Interactive and good quality playing board

My kid love this busy board as it’s so interactive because of the tools added on it. Most of the interactive tools added on it are of my boy’s interest like on and off button and harness strap. It helps in sensory learning specially by touch, additionally I am glad there’s one little cute musical box is added as well for hearing sense. Handle on the top is so easy for kids to grab the box and take wherever they want. So happy with the purchase. Can’t enough recommend it 🙂

Packaging was brilliant, and the board itself faultless. I’ve ordered quite a few things for my 1 year old to keep her busy. I can say this board has kept her busy for the longest time.She loved playing with each element and also my 5 year old liked fidgeting with it too!It’s a solid wooden board with all high quality elements. Definitely worth the price.

It’s extremely heavy
So my daughter loves this board very. Much but she’s already been hurt twice by it. Its really really heavy considering its for a little one and supposed to be able to bring it around with them.It is good quality solid wood and the pieces are really well made and glued on. It is definitely a good piece for little ones but I would make it more of a static piece attached to a wall because it’s definitely a hazard to my child on its own. But like I said we’re attaching to wall so she can get use still out of it but safer. It’s a really nice board. Each piece has its own skills to help teach them.

Busy Board for Toddlers
These busy boards are a really smart idea and I was really impressed with how long they kept my little ones attention for when playing.There are all sorts of different mini sensory activities on here all compact and easy to play with whilst still being stimulating enough to be entertaining for long periods of time. From spinners, shoe lace, and wooden rings these activities are both challenging but fun for little ones to play with and helps fine tune their motor skills and positively benefits their development.I love how all of these mini activities are relative to real life things to learn like operating a lock or learning to tie a shoe lace making them all practical whilst still fun to play with, it acts as a great introduction to these topics whilst still giving them a chance to figure it out for themselves through explorative play.The board uses a wide range of different colours and textures too which is great for getting smaller children used to the different textures of the world and the materials and colours that things can be made from or be.I’d highly recommend this overall, it’s a great montessori learning and development tool.

Gorgeous busy board
I am so excited I found this item! It’s such a great quality and so good for my toddler’s development.Busy board are usually really expensive so I couldn’t believe when I saw the price for this one. I believe it’s such a bargain.The box it comes in is really nice and can be easily gifted to someone. The wood is good quality and had some different activities. My toddlers’ favourite one is the on and off switch.What I thought it was a nice surprise it’s the musical box at the left top corner. It’s so cutie and great for babies and toddlers.I honestly can’t find any flaws in this product. Maybe that is quite small? But I don’t mind that because it’s easy for toddlers to move around the house while holding it.To improve it I think I’ll add a picture with me and my husband where it says mum and dad, so he assimilates the word and the picture together.

Well made and appealing to all pre-school children
This arrived well packaged in its own cardboard box with bubble wrap around the activiity board to protect it.It has a marvellous range of activities for a toddler and I particularly like the pair of doors with Mum and Dad on them and a bolt that has to be unlocked to open them. This is a good example of a well made toy (very little plastic) that doesn’t rely on batteries or gadgets. The carrying handle is bonus allowing the child to transport it around with them. I can see this appealing to all pre-school children. The shoelaces are especially useful – always a difficult thing to master.Very pleased with this – it will make an excellent gift.

Busy body, busy mind

Beautiful asthetic busy board. This is the first Ive seen that has a music box on it although if you turn the handle anti clockwise it doesnt work. The fact that it only plays rotating clockwise is a good problem solver for children. A shoe lace and fast release buckle provide opportunities to practise personal/social skills involved in dressing. Other interesting bits and bobs to explore makes this a good all round busy board and would definitely recommend.

Lovely wooden busy board
I really love this busy board. As soon as I opened the box I was struck by how nice it looks.This busy board is solid, really good quality. Each section is fiddly and interesting. I’m keeping this as a Christmas present for my little boy but I really can’t wait for him to open this up. I’m tempted to give it to him early (only a few months early ;)) I know he will love it, especially the doorbell button.If you’re looking for an expensive-looking gift for a friend’s child, this would be a great choice.

Hours of fun
I think this is priced fairly as I’m impressed with quality of the materials used in this toy. Firstly it’s lightweight and great for them to do whilst travelling as well as at home as it’s very portable. An educational toy with lots of activities including lace tying, music box etc so there’s both movement and sound. It’s brightly coloured keeping them engaged and each piece is well made . I can recommend this

Great quality
Great quality product and feels lovely to the touch. The bit that has a flap that opens and close gets a little stuck and may need to be just loosened a bit. My only suggestion would be to add a nice image or something interesting when the flap opens just to add a point of interest. I was disappointed that it’s blank (and I am sort of grown up) I am sure little ones do too

Great pastime for the kids
I’m not a fan of electronic toys and so bought this for my little girls and they really love it. The board is made from really good quality pieces unlike the cheaper ones out there. Even comes with a handle which is handy to carry around.

Great toy to keep them entertained
This wooden busy board is really well made. Laces, buckle and the lock are great for teaching the little one skills they’ll need. The wind up musical addition is nice too. Lots of bits for the little ones to fight with. These boards are great for entertaining kids in the car, although we use a fabric one in the car as its lighter and easier for the little one to handle.

Originally bought this for my two year old but my 4 year old son with autism immediately gravitated towards it and hasn’t put it down! Has a range of switches, clips, spinners etc to keep the brain stimulated! Highly recommend!

Great product but it needs to have a safety recall !
My 1 year old was playing with this. He loves it and it’s such a great idea. He has spent long amounts of time since Christmas playing with this. And we do love it. Unfortunately the wooden rings are not strong at all, 2 snapped off and he had one of the small pieces (pictured) in his mouth – had my mum not beef watching him he very easily could have choked.I think the product needs a change of material for the wooden rings as it is so dangerous. Such a shame

Best Gift Ever!!
I have been meaning to write a review for weeks, I bought this for my very very destructive 1 year old for Christmas and it was the best decision! He loves it, he sits for so long playing with the different parts. His favourite part is the little lock (mine is the music box) it is really such high quality, a lot of time and effort has definitely went into this product.

Great quality!
This product is better than I expected. The Busy Board is really good quality and my daughter loves it. Everything is secured really well onto the board, so nothing will get loose. The spinner and shoelace have been a huge hit with her! It’s also a really nice size, she can pick it up but it’s not so big that it gets in the way.

Good quality and robust
Lovely busy board. A bit disappointed as it didn’t include all the bits advertised as it came without the switch on it. I purposely bought one that had a switch as the child I was buying it for loves switches. Other than that, I was pleased with it and it’s really good quality.

Lovely activity board but very small hence only four stars. The kids love it but get frustrated that the music box handle has to be turned the opposite way to what you would expect to work.

Nice range of gadgets, but flawed/dangerous design
My now 13 month old loves clicking buttons, so enjoys the switch on this. The spinner is also a favourite. I did wonder about the stuck on decorations and then one of the letters came off. This is a real choking hazard. Do keep your child supervised. He loves the bolt as well, but be warned the hinges on the little doors are very weak and deform easily. I’m worried one might come off (you know what little boys can be like) and result in a tiny loose screw that could be swallowed. Overall, some nice things to play with but really not very suitable for unsupervised entertainment.

Dangerous product
The product is not safe. A screw came off within a few days. Then the A later came off and the baby tried to put it in her mouth. It is not safe for babies

Issues with safety
Quite disappointed with this product. While it looks good and idea is great, one of the small parts (the letter D) fell off within 3 weeks of getting the toy and so I would say the product is unsafe.

Nice little busy board.
I have received this busy board to review on behalf of Amazon. It arrived promptly and well packaged. My son loves fidgeting with things, so I thought this would be a good item for him to mess around with.The board is very well made and has a good number of items that again are well made.I had wondered if this would end up just dumped to the side, but after a number of months, I have noticed that he keeps bringing it onto his bed and playing with it.

As I’m the first person to review this I have added some pics and a video. I am slightly older so videoing and trying to do the activities was a little challenging. This montessori board is really lovely. I thought I would like it when I saw it on Amazon, but I really like it. It has activities that relate to life, it will take very young children some time to master all the skills on the board so will have some longevity. I like the colours and as an Early Years teacher/ex Toy LIbrarian I would buy this for my grandchildren, as a gift for someone’s child or for a early years setting. As with any toy, it should be periodically checked to ensure it is still safe to play with, but this is very well made. The items are all screwed down securely. The tie on the shoe is attched on the back and I couldn’t pull it through. The toy is basically teaching cause and effect, you push, pull, exert force and something happens. It is a definite yes from me! I love wooden toys. I think they are so much better than plastic ones. It comes well boxed and is definitely giftable. If I was setting up a play table I would put it would other things, like friction cars, cardboard tubes and building materials to make ramps. Sometimes we forget that the simplest toys can actually really help children learn about the world around them. Too many children walk around with a mobile phone in their hand, but lack the dexterity to actually do every day tasks because they didn’t get to fiddle with toys to build their hand to eye co-ordination and hand strength. As I said, I really think this is a lovely toy,. I also liked the handle on the top, because a child could take it into a quiet corner to explore it. Definitely worth the money.

Sharp edges
Wonderful product, well made and seems pretty durable however there’s sharp edges on the stars that my little one caught his fingers on. Maybe better if filed down or use a different softer material like felt?

Busy bee
It’s a decent actibity board that is made from mostly natural materials, but the highlight of it must be the music box and the mum/dad latch.
