Doesn’t roll well
My little one enjoys it for a short periods of time and then gets distracted by her other toys. She loves the turtle on the top but because the toy doesn’t roll due to playing on carpet it doesn’t move just makes sounds and press the buttons. I brought it to help with crawling.I wouldn’t recommend if you have thick carpets.

Pretty good kicked it a few times by mistake and still works great. Baby love it’s hasn’t crawled yet will just watch it roll around. Annoying as hell when you’ve just settled them to sleep and accidentally hit it though

“I’m a blue dog!!”
A bit repetitive with the noises it makes but daughter seems to find it entertaining! Great that there are two noise levels so it doesn’t drive me too crazy!

My baby loves it
My 7 months old boy loves it so much now he sits longer holding it he never used to sit without support before it .Its very entertaining.I cant comment on sturdiness as I have just received it.My only problem is that i ordered the pink by mistake while I have a boy.Will update the post after using it.

This is my opinion
This is an amazing toy that will keep your little one entertained for a very long time. It rolls around and makes noise and has flashing lights that all kids get distracted by my 6-year-old. Please with this with my baby daughter and they have loads of fun together

Baby girl loves this…
I bought this for my baby girl as she was trying to crawl or was moving forward a second and them would crawl backwards! She suddenly started to crawl one day (forwards) and has loved this toy since. It’s engaging and she loves the spinning turtle. I really love that the VTech toys are made for a long period of time rather than having to change toys every few months.

Perfect for a little one learning to crawl
I have bought this for 2 different family members and both times it has been fantastic. It is great for learning and chasing. It works fine on carpet and wood floors, has great sound quality and lights up capturing the little ones attention. Highly recommend.

Not worth the money
I thought this would be great but it hit my baby in the face multiple times! She’s 8 months and can crawl but apart from holding and trying to eat the turtle she didn’t have much interest. I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Fantastic product
Returned this product due to fault & received a replacement the next day. Once turned on it immediately drew my daughter’s attention she is still to young crawl but it is supporting with strengthening her neck as she keeps trying to look up to see it move when it lights up & makes noises. Fantastic product!

My little girls loves this toy. Has been keeping her entertained from 4 months old. She loves grabbing the green turtle. I find it’s helped my babies motor skills. She is now 7 months old and still loves playing with it.

Granddaughter loves the spinning turtle
I had a previous version 9 years ago that is still going strong. Love the way that the turtle spins on this version because had to move it before.Bought for my Granddaughter and she loves hitting it and enticed her to roll.

It worked well for us.
Well made and after a lot of rough play nothing has fallen off. More importantly it really encouraged our little one to start crawling. It May have been perfect timing but it seemed to work perfectly.

Bright and entertaining
Got this for my 6 month old niece for Christmas and she loves it, definitly gets her to try and crawl, and she loves biting it! Lots of noises and colours to keep her entertained. Always the first toy she goes for when she visits!

Helped baby roll over – we love it
My 6 month old loves this toy, helped her sit up, put this in front of her and she just sat playing with it for 10 minutes. Lots of phrases and songs to go through and the little turtle on top is great for grabbing. Just be warned if you keep it on it will randomly just pipe up roll about 😂

Brilliant
Brought this for my 6 month old who had just learned to crawl. She generally isn’t interested in any toys, however this can keep her attention for a full 5 minutes. So 5* from me, would recommend.

Great interactive toy
Great value for money and the quality of the ball is great. It’s bright, interactive and keeps my little one really entertained. I’ve definitely seen it improve his development. His main focus is the little turtle that spins on the top. Initially he used to try and catch it with his hand, and he develops he’s able to lift his head and chest from the ground and is now trying to catch it with his mouth.

Boring, returned.
Bought this originally thinking it’ll keep my little one coming ‘back for more’ and keep going and going to keep the development stage interactiveBut no, once you stop interacting with it this stops and it’s only until you touch it again it will start up for about 8 seconds.. and it barely rolls let alone spins around in an entertaining way!May aswell spend £2 on a colourful plastic ball and roll it back and forth singing because thats basically what you have to do with this over designed £20 ball anyway!Returned.

Not suitable for carpets .
Was bought for our granddaughter but she doesn’t get much use has house is carpets and doesn’t roll but she likes the music. Would be great on laminate floor as she uses on play mats.

Little Girl Loves It
My little girl loves this. We have wooden floors and it rolls around really well, so can’t comment on how it fairs on carpet. I bought this for her when she was about 5/6 months and was sitting up on her own playing with it in her lap, and then using it to motivate her into crawling, and she’s over 1 year now and still loves playing with it. It’s very sturdy (the amount of times it’s been thrown or dropped onto our floors and it’s still going strong like the day we got it!) and just a great quality toy you’d expect from VTech, highly recommend.

Brightly coloured sturdy ball. Wish I had bought it when little granddaughter was younger instead of at 12 months. She lives watching it soun round, crawling after it along the hallway and listening to the music and lights. Well worth the money.

Confusing with the colours
It most def gets her attention. But why would you have a blue dog on there or colours that are not the right colours for the animals. It can be confusing for kids who are learning.
