day, one when I wake up in the morning and I use it on the scar at night before bed. I usually take 2 drops of it and put it in a cotton ball and massage it on the scar for a few seconds. I’ve only had this for 2 weeks but I see a difference in the scar and it’s fading A LOT. I’ll say it’s faded about 40% from when I first started using Bio Oil. I’m certain that the scar will be completely faded within a month or 2 upon continued use. Don’t expect a miracle overnight or a week. It’s a process but if you can continue to use this product on a regular basis,. you can speed up the healing process of the scars you have!

It has been working well so far!!
Honestly I knew Bio oil about 8-9 years ago. I did not used it for a while. Recently I just use it back for about 2 weeks and I have been in love again. My acnes scars has been improved and gotten much better. I am such a lazy skincare person, but this Bio oil help me to be easier about skincare. My skincare now just simple as 4 steps: Face wash, Toner, Bio oil and Facial cream. Thanks Bio oil!!!

Works wonders
I initially ordered this to put on a scar on my sons face, and ended up using it on all of us! It soaks in quickly, and doesn’t leave me oily. I don’t feel dry either, and it doesn’t make my skin break out… EVERYTHING makes my skin break out. This is hands down the best moisturizer I’ve used on my face, and has faded my sons scar quite a bit!

It has been a blessing
I’ve tried sooo many products since my teen years up until now a adult and nothing worked nor any changes!!! Bad skin elasticity is in my genetics, I’m 26 weeks pregnant & have been using this since finding out, one to two times a day & so far so good. But I know this may not do wonders when it comes to genetics! We will see!

Just get it, your skin will thank you
During my first pregnancy, I had belly stretch marks that itched, were bright red, and overall very noticable. For my next pregnancy, I found this oil and I applied on my belly twice a day. No itching, I did not see any redness in my skin till the very end of my pregnancy, and now that the pregnancy is over I don’t see any new marks.Also, this oil can take care of new scars. Baby bumped their chin on the floor and had a nasty scar growing. We brought out the oil and made it a part of our nighttime routine. Baby loved the extra attention, and mom loves that the scar has faded away. Even little scratches from sharp nails have all faded with help from this stuff!

Bio oil’s been reliable for years. Now using in pregnancy
I have no complaints about bio oil. It can be pricey but it is worth it if you’re needing it for a specific skin discoloration issue or trying to prevent stretch marks. Even if you choose not to buy it online, I still recommend you get it from a store. I am extremely familiar with this product, it’s been a lifesaver in different points of my life. It was with bio oil that I was able to fade a very dark burn on my face from a bad waxing attempt many years ago. It literally looks like nothing was ever there. I have always used it to fade any dark spots or scars successfully. I don’t like using it on my face as much as my body just because it’s oil, but it has never caused any breakouts for me personally and I know that if I ever have another problem on my face, this works. I have now been using it every day on my belly to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. I am currently 8 months pregnant, only have a few weeks left to go, and still no stretch marks at all. I know if they show up that it will not be this product or anything that is to blame, it will simply be natural cause if my belly grows faster than my skin can keep up with. However I have seen amazing benefits for my skin elasticity. The last three weeks I have been feeling the growing tension and stretch on my belly and belly button, and felt like stretch marks were on the brink of showing, but I’ve been super consistent with applying oil a few times a day and nothing has popped up so far. I know it would’ve been a different story if I wasn’t using anything. I rely heavily on bio oil and sometimes combine it with lavender oil at night, and massage those in. I also use lotion or the Vaseline cocoa body oil gel when running low on this – just trying to extend the use of what I have and keeping my belly moisturised as much as possible throughout the day. I’m sure there are other things you can use to help with extra moisturising if you need it, like applying lotion if you need to go out and don’t want to have oil on your clothes. This is your body, you’re the one who has to live in it and at the end of pregnancy you’ll be glad you did all you could to help with the changes. Some body changes will be inevitable and that’s amazing, you cannot expect your body to be the same when motherhood is such a transformative process and you are growing a life. We should make our peace with all these things, see beauty in it and focus on good health above all, but I also believe it’s best for your mental health to look after what’s important to you and have no regrets. If preventing stretch marks is important to you, don’t neglect it.

It’s Working!
It’s certainly lightening my scars from a 2021 surgery that were still very dark. Been using about 2 weeks, at least once a day. I can’t wait to see how it looks in a few more weeks. I will need to order another bottle, I got the small size and should have gotten the big one. I didn’t have high hopes and was shocked to see how fast its working.

Gentle but excellent for dry skin!
I love everything about Bio-Oil! I have very sensitive skin, am very anti-scent, and I’m vegan. This product is lightly scented and really pleasant, has never bothered my skin, and it’s vegan and cruelty free. My skin is ridiculously dry, and just a couple drops works for my entire face! It absorbs well, and I could see a difference right away. I use it on really dry areas like elbows, hands and anywhere where my dry skin is flaky. I highly recommend this!!

This product is a must have, I have been applying it to my skin for a little while now and my skin just feels absolutely rejuvenated! I apply it to my skin with cotton rounds only in the evening because it leaves the skin oily,,which during the day I personally don’t like. Keeps my aging skin moisturized
I’ve been told that I look much younger than I am. I’m sure the key to a youthful appearance is hydrated, moisturized skin, sun protection and good genes. While we’re stuck with the genes we’re given, we can control everything else.Well Bio-Oil is one of my not-so-secret secrets.Most other moisturizers dry out shortly after putting it on, but this helps keep my skin hydrated by trapping moisture in. But it’s light enough that I don’t end up with greasy skin. For my face I put a couple drops in one hand and then a dollup of Cerave cream, rub my hands together then onto my freshly and gently washed face. I do that morning and night.However if I’m going out for the day, my recipe is Bio-Oil, Cerave, and sunscreen. Face, neck, décolletage, and hands.

Great for Stretch Marks
My mom used on her belly this when she was pregnant, and she recommend this to me. For that reason, the smell reminds me of my childhood. It’s very light and pleasant. I use it because I suffer from weight fluctuation due to medications, and this stuff works great on my stretch marks. A little bit goes a long way. You only need to massage a few drops onto your skin. Be sure to rub hard (but don’t hurt yourself) so that the massage oil can penetrate the skin and help restore elasticity.

I haven’t used this product since I was pregnant but it’s an old skin care staple I would use ti help me with stretch marks. Im now using it to clear up dark marks on my face. I think it’s effective but it’s slow and steady. This does not produce fast miracle results. I should have bought a bigger bottle.

I swear by Bio Oil for moisturing my face
Several years ago, my sensitive skin was burned by a hair care moisturizing product that got on my pillow at night and burned my face. I had discoloration on my forehead and cheeks. The skin around my eyebrows was peeling off. It was awful. A friend recommended Bio Oil and wearing a night cap. I went back to Soft Sheen hair moisturizer and started sleeping in a cap. My skin cleared up completely in about 6 months. I have used it for years and, at 78, my skin looks very beautiful. I get compliments all the time. Bio Oil reduces skin discoloration and moisturizes beautifully. I highly recommend it for all women over 60.

Pregnancy itching and stretching saver
I used this when I was pregnant and absolutely loved it. It was very moisturizing and helps with itchiness when my belly was growing. I also used this following birth a couple weeks after.Another thing with the oil I liked is that it did not give a sticky waxy residue on my skin after applying like some belly butters on the market.

Makes my skin glow
This makes my skin look radiant and fresh. My best friends skin was glowing one day. I asked her what face moisturizer does she use? She said bio oil. I ordered some and replaced my skin moisturizer with this. It makes my skin look so good and a little goes a long way!!! It tends to be a little greasier than im use to, so I’ll have to get use to that, and I didn’t expect the smell to be so strong but it doesn’t seem to affect my skin.

Obsessed for my pregnant belly
I swear by bio oil during pregnancy. Started incorporating this into my routine at week 20 in addition to the palmers coco butter for stretch marks. I mix the two on my hand and later my belly in it, so far no stretch mark and I’m 27 weeks. Hopefully it continues to help. I also use this all over my body mixed with my body lotion because it feels great and gives my skin a healthy glow. I purchased the smaller one, and will definitely repurchase the bigger size once mine runs out. The smaller bottle has lasted a while because a little goes a long way. I’ve had it for about 7 weeks now and I’m only half ways through.

My daughter is worried about stretch marks and has now gotten her second bottle of this. She does seem to like it a lot and asked for another bottle so I am guessing she is happy with it. Great for pregnancy
I didn’t get many stretch marks during pregnancy while using this oil!! It’s only my first pregnancy so I don’t know if that’s just how my skin is or if I owe it all to this product. But I’m happy with my results.I applied this to my belly and hips. One bottle lasted me about 36 weeks, and I only started applying twice daily towards the end. I apply the Bio Oil after showering and then another lotion on top of it.I saw some reviews where people were concerned about how the ingredients would affect their pregnancy, but I found comfort in the fact that bio oil was designed with pregnant ladies in mind! I also found the Safety Assessment on Bio Oil’s website reassuring – “SAFETY ASSESSMENTBio‑Oil® Skincare Oil has undergone a safety assessment by a qualified toxicologist and has been classified as safe for its intended use by adults, including pregnant and lactating women, and children over three years old.”Google also says “Bio‑Oil® provides a comprehensive skincare solution for use throughout pregnancy, and has been used safely by pregnant women for over 20 years to help improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars. Its unique formulation works to maximize the skin’s elasticity, and helps the skin stay well-hydrated and supple.”Only downside is I don’t love the scent, but it’s not super strong. Can’t smell it anymore once I’m dressed.

Great product for stretch marks but the results take time.
The oil arrived as described with no issues.First, this is a great product but don’t expect immediate results. My son went through a rapid growth spurt and ended up with some stretch marks in his back. His mom recommend this and I purchased some for him.So, the oil is easily applied to the skin. A little goes along way. Results…there has been improvements in the look and depth of his stretch marks but it takes time. The changes occur slowly. I didn’t expect significant changes in a short period of time so I haven’t been disappointed. I knew it was a process but the oil has definitely helped.I applied it at night for him and he typically worn an old black shirt to deal with any residue. I found prior to bed to be the easiest time to do. Also, the oil has no smell.I highly recommend this for any one with stretch marks or scars. Well worth it.

Removes dark spots
This is one product that I bought specifically for one reason, but I love it f/will repurchase for an entirely difference reason. Initially I bought this product for a moisturizing face oil to use will dermaplaning my face. When I tell you that it completely reduced the darkness of my PCOS discoloration on my chin. Like, sis. Bye this. It also provided a next-level moisture experience to my face. It does sort of have an old lady smell to it, but nothing that you can’t get used to. It is very faint. I love that it comes in a small bottle and easy to pack in a bag while traveling.

Bought it hear on Amazon, because the ‘price’ was the best for the size that I bought. I use to buy it locally, but the cost was 9 dollars more for the same size, and with every penny I spend counting…I just decided this was the best value for my money…I love what the oil does for my skin, I have gotten compliment over the years about how clear my skin looks, I don’t wear make up and I love the way the oil makes my skin feel. Light and refreshed. I have started to use it on more areas of my body besides my face, neck and arms…getting older and I just want to take better care of myself at 58.

I was so close to giving this a 5 Star and perhaps in the future I’ll be able to up it.Product: The oil is sooo silky smooth, it feels great to rub on and it has a pleasant scent. It does leave a little bit of residue on your hands but that’s to be expected, I usually just do a small rub on a different part of my body that I was not initially oiling and if that doesn’t rid it, it fades in a few quick moments so it is of no real bother.Purpose: I purchased Bio-Oil after hearing friends recommend it for years for scars, and a few for stretch marks and I have been using it largely on my stomach for both. I’ve had stretch marks for years – definitely bits and pieces of weight gain and loss – but these bad boys are a little dramatic for the changes I’ve had. This August (2023) I had gallbladder removal through laparoscopy so I have 4 little cuts/scars with 3 more noticeable.I’ve had it for a little over 2 months now, trying my ADHD damnedest to follow instructions and do it regularly, but I definitely miss a day here and there or only get it applied once during some days as well.Given the time frame and my accidental misuse, I don’t have a TON to report as of yet. My skin does feel super soft and moisturized. I ~THINK~ I notice some mild improvement on appearance of the stretch marks, but unfortunately as of now I notice no difference at all with the scarring. I will likely try to take an ‘unofficial’ before pic or two soon, and then continue to try to do better at full instructions and report back.Note: I have just under half of the bottle left, so I think if I’d followed it a bit better I’d only just now be coming up to the end of the bottle (again this is covering basically my whole stomach and the round part of each hip so I’m doing quite a bit with it). So I would definitely say that it lasts well.
