Good tv bad remote
Remote response to shahid and YouTube is bad and need software updates. Despite the complains to tcl still we didn’t receive it.Needs better soud recognition ( google assistant) in youtubePicture quality is goood 5/5Sound is good 5/5.Remote is 2/5 until it gets this problem solved

Value for money
When I ordered this one for AED 1200, I didn’t expect much from this TV. But it’s a very good product. A real value for the money. I didn’t see any difference between other high end brands. Display is wonderful.

Horrible smart tv connectivity
The tv integration with Netflix and other streaming apps looks like from 10 years back. It keeps refreshing and getting stuck. I would have returned if I hadn’t thrown the box away, I do not recommend if you are looking to use it as smart tv

No OS update
The only good about this product is the quality of the picture the vividness and clarity, nothing more. The OS is a entry level google tv, compare to other, theres no tab like description of the show, you cant order the apps thumbnail and worse is there not a single update of the OS. There also no option to chance the native resolution, its fixed to 4k which is not ideal to when you docked a gadget.. if youre looking for a good basic 4k 43inch tv this will be a good choice if is on sale price.

Working fine 2 days but unable to connect to wifi next day
It was working fine initially but then i restarted my wifi then it wasn’t able to connect anymore. I have used lan cable but only netflix is working. Youtube still not opening saying it doesnt have internet. It cant connect to wifi although all my mobiles are connected. Really stressful. You need to factory reset to fix the wifi issue though

Average, not as expected
It says 4k HDR etc but works the same like my old Hisense led tv. Same clarity. The inbuilt Google Chrome cast is very very slow. I think it doesn’t match with tv ram. The remote control is very complicated and slow. I bought a Sony soundbar with the tv but unfortunately, it doesn’t connect to the Tv HDMI port. And when connected to a tv Bluetooth, it gets disconnected every 1-2 hours. Anyways I have to buy separately a Google Chrome cast box because the inbuilt was too slow. Tv has many issues. Not satisfiedAmazon delivery is awesome. Quick and service too good.
