    Excellent quality

    I don’t use the molds for ice cubes, I make magnets and donate to a group on FB “Dollar for Doxies” and they auction them off and the money goes to help Dachshund owners that come into veterinary med bills they can’t afford…the mold is very good quality for gypsum powder or resin…

    Adorable

    There are pro and cons to this mold. I will list the cons first:–Because each mold has a tail, it is hard to get in there and clean it. I think the best way would be to push on the mold, since it’s silicone, and turn it inside out and get all of the little bits out of there. I put mine in the dishwasher and it did not come out completely clean.–When my chocolate was hardened and I was pressing each mold out, sometimes a leg or tail came off. I could re-attach it with some warm chocolate, but it was an issue that happened several times with each batch. I don’t know what the answer is, but be prepared for some uh-ohs.Pros:–These are super easy to use. I made chocolate candy for a rescue and used milk chocolate and then poured white chocolate on top. They were super easy to work with.–They are completely adorable. People will ooh and ahh and maybe even take pictures like they did for mine, depending on what you are using and how you decorate them. But even if you don’t do anything fancy, they are still adorable.–Size is good. It is true that these are a little bigger than other similarly-shaped molds.Overall, these are worth it, even with the occasional uh-oh you might experience, because they are easy to use, large and adorable.

    Live the shape, durability, and multifaceted product!

    It is slightly difficult to clean into all the grooves if the tray as its in a dachshund shape, but I expected this. Love the shape, durability, and multifaceted nature of the product as I use it for ice cubes and dog treats.
