Good headphones, but could be better
I wanted headphones for the office for 2 main functions:1. Calls, via Bluetooth mainly on Teams via a Windows 10 Dell laptop.2. Listening to music, via Bluetooth from my phone.3. Wanted closed back and something not heavy.These headphones are great for 1 and 2. And are comfortable to wear and not heavy either. I am returning them though- for 2 reasons:1. While it has multi (2) device connectivity- i.e. they can be in active-active connection with 2 devices, if you switch the headset off and on or take them off and put them on after some time, it only connects to the last connected device (of the 2 that were connected earlier). There are 2 problems with that. a. you don’t know which device reconnected and you find out after joining the Teams call that you are not connected b. you have to manually connect the 2nd device.2. The sound quality for music is not great. In fact it is not good.

Comfortable headphones, with very good sound quality, with some connectivity issues
I bought two of these headphones, first for my daughter, who loves it and uses it all the time. Since she was very satisfied with the product I ordered one for myself as well.The sound quality is very good, I like the bass. The app provides predefined equalizer profiles to chose from, however it is possible to set up a custom one as well. The headphones are very comfortable, the buttons are working fine, in general it is a very good quality product. It is worth to mention, that it doesn’t only provide bluetooth connection, but 3.5 mm wired connection as well.I had one issue with the product, and that’s related to the connectivity. When I bough the one for my daughter, there were no issues at all, she uses it with Macbook, ipad and Samsung phone as well. However when I bought the second one, I tried to connect it to my Samsung phone first. Actually I tried two different Samsung phones, but neither of the two worked. After that I tried to connect to my Dell laptop. It worked like a charm. Then I connected it to my ipad, also seamless connection to that. I updated the firmware, hoping, that that would resolve the problem, but even this didn’t help. I could pair it to my Samsung phones, but still could not connect to them. I almost gave up, when I tried one last thing, while it was connected to my ipad, I could also connect the headphones to the Samsung phone (as it provide multipoint connectivity this is possible). After this first successful connection I didn’t experience further connectivity issues. The same way I could connect to my other Samsung phone as well, so it seemed to be a general solution.Apart form this connectivity problem I am very satisfied with the product, and would recommend it, as it is very good quality for this price.

There not really that great and listen to me
The Anker Q30 have a pretty good noise cancellation but they dont cancel much noise in a cafe or a gym woth speakers blasting music so if u are mostly outside or in the gym these arent the best and the sound quality….it’s mediocre there is too much bass and its not good bass its muddy not good at all and terble there is too mich of it too. they took the v shape tune too seriously here like all you hear is bass and terble so if ur guy who likes detailed music and well spreated vocals this isnt for you but if u eq them they will sound a bit better but still not very good i would say there decent, and how comfortable are they ? I would say there alright no where near as comfortable as sony’s wh-1000xm5 or bose quitecomfort 45 but there ok and for the battery honestly its amazing i have gone 10 days without needing to charge them that’s honestly impressive but other than that i would rather save up get the Anker Q45 the price difference isn’t much and they much better noise cancellation and much better sound quality not to mention they are a litle bit more comfortable

It’s very comfortable, the noise cancelling is amazing, they sound great, and I only have to charge them like twice a month. I love it!Only downside is that for some reason, it just refuses to pair with my google TV. Which is strange since I’ve never seen any two bluetooth devices that refuse to pair for no apparent reason. I’m not sure whether the problem is on their end, or on google’s.. Kind of a bummer.But other than that, I love everything about it.

Decent Overall Wireless Headphones
The Good:- Great battery performance.- USB C charging port.- Over ear headphones which cover ears pretty well and are generally comfy to use.- Active noise cancellation (ANC) works well in general and touch gestures on the right ear cup are convenient.- Sound is pretty good (I’m not an audiophile).- The Soundcore app is great, easy to use and helpful.- NFC pairing is a nice feature for connecting quickly.- Can be connected using a 3.5 cable which is included in the box, instead of Bluetooth.- Headphone comes with a hard case which is durable and good looking.- Overall durability of the headphone is good but could be improved.The bad:- Terrible mic, especially on Zoom/Teams. I can barely be heard in conference calls. Including an inline mic on the 3.5 included cable would have been ideal.- Leatherette pads causes ears to heat up very quickly, leading to sweaty ears and being uncomfortable for long session use of the headphone. This is especially bad given the UAE’s hot weather, as the leatherette heats up pretty quickly even indoors. Including swappable fabric ear pads would have been ideal.- Power button should have been a simple switch that allows users to change between on and off instead of a button that is pressed for an unspecified amount of time (not a major flow).Decent Overall Wireless Headphones! 8/10

Pros: Great noise canceling and Crisp sound with eq application. imo best value for money.Cons: the artificial leather or material gave up after ~ 1 and half year. Also the prior Q20 leather gave up after around the same time. The leather glue first breaks and exposes the filling then starts to crumble.Keep in mind that this is via daily 8 hour usage.

Being a devoted fan of Anker products, I’ve been a satisfied user of the Soundcore Life Dot 2 for the past three years. These earbuds have proven their durability, maintaining excellent condition over time. While the Soundcore Life Dot 2 served me exceptionally well, the enhanced functionality offered by the newer model with noise cancelation was a compelling reason to make the switch. The brand’s consistency in quality and innovation has certainly earned my continued loyalty.I’ve been enjoying these headphones for the past 2 days during various activities such as walks, movie sessions, and extended music listening, and I must say they’ve exceeded my expectations. As a self-proclaimed bass head, I can attest that the low-end response is impressive. However, for those seeking a balanced sound, the initial experience might not be as appealing, but the Soundcore app provides a solution with its customizable equalizer.The build quality leans towards plastic, but given the price point, it’s well-designed. The ear cups are remarkably soft with good cushioning, providing a comfortable fit. The headrest follows suit, enhancing the overall comfort during extended usage.The active noise cancellation (ANC) is truly noteworthy, giving a tough competition even to premium options like the AirPods Pro. Amazing product from Anker
I’ve been using it for almost 2-3 weeks when going for a walk, watching movies, casual 2-3 hour listening to music and I must say these are holding pretty good more than I expected. Once again if you are bass head like me then you will love this. People who are into balance sound it will not appeal to you at first. The Sound core app fixes this issue and lets you tune the equalizer.Quality wise it’s plastic so don’t expect some high level of feel to it. It’s well designed for the price. Ear cups are very soft and has good cushion. Same goes for the head rest.ANC is amazing in this. I have AirPods Pro and it gives a good competition to it. Only annoying thing is the transparency mode is quite amplified. It means if you are in a windy spot or in a crowded place you will most likely hear what people are saying and hear the wind blow and making a squeal. Using it for more than 3-4 hours you’ll feel your ears warm but that’s about it.Product delivery from Amazon was also super fast. The delivery was smooth and since it’s from original supplier it’s trustworthy too!Overall I give this 9/10 Only downside I would say is the transparency mode being amplified more than the other ANC Headphones in market which is annoying at times but Noise cancellation equally works great with no leaks.

Beyond Expectations!!
Frankly, I was not expecting these headsets to be as fancy and trendy as they are. If people want to show off tag of a more renown brand then it is their choice however Anker in itself presents the best possible features you will expect in a modern headset. The headsets are extremely comfortable and despite me being a bit agitated by over the head headphones, I found these to be extremely pleasing. Create no pressure on your ears and do not heat them up. You get three voice options, 1. Normal 2. Voice Cancellation 3. Transparency. Very user friendly and simple. Most features are controlled through buttons instead of touch which is always my preference with the headsets. Install the app and you can switch between different modes of music. App also presents multiple other features. The headset connects to multiple devices at the same time and operates seamlessly. Extremely good for calls as well. Nice captive mic and I have not heard the people on the other side complaining about not able to hear which can sometimes happen with Bluetooth headsets.All in all, an excellent purchase and way better in terms of value for money when compared to other renown brands in the market.

I seriously didn’t think these were going to be that good. Recently had construction work going on in my area and the noise was driving me crazy. These really helped. The ear cushions are comfortable and soft. They are compatible with iPhone and Android and connect instantly.Noise cancellation really works well. Definitely one of the best headphones I have ever owned.

Really good quality of sound, really comfortable. I am surprise for the price to get this quality. I would never imagine for this price, to get something as good as this headphone. I didn’t receive phone call yet with it, but I will update the review once I do. I love that it’s light so not hurting my hear, it’s a bit big for my head so if I do plank exercise for example it can move a bit. But if you just look down normally it won’t move. You can also run, it will stay in place. And if you have a big head, I’m sure it will be very comfortable for you also. It’s not too tight it’s perfect. You can keep for very long time it will not hurt you. I highly recommend

Really great value for the price your paying, with some issues
*******************************************************Update, I’m lowering the rating from 4 stars to 3 for the following reason:After 6 months of use, the earpads have deteriorated quickly and are getting peeled as well as got torn and opened up in the part where the ear pads stitch lining is and the yellow foam inside reveals. I also have noticed in public other people who had torn ear pads for this specific headphone and others who had it replaced (you could tell because it was a different un-matching colorIn fairness, I did use them a lot in activities like walking. So sweat might have contributed to it. So I’m not sure if the same issue will happen if you use them lightly or casually while sittingSure they’re good value for money, but what’s the point of they don’t last a year?*******************************************************These headphones are great value for the money.Regarding ANC, these headphones are good. I used them in the bus and once you play music (for me it was around 60-70% volume) the rumble and most noises and chatter (except very loud ones) will go away.In terms of audio quality, out of the box they aren’t that good. However, once you adjust the EQ settings from the soundcore app these sound good (probably great for the average person). You can search online for some (I personally recommend the ones from MrCow on YouTube).These also have good latency performance. Both on my Samsung Note 9 and Lenovo Legion 5 laptop, there was no noticeable delay when watching videos.For comfort, when I tried them normally, they were alright. However, when I took them with me to the library, I was wearing glasses and a mask, and it got uncomfortable and my ears felt painful. Also breathability isn’t that good, I had to take them off around every 30 minutes because my ear got hot. But I do have slightly larger ears.Now for the build quality, they’re decently built for their price, but I wouldn’t trust dropping these. As well as I did slightly fear that they will crack overtime when I was taking them off (I have a slightly wider head. But at the same time doubt you will find ANC headphones that are built better in this price range.For fit these aren’t great, if you’re gonna use them while jogging or in the gym exercising, these are very likely to fall off. As they will probably break if do fall. There are also moments where I felt these were gonna fall when my head was leaning back to drink water. So be careful.In terms of probability these are great. They come with a really nice case, a small pouch for your charging and audio cables. The case is really nice as well.The battery life is great, these have a longer rated battery life than much more expensive headphones like Sony WH-1000XM4 and the Bose QC 35 ii.On top of all of this, these do offer a great feature. You can touch the right side of the ears (you have to hold for like a second) and enable transparency mode, and do the same thing again to disable it. This is really useful if someone suddenly comes and talks to you, you don’t need to take your headphones off.Now honestly these offer really really great value for your money, I would rate them 5 stars other than these 2 inconveniences and the few others mentioned before (such as the the ear breathability).1- These leak a lot of noise, these can leak noise at only 60-70% and the people next to you are able to tell what you’re listening to if they’re sitting next to you. So these won’t do great in quiet environments as it might annoy people. Now granted, you don’t need to listen at that level of volume in a quiet environment, but it’s important to keep in mind non the less.2- I already had another unit of these prior for someone else in my house, when I ordered another pair for my self. There was an issue with the transparency mode. In the other unit I had prior to this, the transparency mode was really great, you could hear footsteps as if you were playing a game. The unit I got however, the transparency mode was not working properly issue in the left ear, the noise in the right ear was coming fine, but in the left ear it was very very low in volume. It was almost like I had transparency mode in the right ear only. I think the issue was in one of the mics that are used to pick up the noise to filter it. Since even in ANC mode, the volume in the left ear was a tiny bit lower than the right ear. But it was perfectly balanced when the headphones were in normal mode. This transparency mode issue only was in the recent unit I got. But I did return that unit so it’s fine.3- This recent unit I got which has the transparency mode issue also came with a charging cable missing the velcro strap (the other unit DID come with it). This is nitpicking but I don’t like to see something missing from my unit, it’s also useful for keeping your charging cable organized inside the pouch.Overall, I recommend these (but not for exercising) and I doubt you will find a better deal at this price range (wireless, with decent ANC, a good quality case, amazing battery, and features). These are much better than the Sony WH-CH710N, another headphone at the same price range.I also recommend buying these on sale to get the most bank for your buck.

An absolute bargain for MSTeams calls and music
I got this product yesterday. Wow. For AED 239 I paid for it, it is an absolute bargain!I simultaneously connected it to my phone and my laptop via bluetooth. I used it for MSTeams calls, voice messages and music. It automatically stopped the music when I received a call on either device (MSTeams or phone). The users on the other end said they could hear me well. I heard them very well.I cannot relate to the user here who says it does not work for MSTeams calls. It worked completely fine for me! I am wondering if he knows how to select between output devices in Teams? One needs to specify which device one wishes to use, it does not change automatically.The audio quality is way better than any headset I have, including my old Bose QuietComfort. The base is just…phat!The built quality is amazing for this price- it feels like it should cost double of what it does. They are extremely comfortable on the head, even for hours after hours.Functionality and sound wise, I experience them on par with Sony’s 1000XM3 (which I had for a week after returning them, due to experiencing the bluetooth setup as complicated).

Great Headphones you can buy with no much compromises.. For sure
In love with my headphones and I like the way it cancels sound and also I like the new feature which is transparency mode, man it makes a big difference to the way you listen to music, and try to have a conversation with friends simultaneously. Q30 also works with their app to change the equalizer settings etc.My only disappointment was the case it came with because I’m also the owner of its previous version which is the Q20 and the case for Q20 is amazing. It comes with a mold inside which fits the Q20 perfectly but the Q30 disappointed me there, with a much more cheaper-looking case.Even the looks, definitely turn heads if you’re in the public, in a good way. Haha..Also, I got it at a really good deal, which I believe is the lowest possible deal even compared to the price you see at the time of my review. Bought one also for my friend and he enjoys it as well.I would easily recommend these headphones to anyone under a budget (like around AED 200-500) because the features provided here are definitely at a much higher price range than other top brands.

Overall good quality, one flaw
These headphones from Anker come in a nice sturdy case with headphone lead and charger lead. Battery life seems excellent so far. Bluetooth easy to set up to connect to phone etc. There is the Soundcore App to download which allows you to choose pre-set sound settings like classic/ jazz/ pop/ etc or set your own preferred base & treble with an equaliser. It also has white noise settings like rain/wind/chime etc to aid sleep. The noise cancellation I find excellent! However the flaw seems to be that once you plug in the headphone lead (when connecting to a non- Bluetooth device like an aeroplane tv) then the headphones become manual headphones (no power) and the noise cancellation function is disabled and doesn’t work (unless I’m doing something wrong). In this manual mode on an aeroplane I could still enjoy the movie /sound but there is some background engine noise. Had to buy a Bluetooth audio sender which plugs into the aeroplane tv and sends the audio to the headphone by Bluetooth, noise cancellation was then excellent. No cables needed then either.

Great sound and ANC until they broke after a year
Very comfortable and lightweight.Great sound with fantastic equalizer. Battery lasts really long.However, the plastic near the ear-pad cracked/broke after a year within just the normal usage of about 2 hrs a day.

An amazing pair – Pure value for money
The Q30’s are just as hyped. They sound great, are built well for the price, and the NC actually works well. Have been burning in about 4 to 6 hours daily. The battery life is amazing too and on Non NC gives above 60hrs.The default EQ is a bit bassy and there are few dulls in the details. But custom EQ is here to the rescue. Have set up individual EQ profile for NC and Non NC setting. They sound amazing the mids and highs are very clear, even at high volumes there is no distortions or loss of clarity. Does not sound tinny at all given the price, Ive owned JBL and senh. before and let me tell you Soundcore has done a great job on the sound quality front.These headphones are built really well and there is a carry case. The pads are a memory foam type so are very comfy. They probide decent passive isolations too. Those with very outward earsight find it a bit uncomfortable as the padding are not very thick. But for most people this is a very comfortable set and can be used for lomg hours of listening.Delivery was good and product delivered in perfect condition. Overall a happy purchase. If you need a good value for money and premium sound then go for the Q30. Dont miss them out!!
