Compact and efficient!
I like that I can fit my 11 inch plates in this. It’s nice to have the option to hook up the water line going in directly or be able to use the pitcher that comes with it to fill it. The dishes come out sparkling clean and this compact dishwasher doesn’t take up much space.

Absolutely worth it
I have struggled with low motivation lately and with life being difficult for people lately it can be easy to let things slide. This dishwasher is a godsend! I have been able to keep up with the little things. The dishwasher is deep enough to wash smaller pots, bowls, plates, silverware… It takes up a bit of space on my counter but honestly its worth it. It was really no larger than the dish drainer I had there already. If you have upper cabinets be very careful to check measurements to be sure you can still open it with little issue as it is a top opening hinge. It has improved my life 100 fold with keeping things organized and clean. The fact I don’t have to remove the aerator adapter every time I’m done using it is amazing as it has a valve switch… AMAZING. It has no issue cutting through old/stuck on residue. It cleaned forgotten moldy items. No need to toss those mystery containers in the fridge. It is SO quiet I keep forgetting its running and I have had no issues with anything breaking/melting. It has literally been the best purchase I have made. If you don’t have a dishwasher and you live in an apartment.. Absolutely worth it.

Love
No one wants to do dishes and I work so I was tired of seeing pile of dishes too small for most pans but most of my pots fit I tried a caked on dish just to see what would happen worked great although would not do all the time at least take out any food left on dish but such a time saver gets very hot even when you run cold water I love that my dishes feel sanitized if you can get a large dish washer highly recommend but there was not enough room in my house so this works great

Sooooo, I’ll make this short. Dishwasher came in yesterday. Got right to setting it up. Being that I’ve never set one up before, it took a minute to attach all of the hoses but it wasn’t horrible. The pictures and the manual explains it very well. As long as you go by the manual, you’ll be fine. I started an empty cycle on heavy first just to see how it works and to clean it. I did use a pod and a teaspoon of bleach. Got rid of the plastic smell. After the cycle, I started a small load of dishes (2 plates and a spoon). I rinsed off the dishes as the manual stated. Loaded it up. Everything went well. So….after 2 loads, it still works. Hoping that this is a great buy because as far as I’m concerned, it works well. 😊 will update if I encounter any problems.

No more argue for who’s doing dish wash

It is a perfect size for me and my wife. Easy operate, from unbox the machine and set up, just use less than 15 mins. After setup, I can’t wait for my first try, and I was surprised, it clean so well, and it didn’t use too much of water and not much noise as well. Right now after dinner I can just put my dirty dishes to the helper, and specially no more argue with my wife, we can just chilling and watching TV after dinner. Also it will dry the dishes after washing and you can put on storage mode and which mean you don’t have to put back the dishes until tomorrow. What a live helper. I am not that lazy but if someone like me after work 8+ hours work a day, you don’t feel like to doing housework, and you need this. And one more thing, I love their “Fruit” mode too. before washing the dishes, you can change the rack for washing fruit and vegetable, the “fruit” mode with sink the fruit / vegetable and rinse it couple times. I wish they will have a fold clothes machine too haha

I wanted to love this and I did for awhile
Our regular dishwasher broke down so we purchased this countertop one. For a couple or small family it isn’t bad. You can strategically place items to maximize the smaller space inside. I ran ours every day or every other day. First thing that stopped working was the upper spinning arm. I contacted the company who sent me another arm. I replaced it and the same thing happened. They finally sent me another machine. Sad to say, three months after the initial purchase, the dishwasher no longer works. I fill the upper tank, since I can’t use my faucet for hook up, and the water won’t fill from the bottom. Then the machine dings repeatedly telling me to add water. I am disappointed because this is not an inexpensive purchase and should have lasted more than 3 months.

DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT 1 YEAR

I have to update this review! I purchased this item in April 2022. I set it up and started use in May, now in December it is no longer wanting to spray water. I have no idea what’s wrong with it. But foe the price I paid it should still be functioning!I have a very small living space. As a single mom of 3 kids I found it difficult to always keep up on the dishes. I purchased this dish washer after looking at many and ready ma y reviews. I am happy with my purchase. I find the top loading feature to be a huge help with a lack of space. I do wish counter units were a bit slimmer in general but you sacrifice the amount of dishes when you go smaller. One negative is that my regular large dining plates do not fit into the dishwasher. I have to hand wash those still.

Only good for 1 year
I bought this on Feb 8, 2022. It was a great machine but started end of May 2023 it start Error, It shut down in the middle of wash and I tried every system such as normal, Eco, speedy, heavy, it kept shut down and beeping Error in the middle of wash. I guess it’s a trash now 🙁

Make sure to switch the water from sink to dishwasher
I wish I could get more pots and pans but that’s OK. I love this dishwasher. It’s very easy to setup and take back down to roll it out of your way. I truly recommend this dish washer. I for one can’t stand for a long period of time and with this I don’t have to. If I had a wife this is what I would get her. She’ll love you for it.

Update from original review (4/11/23):I reached out the customer service team and their representatives promptly sent me a new machine as the dish washer was still under warranty. It took less than a week to receive it, and it was once again very easy to setup. Their representatives have been great at following up about any issues or errors. The new machine has been working great and I have not experienced any issues so far. I will provide an additional update in a few weeks if anything does change, but so far the dish washer is working perfectly.Original Review(3/17/23):The dishwasher worked wonders in the beginning. It cleaned absolutely everything to perfection. Then by month 3 the problems started. I purchased this washer in August of 2022. Not even a year has passed and it has consecutively leaked. These aren’t small leaks but actual water flowing out of the back and the front of the machine and onto my floor. I have it on my kitchen counter and have had to place a rag under it because nothing stops it from leaking. It’s already caused water damage to my cabinets. I thought the small runoff holes might have been clogged, but it wasn’t the case after splashing water down each. I even washed the machine with vinegar to see if this would solve the issue, and it hasn’t. But the issue has only gotten worse. Today it finally gave out. I went to put a few dishes to wash and received an E1 error message. I restarted the machine and even unplugged it for a bit and the issue persists. I’m noticing there is no inflow of water. I have my machine directly hooked to my cold water valve. When I check the valve it is open and functioning properly. This is with me cleaning it weekly to maintain freshness and proper function – and cleaning its filter daily. I did reach out to their customer service and will update this review as soon as they provide a solution.

Was good when it worked, now it doesn’t. Support is ghosting me.
Bought this in March, it worked well until November, then didn’t. It won’t draw water from the faucet and flashes an error code. I contacted “support” on Nov 21st. They responded the same day, asked some questions that I answered, asked for pictures and video which I sent on the 22nd.Then no reply … I emailed asking what was happening and did they get my video on Nov. 28th. No reply. I emailed again Dec. 6th and said, I haven’t been able to use the machine since before Thanksgiving.Then got some replies with them calling me “dear” and some instructions for things to try, with videos of people working on a different model than mine, but similar, with audio that is not in English and no subtitles.I tried the fixes, and it still won’t work. Reported that, they replied on Dec.12:“Thank you for your support and feedback on our products. We have received your problem feedback and submitted it to our after-sales department for processing.If you do not receive our reply within two days, please send us another message to ensure that your problem can be solved in time. Your satisfaction is the direction of our efforts, and we will do our best to ensure that your rights and interests are not affected.”That is the last I’ve heard from them.I emailed on Dec.16th, asking for a reply, none came, emailed again later that day asking for a replacement unit. No reply. I’ve now been unable to use the dishwasher (which is under warranty) for about a month. It worked for about 8 months. I will update if they do follow through with an actual solution …Update: after some conflicting messages through Amazon (offering refund) and email (offering replacement) I have now received the replacement and I just set it up. It’s running. Seller will not extend the warranty to compensate for the time I spent unable to use the first unit. Will consider changing the star rating if this one runs for longer than the first one.

Lifesaver!!
I bought this because my apartment didn’t come with a dishwasher and I have 2 kids plus my husband and I, which meant lots of dishes to be hand washed if I didn’t get it. It is absolutely amazing and saves me so much time and effort it is so helpful even if I have to do more than one load to get the dishes completed I’m not spending hours washing them all by hand and dishes are my least favorite chore.

Works great, helps to soak or prerinse though
Unlike a full size washer this doesn’t have a prerinse cycle so it helps if you do that yourself. It’s not loud running but the setting and cycle beeps are loud and scare my dog not a problem most will have though it would be nice if that could be adjusted. Till winter I moved it outside attached to the hose and it works great and the dishes come out clean and hot. I bought both the finish pods and powder both work well. The manual suggests powder and you can control how much you use based on your water harness. Adjust the amount up or down till you have no film and you got it right. You can’t do that with pods. Pods also have needless perfume.I’ve had it over a month now and have had no issues with it. I saw other comments about using it outside. I notice some water pumps out when I start it so if you are where it freezes I’d make sure that pumps out after each use, or just move it in for winter. Again wont effect most people since most are probably in apartments.Very happy to have a dishwasher after a very long time without, that takes up a lot less room and was a lot cheaper than a fullsized. I did get it on sale during prime day.

I am not a clean person
I am not a clean person, my sink tends to be overloaded with dishes. I live alone, often eat with my girlfriend and run this about once per day and my sink is empty which has left me able to devote time to other things besides dishes and my house has never been cleaner. It has changed my life. I am not a clean person by nature but looking at my house right now you would never know it 🙂

because this opens to the top you might have trouble using it if you don’t have a lot of counter top with nothing above it. Overall cleans the dishes like it should and dries them. My mom seems to like it at her old age of 79. She can only use one side of the sink now though because it has to sit on top of the other side. The ability to flip a switch to run the water is nice.]

Hello everyone I want to say. 1st I ran into some connection issues due to the connector part that goes to your sink had the female part already on it and it was screwed on very tight me and a neighbor tried very had at 1st to remove however we was not successful. I emailed the seller right away and Amazon for help and everyone got to work and helped me solve this concern. Thank you Amazon warehouse team and aigreea team. I only ran a test wash and its working as it should which is perfect. I posted pictures of the part and what we used to remove the pieces. I also made a video of it completely working as advertised.

Worked great for about a year
As i wrote above it worked great for about a year, however recently i noticed the drain hose was leaking and i found a hole. And unfortunately its one of the pieces that isnt removable to replace.

Slightly cumbersome setup, but otherwise works great
Been using it almost daily for several weeks now, and I’m very happy with it!My only complaint would be the setup- I had a lot of difficulty connecting it to my faucet. The included adapter was the right size, but for some reason, I still couldn’t get it to screw in. I got the same part from Lowes for $8 and was finally able to get it. That said, I still needed a wrench to get it to fit properly, so it may have just been the threads in my faucet. Either way, the company was nice enough to reimburse me for the adapter.Also, very minor complaint, but the instructions have such a messy translation that there are some parts where I legitimately can’t understand what they’re trying to say.All in all I would highly recommend it, assuming you can fit it to your faucet.

If you need something for a small space and just a couple of people this is good.
I bought this for my wife and have found that is neat and takes very little water. It works really well and you are not necessarily tied to a specific area that you must use. If you love your wife and she asks for one, get it for her.

Awesome for getting that pesky few dishes out of the way.
I have had this product for almost a year and have used it a few times a month. About a week ago I was using it and it smelled like something was burning. Well since it started throwing an error code and quit running I decided to see if I could fix it and this is what I found. I do love this and would recommend buying it to anyone especially with kids. Just a little bit down that it broke.

Great Customer Support
Our iagreea worked perfectly for 9 months and then displayed Error Code E 1 and stopped working, however iagreea promptly replaced our machine and sent us a new one. Their response was quick and professional and the unit worked well for 3 months, then showed error code E 3. This time it was the water regulator, but Iagreea again promptly sent a new regulation piece and sent us a video of how to fix it. Once the piece arrived we installed it (easy to do) and now the dishwasher has been working well for another 3 months so far!

Compact dishwasher good for couples or single person. Handles a few days worth of dirty dishes. Easy to install and easy to operate. Very pleased with it.Update 11/23/2023Dishwasher stoped working with error code E1. Contacted customer service and after exchanging some information and verifying that everything is setup correctly they will be sending a new unit. I’m very pleased with how they handled the situation. I will continue updating as soon as new unit is received and additional information is available.

Game changer for NYC apartment
I’ve lived in NYC for over 15 years and never had a dishwasher in my unit. This is a GAME CHANGER for me. It’s bigger than I expected in a good way, I find the noise level totally fine. I happen to have plenty of space right next to the sink so for me the size is not an issue but take that into account when purchasing because you basically need to leave it hooked up to your sink faucet and it’s the size of a microwave so if you don’t have the room right next to your sink area then I could imagine that would be annoying. For me IT’S PERFECT. I cook a lot so I do have plenty of dishes on a daily basis and it really works great. I used the dishwasher pods.

Used for a year and the back of the seal near the hinge leaked water down the back of the machine since the water ran down the back and under, it wasn’t noticed until the smell of electrical shorting was in the kitchen. Since the return window is only 30 days going to have to try the manufacturer.

Small But Powerful
Bought as a replacement for a larger, older portable front-loading machine that had started to leak. The perfect size to fit on the counter and top-loading saves space. I really like the ability to take out the main rack and use the flat vegetable/fruit insert for larger items. LED interface is great and easy to use. My other machine wouldn’t dissolve pods or packs. For this one, I throw a pack in the bottom and puncture it with a knife and have had no issues with dissolving or poor cleaning performance.

It’s not working out of the box UPDATE
UPDATEthey were fantastic helping us to figure out the issue with the leaking issue & we’re amazing with customer service and sent Us a new machine , waiting on the new one hopefully it’s workingI’m super bummed that this dishwasher isn’t working out of the box , as soon as it’s on rinse it leaks through some tiny holes are the bottom and the Inside is dry as a bone but my floor and counter Are full of water .It was a gift and im Out of a return window and no dishwasher

Sadly I couldn’t keep the item because it was too large for my kitchen countertop and I found out now there is something wrong with my kitchen faucet. But, it felt very strong quality and I really wanted to be able to keep up but it just didn’t work in my kitchen. I got it for a good deal. Typically you see small dishwashers like this go for $300+ easy. The company reached out to me when I returned to make sure everything was ok, which I really appreciated

Putting it together was a little rough. You’ll need a wrench or pliers to tighten the hose attachment to the faucet and the other side of the hose to the dishwasher. If you don’t right, then you will have a leak. Once it’s put together, the machine works great, very easy to use, it’s not noisy at all. No streaks, no water stains on the glassware. I have a small apartment and I hate doing dishes lol. Thisootuu I

A Good Dishwasher
This is a pretty good dishwasher. I bought it with the intention of reducing time on chores (I work full-time) and reducing water usage compared to hand washing dishes; it does indeed use less water. Had it for a few weeks and does a good job and takes the soap well (I use those tablet ones). It hooks up easily to the sink.

DOES NOT FIT PLATES
My plates and pots/pans will not fit. I had hoped I could wash dishes in it – including my plates. Butter knives in the back will keep it from closing. Used it a couple of months – it’s in storage. Not a good buy

Bought to wash by baby bottles
This portable dishwasher has saved me so much headache. I bought because I was done washing baby bottles. They come out very clean except for the end of the nipple occasionally. It even has dry feature so the bottles get good heat. I use the normal wash feature I’m sure the heavy duty feature would clean anything. I love this product!

The manufacturer has splendid customer service! The washer was damaged during shipping and I got a replacement quickly.The washer will hold a 1/2 gallon mason jar in the back. It cleans the dishes well. I would recommend this dishwasher to a friend.

Dishwasher works great has a strong magnet for lid. And very good seal. Water gets extremely hot though doesn’t say to use cold warm or hot water just to have sink on full pressure. Would like to get an adapter for a filter to help prevent water spots. I highly recommend this counter top dishwasher very easy to use.Can’t fit much in there besides a few plates and silverware and cups. But it sure beats doing dishes after 14 hour work today for a small family

So worth it
I love this little dishwasher! It’s the perfect size for my counter and set up is really simple. You don’t need any tools and the instructions are pretty straight forward. Heads up though you can’t use liquid detergent with this you’ll need powder or tablets. I bought seventh generation Powdered detergent from target and it works super well. Definitely worth it.

Rage-Free Life
I am a working mom of 3 sons. I have never had a dishwasher in my life. Every Saturday morning, I wake up filled with rage having to clean our weeks-worth of dishes from our family of 5 (I do not have the time or energy to do my dishes on weekdays, plus my infant needs my constant attention). I would scrub and curse my family for disrespecting me in such a way to leave all these caked-on dishes for me. How could they do this to me? After everything I’ve done? After all the scrubbing and crying, my countertop was full of clean dishes, with no space left. But now that I have this countertop dishwasher, you guys, I put whatever can fit (not big plates or pots) and turn it on. That’s it. No time or energy spent. I still have to wash the big stuff by hand, but every piece of silverware, cups, small plates, sippy cups, the dishwasher does it for me. I use the bucket as a water source, instead of hooking it up to the tap. The tubes all work perfectly, the dishes come out clean, and it looks pretty cool on the counter. Easy set-up, easy everything. I can’t believe I have lived 32 years without this technology. My weekends are so much more peaceful. I feel the resentment for my family lifting off my shoulders. I give this product 5/5.

Makes my life much easier
If I could give this product 10 out of 5, I would. It is hard to describe how satisfied I am with this purchase. I have been toying with it for 3 days and still mesmerized by what it can do for me.I have a full size dishwasher (Bosch) , no complaints, it does what it suppose to do. However, I have to wait 2-3 days for a full load, and it is annoying to leave dirty dishes for that long. This mini dishwasher solves the problem. I can wash dishes after every meal, no more waiting or can’t use some specific ones because they are still dirty. All the dishes come out nice and shine. That is so impressive.This dishwasher is built solid, good quality, the design is amazing, looks very cute sitting on my kitchen counter top. I have to change the over sink faucet to allow additional inflow connection ( you can buy it from amazon too, Convenient ) and the drainage goes directly to my sink(a suction cup holds it to the sink wall). Of course if you wan to connect inflow and outflow under the sink to hide all the hoses, it needs some additional modifications but it is doable.I am extremely Happy with the fruit wash function. This is also a main reason I purchase this little cutie. I have to wash fruits and vegetables every day for several times and I am extremely obsessed with cleanliness of fruits and vegetables , so I spend a lot of time ( the time I could use to do more productive things or just to relax) clean them one by one and waste a lot of extra water…and fruit wash detergent.Now this mini washer really cleans the fruit and vegetables! The first fruit I washed was strawberries, I was worried if they would come out damaged, however the spray was gentle , rocking little strawberries like you rock little baby, then the fruits were immersed for a while before final cleaning. The strawberries came out so fresh and clean, you could Even taste the cleanliness of it! (I was too excited and forgot to take the picture!)Overall, this mini dishwasher makes my life better and easier. And I am so impressed with the technology , design and the quality of it! 200% satisfied!I haven’t had a chance to deal with their technical support or customer service, and I really hope I never have a chance to. I will update if something negative comes out.

This is a long one.
I just received my new dishwasher today. Very quick delivery, very well packaged. I had to do a test run immediately of course. It’s been years since I actually had any type of automatic dishwasher other than myself or my husband.It certainly is portable. I don’t have the cart it will be sitting on put together yet so I improvised. Grabbed my giant carving board set it on top of the box my china came in & set it on top of that. Grabbed my 5 gal bucket for the drain hose and started filling up the water tank with the pitcher it came with. I had it sitting just in between my kitchen and living room for the closest electrical receptacle. I started out with a normal wash cycle. I put my very small cutting board, 4 coffee mugs(10oz), 3 very small cat dishes, (about the size of ramekins), a few cooking nylon utensils a couple of stainless steel were put in there as well. Not big utensils, about medium size. Very few pieces of silverware because the silverware rack is just about useless unless all you use are chopsticks. You can pop the top of it off but the all the silverware just bunches up together. 69 mins for wash and rinse. Do not put too much soap in. I made that mistake. Soap residue on everything. Very little goes a long way with this machine. I didn’t use the dry cycle yet. Didn’t really need to. Once it was done I opened the door and anything glass or ceramic dried almost instantly. Dishes were very hot to the touch. Not a bad thing imho. So that’s all good. Oh and no leaks anywhere.The not so good is what should have been an extremely simple setup turned into a trip to the hardware store for a new hose clamp for the drain hose. The one that came with it was junk. It wouldn’t tighten for anything. After 25mins of trying went and bought a new one and took less than 30secs to tighten it. The other thing I’m not really fond of is you have to pour the water into the tank very slowly or it will splash all over the place. That’s a minor issue but still annoying if you’re trying to hurry. Then the issue with the silverware rack. Pretty unusable. Even my dinner knives wouldn’t fit upside down in any of the holes. So if you have really skinny silverware or use only chopsticks it’s all good. If you have large coffee mugs like we do don’t try to use the side top rack. Even the mugs that came with my Corelle set were too tall for the rack to slide in. I put some cooking utensils on that for washing and that worked ok.All in all it’s not a bad little machine but if you have larger soup/salad bowls or chunky silverware, which don’t have to be that chunky to be honest, it will be a puzzle. You will be doing at least a couple of little loads. The silverware rack is my biggest complaint because those are the one things I hate washing the most.The upside is it does get dishes clean. It has it’s own heating element and it works very well. It does come with a hose to hook up to your sink but you will more than likely need an adapter. I would also recommend a different hose clamp for the drain hose. Only cost $1.53 for a good one. Would I recommend this product? Probably but only to people who don’t cook much and have small silverware and small coffee cups.

Works Great!
We purchased this for our little office kitchenette. It works great! Super efficient and actually fun to have. It does a great job cleaning and holds our coffee pot, cups and glasses from each day of work. No more dishes piling up in the sink! Worth every penny.

Horrible product
The media could not be loaded.
This product broke after three months tried to get them to fix it because it said E4 code so they sent me parts and a YouTube video for me to follow and now it says E3 and they stop responding to any emails. Totally a waste of money

It works very well- great customer service
This works better than i had expected. It’s quiet. Does a good job in short amount of time.my parrot chewed up the lower rubber gasket. it was easy to reach customer service. they are sending me a new gasket plus a video showing how to install it.

Best purchase
I love my little dish washer !I have 5 children so this definitely helps to start the cleaning process of the dishes. I can load it up and walk away to attend to one of my kids. I have overfilled it quite a couple times but my dishes have always come out clean. I love the fruit setting use it all the time. I bought this one specifically because you don’t have to constantly manually refill it after every load. The only disadvantage of it is that since you have to connect it to the faucet you have to leave it on.So if you turn the sink off while it’s running and the cycle is in inflow which is refilling the dishwasher with water it will send an error code since it couldn’t refill. What’s worse about it is that you can’t just turn the water back on and the error will go away refill and continue the cycle you do have to restart the whole load over again.Very annoying sometimes especially when you have kids or guest and you are running the dishwasher and they just turn the sink off without knowing. A pro to this con is that it does have a loud beep when it’s in the error so it’s not like you have no idea that it stopped it definitely does let you know! So when I do hear it it’s a constant oopppsss turned the faucet off on accident!!!The noise level of it isn’t bad either. Maybe because I’m used to it but I can’t really hear it. Not disruptive at all.With that being said it’s still worth it!

Kinda Small
The dishwasher appears to be a quality machine but the interior is very small. No problem washing silverware and even a couple of 10″ plates but drinking glasses and bowls have to be squeezed in. At first I was disappointed with the machine but with time im beginning to appreciate it more. It certainly wouldn’t be practical for a large family however for a single person it works. It is too tall to fit on my countertop. That was my mistake but make sure to measure correctly. I ended up having to buy the stand it’s sitting on. The stand I really like.

Needs more instructions
I could not get the hose attached to the faucet without going to my nearby hardware store for assistance and to buy an attachment. The clerk showed me, in an instant, how to remove the top part of the faucet attachment to make it fit to the faucet. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention being able to remove part of the attachment to make it fit to the faucet. Very disappointed. It washes the dishes well enough as long as you have cleaned all of the food and gunk off of the dishes before placing them in the washer. I would say that as a sanitizer the dishwasher is great. As an actual dishwasher you have to wash the dishes first and then not all of them fit in the machine at once.

Basic Compact Dishwasher for a reasonable price on Sale
Pros:Minimal Water Usage.Easy to operate right out of the box.Lightweight.Low power usage (880-900 watts when heating water, 40 – 60 watts when running and not heating water).Easy to fill.Buttons are sensitive and responsive.Has upper and lower water spinner arms that rotate.Has interior light that automatically turns on when door opens.Drain hose and electrical plug are long and reach to my sink.Has a top mounted manual water fill opening that is easy to open and use.Could be installed under the counter, but then you wouldn’t be able to use the manual water fill. Though, you could probably get creative with this.Overall quality of product seems durable, pleasant design and color.Comes with water pitcher, fruit basket, dishes rack with utensils and cup rack, water hose, drain hose, and very clear and easy to understand instructions.Customer service is Top Quality, Quick to respond, fair and reasonable. Their repair and refund policy is above and beyond expectations.Cons:No top rack option, but to be fair it would need to be a bit taller for that.The light doesn’t have an on/off option. Which is nice to have since you could watch it and be sure it’s functioning properly.Doesn’t have a way to adjust the temperature for the cycles.Doesn’t have enough water power when washing heavily soiled dishes. But perhaps with a different detergents this would help.Overall I am pleased with the ease of use and manual water filling option. While I did have some issues with the digital display and the upper washing arm, on my first unit, the company resolved this by sending me a whole new unit at no cost to me. When I called the company and explained the situation, they decided to replace the entire unit immediately and did not require me to send the original one back. All they asked was I send them a video of the unit and tried troubleshooting it with me first to no avail.While the original unit does work, I have to open the door and manually spin the arm several times to get it going, and the timer display doesn’t show the numbers of how much time is left properly. The company did send me a replacement. I expect it will work properly and look forward to using it.I am pleased with the unit and would recommend this company and this product to others.
