Had these covers for 2 years now!
I purchased these December of 2021 in the deep gray color for 28×28 couch pillows. I would not describe them as deep gray, but they do seem to be true to the color in the photos as seen on my phone screen. I love the color. It’s muted like gray, but definitely has a blue/green hue. How do you describe it? Like Sage married Steel Blue. That may not be accurate either but hopefully it gives you a good idea. If you’re good with color pairing, you can figure out other pillows to go with it. I tried a dark green and that was a fail. A soft petal pink works great (although I don’t like pink), rust, black, natural linen. Basically if you like toned down and natural colors it’s should work but it likely won’t work for everyone’s decor as color pairing is challenging. BUT I love the color and have decorated around its color. Backwards way to do it eh?They have held up great on my couch with kids laying on them and moshing them. Multiple washings, although I only them in the dryer long enough to bounce up and then I air dry.

A year later….
I bought these last year, they’re great!I got the 22 x 22 in the cream yellow(?) That’s the closest color I see to the ones I got, but idk….. mine are a really bold mustard color, hmm. Well they’re almost the same color as this submit button to send my review…. I will post a pic later.Make sure your inserts are bigger than the pillow cases and you’re good. My inserts were 24 x 24 and they are really puffy super cozy with the ribbed fabric.

Expensive but beautiful
I originally thought I was buying actual throw pillows when I bought these. They were a bit pricy in my opinion for covers so when they arrived and I saw they were not the pillows I was going to return… UNTIL I saw how soft and gorgeous they were! Color looks NOTHING like the photos…
The picture speaks for itself. The actual pillowcase is on the left, while the Photoshopped and retouched photo is on the right.You can expect SOME difference in color. That’s understandable.But the photos show a coppery-reddish, almost orange-like brown, and what they sent was a dark, flat, muddy brown color. No detectable red/orange tint at all.Can’t rate it on any other attribute, as I didn’t even open the package as soon as I saw the color.

Misleading colors
I’ve tried ordering these pillow cases twice in two different colors and both were misleading! The first one that’s brown, looks lighter online and came more like a chocolate brown. So I tried ordering the color “light brown” and it came a mustard yellow. Very disappointed and still on the hunt for a rust/brown velvet pillow.

Nice, but..where’s the stuffing?
Pretty color, was surprised to open &find one deflated bag that had the 2 matching Small 1’sq.cases with no poof inside. Guess I went with the picture & didn’t read the particulars well enough, and just maybe I can stuff them with some old socks, you think??! Open to ideas🤪😜!!
