    Non-existent customer service

    Horrible experience. Item arrived badly discolored. Neither fish was able to screw into the included stakes, due to mismatched threading. Upon contacting the vendor several times over the period of a week, I received no response.

    Koi look Great in our Waterless Koi Pond

    These koi (that I got for my wife’s Birthday) look amazing in the Waterless Koi Garden that she designed in our front yard garden. She painted the gravel lagoon Blue & added lilies & more under the polycarbonate cover she customized. We get many compliments when people see pics of the Waterless Koi Pond!

    My Mom loves it

    I bought this months before Christmas for my Mother and finally we were able to celebrate Christmas together this month. She loves it! She like the fact that it can be hung or put on the stand (stick that comes with it for in grown). I like it myself.

    The “Joi” of Koi.

    I must say this was a great purchase!The quality is second to none. Well worth the price. Each of the fish has a weight and not cheap or fragile. Really feels well made. The fins are not a single sheet of metal but rather two pieces joined together. Impressive. The body halves were joined seamlessly, and the finish is beautiful. Product and delivery were beyond expectations.I would like more of this product but with a different shape.

    Amazing quality

    These koi are amazing quality. Very lifelike and beautiful. If you are in the fence at all, don’t hesitate. I didn’t realize that they came with stakes to put them in the ground and also a mechanism for hanging them on a wall. Very versatile .
