Daughter uses for working out
ASICS are always great, it’s all I wear. My daughter wanted another pair of Nikes because she’s 14 thinks these are for old people, but I told her these are not only less expensive but they are a better overall shoe. She tried them and now she sees the light. She is now an ASICS lifer. I used to work in a shoe store and can’t tell you how many Nikes I’ve seen fall apart but ASICS hold up every time. The comfort level is far beyond anything Nike is doing too.

ASICS gel venture 8
For many year having spurs, surgery on hammer toes, my podiatrist told me to ASICS ir New bala, higher numbers; since 2014 I only use ASICS, price and health for my feet, always making sure using different every day, I have around 6 pairs, buy new ones when they are a too used, I learned the hard way, I developed tendonitis in one of my feet, careful not letting get too used.

Runs small
These are amazingly comfortable for everyday walking around. For working out they’re not the most supportive on the market, but for the price they’re pretty good. These run small (length-wise). For everyday use I’d order a half size bigger. For working out, I’d go a full size bigger to accommodate feet swelling during exercise.

These shoes are MADEFOR RUNNING !!! If you need a good walking / running shoes these are it. The material is not cheap looking I got so many compliments on these shoes when I workout and are very comfortable! By far my favorite running shoes & I tried out a ton of shoes for running

Very comfortable with nice ankle support
I didn’t know I needed ankle cushioning before I bought these. It feels supportive but not bulky, just like the shoes overall. Ironically though, you may want more cushioning in the soles if you intend to hike on rugged terrain.

Great Running Shoe
The best running shoe ever!!! Very roomy I was able to put my custom orthotic in over the original insole. I have flat feet and overpronate. You can’t beat Asics for support and stability, but this shoe goes above and beyond. I didn’t even have to break them in. I would put them up against any other more expensive shoe. Very happy with my purchase.

Shoes fit great
I would give 5 stars if the color matched. I bought these for my niece with matching tops. They are cute and fit great. I just wish they showed an accurate photo. Someone else might feel disappointed. This is the true color that will arrive. If you like it, go for it :)*I noticed the photo has been updated so now it matches the product.

True to size
I normally wear New Balance but I thought I’d try a different brand. I always wear a 6.5 in NB and I got the same size for these Asics. They fit properly and are comfortable, just feel different, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. So far I’m happy with them! I am on my feet moving around, active all day, and working out at the gym too. The shoes have been great and shipping was fast, even early!

Order size up
I bought these September 2022 and did not try them on. I’ve never bought this brand. Thought size 9 should work. Well I tried them on November 2023 and definitely felt like a size 8 at least so I gave them to someone with who wears size 7ish .So fyi I only tried these on sitting with and without socks and loosened the laces. My toes were pressing on front of shoe . They looked fine otherwise just be wary of sizing. I feel like shoe sizes are becoming like woman’s clothes where one brand size will be different from another. Whyyyyyyyyy ?!?!?

Beautiful and sturdy
I put in a search for sneakers for plantar fasciitis and this brand/ pair came up as very affordable and with high recommendation from others. I think I need to revise my search criteria because these are not as cushioned as I need. They are well made, bright, beautiful colors, but hard insoles. Not the sellers fault at all, just not what I needed. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them because my last pair fell apart and I need sneakers for work. Almost forgot to mention that I ordered wide and the toe box is just a bit tight on my big toe, but not squishing it. Maybe an extra wide would have been better. They do feel tight on my feet and I need lightweight feeling sneakers or I am in pain all day.

The best sports shoe
These are running shoes, but I don’t run and like them anyway. Very comfortable, lots of support, perfect for gym workouts, and walking the K9s on pavement/groomed paths. Have not hiked on uneven terrian in them yet and likely won’t as they were bought for gym workouts. I was surprised that the sizing is true US–no half size up like other brands. ASICs were recommended by a friend–they get a big hug.

Comfortable & wide
These are really good looking! I ordered a wide & when I saw them I was bummed because they didn’t look like they would fit. They do! The colors are outstanding. If much walking was planned you would need inserts as they’re not very cushioned. I was looking for an everyday attractive shoe and these are perfect.

This is my 2nd pair of these comfortable great fitting shoes and I have to tell you being on my feet all day these make my life easier. Who wants sore feet at the end of the day right. Working in a fast paced hospital in Environmental Services I’m on the go in all kinds of conditions and these shoes are Devine. Runs a bit smaller than usual
I have been wearing this Asics venture model for many years now, this might be my 5th or 6th pair. I love the fit, the comfort, the design. This is the first time that the shoes fit a bit snug, however. I have always ordered size 9 and I have always felt that the sizing was true, until now. But… who knows… Maybe my feet are getting larger with age 🙂 so far, I have worn them three or four in times walking my dog, and it does feel more normal now.

Nice ASIC!
One of my favorite ASIC model. My feet have spread a tad so the right shoe is a bit tight and the left just right. When I get a few extra bucks, I will order a matching pair one half size larger. That will make my right foot very happy! I love these colors and the feel is good.

Great comfort
I ordered 1/2 size larger and they fit great – probably can only wear a thin athletic sock tho. Great support and comfort. My feet have been hurting at the end of the day when I am on my feet and after wearing these all weekend – my feet feel good. Great product at a great value. Love the color also – I wasn’t sure about the brightness – but they are mostly neutral.

Second Pair
I have to laugh, because I bought these not even realizing that my current pair of shoes (three years old) is this exact model. I’m glad to say that these are the same level of quality I was expecting. Oddly enough, I’m not sure why so many folks are saying the sizing is so far off. I ordered my regular (8.5) and the next half size up per the recommendations in the comments (again, this was before I realized I have a pair already that is an 8.5). The 9 was too big. 8.5 was the right fit. Though I will say that this new 8.5 feels a hair bigger than my old 8.5, so it’s possible they changed something. It’s pretty hard to notice though. I like the shoes and am expecting to get several years out of them, even as a very avid walker. I’ve been testing them out indoors on my treadmill since it’s freezing outside, and so far like the feel. I’m happy with my purchase.

ASICS does it again
Thr first pair running shoes that I bought was ASICS Gel venture 5, and it was definitely nice but lacked the support that I needed. So I decided against another ASICS and bought a New Balance running shoes as my second pair of running shoes. Finally, it was time for a new pair after 7 years.Boy, am I glad I chose these bad boys! They were super comfortable and was exactly the support that I needed for my wonky knees when I run in concrete.

Great quality
I bought this pair of shoes over one year ago. They are still in great shape and they are very comfortable to walk. I exercise regularly and they are my favorite shoes for workout. The only problem they have is that I can’t tighten them enough for running. They are not uncomfortable for running though.

True to size; As pictured: Not as cushioned as expected.
Shoe is as pictured. I purchased the black with turquoise and pink I love the look and fit . The soles are not as cushioned as I thought they would be. I ordered regular size, even tho Amazon recommended up sizing by half size. Shoes fit well. Wearing to work today so I’ll update after 9 hours on feet. Hoping theses shoes will help with foot, heel and arch pain. Usually purchase Ryka, but their quality is going down hill Went with these hoping they are more durable and comfy.

Based off of the reviews I purchased 1/2 size up. They are too big, even on my side feet and I tried them on with thicker wool socks. I will return the 8.5 for size 8, they do run true to size and are definitely wide enough. Great looking sneaker, comfortable fit despite my heel slipping out due to sizing wrong. Looking forward to receiving the smaller size.
