    Plant was beautiful

    This is my second time ordering a plant from Amazon compared to another company. I used to use called cell. 25% of cells plants either arrive dead or die shortly after I get them within a two week period. Amazon’s plants arrive in great shape without burned out, dead leaves, and have gone on to live great lies providing me with great pleasure.

    Unbeatable customer service and a beautiful plant!

    United Nursery customer service is top notch. When I received my plant, Washington was in the midst of a heatwave. The poor plant was stuck in a FedEx trailer for 4 days in 100-degree heat! Upon opening, she was brown and very dry. I contacted United on how to revive what living parts were left and followed their instructions (they offered immediate replacement). The plant continued its downward spiral, so I asked for a replacement and an alternate shipping method (UPS instead of FedEx). Well, my new plant has arrived and is stunning! I can’t say enough about United Nursery’s customer service. As for the first plant, she looks like Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree, but I have not given up hope as there are a couple of pups that are green and wanting to unfurl. Thank you, United Nursery, top notch all around!

     This is very lovely!! I was skeptical about ordering a live tree but I’m glad I did!! I have now had this plant several months and it is still thriving very well, I’ll also add that this is very low maintenance too. I am so pleased with this purchase!

    I just received two palms in excellent condition and also producing new fronds. My daughter just moved to Massachusetts so I sent her one for her housewarming. She loves it. I will definitely buy another plant from them. And you know the nursery has quite a selection and very reasonably priced.

    Gorgeous!

    These are so beautiful!! I originally bought one of these palms from Costa Farms and I thought it was great. But then I order 3 more palms from United Nursery and they were so much more beautiful and at a better price!!! They are green and healthy and full! They also came very nicely packaged! If I buy more I will definitely buy them from United Nursery!!

    Arrived in bad shape

    I had high hopes for this plant after reading many recent five-star reviews. My plant arrived earlier than expected in sturdy packaging. However, the the plant is in bad shape. Its leaves are yellowing and starting to develop black spots. Really disappointing!

    Packaged with care!

    I’m amazed how well these palms were packaged. I live in a 2 story townhouse and having these plants delivered to my front door made the process so convenient. They arrived fresh and moist and included instructions on how to unbox so as not to damage the plant. Absolutely genius and same price I would have paid at the nursery if I had to carry on my own. I live alone and have a small car so this removed all the hassle of transporting on my own. I highly recommend.

    Great product needs potting soil

    Quality Plant

    Bought this plant as a gift for a friend – it was shipped in a timely manner and the box was substantial enough to avoid any damage to the plant in transit. It arrived in great condition.     Very fresh and healthy

    Arrived on time, packaging is very clever and easy to open. They do need to be transplanted from the pot they come in so be sure you have a suitable one. Lots of new growth in just a month. Might not be the best idea for a gift as they have to be transplanted to a new pot.

    I have never ordered a plant for delivery and wasn’t sure how this was going to turn out. They have the packaging down and it arrived in perfect condition and healthy looking despite our Texas heat.     Very full and beautiful

    I received this plant today and I’m impressed. You can tell it was well-grown and handled with care. It was well-packed. I like the index card that came with it explaining how to care for it in great detail. I just hope I can keep this beautiful plant nice and healthy. It is so big I had a problem finding where to keep it near a window in my small apt. Looking forward to growing this beautiful plant.

    Absolutely gorgeous

    We visited Florida last year and picked up a small palm tree in a store. My cat got to it before it could really grow, it was so small, and we were bummed. I recently visited Florida and was going to grab one in their little tourist shops, my grandmother asked me while I was there to pick her up one as well. She wanted one for her condo there. I was going to bring one back home. I couldn’t find one anywhere. So when I came home I started looking online and eventually found this one. I purchased one for myself first to see how it came. I’m up north and it shipped amazingly well! My FedEx driver even laid it down on my step. Even though the box clearly says live plant this side up! It was packaged so well it was just fine. So I’m putting an order in for my grandmother. I know she’s going to love it. It’s a fantastic size, so big! A very healthy looking plant. It even comes with care directions.

    Lovin It

    I love the Palm tree. Received healthy and packed for a retail store. It’s larger than expected. I’ll make it work. I thought it was one of those little palms Mums put on the tv. lol. A parlor palm we called them. This is very full and 3’ft high. I bought grow bulbs for my pole lamp as I don’t have a balcony.

    Plant was well packed and arrived in great condition

    I love plants and have had some bad experiences buying them online. This palm, can be grown indoors or out, and in less than bright light. It was a gift for my son and he’s completely pleased with it. I will probably buy another. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for an easy to maintain indoor palm this would be a good choice. I will write back later if anything changes.
