Pups loved it
I would love to buy this again but unfortunately my pups really loved the nuggets only, so they’d take mouthfuls and drop them on the floor, everywhere and only eat the nuggets 🤣. I eventually had to pick out the nuggets so that they’d eat the rest. Too messy and time consuming. 😂

My dogs love it.
I also found another my dogs love, so I’ll toggle to keep life interesting for my best friends. I bought a giant bag and my dogs are tiny. Plus, I mix it with other stuff, so it lasts really long. Wound up giving 2/3 of the bag to my cousin so it wouldn’t go bad and his dogs fought over it. No lie.

I usually do not have my dog food delivered and I felt terrible when I saw an older woman trying to carry this into my apartment but the price is great and it saved me a trip to the store after work. The food is fine. My dog has eaten this his whole life and is top tier doggo.

She likes it and it likes her.
My girl has sensitive skin ans stomach. A lot of foods make her itchy (allergic reaction) some foods upset her stomach, diarrhea or giant wet stools. She’s not highly food motivated so sometimes it may taker a few days to eat a bowl.I was skeptical because of the corn in this. But I have to say she’s been doing great on it. Her stools are normal, she’s not a walking itch monster loosing her fur everywhere annnnnnd she likes this food. She will ear this much more readily than any other food I’ve tried.

The media could not be loaded.
I always thought my Pomeranian was a nibbler. He was on Victor High Protein for years. But the manufacturer recalled the product due to health issues in other dogs. Therefore causing problems in finding a replace my dog likes. Once I received the Purina One Chicken and Rice my dog wouldn’t stop eating.

Great Product-Horrible Shipping
The product is great and I have no complaints, but I am switching to another company to deliver it because the shipping ships through the post office for delivery, which means I have to go to the post office to pick up. The whole point of ordering this online is so I don’t have to go to the store, and by shipping through the post office I had to go to the post office to get it-and the post office hours in my area are very limited, I work 1/2 hour away from our post office and I had to make special arrangements to get my package each time.

Interesting
When I first poured some of this food into my dogs dish, I didn’t know what the weird looking chunks were. I was concerned that the food was contaminated or something.Then I looked closely at the bag and realized it was the “tender meaty morsels”!! 👍They look strange, but smell good and are some kind of freeze dried product I guess.At first, I was worried he would choke on these pieces because he tends to swallow his food whole and eat too fast!!So I started soaking his food in hot water and letting it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before feeding it to him.This food is perfect for soaking in warm water before feeding to an older dog. Sometimes I add carrots or apple slices and heat in the microwave. The Purina one absorbs the water nicely and smells really tasty!! He gets to enjoy the food more, and it really helps with his digestion and I would highly recommend.

Purina One
We had a new dog back at first of the year. A Chiweenie. We tried so many dog foods but she kept turning away from them. Or they gave her gastric problems. We took her with us by my parents one day and I was telling my sister how we were experiencing such problems. They have a bulldog and my brother started her on this in rice & chicken. My sister sent a quart baggie of it home with us. She loves it. The stomach issues stopped also. Great food.

Dog likes it
With it didn’t have corn in it but it does have what appears to be dried pieces of chicken in it and dog seems to like it better than brands I have tried that don’t have any corn in it (which is not supposed to be a good ingredient for dogs). I like the pieces of chicken in it (though the pieces don’t seem to be mixed in good and becomes more sparce as the bag gets more empty). I wish Purina would improve on that but given that the dog likes it, will probably keep buying it.

I chose Purina One because it was recommended by our local shelter. Vets have always recommended lamb and rice in the more expensive brands but I can’t afford to pay that much. This one falls within my budget.

They love this brand with the nuggets of freeze dried chicken. I feel good about the nutritional value with chicken being the first ingredient. I don’t have any issues with their digestive system & their stools are firm. I’ve tried other high protein brands without the same results. Made in USA

Inexpensive and the dogs like it
My small Jack Russell has a reaction to chicken based kibbles. Although this food contains chicken as well as lamb, she does not have stomach issues with it. The price is right and both our dogs eat it up when mixed with a little wet food. They also crunch on it dry during the day. They are both very active and although small eat a lot. Happy with the cost.

Good for pooping!
My dog loves the brand, however, this specific food made my dogs poop very soft and him having to poop more frequently. Like 2-3 times a day. If your doggo needs to poop more due to lack of digestive health , this would be a good food for your dog.

Finally food that works for my boy!
I have such a picky boy with a sensitive tummy too. I tried so many different quality foods and this is the first one he actually loves. He has healthy and regular poops now too. It’s been about 5 months on this food and all is fantastic. I mix it with a spoonful of the purnina one canned food too.

Amazon delivery communication.
Product was GREAT delivery (When it arrived) was great.Product said it would arrive the 23rd when I order it to feed my dog, “23rd, great!!!” Then I get a notice ON the 23rd that it won’t be here until the 27th, so I have to go out to buy another bag at the store in the 24th. I literally pull in the driveway and see the box sitting in my driveway delivered while I was at the store.Kudos for speeding it up and getting it here before the 27th!!!! But letting me know it was coming this morning would have been nice…

Great dog food!
This dog food is very good. I just switched my dog to adult food from the purina pro plan and this is very comparable. My dog loves it and wasn’t really affected with the switch which was nice. Overall good dog food! Just keep in mind the chunks are bigger so wouldn’t recommend for a small dog.

Cancelled Subscription
The last few bags on our subscription have been awful. It looks like Purina bagged up the “misfit” dog food and sold it on Amazon. Most of it looks like the end of a cereal box with all of the dustings. Our dogs have eaten this exact food for years and they won’t eat it without an additive. Normally they eat it without any issue. Went to the grocery and picked up the same size bag and cost, it was like it should be, so I am not sure what the seller here is selling but we won’t be buying it from Amazon again.

My sick dog is now healthy and gaining weight she is eating this food better than the blue seal she was eating she would rather go with out unless she was hungry this brand she eats every time and her stomach upset has been more infrequent.

My pups love it!
I have a 33lb and a 10lb mix – they both love it! I know it’s the extra bits of chicken that make it so delectable! When I tried the healthier choice, it was not as desirable. I ordered the larger bag to save trips to the store. I presume it stays fresh in the container I use…I haven’t tried it:-)
