Damaged pump
I really like the product and I’ve been using it for some time as well but I’m really disappointed with recently purchase that I got it damaged the pump is not working properly and it’s really giving me a hard time using it. I’ve to shake it everytime when I’m using it

My curls are obsessed!
I have wavy/curly hair and it really helps with frizz and tangles. It also smells amazing. It’s the only shampoo and conditioner I use for my hair!

Lost Hair!
I loved the smell, so I was really hoping I’d love the product. It did not produce a lather unless I shampooed 3+ times. I have thin hair and after using for a month or so I noticed my hair started falling out in CHUNKS. I’d softly rake my hair with my fingers and by the time I got to my ends I had a huge ball of hair in my hands (not normal for myself). Never using again. So disappointed, and confused by all the great reviews.

Oily scalp
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a month now. The conditioner was great, it really helped with my dry ends. However the shampoo was not good for me, it leaves my scalp very grease and oily. So if you have a fine hair like me, I don’t recommend the shampoo.

Good for price

Maybe the formula changed?
Really loved this duo before. My hair isn’t curly, but for asian hair, I can say this is really moisturizing. The smell is great, but for some reason, it doesn’t feel as moisturizing as before? Maybe the formula changed. Would recommend the conditioner, but the shampoo doesn’t clean the scalp that well. Probably will need a clarifying shampoo to pair with it.

the shampoo leaves my hair sticky, literally as if i still had left over soap in it or split something in it. i thought it was a good product since the yuka app told me, I’ve been lied to and probably many others i wish i didn’t find out today it was bad because i would of retuned it if possible

Hair doesn’t stay clean, dries it out
This product never makes my hair feel clean – whether I use a lot or very little, or if I wash twice. I would not recommend. Also dries out my scalp.

Pump doesn’t work
Shampoo and conditioner have a nice scent, however, the conditioner is THICK and will not come out or the provided pump; not sure what the purpose of the pump is if it doesn’t work.

Love it for my wavy hair
Only used one time (just arrived) but for me I can tell its not too heavy as some of the reviews said, while providing great moisture for my Caucasian wavy/curls. My hair is thick but fine with wavy curls. Curls need and love moisture and it appears this will provide it. It will be interesting to see over time how it holds up. Also the scent although there is a distinct and pleasant scent from the hibiscus and coconut it is natural and not lingering or over powering.

This is the best shampoo I’ve ever used! I have a curly pixie cut, and my hair feels like I just got out of the salon. I don’t feel as much as a lather as I would with my usual bargain brand, but my hair feels very clean, and I’m attributing it to the Shea butter. The conditioner is very thick and luxurious. My curls are soft and beautifully defined. The scent is enjoyably tropical.My main selling points are that they’re cruelty-free, and I’m supporting a Black business.

Excellent produit.
J’ai de très épais cheveux grisonnants et une permanente. Je n’utiliserai ni ne chercherai autre nouveauté. Ce shampoing donne du tork à mes bouclettes. Le conditioner me permet de démêler sans tout arracher.
