Just bought this for a house
This fridge came in perfect condition (so far) before plugging it in and unboxing it . Ups box was beaten and I was worried the fridge would be to , BUT IT WASNT. This fridge is about 4.2 feet tall . And has no cosmetic issues at all, I plugged in and it started working instantly . I did need to unplug it , it says leave unplugged for four hours upright so nothing malfunctions bc shipping could of had it anyway . I am very pleased so far, looks so amazing . It’s the perfect size for a single person or anyone needing a spare fridge . I believe anyone with the damage caused it themselves to get refunded … there is no way if u bought this brand new the fridge would be that damaged like other photos posted were. the box has secure packaging and lots of cars boaurd and white foam inside . this was a great deal . Highly recommend. Will update once fridge is plugged in and being used , BUT PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS before plugging it in . It helps .

Good but not for it’s price.
As some have mentioned, there’s a risk you take with getting this(like many things on Amazon), and I understand it has to do with how well the delivery man treats your product and how the company stores it, but mine did have a slight dent on the bottom. Also, and I could just be dumb, but mine doesn’t sit properly, like I think I need to adjust the feet on it?It keeps everything very cold though. Your freezer is nice and good space, actually so good that I’ve had some milk in the refrigerator part freeze on it, I readjusted the temperature after though. I’m happy with my purchase, and Amazon did give me a discount on it when I complained about the damage on it. Happy to have a fridge again at least.

7.5 cubic feet does not equal 7.5 feet
A hard lesson for me to have learned. This thing is short and slim, be forewarned. Bought it to replace an old, heavily damaged fridge in my office space and uncertain if it’ll be big enough for everyone. Still need to plug it in and get it running; will update review when it is. Only damage from shipping was a crack in the bottom drawer. I can see how things may get busted up though, as the tape meant to hold the door shelves is pretty weak. They had fallen out and were all jumbled and loose inside the fridge when I first opened it up. There was also a giant wet spot on the box in the area of the fridge’s cooling mechanism? at the bottom- a little dubious about that. We’ll see if it runs fine though, fingers crossed.Edit: Could’ve sworn I updated this review a long time ago. The fridge turned out to have a busted compresser or whatever, leaked coolant everywhere and wouldn’t run. I emailed the company for help and they replied that basically they weren’t responsible since it broke in transit, and also the warranty was voided? Would’ve been too expensive and troublesome to return it, so just trashed it. Among the worst of my online purchases. Do not recommend.

Small and convenient (it came with an indent)
Its small and convenient and keeps the cold evenly. Its energy efficient and price friendly, but I have to agree with other reviewers in that it comes dented. Mine came with a horizontal line as an indentation in the bottom of the front door. I needed the refrigerator and the other benefits surpassed this minus, It is being used in a horse barn tack room, so I did not pay much attention to the line / dent on the door. It looks like when the door was been assembled or when the packaging of the product took place the refrigerator was put against a bar or pushed against something that left that horizontal line imprinted in the front door.

Great deal.
Light weight easy to handle. Let it sit for 24hrs before plugging up. No damage very quite. Had to put my ear against it to hear it run. Looks like it’s scratched in picture but that’s wrinkles in plastic film I haven’t removed yet. Great for single person or second fridge.

Stopped working after a month. Worked really poorly before then.
Had to throw out the whole fridge after a month. Had all my food in there start rotting. After a few days I realized the fridge isn’t cooling anything even though the light was on. Had to throw a whole 2 weeks of groceries and clean out all the gunk.Even before it stopped working it would constantly overproduce moisture to the point there was a block of ice in the back of the top shelf. Really horrible experience. Do not buy.

This refrigerator came with a badly dented freezer door, which we discovered upon unpacking. We kept it anyway because it was for our business, not our home. Just thought you would like to know. It does work, just could look a bit nicer.

the shipping box was fine. there was damage on the fridge where it looks like a dolly hit it, and also on the compressor itself the cover was damaged and 1 shelf inside was damaged. other then that it works fine. i just needed a small fridge and it does its job. but i think this is where they get rid of the damaged products

The product came with some dents even though it was in the box. There is condensation inside the fridge, in the back wall. Otherwise, the fridge works fine as a 2nd unit in the garage.

Came in perfect condition no dents or scratches. Works fine. BUT the use of space wasn’t well thought out. If only they’d utilized/managed the door space better. Also I could’ve used one more shelf. The cubbies on the door aren’t maximized to fit more stuff, nor are the deep enough. I’m missing my compact Arctic King already! Now THAT’S a handy fridge/freezer, but they only make compact ones. Although the way I feel right now, I’m not sure how much bigger this one is. Not happy with the design. Although yes, it came undamaged, it works, it looks good. But no I’m sadly less than impressed by it’s utilization of space.

Totally NOT disappointed!
I was a little apprehensive about this order. There were so many grumbles about damaged boxes and dented units. Fortunately for me, everyone that handled my particular fridge was a professional. So many grumbles about the unit being noisy and not working well. I have done professional hvac and refrigeration, as one of my certified trades. I opened the box and inspected the unit, perfect condition! I I allowed it to stand for 24 hours, before starting it, to allow any bit of oil & refrigerant time to settle back into the compressor. Upon start up, it was so quiet that I actually laid my hand on the compressor, to make sure that it was running! Set the thermostat at 5, the highest setting, to cool the fridge before putting anything in it. After 3 hours, the freezer was at 9° and the fridge at 33°! I reset the thermostat at 3 1/2 zone and loaded my food. The freezer now stays at 28° and the fridge at 38° and maintaining. So I’m definitely a happy camper!

Odd Inside Configuration
It is a great refrigerator so far, however the inside is a bit weird on the configuration. If you are getting this as a secondary refrigerator to maintain your favorite beverages, you could probably get one that is a little smaller and not lose any of the internal storage space. Lots of useless drawers and shelves here.

check your delivery right away
First delivery was crushed like a can although the box looked seemingly good you could see where it was dropped on its back, opened up to the door falling off and the bottom on the left about 2″ higher and the fridge rocked like a boat. The evaporator was smashed to pieces, the top right was crushed in about an inch.We returned for a replacement that was and has been perfect so far, waited 6 hours to plug in, we set it to about 3-4/5 and things are nice and cold, and everything freezes like it should.

This was an excellent purchase provided it doesn’t malfunction. Would highly recommend.
Warmth, thickness and packaging were excellent, well packed very safe. I was given delivery date feb 11 but I received it on jan 20. Most reviews frightened me of item getting damage but there was nothing damaged except a slight very ignorable light which we cannot even call a dent. We have started using it and it is giving excellent performance. I had searched all the options before buying and very reluctantly decided to buy this refrigerator because of people giving negative reviews. If anyone needs a medium refrigerator I would surely recommend this one. Hopefully the fridge doesn’t show any malfunction in the future but the warranty is there to support. The only bad thing with this refrigerator is that the price is regularly going down which I regret but as I wanted it early I don’t mind foregoing.

lasted 18 months then quit working
purchased this refrigerator on 02/08/2022. it stopped cooling on August 20, 2023. I tried to get technical support from the number listed on back of refrigerator. The person answering asked when I purchased the refrigerator and I told her the date. She informed me that the warranty had expired and could not help me. I asked her if I could talk to someone in technical support to get an idea of what i needed to fix it. She said that since the warranty was expired, technical support could not help me. I do not think this company has aa technical support department. I asked the lady if my only choose was to scrap the refrigerator after 18 months use and her reply was unfortunately that is your only option. Damaged goods
Received item on time and it was just what I ordered..only issue is..I received it damaged! It has scratches on front doors. Also several good size dents on front doors and on top back corners. I’m pleased with the item..just not with how it was delivered to me. Very upsetting and disrespectful of my hard earned money that I chose to spend with this company!

Crushed bottom corner and doesn’t set level well
I like size for the cost. But the shelving configuration on the door seems it could have been better thought out. Very quiet and very cold. Light weight. Biggest issue was bottom back corner was crushed a little from shipping, I’m guessing. It isn’t bad enough to where I would send it back and go another month with out it. Also plastic shrink wrap around was very hard to get off.

Expect Damage
This is the second time I’ve submitted a review but seems my first wasn’t posted. I ordered one of these for a RV and it arrived damaged. The packaging isn’t sufficient for shipping from China. So Amazon shipped me a replacement and it too was damaged. The Frig was packaged on a thin styrofoam base in a cardboard box. I needed a Frig so I kept it and Amazon gave a 20% refund. I now look at it a realize I should have gotten more refund. I did install it in a RV but have since removed it for the original absorption type Frig. The metal one this RCA in my opinion is far too thin to safely secure in a moving RV and the left side does get hot if placed in a tight space. The light inside is also a yellow shade and not LED. In my opinion this Frig isn’t worth more than $200. It does get cold and is low energy but mine now is used in the garage for cold drinks with damage on both sides. As thin as the metal is and the poor packaging, I don’t think you can get one without damage. So expect damage if you buy.

Perfect!
Not sure what some people got but this apartment size fridge is perfect for me & so far is working great for 3 months now. After delivery I waited 48 hours before I unpacked it & plugged it in. I still haven’t taken off the protective film yet. I’m super happy with this purchase & thankful I caught it on a good sale!

AIRBNB RENTAL
Perfect for our AIRBNB Studio Rental. Yesterday, we finally put the fridge in our AirBnB Studio. We were pretty shocked with the amount of dents and dings it had. There was no damage to the crate but there was a big dent on top in the back, then a dent in the door, and then about a six inch dent under the handle in the door. Its a black fridge so we hope they don’t show too bad, the most obvious dent in the door we can cover with a magnet. Besides the dents its the perfect size for our studio. As far as the engineering, there is no practical way to level the fridge. The only adjustments are on the front feet. The back is on un-adjustable rollers. So, we needed to shim it up. The above problems are why I’m giving this fridge 2-stars.

Perfect inside my Rv
This fridge goes well inside my Rv. The size is perfect, more room for food in this fridge than a standard Rv fridge. It’s quiet and it looks really good in my Rv. I just plugged this fridge in and took off all the plastic and tape inside, wiped the inside down and put my food in it. I am a very satisfied customer, and I will buy this fridge again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Father’s Day gift!
This is the perfect “beer fridge” for my significant other’s garage. He loves it! It was light and easy to set up, yet has a decent amount of space for beverages. He also loves that it has magnetic doors (some small fridges are plastic) because he has magnets from his adventures.
