Poor packaging, arrived damaged and unusable
I bought this set as a gift for my best friend. Unfortunately, I had to request a return as soon as it arrived. The set was packed in a paper envelope, not a proper box. The box is damaged in two places, the shower oil had been opened and it leaked, damaging the box on the inside as well. It is a shame, as the products look and smell nice, however I am unable to gift them.

Could have been better
This should be a lovely item, the package is great and the items inside look like a wonderful gift. However the box isn’t sealed properly, and the items are all loose inside quite a big box, so they are slightly bashed. Wouldn’t recommend it personally.

Poor, cheap presentation box.
Even with the apparent saving this really does feel cheaper than what I had paid for. Presentation really poor and products rattling about inside the box secured by flimsy card. Poor show.

Lovely for a gift
Have bought this on a Black Friday week deal which was an amazing price. I love sanctuary & find them product lovely on the skin so have ordered a number of these as gifts & am hoping someone will have got one for me as a gift. I do not think the product is worth the full price cost at all but when it’s on offer for just under £21 it is an amazing deal.

I love these products. When delivered the tops were off 2 products and had leaked.onto the packing. Not a lot had come out so I did not send back. As this is for a gift I have dried the box. Just glad I opened it first. I think the box had probably been thrown around being in the Xmas rush of parcels!A very good selection of goods.

Very poor
I bought this as a secret santa gift. So dissapointed when finally came. Ribbon all creased and and tied up wrong and scruffy. Toiletries wrattling around.For the price I was shocked at state of it. Took so long to come , had to rush out and find another gift to give. Opened box later, so glad i never gave as secret santa gift. A scrappy piece of srumpled tissue paper, loose inside with the toiletries .Shocking state.

good item but shocking delivery
i ordered this item for a family member’s birthday and the delivery driver didnt bother to ring the doorbell, just threw the package on my doorstep. The box looked like it had been opened because it was half unsealed and ripped up, the track your package feature was completely messed up and when i opened it all of the items were out of place and just everywhere.This set is a good item but don’t expect anything good from the delivery of it.
