Very comfortable
I bought this for my grandson, he actually chose it, he is very happy with it, there is plenty of movement in the coat for him and it keeps him warm, not had it on the rain yet, so don’t know how waterproof it is.Only downside is as with a lot of manufacturers lots of plastic is used for delivery.

My Granddaughter loves the wee jacket, she’s only 6 and it’s never off her back. Keeps the wind out and it’s moderately good in keeping the rain out for small showers; it dries quickly.

Great little jacket…will buy again
Great little coat. My son refuses to wear big coats or rigid kind of coats. He had one like this of a different brand, except it wasn’t waterproof or as good quality, he wouldn’t take it off and it became far too small. So I let him pick the colour of this one and he hasn’t stop wearing it since it arrived. We got caught in a huge downpour and I expected him to be soaked through when we got home….but he was completely dry under the jacket, I was actually impressed….I expected it to come through the stitched seams. The coat is smaller than I thought it would come up. I got a 3-4 as usually this is huge on my 3 year old but the coat fits perfect it’s more on the size of age 3 not 4. However I’d buy again. It’s a great little jacket. My son’s been wearing with a jumper and t shirt underneath in the current cold weather and he says he’s warm, even though I wonder as it’s so thin, but he doesn’t act or seem cold after long periods of time out in it. I might get him some more colour as he chose red, so hard to match alot of clothing, but it’s a lovely post box red and he absolutely loves it which is great as I no longer have to fight him to put on a coat.

Beautiful coat but does come up small
My 6 year old asked for the brightest most yellow coat for winter and I think I’ve nailed it. Beautifully soft snuggly jacket. I ordered 7-8 and it just about fits so will only last him this year so definitely order bigger if you want it to last longer. Apart from the sizing being a little off we are very happy with it

This jacket is so nice, it fits well and is very light although warm. The only problem is the zipper is bit hard to work, I had to rub it with dry soap a lot to make it slide-able, much better now.

Size up!
The coat itself is lovely. Lightweight, waterproof and warm. My son is a very slim 5 year old boy and tall for his age. After reading reviews I got him age 7. It just fits. The sleeves are very long though but that’s ok as he won’t wear gloves. Very strange how small the coat is but if you size up it’s lovely.

The coat is very small otherwise fine. I ordered 7-8 as my child is a small 7 a d it barely fits him…so order a size bigger than age minimum is my recommendation. Otherwise my child likes the coat. It’s not too warm perfect for spring weather in Ireland and looks nice on if sleeves a tad short!

Bought this coat for my son, absolutely brilliant! He loves this coat so that’s a bonus.If it rains it doesn’t leak through the coat, a small dog jumped up & it didn’t rip the coat neither nor make a hassle on getting the muddy print off, easy to wipe down. Definitely worth the money!

Small sizings
The jacket looked lovely and well made unfortunately had to return as the sizes really do run small. Bought the largest size available (think it was labeled as an 11 or 13 year old size) for a 6 year old who is 130cm tall and had to return as although only just fitting now would not have fitted by the time the colder months arrive.
