Great value suitcase for longer trips
Have always used a medium sized bag and a suit/garment bag when I travelled in the past, but had a longer trip scheduled so decided to try a large check-in suitcase. Very happy with this suitcase. Well made and felt confident that my packed items were well protected. Also purchased some packing cubes which really made it easy to pack everything, keep it organized, and quickly transition when arriving at a hotel or heading back to airport for the next leg of the trip. This suitcase has a tons of room and looks nice. Exterior casing feels solid and lightweight. Wheels are well made and operate smoothly on all surfaces. Carry handles are solidly made. Pull-out handle has 2 height settings and is also solid. I had the suitcase fully packed and was quite heavy. Was extremely impressed with how easy it was to roll around at the airport. Very nice to have 4 wheels. No regret about buying this suitcase whatsoever. It took one pretty hard fall when I lost control on a stair case and dropped it onto concrete, but no signs of damage. The hard shell is made well. Quite impressed to be able to get a case of this quality at this price point.

Great Luggage
I used this for international travel and will use it again in the future. It is durable, a good size, and easy to move around. Airlines are pretty rough with luggage but this had no real scuff marks or noticeable damage after my last trip. Everything inside held up well too.Would recommend.

Very sturdy
Light and sturdy. Can carry a lot of weight, I am extraordinarily good at cramming things in here and it can take it. Zippers are probably strong considering the thing didn’t explode. If I don’t get that heavy sticker thrown on I didn’t pack right 😤

I love this piece of luggage.
What a fantastic suitcase. I was going on a trip to Cuba for two weeks (rather than one, like usual) and it was time to upgrade my suitcase from a lovely royal blue Heys mid-size suitcase I got from Winners to something bigger and red.Everything fit inside and I’m not a light packer. I’m a “well what if…” packer (granted this was my 6th trip, so I knew a few things I wouldn’t need, but I digress!). Despite being a bigger pice of luggage, it was just as easy to control as my Heys was. I do wish it had a netting with a zipper on the partition/divider, like the Heys, but aside from that it was a definite upgrade. And I gotta say, it’s beautiful. The Oxblood looks great.I loved it so much that when I noticed the carry-on size of the same set was on sale, I ordered that as well. I’ve used it multiple times and it’s still fanastic and beautiful.

Swiss or nothing!
I’ve been traveling 2-3 times per week for over 16 years of my life. Swiss has been with me the entire time, the quality for the dollar is unmatched. stylish and always easy to find on the carrier. The case this one is replacing was 12 years old, and still functioned perfectly!

Cette valise est vraiment légère ce qui permet d’apporter plus d’articles sur l’avion. Elle semble solide et durable. Elle n’a aucun compartiment extérieurs et peut se barrer à l’aide d’une cadenas (non-compris). Vous êtes donc sur que personne n’insère rien dans votre valise a l’aéroport.

Not good wheels
The bag itself is good but the wheels are not good. I was in the airport not even an hour and one if the wheels stopped working properly. Needless to say, very frustrating as it was the beginning of my 10 day trip overseas 😑

Damaged External Plastic On Arrival. Would not recommend this product if the plastic was damaged in delivery, it probably won’t hold out aesthetically or practically. Won’t go through the return process since I need the item, but it is not worth the price for the quality.

I don’t expect it to last for long
I bought this case to replace a slightly bigger Delsey bag that was 5x the price but badly damaged by luggage handlers at the airport. The wheels are tricky and seem thin and cheap. I would say the same of the retractable handle. You really have to fight to steer it when it is rolling on all four wheels. I wouldn’t recommend it at this price ($99)

Disappointed
Taken on two trips now and this second trip the wheels could barely pull the darn thing. Less than 50 lbs in it the whole trip and I struggled pulling it everywhere. Seems like cheap wheels that couldn’t carry the weight. My wife bought a cheaper case that wheeled like a dream. It had double wheels, not the single small cheap things on this case. Disappointing.

Good and spacious but eww
It’s been a great carry on, however I’m dropping 2 stars because of one big design issue. I should have noticed it when looking at the product images so it’s mostly my bad. However the zipper goes between the wheel segments, meaning that when you open it, you have to be careful not to rub your hands against the wheels. You really don’t want to be touching those after going through an airport bathroom.
