Refus de prise en charge en garantie
Ce produit ne fonctionne plus après 1 mois et demi d’utilisation. Le produit a été retourné à Amazon sans prise en charge. Très mécontent du SAV et surtout de la perte de temps occasionnée.

Nicht neu!!!!
Ich hatte den Artikel als “neu” erworben!Er kam bei mir in einer unversiegelten handelsüblichen Plastiktüte verpackt an. Ganz offensichtlich handelte es sich nicht um die Originalverpackung. D. h. irgendwer hatte die Cam bereits vor mir erstanden und zurückgeschickt, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Deshalb habe ich unverzüglich ebenfalls zurückgeschickt.

Non fa nulla di quello che promette! È troppo dipendente dalla luminosità dell’ambiente e quel poco che fa lo fa molto male. Che coraggio sony nel mettere in vendita un articolo simile, ma fate i collaudi prima di mettere in vendita certe porcate?

also für 200 Euro bringt es keinen Mehrwert mit sich
Ich habe die Cam von Sony zurück geschickt, also für Energiesparen naja so la la und wenn ich dann 200 Euro ausgeben muss, naja dann doch besser in den Strom…ausserdem für einen der großten Kamerahersteller ist die Kamera für meet oder vergleichbar nicht zu gebrauchen, da ist jde 50 Euro Webcam besser…leider Sony, da bezahle ich nur den Namen für das Produkt, also weit von den TV entfernt

Wenn man sowas teures verkauft das muß es auch funktionieren schade das es nicht geht
Nicht gut habe wieder zurück geschickt würde ich nicht wieder kaufen habe mir extra einen tv gekauft der da mit Lauf aber es geht nicht zu dunkel und läßt sich nicht einstellen

Acquistato come add on di un Xr55a75k per dare un tocco di esclusività ad un Oled per il resto ottimale, si è rivelata una vera delusione. Consente di fare con i gesti quello che puoi già fare con il telecomando, che magari hai nell’altra mano. Non ha integrazione di comandi vocali, nonostante i microfoni e non funziona al buio. Questo acquisto ha senso solo se, come nel mio caso, hai acquistato il resto dell’impianto. La telecamera completa il dettaglio dell’impianto e permette, a patto che ci sia un poco di luce nella stanza, di gestire il tv con un gesto della mano. Ripeto, ottimo solo se si dispone dell’impianto completo. Per me è SUPER!! 😄👍💪

Sony Bravia mini camera
Easy to install, just use the TV USB and place the camera centre top. The software updates automatically. Use as gesture control of volume and channel plus power off. It works as a video call using an app. And adjusts the speaker depending where you sit. Automatic power off if nobody detected

Eine gute Webcam
Es ist ein unspektakuläres Zubehör, habe Zoom ohne Probleme damit ausgeführt und die Eco Funktionen sind ziemlich Sinnvoll. Die Kamera ist solide und hat auch verschiedenes Zubehör, zB je nachdem wie dick der Rand ist gibt es verschiedene Kappen.

Preis / Leistung passt nicht
Grundsätzlich funktioniert die Cam einwandfrei, sowohl Abstandswarnung als auch Gestiksteuerung funktioniert tadellos und auch der Stromsparmodus über die Erfassung (für mich der Kaufgrund) funktioniert einwandfrei… Aber nur wenn der Raum hell ist. Sobald es dunkel wird und man z. B. Nur noch mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung schaut erkennt die Cam leider gar nichts mehr und funktioniert dementsprechend auch nicht mehr. Schade, für den Preis habe ich mir dann doch etwas mehr erwartet denn das Prinzip ist spitze aber da wird auch ein Softwareupdate nichts mehr retten können.NACHTRAG VOM 2.1.23 : Mittlerweile habe ich sogar den Energiesparmodus mittels Kamera deaktiviert denn wenn die Kamera blind ist dunkelt diese den TV auch noch ab wo man eigentlich MEHR Licht benötigen würde. Jetzt dient sie nur noch zur Gestiksteuerung und Abstandswarnung aber auch nur wenn es HELL ist. Ich kann nicht verstehen wie man eine derart schlechte Kamera verbauen kann. Ich überlege mir tatsächlich die Kamera zurück zu schicken.
