Large canister, last’s a while
With anyone buying formula right now it’s sometimes scary to know if you’re getting the right stuff online. This is exactly the same formula as I can buy at the grocery store and what was given to my baby since birth. We jumped on the subscribe and save and end up going through one of these about once a week, which isn’t always fun for the wallet, but easy to have it delivered and never run out when you need it most. I don’t think this is the easiest size to pack as it does take up room but if you’re making ~30 oz a day in bottles it would be necessary to pack a sufficient quantity to last a week. Subscribe and save ends up making this a cheaper option than my local grocery store as well. It’s exactly as described and I’ve had no issues with any order that has been delivered.

Mixed Experience
My experience with Similac Advance has been quite mixed, primarily due to the impact it had on my baby’s digestion. While this formula is designed to provide essential nutrients, it had a noticeable effect on my baby’s poop. It caused his bowel movements to become more frequent, looser, and sometimes even a bit more foul-smelling than with other formula brands we’ve tried. It also seemed to create more gas discomfort, leading to occasional fussiness. On the positive side, the formula is easy to prepare, and my baby seemed to tolerate it reasonably well, without any major allergic reactions. However, the digestive issues and the resulting mess were quite a concern. So, while Similac Advance has its merits, these poop-related issues make it hard to give it more than a 3-star rating.

What I expected
My baby was exclusively breastfed his first 3 months of life. When we started supplementing with this formula he took it on the first try no problems. I have had some issues with clumping in the bottle but nothing too bad.

Cheaper to buy.
Came on time. Bought 3 cans. None came damaged but still inspected to make sure as one of the cans didn’t come with the blue lid- everything was sealed and we can use one from an empty can so it’s not a big deal. It sure was a cheaper option to buy than in the store.

Delivered without the blue top
My similac was delivered without the blue top. Fortunately enough we are finishing the same size can, however this top is important as once a mom opens the metal without the blue top there is no way to keep the product inside of its original packaging.

Fair pricing, quick shipping but arrives differently every time.
The pricing is fair on this item and it always ships quickly. Only con is the blue cover is sometimes attached and other times missing. It’s not an issue when I can just use my previous can’s top, but just a warning for others who may not have another.

This larger can is great. My advice: When you get your food stamps buy 2 of these cans for backup even if you receive wic! It will save you time and money!

All we use
This is all we’ve use for our baby since he’s been born. No problems, little spit up, our baby has good weight gain and NO constipation! Although my baby will not speak for all baby’s so please get the formula that is best for your child. I’ve tried the “fancier organic “ formulas because “I only want the best for my baby, clogged him right up. He was extremely constipated several times from “fancy” formula. Just stick with the basics!

A little thinner than similac 360!
We got this to transition our granddaughter to it that’s on 360 total care because its alot cheaper and the pediatrician recommended this she seems to like it but it’s a little thinner and doesn’t seem to fill her up as good as the other so we are feeding her more so makes me wonder are we really saving any money cause she is eating alot more of this kind!

Ok formula
The can is cheaply made & arrives with the lid off & some formula loose in the box. I usually use the Similac Sensitive but they were out so I figured this was worth a try. The texture wasn’t as fine & it’s more yellow colored than white. My son drank it just fine but personally I’d rather spend the extra few $ and buy the Sensitive. It seems to be better quality

I’ve always used this brand of formula ever since they introduced it to my baby in the NICU. I’ve gotten it from other stores online and it always arrives spilled everywhere and in horrible condition. Here they packaged it very nicely and it was in pristine condition when it arrived. It seems to be less bubbly than some of the other brands! And we had a lot of gas and upset stomachs from the little one with some other types.Have accidentally purchased the probiotic version and that was a mess. But this one is great!

Good but depends on baby
Tried this formula first as this is what the hospital originally gave for my baby. After using it for a while the baby started to get super gassy and fussy. Changed to the purple formula now for Enfamil but over all at first this one wad good so I would just recommend you trying and finding what is best for your child.

Just didn’t love nothing really wrong
I know it can take time and I don’t think I have it a good try but there were some things I just didn’t like about it. I used a different similac formula but got this one because it was cheaper but I regretted it because I lost more money because I can’t return it or use it lol jokes on me. It was more grainy and yellower and her spit ups smelled worse. She did spit up a lot more but I know that can happen when trying a new formula so that isn’t their fault. With all this said I would pick this brand over some others but this one just didn’t work for me.
