Overall phone function and detail
Order an acceptable condition device because i needed something functional right away but also not spending too much. Also made sure i look into the seller and not the first one it chooses. You get what you pay for device has scratch screen on the bottom part, dents on the side of the phone and a few scratch on the back but not noticable at all. Battery life is pretty good as well as the function of the device (had it for about 5 days) phone is still with their original parts so hasn’t been replaced or fixed. Overall it’s pretty good and with a case on it looks almost new!Will updated if anything changes.

Worth It
If you want this phone for its price value, it can be considered worth it. The phone came with minor scratches. There also appeared to be an air bubble underneath the top right but I thought I would be able to push it out. However, that didn’t work and I purchased a privacy screen to hide it until I could get a new phone. I am satisfied with the performance, but the screen wasn’t what I expected. Still, a good phone, though I am returning it.

could have sworn listing said renewed to have USB-C charging
I should have taken a screen shot of the original listing for this renewed iphone 12, but i could have sworn it said renewed to include USB-C charging (instead of mifi) which is why i chose it. Alas, it was NOT usb-c, and honestly not sure if that was even a possibility, but i was disappointed.that said, it is in otherwise great condition and my 11 year old is happy with the like new iphone. screen and case look brand new, and works great. i just had to buy more chargers, but was glad to see it included a charger too.

Phone works fine, some minor blemishes
I bought the iphone 12 128gb for t-mobile. It was easy to set up and I had no problems when I put my old sim card in. My only complains are that the battery health is 80% even though I chose excellent condition. There was also gunk or dust in the bottom speaker and charging port which I had to clean out, as well as some minor paint chips around the camera. Overall a great value for the money so I’m happy with the product.

Worth the bucks!
I was skeptical when I ordered an iPhone 12 from Amazon and feared it might be a scam or falsely advertised. I am so happy that that isn’t the case with this purchase. It is in perfect condition, only downside is the battery capacity is 79%. Other than that I’m a happy customer! Lol I’ve always bought refurbished phones and this is by far the best one I’ve gotten. Transferring from my old phone to this phone was a breeze (Metro PCS carrier).

As advertised
This is a review of the product as sold, and not a review of iPhone 12. While the price could have possibly been beat, the purchase, delivery and condition were as expected and after two weeks of use is performing flawlessly. A minor scratch but overall good renewed condition with great battery life. As always I invested in a case and screen protector, so for $300, I have a capable 5G device for a couple years. Would recommend.

Loved it however met a fire pit.
I loved my phone. Sadly it met a fire pit December 26th sadly. Along with my purse and backpack I had. Great phone worked amazing. However my ex friend – or whatever you want to call him threw all my personal things in the fire pit and I have no phone or anything now. The last day for refund was just the other day. However it meant I’d have to send the phone and sadly a phone that met a fire pit inside bags and your belongings won’t survive a fire among things so I have to take the loss of the phone and much else. But great phone would recommend and would get again if I could let alone had the money and much else.

Very pleased with the phone. It was gently used but performs like it should. I wish the battery health was higher than 81% but for the price, I can’t complain. Phone was shipped quickly and well packaged. It took less than an hour to switch everything over to it. I had an iPhone 12 mini that has seen better days and this was a good replacement. I like the larger size.

Operating the new, to us, of this phone.
Condition of phone was in perfect condition not a blemish anywhere. What was needed is a basic instruction booklet or instruction sheets on how to operate the phone. For our grandchildren it is not a problem but for us older folks its a big problem. I have located a source for a booklet which, once received I hope it will show how to navigate.

Good product for value
I’ve had a pretty old iPhone X with a terrible battery life that kept heating up. I did not want to purchase the newer versions of the iPhone and wanted to find a more affordable option. This phone has been pretty great so far! It feels like a significant upgrade from the X. However, the kit did not come with the proper tools to set it up. I did not have the tool to switch the sim card, and had to find a random paperclip at home. It also comes with a charger which is great. I also notice it can be kind of slow when opening the camera to take a photo.

I am very impressed with the condition of this refurbished phone. I have had this phone for almost a year and it works great. I have had no issues with this phone. The battery works great! The screen and back look brand new. All the device functions work as they should. All the buttons, face recognition, sound, and display work as expected. They have no scratches or cracks. I honestly would’ve thought this phone was brand new if it was listed as brand new. I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad I decided to purchase this phone. The phone I have purchased is in perfect working condition.
The phone came with little minor scratches but it comes with a screen protector so the screen itself is not damaged. It works perfectly fine and it also came with 100 max battery life which is amazing. The speaker for the phone is perfect no static. It does come a little dirty but you can just easily wipe it off. For the price of this phone and the excellent condition which is like brand new is amazing. I would totally recommend purchasing from this seller.

Great value, shipped fast!
My iPhone SE 2nd gen very suddenly bit the dust after 3 years and I needed a new device FAST! I didn’t want to drop close to $1K on a new phone but still wanted to upgrade from my much older previous phone. My iPhone 12 arrived within a few business days. My only complaints are that the third party charger that was sent along did not work, but thankfully I already had several iPhone compatible chargers in my home. The battery health is at 80% but I expected about that much as it is a used device. So far a full charge with moderate use (listening to music, checking social media and texts) lasts me a whole workday anyways. Besides, even getting a new battery eventually would still be a lot cheaper than buying new from Apple and I felt really confident in Amazon to give me a refund in the event the phone was not in working order. Thankfully, everything functions fantastic! I ordered a T-mobile locked one and then just swapped over my SIM, and it updated on my plan immediately to reflect the new phone. Overall I would absolutely buy from Amazon renewed again!

When Buying Second Hand…
When buying a second hand device, the ratings: Used Like New, Used Very Good, Used Good and Used Acceptable are important. Your device will look a certain way depending on what you choose. With that said, different suppliers may have a subjective take on what each of these means.Pros: Having never owned an iPhone before, this thing blew me away in spite the slight cosmetic imperfections. Its beautiful and I love it. And it was affordable!-Every thing works well. I got the 128gb version. Great sound, great screen, great experienceCons: The learning curve if this is your first time using iOS. Granted, you will experience this no matter what version iPhone you get. Things work differently here. Not so much that you cant adapt but enough to frustrate.-Battery life was at 86% which though good, was scary. 14% is a lot were I come from.-Those cosmetic scratches took me aback, then I remembered I chose USED: ACCEPTABLE. That humbled me real quick. With that said, still love it, bought a case already.-If you have already experienced a device with 120Hz refresh rate, this will throw you off. You might get disappointed. If you haven’t, then great!-Also, if you are stepping down from a more advanced iPhone and short on cash, buying second hand is as you have more choices. But, you will always be reminded someone used it before you so make sure you are already comfortable buying on the second hand market.-Still haven’t gotten rid of my android. Was going to but after the learning curve on iPhone, I think having both phones is the better choice. Sorry Tim Cook…

No, I’ve only had the phone for a day. I will review it after having it for a week and then another one for a month now I checked everything speaker, camera volume screen, Apple iPod connections, and the start of everything was great. It’s easy if you know how to transfer your things to your phone, it’s great the kit the phone came in a box with a charger and a power cord, it started up correctly it was at 80% when it started and it charged well No scratches on the screen. No scratches on the back speaker works fine. The headset part works fine. Connected to my AirPods. Well connected to my Wi-Fi. Well downloaded all my apps good so far. The face recognition worked well. It’s a five out of five. I will be back in a week to review how has been

I had purchased this Refurbished (Excellent Condition) Iphone 12 for Verizon. Phone arrived in great condition, like new screen, 100% battery capacity.When I went to activate this phone on the Verizon website, it stated that this phone was locked to a previous carrier and would not work. Needless to say, I was disappointed and ordered a replacement. The replacement came quickly and in great condition, however I received the same message from the Verizon website. I requested a full refund and the seller responded quickly. They gave me a return postage and affirmed that they would give a full refund after the device was returned. They were confused though as they said they were positive both devices were from Verizon. I then did a Google search and phone that many people had had problems with activating various phones on the Verizon website and that you actually had to call in. I did this and the phone was activated!5/5 for quick response from Seller and 5/5 phone.

Fantastic Phone that that I bought twice!
I bought one for my girlfriend that was nearly mint condition! A few months later decided to buy one for myself. It functions great and has a great battery life. Only thing is that it has a scratch at the top of the screen. I want to give 5 stars but had to knock a star off for that. Once I put a screen protector on and put it in a case it’s is a lot less noticeable. The phone really is a great buy for the price. My old Android phone was a real piece of junk. This phone is a dream in comparison. It’s very fast and functions smooth. Easy to type on as well. If I had to buy another phone I would buy a used iPhone from Amazon. Also from now on I am sticking to iPhone. When I was setting it up it recognized my iPad was in the room. It synced with my iPad and mirrored it. My phone is almost an exact copy of my iPad as far as apps. So amazing!

A Welcome Upgrade
I bought this phone for my wife at Christmas. I have a X. She had a 6. She could no longer update the main brain and many of her favorite apps like Amazon and her bank would not load. She needed a new phone. I didn’t want to pay for a new 15 and my tech superior son recomended the 12 mainly because of the camera upgrades. Medium size, Verizon, 64GB in black. I purchased this one through Amazon as I always feel safer with them.I received it in a few days and although I understood that it was used, it looks brand new. Not a scratch. Packed nicely with a charger. My son did the transfer from the IPhone 6 to the 12 so all her stuff came over. We reloaded some apps, made a few adjustments like ringtone, brightness, etc. but after a week of use it appears fine. She’s still adjusting to the swipe instead of the button on the 6 but very happy with the phone so far.

Great product but poor shipping
I’m satisfied with the phone itself. It only has one minor scratch and everything else is great. But companies need to stay away from using fedex for shipping. I purchased from here because I needed the phone in two days. My current phone was unusable and I needed a phone for work. I was told the phone would arrive in two days with fedex two day shipping which worked for me. But the shipping became suddenly delayed for two days which caused some problems for me. No issue with the product or company itself but fedex needs to be avoided if possible. I do recommend the product though!

The phone works as advertised. I wanted to upgrade my iphone but I can’t be bothered to spend a ton on the latest because, let’s face it, unless you work in something or have a hobby where you need the latest technology, it’s just not worth it. Battery health came at 87%. Not bad for a used phone. The color they sent was incorrect but I contacted the seller & they’re kindly attempting to remediate the situation. It hasn’t been remediated yet because I truly have not had time to sit & discuss the matter but they have made it very clear they are willing to right the matter. I include this in the review, not to put them on blast, but to show that they act in good faith when they make mistakes, as this is important to me when it comes to a purchase, no matter how big or small. All in all, I would definitely buy from this seller again. If you’re like me & don’t see the point in basically wasting thousands on a phone who’s full potential you will never unlock, I recommend you do the same.

Just what they advertised. Let me tell you what a nice phone. It was in perfect condition. Looked like it was never used. The only issue with the phone, Which is why I give it a four star is it was never fully cleaned. I mean they wiped it very well, they just never cleaned the speaker ports, ear opening even the lighting port was filthy. I mean you should of seen the lint that came out of that little port. WOW. But over all I would try and purchase a used iPhone again.

Good value, prompt delivery, battery life below 80%
This phone was delivered promptly and arrived in mostly like new condition. This phone is a huge upgrade to my I-phone 6 and I was able to swap over all my information without to much trouble. The only disappointment was the battery life monitor shows the battery being degraded to 78% and Amazon guarantees 80% on refurbished phones. But I will keep the new phone, it is a huge improvement over the old one and I don’t feel like doing the data swap again.

Almost perfect iPhone, everything works perfect, the Face ID, cameras, audio, etc. The product just have little, small wear marks, but they are not relevant. Good purchase if you’re on a budget
I have had this phone over 6 months now I believe. Its run pretty well only one time it shut off out of nowhere but it’s operated normally since then. It came looking brand new but it did come with a terribly slow charger.

I went crazy over Xmas trying to purchase a new phone. I was about to settle when i found this iphone 12 for cheaper than what i was going to pay for a 11mini. I got to chlpse the color, its used but my god its in brand new condition. It has insurance on in something i would not have if I would of settled buying it elsewhere. Im jumping in excitement for my new phone. I thought i was have to settle for black the minimal memory. Instead I got exactly what I wanted with awesome amount of space. I had no issues with delivery everything was on time! Thanks Amazon!!

Great phone! DON’T BUY UNLOCKED FOR VERIZON!!! I have been struggling to get my phone unlocked, and I am over 100 days past the date of purchase. It should automatically unlock after 60. VERIZON SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. You hold forever on the phone, then they can do nothing. In-person, they also can do nothing. They submit a request, which takes multiple days, and then deny it. The system is incredibly slow. Avoid at all costs – you may be stuck with Verizon for a long time.

Had to change review
This originally had 5 stars, but I had to change it to 4 because I noticed I have these black spots on my front camera lens and don’t know how to get it off, other than that, the phone works great

Scratched but works perfectly
Everything works perfect, but it said it didn’t have any scratches and the back is pretty scratched (not deep but noticeable).

Definitely not excellent.
The phone is nice. I purchased it in what’s supposed to be excellent condition, however there are chips around my camera and the body of the device. There’s also a dent in the top left of the phone. Battery is at 83%. This phone is more-so “good condition”.
