A bit disappointed
This is the fourth time I have bought a Sony TV. They are always good and reliable, except this one seems underpowered, with a slow processor and a poor-quality Wi-Fi receiver. The 90K is twice as expensive but three times better, at least.

Nice picture and sound quality, No Wide Mode and no mic on the tv
Sony has always beaten others in terms of picture quality, maybe Samsung might be the second or first one depending on model to model, well for this model, whose real model number is 55KDX75AK, please don’t get confused with the model number, as on the box it is written X7 K in big letters and on TV X75AK, first few letters are for the size of the TV and on Amazon, you can find X75K and X75AK as the different model in terms of price, remember all are same go for the cheapest one, price in amazon is very dynamic which is quite weird as well, I don’t know why amazon does that, we will list out pros and cons:Pros: Best picture quality, relatively fast booting, and fast overall, sound quality is good and adaptive a little I am not sure about it, picture quality and brightness are adaptive so you don’t have to keep on changing the picture setting, it will give you the best automatically, airplay and Chromecast works fine, however, google home in IOS doesn’t work seamlessly, you can switch to aap remote if you want there are many options. switching between aaps is also fast, remote google assistant and voice command works just fine not the best, log in with your mail ID before using the tv for a better experience, picture quality is far better from another tv in the same price range, IPS display gives good colors and black seems fine to me, the overall picture quality is a winner here, and it soothing to watch unlike TCL QLED which will give you stress. it has both airplay and Chromecast which is a winner again.Cons: sometimes it lags maybe because of internet connectivity, there is no wide mode, it is there but you cannot use that feature for streaming apps, so you will see black bars in amazon prime and Netflix for a few contents mostly movies, no inbuilt tv mic so you need to rely on remote, which is not a too good feature, you cannot talk to tv directly, I had TCL C635, it has an inbuilt mic with a switch, and its works just fine, there is no physical customer support for Sony in UAE, Jumbo Electronics give support, but they don’t respond at all, warranty is 2 year as per warranty card by Jumbo Electronics.

Useless bad network
The TV is great and the vision is clear, but it disconnects from the network every 3-4 minutes and the situation is very bad.My previous TV did not disconnected from the network, a very bad experience. I am very upset.

Buy Sony TV only from Amazon, you will not regret
I have had this notion for sometime that if you want to buy electronics, buy from Store only and not online. So when I bought my Samsung S21 FE 5g mobile from one of the well known electronics stores in Dubai, and the phone started heating up in the 1st week itself, the store refused to return it and asked me to send the phone to their service center which was not a solution as one can not stay without a phone.Contrast this with another scenario: I bought a 55 inches Chinese TV from Amazon. Exactly few days past it’s warranty period, the Chinese TV stopped working – it was a display problem which no one was prepared to rectify. I got in touch with Amazon and explained to them the company that sold the TV on Amazon platform has left UAE and does not have a Service Center here, so I can’t go for paid repairs., and upon the 3rd call and talking to a customer care executive who showed empathy, Amazon refunded my entire amount.So I used my entire refund of 1489 Dhs and added some more and got Sony TV 55X80K and it is brilliant. The actual delivery came from Jumbo. The colors are amazing. The experience of watching Netflix on Sony is enthralling. If you want to buy a TV, buy from Amazon as you will get the refund if anything goes wrong in the warranty period. I got mine even after the warranty was over.Furthermore, if you are watching Netflix which has several movies in Ultra HD with 4K format, buy this version of Sony only and not the cheaper version as this version carries the HD processor and colours are coming out extremely well. Overall I am very very happy with Sony, and with Amazon which has earned my trust.Learnt my lesson: I will never buy Chinese electronics products again.

Picture Quality & Value for Money!
The product was delivered in a professional way without any damages. Picture Quality is amazing and high definition in comparison with other brands. The only aspect is for the sound system, which I believe should be more enhanced. Rest the brand Sony Bravia enough to stand in front of its competitors.

Bugged down with software
45 minutes for the setup to complete and you to give google access to your entire life. The remote also feels pretty cheap and flimsy and the buttons are easy to mispress.

If you want the best picture quality, pick SONY
I got this TV and and impressed by the quality. Sony image processing is the best in the industry, but you have to pay little extra for it.It supports Atmos and HDR, comes with Google TV. So it is very compatible and easy to work with.

Received a damaged product
The shipping & packaging was good but once I turned the TV on I saw red lines on the screen that are permanent, product is damaged & furthermore the installment team did not come on the same day of the tv, I requested a refund but the delivery team did not take the tv as it was not in its original package, now I’m waiting for them to reschedule the return & also will have to wait 5-7 days after they return it to get my refund & buy a new tv

I ordered OLED TV but you guys send me used or demo TV which showroom used to show customers this is 3rd time bad experience from AmazonIf I order brand new tv I should get brand new TV not someone returned or demo TVAnyway this OLED TV and OLED screen have no LED bleeding it’s seems like LED TV not OLED…. I returned this TV please next time send customers NEW TV if they pay for new TV it will save customers time and your reputation also otherwise you keep losing your customers I hope you will understand and resolve my problem thanks 🙏

Died after 5 months
Average TV panel, same goes for UI performance. The worst thing that it’s died after just 5 months – just black screen, forced factory reset didn’t help at all. And now I have to deal with warranty repair and stuff 😒

Audio constant crackling – no help provided
Had this tv just over a month before the audio stopped working. Constant loud cracking from the tv. Not what you would expect from a brand like Sony. Also it fell outside amazons warranty 1 month policy so nothing they nor Sony can do apparently. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
